1681  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I not lose money in trading cryptocurrency? on: August 23, 2022, 08:42:40 AM
Before trading in crypto you must gain knowledge from crypto trading platform the rules of each trading should be known well. It is also a matter of looking at how many cryptocurrencies are supported on the platform where you want to trade almost all platforms support more or less cryptocurrency coins. Invest in cryptocurrency or money keep an eye on the liquidity or transparency of the platform.
And even if you have the knowledge, there's no skipping in losses.

All traders are going to lose no matter how good all of us are. We're going to that certain point of our lives that we're going to deal with losses and it's an experience that everyone will have.

Sometimes you have to lose and that's where the part of learning starts. Because whether you like it or not to lose, you will lose because the market is hard to predict.

Well, his morale support to the team and its players will still play by a big factor and that's what I can see on this signed contract for him.

Damn, time goes so fast and I've remembered him that I used to watched him with the old roster of Miami. We're that old right now as Haslem also became older.

Good luck to his stay for this probable last contract with Heat.

That's a fact mate, and we're actually much older now because we have also saw Udonis Haslem with the the old roster of Miami way back 2012 and 2013 when they won a back-to-back championship. Man, I haven't noticed that a decade has already passed by since we saw Lebron, Bosh and Wade together.
Well, that's likely and the only reason I see why the Heat gave Haslem a one-year contract. He sure can't be reliable anymore in the court to produce good numbers but his experience and presence will be much used by the team.
Well, you just made mw guilty about it that it has been a decade since that moment.

We are older and getting older more.

His share based on his experience to the current roster is going to be worth it with the value of his contract.
1683  Economy / Economics / Re: Global famine on: August 23, 2022, 05:54:34 AM
Hard to believe we have a water crisis when 75% of the world is made of water. But there are droughts everywhere. How they are going to make things better when fresh water is very limited?
Global climate change has something to do with these massive droughts. I can't imagine that this is happening for real right now. Yeah, the world is 3/4 of water and yet, we're experiencing droughts.

In some countries in Africa, I've read the news that it's around millions of people that are experiencing famine. This is for now, and not the past stats included which are being romanticized by international news outlets.

People can endure without electricity for days to months but without water and there is a food crisis, it's really that bad for what's coming yet we are very close to WW3.
Yeah, water and food shortage is happening. That's why it will depend to the leaders of the world if they will participate to at least mitigate this crisis.
1684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum price get to 4,000 in 2022 on: August 23, 2022, 05:01:18 AM
So will the ethereum price get to 4k before the end of 2022?
Say yes and no.

Why?

It's because nobody knows what it will look like at the end of this year. Well, we're just a few months away until this year ends so, take it or leave it and accept whatever will be the price by the end of the year.

The world market also is moving and even people would say that there's no connection from the crypto market, btc/eth to those happenings. We're seeing the clue from within.

1685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu has no value and shouldn't be bought on: August 22, 2022, 04:55:46 PM
Very important: Shiba Inu has no value and should not be bought by anyone in their right mind / should be directly sold to prevent LOSS
You can't stop the memers for buying this coin and it's their money so they're the ones to decide which is to buy and which is not. I don't bought this token.

It was too late to ride the hype.

But if it's still quite early, I wouldn't buy either because I don't believe into the coins like this. Well, those that have earned a lot, they have left this token already.

That's not a problem for the Heat because they are not paying him too much. if his presence is needed, then be it, because the team just don't need physical toughness but mental toughness as well, and for sure with his experience, he can help the team to improve on that part. Have you still remember when Haslem and Butler had some issue, I think Haslem thought Butler was too soft to be a leader that time.
Yes.

It isn't much for them to have that veteran and it is also a big thing to Haslem to still have contract like that. He's got contribution ready to be made for the team.

He may be given a low playing time but that's it, it's better to have that than nothing. And the same goes to have a contract and be part of the team.
1687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 22, 2022, 09:33:03 AM
Udonis Haslem signs a one-year contract with the Miami Heat and that will be his last season for the team. Despite low average playing time and only playing a few games within the last six seasons, the Miami Heat reportedly convinced him as they still need his locker room presence.

