Chasing losses for closure? That's just a silly justification to me. Any person who thinks that way is already considered a gambling addict in my book and is only finding absurd reasons why he keeps on betting. I can confidently say that there will be no closure even after he manages to get a winning streak. He will still gamble his winnings until he loses again. The cycle continues......

I live in Australia and we have no taxes on all gambling winnings (lottery, hose racing, sports betting and casinos).
I know the USA has gambling taxes and I think it's ridiculous.
You are risking your own money and if you win you are penalised.
I'm curious as to how many other users have to pay taxes on their winnings.

Another lesson is that when you lend money to a relative, never expect that they will pay you back.  This often happens within the family and relatives but whatever it takes, I would rather be the one on the giving end than on the receiving end.  I will still lend money even if there is no way to get it back.  He is my relative after all.  We have been generous to our friends, what more to our kin especially when they are in times of trouble.

No matter what @OP situation is I can only conclude that money is more important than his relative because he worries more about the payment than the situation of his cousin.  

Not trying to be rude but if you want to ask money in here with loan then the chance of you getting one is incredibly low, because you need collaterals to do it and most of the people here are really skeptical with newbies trying to get loan as their first post in this forum. Have you actually asked for loan in your local bank or something? Pretty sure they have some sort of plan for students loan especially with your problem.

I know how this will end up soon knowing that when a meme coin is pumping it's just for temporary period as whales are trying to influence the people to invest in them but what is the utility behind these coins they never look at it.For me they doesn't matter a lot because have seen these meme coins dumping hard and they are not going to moon in the end.

If you have made quick profits out of them then it's really good because we all want profits but there are some people who got influenced that they have long term potential but that cause them major loss so for me withdraw ASAP with little or high profits or simply stay away from them.

actually the main thing is that government should keep check on the cost of things which are of daily uses and edible things so therefore people will have no worries about the cost.

The people blame government because the salaries does not enhances as much as the cost of other things increases therefore people become unable to manage their life expenses. Almost in every country the people are facing such situations where they cannot maintain their lives expenses and poverty is on its peak because people don't have any job or other technique to get income.

I believe there are many people on the forum who own a lot of bitcoins or have achieved their dreams through bitcoin investment but people don't want to brag or they like privacy.
