1621  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Put CCTV In All Homes, Britain's Top Cop Tells LBC on: March 10, 2015, 11:52:56 PM
This is exactly the kind of shit that turned me into an Anarchist, it's one thing to have them in public places, especially if you plan on defending yourself from any attacker because they're extremely useful for court purposes, it's another thing entirely to have cameras continuously spying on people in their own homes.
1622  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ram Speed/Tech Support help??? on: March 10, 2015, 11:15:13 PM
It shouldn't affect anything that drastically unless you're trying to do something intensive, before jumping to conclusions and wasting money it's a good idea to test it, I've always found it's graphics cards and processors that make the biggest difference in performance, having good RAM never hurts though.
1623  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Islamic State says it has killed two men for homosexuality on: March 10, 2015, 10:04:15 PM
I hate all religion because they create room for people like this but I'm not so blinded that I'll automatically attack every Muslim out there for this shit, I'm in the UK and I've grown up in a Muslim populated area so I know they're not all bad. The problem is there are a lot of vocal assholes amongst them so like with anything it is easy to hate them with that many people out in force in favour of this shit, but then again, a lot of Christians are against gay marriage and are actively trying to block it in the U.S and have been for decades.

[offtopic]
BTW the very atheist commies committed some even more serious stuff in mere 70 years than most religions altogether in the last 1000 years.
Opposing gay marriage and killing gays are not the same weight-class...
[/offtopic]

Communists make the state the religion so they aren't really athiests, but to their credit, at least that's something which is actually real.
1624  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Islamic State says it has killed two men for homosexuality on: March 10, 2015, 08:11:32 PM
Nah, this is where I disagree, religious doctrine encourages bad people, gives them excuses and corrupts otherwise good people, I hate religion, the systems, but I know human beings are complicated so I just seek to end these systems of government rather than the people, that's the only way to start a true revolution anyway.
1625  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Islamic State says it has killed two men for homosexuality on: March 10, 2015, 08:04:17 PM
Exactly, for stuff like this there is no real evidence it's just mob rule, more likely these are people that resist them or trying to stop them, or simply just pissed them off so they decide to get some of their friends together and make a show of it for their propaganda, religious dictatorships are no different from secular ones, they just use different excuses for killing their own people, in this case, god is their excuse.

Very true said, I feel these Islamic people should not use the word "Jehad" for such deeds that they do, while they actually don't understand what's the meaning behind...

P.S.: I am not a Muslim, this is my personal view for such kind of people...

1627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could the Federal Reserve Issue Their Own Cryptocurrency? on: March 10, 2015, 07:50:01 PM
They like things the way they are, I doubt any central bank could adapt to cryptocurrencies willingly and that's the point, this is something that was designed to replace them.
1628  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Jeremy Clarkson suspended from Top Gear on: March 10, 2015, 07:12:16 PM
He can be, but so can anyone, what I find particularly disasteful are the angry and bitter people in comments pages trying to call for him to be fired lol people in the UK are just really petty at times -_-
1629  Other / Politics & Society / Jeremy Clarkson suspended from Top Gear on: March 10, 2015, 06:55:19 PM

Sad

People who hate this guy enough to want him fired really are pathetic, I can understand not liking him but this is a joke.
1630  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hundreds Of Big Companies Urge Supreme Court To Back Gay Marriage on: March 10, 2015, 05:07:25 PM
do i sound like a bloody muslim you fenian sodomite bastard

Yes and like all muslims, you also sound like you could use some macho love.

The blatant anti-semitism also gives it away quite a bit.
1631  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do all computers nowadays come with high-end displays? on: March 10, 2015, 04:28:04 PM
Displays are cheap these days and I guess they trying to look after our eyes for us since you only get one set.

Even cheap displays these days don't really damage your eyes, it's only the old box ones that you have to worry about from what I know.
1632  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Article: The East India Company: The original corporate raiders on: March 10, 2015, 04:23:04 PM
I believe the church pre-dates the East India Trading company by several thousand years, I know many religious people here wouldn't regard them as a corporation but when you consider how many non-christian countries they tried to dismantle and take over and the way they did it I'd disagree.

Church isn't a good example. They rarely acted on their own. From the beginning the church used to be involved on the request of the secular authorities. The king or whatever
Wrong. There were no secular authorities back then. Kings ruled by divine right. The comparison to corporations is valid, church-government collusion for profit was the precursor to modern corp-government for profit collusion.

Exactly, during the colonial era when the Americas were first discovered the church colluded with Portugal and Spain to plunder or control less advanced countries who didn't know about them.
1633  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Garbage Man Gets 30 Days in Prison for Collecting Trash Too Early on: March 10, 2015, 03:57:18 PM
This is just stupid, but amazingly the comments from 'people' on this subject even more so, I hardly ever notice the lorry drivers when they go up the street, they're done so fast it usually doesn't matter much anyway, I guess I'm just not an oversensitive asshole.

Now my fucking neighbours on the other hand I DO notice a lot -_-

Bitcoin is nothing like equities so they can't be compared and this is part of the problem with talking to people about them, they're trying so hard to compare it to things that they already know and don't realise this is a brand new technology.
1636  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-03-10] BBC: Could Bitcoin ease the pain of Africa's migrant workforce? on: March 10, 2015, 08:21:43 AM
Holy shit it's funny seeing them report something we've known literally several months before hand.

1637  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hundreds Of Big Companies Urge Supreme Court To Back Gay Marriage on: March 09, 2015, 04:05:17 PM
That looks something from some really bad Muslim country, or ISIS, people are seriously trying to pass this in California?
yes its real and it might be the only thing the muslims are right about. sodomy is a plague on civilisation.

Actually more like a safety function by Mother Nature. In groups of rats there is a known correlation between population density and behavioral anomalies. Humans can cope better with stress and unwanted social contacts but there are still a number of deflexions what eventually will lead to a decline in numbers. BTW if your naturally born competitors fu**ing each other instead of competing with you that's good for you Smiley. Isn't it ?

That's why I advocate gay marriage, more women for me! Cheesy
1638  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-03-08] CCN: BITCOIN TRADING SIDEWAYS BELOW STRONG CHART RESISTANCE on: March 09, 2015, 06:02:02 AM
It's funny because people were bitching about stability before and so were many mainstream commenters on Bitcoin now we have stability, just wait for them to start bitching again Tongue I've actually been amazed at how stable the price is being, the real trick though is going to be seeing what cryptocurrencies do once the stock markets crash again.
1639  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS bulldozes ancient Assyrian city of Nimrud, Iraqi TV says on: March 09, 2015, 05:16:49 AM
If we do nothing ISIS can expand. I think they're trying to provoke a conflict global

That is what Jihadists like them believe, all non-believers are their enemies except they're so brainwashed and fanatical that they don't realise how many people are going to turn against them if they keep this shit up, when even Egyptians and the Jordianians are sick of them you know somethings up.

I always try to avoid the idea of violence, but when it comes to psychopaths like this I'll have very little sympathy if they end up dead.
1640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blizzard creates own currency "WoW Gold" instead of using Bitcoin on: March 08, 2015, 03:29:58 PM
This shouldn't be any surprise, considering how DRM infested the Blizzard games have gotten ( I actually outright refuse to buy any of their new games or play them because of it ) it seems pretty normal to me that they'd completely detest the idea of linking their game to a currency they couldn't control either.

As usual Bitcoin proves to be a true litmus test as others have said for those who preach the free market and those who actually believe in it.
