The Ethereum has risen from $7 to around $10 in the last few days. It seems it is affected by the Slock DAO.
It is tough to pinpoint reasons for the increase, even in hindsight. There can never be any one reason to convince me about the rise from $1 to $10. |

Considering this thread opened 2 months ago I found this opinion accurate. We'll see 500$ within 2 weeks. Price is stable over 450$ now and there's no big selling pressure. If you have BTC it's great time to hold, if not you can buy some coins. Personally I wouldn't buy over 460$ but I feel like we'll see 500's sooner than expected.
Yes and it is predicted that we might see this price by the end of this week, as the price has moved in past few days so we can expect this price very soon. i think until this recent satoshi drama ends we can't predict anything. things may go sideways or stay the same stable way. but this month is the month to reach $500 and break the barrier without a doubt. Exactly and we all have waited too long to see this price and now I feel that wait is over and we will be able to see this price very soon. yeah i think the price rise is so near, also i suggest that it will break $500 very soon before halving and expect that the price will be above $700 when halving occurs. We have around 2 months left for the halving. $250 increase (if price has to get to $700) in 2 months? Looks optimistic to me. |

Price for most of the altcoins are related to market price of bitcoin so whatever we may see rise of altcoin price in terms of bitcoin
Thus far this has been true. Past performance is not an indication of future performance, specially with so much news coming. There is no fundamental reason for this correlation to break. Only when you have a really new idea like Ethereum is there some change. |

Until there is no app that can be used in real life I would say it's a bubble. Having all these directions with possible implementations over ethereum it's only more fishing rods in the water. The sooner there are apps build on DAO for IoT(for example) or anything, it's not going to be a bubble it's going to be real value. Until then it's just for some bull for some bear depending on the risk appetite.
It might very well be a bubble, but it could go a long way before it pops. More money might be made by those who enter now than those who cash out now. |

The price rise will start soon and that would be nice because than there will be a lot of people that can make Bitcoin and that is quite nice for all us that is using Bitcoin.
You only never know when the moment will be to sell it and that is the problem.
the price rise has just started, on account of halving the price keeps on increasing and this is the time we can see a good mass of people adopting bitcoin as bitcoin is having a great potential towards the future. Opinion is divided on this. Did the price rise start last November or did it just start? The price has doubled in the last 1 year - maybe because of the halving. |

The Ethereum price is rising from 0.015 to 0.018. It might have found the bottom. So it is rising slowly.
Probably not... just a "fake" pump thanks to DAO. It has been quite a strong pump. +15% in the last 24 hrs. DAO or not, this would have been an opportunity to profit. |

Aston villa is absolute rubbish team, they managed to hold the 1-2 score until the 90th minutes and in just few minutes they will get 3 points however their defenders is absolutely rubbish. 2 Goals in 4 minutes, including 3 minutes of injury time from T. Deeney and made watford won the game when people thought aston villa is getting 3 points which is miracle

Right now Bitcoin is pretty much the cryptocoin market.
Bitcoin could crash due to 2 reasons - some alt gains traction or there is general disenchantment with Bitcoin. In the second case, I think the marketcap of entire crypto system would decrease.

i think the lowest Eth price is going to be more than $2 because it is above the pre pump pre hype price which seems like a more real price for Ethereum and then there is a chance of more pump and dumps after hitting the rock bottom because there will be more buy at that low price not here while the price is high.
It did oscillate between $1 and $0.75 for some time. In any case, there is no sanctity to the $1 mark. It is just a round number in fiat terms. |

You really think that eth can make it? One more train like previous one is hard to happen if you ask me, with dev selling his coins and some of team members i doubt they will have enough strength to make it one more time. Yes its going down, but I don't see any reason that to change. News I hear in last few days are just bad, nothing good. Maybe we need to abandon this sinking ship. I have some coins and I keep them but each day that is more and more risky thing to do. Today I heard nice news about dash, maybe I need to sell eth and buy dash. Its look very promising. Getting tired of this false HYPE over them selling coins - this was announced way before it happened then all of a sudden people are acting like it is new news and a big deal.  Either way even Eth is still doing great. I totally agree with you, when you have such a big rise of 1000%, it seems obvious that the correction will be consequent. But maybe such a huge correction can impact negatively the price and hype of eth. Huge correction? We are still over $7! That is 7x what we were a few months back. People seem to forget that. |

yeah the price reached $452 today and it continues without any fall, users will go mad if price drops to $400, all were expecting to obtain great profits during halving, I think price can never fall this year.
yes the current prices continue to riseand is currently at $469. although we are still far away with halving. but it has brought a good effect at this time. no idea what price achieved when approached halving and after halving. maybe $1000  The price dropped from $469 to $439 within a day. The bitcoin price is still too volatile. It will take many years to be stable. That drop was because the price was increasing too fast. Even post that drop, we have seen a steady increase in price. This increase definitely gives more confidence to bitcoin holders. |

I choose Watford vs Aston Villa for todays match since Aston Villa has no chance to survive at EPL again. This game will be so easy for Watford to win in my prediction. And with the odd at 1.65 it seems okey for me. So, will pick Watford for todays EPL game!

I don't particularly care if it's relatively fleeting. I think a lot of people need reminding of what Bitcoin used to do when it was in a certain mood. It's been way, way too long.
If it is fleeting, the despondency will set in again. A steady rise will help carry all investors (including weak hands) along. |

This would have been a great win if liverpool win the game. I got destroyed as well though, Betting at halftime for them for a small odds just for fun because it seems they are winning the game and everything change in the second half. Newcastle was great and liverpool got overpowered in the second half thanks to mignolet Great performance by Newcastle for a team which is almost at the bottom. Liverpool would be disappointed with the results. They probably didn't maintain their focus throughout the game. |
