Any analysis of Bitcoin increment without a cogent reason and source is not reliable, bitcoin can get increase if it have much demand, someone can make the correction of bitcoin by investing money and with that bitcoin can be increase in the market. So i don't believe on exaggeration, assumptions and prediction, because i believe on my personal theory, in bitcoin
But, even if the predictors came up with their own source I think there's still no guarantee's that it will came into reality. The demand in btc is still there and will continue the longer we go so $69k is pretty possible but I don't think it will take us 4 years to get there. A correction is when the price falls by some percent. It's not easy for some average guy to correct the price of btc but that job is being done by the whales due to their power. We know when the prediction is exaggerated so we won't likely believe on it but it's possible for us to believe in some predictions which are realistic because our predictions are also similar or close to that. |

It can be said that the influence of money is currently very strong, people are only motivated for money so that without money they will be quiet or do the things they like, the other side of course will make the social value disappear because what is thought is the value of money that will be obtained if you do something .
Social value only still exists in some villages that are far from urban areas, because rural residents do not all see work from the amount of money given by others even though they work to earn money to be able to eat and drink. But on the side of considering the customs in the countryside, they don't see how much money they will get other than helping others to finish. Urban areas are basically the customers of everyone as well, that's an important topic to keep in mind. I mean think about it this way, if the rural areas didn't produced then urban areas couldn't eat, but if urban areas didn't buy them, then rural areas wouldn't be able to continue living neither. There is a reason why cities are getting bigger salaries compared to towns, and that's not only because rent is higher, it's also because the jobs there are worthy of bigger salaries as well. If you live in a city with 1+ million population versus in a place with 10k population, more often than not, you are going to find a job that is worthy of a high salary, allowing you to spend it on other peoples products. |

We all know there are several ways to move the funds in the cryptos and its not easy for any govt to track every transaction even we all know there are many exchanges that do not ask about the KYC so tracking transaction without details is quite a tough task for the govt so most of the countries are hesitating to regulate it even we see Govts are imposing heavy taxes on crypto earning and that demotivates the investors apart from this Govts knows they can not completely stop crypto from falling into the wrong hands that are also the reason of not regulating it.
They are called decentralized exchange. Only a few number of centralized exchange doesn't ask for a KYC on normal trades but they might ask later once the user exceeds from their limits. I believe that many people are using a centralized exchange over the decentralized one. Aren't that enough for the governments to start regulating a crypto? Or maybe they have done that already? When I think of a store of value, I think real estate. It’s hard to make a case that all the materials used, included land, and the use case of a home is not valuable. The only thing that hurts real estate as a store of value in my opinion is the upkeep costs including taxes. That is why I feel precious metals are also a good store of value. When I think of stocks and Bitcoin, I think growth potential, not store of value.
The taxes in homes or real estate are to be considered as maintenance not real a cost because if we look deeply the estate appreciation value is not stagnant. The house you bought for $3 million dollar this year won't cost lesser two years in the future. This is also like bitcoin, metal or stock that hodlers enjoy during volatile but estate has lower risk especially when insured. Real estate could be going up right now and that's understandable because there is inflation, but the cost of keeping the house together should be calculated in when you are selling for sure. If you buy a house for a million dollars, make a half a million dollars cost to keep it for 5 years or 10 years or whatever, and then sell it for 3 million dollars, you made 2x profit not 3x profit and that's important to keep in mind. Some houses gain x10+ in 10 years, and some only gain 2x, it depends on where you bought the house. Mine gained 10x for example in the last 10 years, and that's a great increase for me but I also spent a good chunk recently as well, I would put that into calculation. |

As this is the most common what I observe lately, there are a lot of reasons why newbies are behaving like this. The main reason for me is also social media or what they can see over the internet. For example on social media, their lot of popularity spreads hopium for people, especially newbies, and here the unrealistic expectation begins or it will just add up.
I see this is not an unrealistic expectation, but rather the greed they are targeting. After all, we must set a target which we will achieve some form of success. But the problem is that this is not accompanied by the targets they can achieve. This means that greed intervenes when they set targets to be achieved, which makes them look unrealistic. I don't care how many targets they set, as long as it's in line with their abilities and knowledge. There are too many "influencers" that try to do this and that's the problem. If you keep on investing believing what those influencers told you then you are going to end up making a big loss, you should always be investing when you think that it would make you the most money, and only be able to do that if we are doing alright, not anything else. I personally do not believe in any stories that influencers talk about, even if they talk about how much they won, because that's usually a lie, believe in what they can prove with data and papers, that way you would be able to see the reality they live in, and it's not as glorious as they claim it to be. |

It may be fortune telling but why so many pro traders like to use technical analysis more than fundamental? Do they only use it to show up or to make them look smarter? Because many of the post about technical analysis are hard to understand. Fundamentals on the other hand isn't always guaranteed because sometimes the information that we scan online is not legit. You can't tell anything about the future by looking at the charts that happened in the past. It is gambler's fallacy. Just because you lost 20 times, doesn't mean you are going to win the 21st game.
Never heard of the phrase "history repeats itself? This was true on so many things including here in cryptos. Maybe we can't win the 21st game but we can possibly win on the 22nd, 23rd, and so on games. Same thing can be applied in the price. It is best to not do anything about them as there are fraud/scammy smart contracts that can empty your wallet. I also hate seeing them. I currently have very weird tokens which has same name with some top 50 coins, but on erc20 or binance smart Chain. Totally fake. I feel like we should have some options to drop these coins from our Wallets somehow to void. But I think there is no technology to do that now.
This is true to some of the unwanted coins that I get. Usually when you search them you will see a website and it instructs you to paste your keys before you can unlock the coin. If you are a newbie that has a less knowledge in dealing with cryptos, you will likely fall for this trap. Some of them will ask you to pay some amounts before you can unlock the coin so that you can sell them but of course nothing will happen after you pay them. They can copy the name of the original coins but it all boils down in the contract address. We always make sure that we check the coin's contract address and compare it to the original if we aren't sure about it. |

As someone who works remotely, having a quiet environment especially away from distraction will provide more efficiency in my task however it doesn't mean that you should isolate yourself among other people but rather to be able to have enough quiet environment to focus on. Yes, it is hard to work if your children are asking for this and that and playing which could distract from our work but still having someone around or beside you is a great thing to have if you're working remotely.
There are some tips that I do to avoid distractions during the day, without the noise and of course the kids fall asleep quickly. Night tends to be more effectively used for work. Well, that's what I've been doing since the 2020 pandemic started. I changed the pattern of working time moved tonight (stay up). The stillness of the night and the cool atmosphere gave me a much better level of focus. No need to isolate yourself from the people around you. We just need to manage time as ideally as possible. Sometimes I love to work at night as well because it's more peaceful but the only enemy we have at night is that we are feeling sleepy and it's also cold too when it's passed 1 am in the morning. Also when I sleep during the day time, I have a difficulty of doing it because it's now noisy outside and then it is also hot when it's passed 10 am in the morning. I wake up during these times many times because I can feel the heat inside my room. This is why I revert my schedule again back to morning even if there are some noise, only because I want to sleep peacefully at night. Our brain will function properly if we have a good sleep and our eyes doesn't hurt too the next day. |
