Hello, baikal, during paying process, you wrote to me, that my miners are locked. After you received my payment, there a no responses to my emails, this is sad Bumbr - their customer service seems to be crap. I hope you have heard back now? Just on a positive note, the X10 is still the most profitable asic. You can easily get $40 a day, and if you do your own homework rather than stick to the big pools, you can double that. While Nicehash was down, I made $200+ a day for 5 days by solo mining. Now they're back, I'm averaging $90 a day. C. what the hell you mining for 200 a day lol and where

Hey @phillipma1957 what are my chances of getting two Onda v2 8 slot boards by the end of the year? I don't need to take delivery but want them paid for in calendar year 2017.
I'm pretty sure I don't want to deal with risers anymore. Just built my second four card 1080 Ti rig and the risers were a bitch. One of them ended up being bad or incompatible and it costs me a ton of time. Plus, risers are such a kludge when I see that I can build a multi GPU system with one of these new motherboards.
bewre though those cheap onda chinese boards can have bad slots out of 5 i have one is totally bad, three good ones all 8 slots working and another only 4 slots working

If you're looking for some nice fans for interior living space mining rigs, we have used these on a couple of rigs and I like them allot. Very quiet for the amount of air they move and a 6 year warranty. Pretty cheap too all things considered. They are not industrial Delta screamers but they have done the job for a rig of Rx 480s as well as a mixed rig with GTX 1060, 1070 and 1080 Ti in it. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835186079dont you need like at leasrt 2000 CFM on the fans to move enough air ? I found some cheap ones at micro center that are 2000 cfm at only $9 2000 CFM? Are they 120mm case fans or are they box fans? We run 20" 2600 cfm box fans in our barn ( mostly 1 for every stack of 2 rigs) and they work great, even in the summer months we almost always had them on Medium speed. A hotter climate might need more then that, but as long as that air is getting vented outside is the most important thing. sorry meant 2000 RPM, i look at that more than i look at the CFM b/c i have found 1200 RPM fans do not move much air

We all know Casper is coming, and with it, the shift to PoS and eventually the "Ethereum Ice Age"
But does anyone know when this day will come? When will Phase 1 of Casper happen, where every 100th block is PoS?
My god no one FUCKING knows stop with these stupid ass questions. Its like asking ppl to tell you what the price of BTC will be at the end of the years , even worse a worse question actually since no one here is an engineer working on it god just stop. It could be 2-4 th quarter 2018 it could be 2019 who knows

purse prices are way higer than newegg

It's all about demand and supply, ally to a scenario with no decent competitor at this market. So, the owner can raise his price as he wants to do so.
glad i bough my dec bach at 1400 and i thought that was too high at the time smh , my only regeret is buying 4 D3 at the same time , could have had 10 s9 no way i was gona pay 3k for something i paid less than half that for a few months ago

Regular 'home insurance' should at least cover part of the damages. If any equipment you have at home is destroyed or stolen, your plan should cover at least up to a few k$ most likely at a cost of say 20-30$ a month I'm guessing.
I know that's not perfect, but yeah.
Product Liability Insurance, I'm not sure how that applies to this since you're not selling physical products. Then again, I'm not too well-versed in insurnace.
People who were mining in houston during the flood were not reinburned for thier mining equipment with home onweres insurance one guy had over 100k in gear and isurance is refusing to cover it. You are best off being direct and straightforward with your insurance to make sure they know what they have to cover straight up

Those 3000 rpm fans Phil recommended finally came in. I swapped out the ~1,600 rpm Thermaltake fans and it made all the difference. Temps are now between 55 and 65 with the GPU fans staying at 50%. Here are a couple of shots of the fully loaded Coloful rig: And stats: Also got all but 1 card in for the Onda rig. I'm staggering Zotac 1070Ti Minis with 1070TI AMP!. And stats: This rig is running Delta fans with about the same specs at the fans Phil recommended (but more expensive). Hope to have the 4th AMP! by Friday, but Christmas mail mayhem might delay it. how are you able to hold the fans up ? , and as far as i know that ONDA board only has 2 free fan headers how do you connect 3 fans ? he attached to the molex look at the 2 photos i left the scythe ultra kaze are the best choice as they pull 7 watts each so 3 are only 21 watts to move 3 x 133 cfm = 400cfm oh i see some kind of molex to those fan adapters , most fans come with one of those , what kind of screws are those ? do the come with the Kraze fans and how loud are they ? I'm laready close to my limit on fan noise, I bought a few of those heavy CFM ones to cool my power supplies and they are too damn loud.

Rather than consuming a lot of energy even with modified bios , you can put that card to a really good use. Switch to Claymore GPU Cryptonight miner and you will hash at over 800 h/s per card with RX 580. Earnings will be the same and the energy consumption will be way lower, about 85-95 watt for a card.
eth makes more than cryptonite even with the incresed power use

Sure have Been selling frequently. Seems it was a great tip from you. Hope it's going to paying bills or converted to some type of equity, stock, investment of some kind, because money should always be working, I don't even know what cash is. Every penny I have is always tied up in an investment vessel of some sort. Oh going into more cards or paying electricity each time I sell Only Crpto i hold is used to buy other crypto assets that are low in value, otherwise im still buying amd cards but prices and climbing, looks like we will be seeing another shortage in cards jan-march or longer i only buy 8GB and up , once i hit the limit on cards with newegg (1 per 48 hrs on most RX 580s) I buy 1070s or 1070Tis that are 449 and lower basically my goal is buy a card a day in whatever flavor

Have you noticed how nVidia profitability has crept up to match the AMD cards of late (if you pick the right coins to mine that is)? A rig of 1080s can now basically equal or beat a rig of Vega 56s. Impressive. I suspect nVidia cards might slowly go up in price again as well...
Yes I have noticed this and it also combined with local pricing dropping from $508 for a 1070ti to $461. I have 8 of them at the post office right now - can't wait to plug them in! nvOC loaded and ready to roll! Its becase cryptonite prices peaked for a while now with nicehash back its going back up vegas are a ripoff at $700 though

dust is like the worst enemey of rigs most of the risers i have had fail seems to be due to dust accumilationg or or too much load on the riser , Ive seen serveral risers carch fire but they just burn the cables never damaged rigs or cards
ive had a few cards catch fire on the circuit board but its always localized
modern hardware makes it really hard to spread fire eapecially on an open air rig ,
in cases its a bit different since other cables closw to the burning or sparking part can serve as
accelerant

hi all.. sorry for the direct question...
i would like to buy 1 Antminer D3... but there are from november and december.. what is the best to chose? wich is the 19.3Gh/s version?
Is it a bad investment to buy it now for around 1000 euro ?
thank you very much for your kind advices.
unless they are for sale like $600 issa terrible investment, if they are cheap and you have cheap power go for it they are all pretty much the same , newer batches consume more power hash a bit more

I wonder if that new bitcoin x11 fork helps profitablity a bit , i doubt it though too many x11 miners out there