What's on my mind is that they want Haslem to be part of those players who stayed in the franchise for 20+ seasons. Dirk Nowitzki and Kobe Bryant are the only players in history to do that. This upcoming season, Haslem marked his 20th season on the Miami Heat.

It makes sense to believe for me that's the reason aside from appreciation by the Miami Heat.

1688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question for P2e fans on: August 22, 2022, 07:33:22 AM
Which play to earn game is worth having in your connections right now? Also, are you a fan of card games like Gods Unchained?
I've stopped playing P2E games as the value of majority of them has dropped. I haven't played God Unchained and other card games except Axie Infinity.

I think that the latter was the most popular of them all but things have changed. That popularity of theirs have gone eventually, thanks to the market situation and all of their crappy updates.
1689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: August 22, 2022, 06:31:11 AM
In my first trade that time I'm worried and panic that my profit will be loss in all. But after all trials I read , observe, and willing to learned in trade and that's why I made it, with patient and flexible since we're know already that crypto is volatility.
Everyone has to learn through experiences.

If you don't grow with most of the losses that you've made in the market, you're gaining nothing and just throwing off your effort and money which results to further losses.

The market of cryptocurrencies will be definitely volatile at most times. And by that, you'll have to enjoy and extract the learnings that you'll have because as what the title says, it's true that everything's going to be fine.
1690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 21, 2022, 11:27:22 PM
If that's the internal problem, there's really a need for the management to solve it.

But as for trades, if there's a necessary player that they have to trade, there will goes the rumor. Most likely, the fans would love to see Westbrick go away and be traded.

While for Davis, he has to stay. We will see it then as we're about to see the season to start very soon and it's just a few months away.

It's a problem that has been happening especially last season, it has not been solved yet. You know, when the Lakers won the championship, we already know that Davis was injury prone before he got acquired by the Lakers but that season he was healthy most of the time, especially in the playoffs that's why they got the win.
Yeah, he was healthy during that time.

And the solution for this will come from the management but as far as I can see, there's no need for them trade him out of the team. Lebron likes to be with Davis and we all knew about that.

Because he's the one that's left the team while the others were traded after getting the championship back then.
1691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Outperforms Bitcoin Trading Operations on: August 21, 2022, 03:51:51 PM
Just as said by Tytanowy, it's all due to the upcoming merge. And the usual thing that the market triggers is to "buy the rumors and sell the news".

It's the possibility that there will be a huge pump before the merge and then eventually going to pump.

But for the long term holders, nothing to worry about as it's going to be normal again and likely to increase.
1692  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Prompt safe staking with good APY on: August 21, 2022, 01:40:56 PM
Not all coins or token have stable price when entry for staking, I have checked with AXS as profitable coins for staking and give good APY about 75% on Binance, but price drastically dump above $100 until today under $20. I think not profitable with staking exactly choose with yearly staking coin. Better try another option like trading or investing on some potential coins without have to lock our coins and have chance for selling on the top price. But with BNB could said as profitable staking coin because give not bigger APY reward like the other coin can reach above 50%, but BNB looks have small APY given and I think still waste our time when unlocking time period coming we can't unlock BNB coin.
Those who choose to stake, they're likely not traders or tired of trading and that's why they just want to have a passive income effortless.

So, if you're suggesting them to trade, maybe they were already there and just want to do something out of their holding and earn a bit from staking.

Both are risky, just as you've said about staking and trading but more efforts needed in trading.
1693  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: August 21, 2022, 10:05:30 AM
But then the team needs to get the right exchange for the token if not they should remain with the present exchange instead of getting exposed to the wrong market and exchange team.

I hope they get it listed on a reputable exchange that we have now like kucoin or binance. There are some people like me that prefer only buying tokens or crypto on those exchanges because being listed on those means they are a good project and not a shitcoin. Low volume exchanges usually has many shitcoins on their platform and it would not be a good image for OWL token if they plan to get listed there.
I think being in pancakeswap is already a good exchange to have but yes, I agree with some additional good exchanges, they'll make the volume higher for the owl token.

Currently their volume on pancakeswap dropped.

While they have a better volume on mexc based on coinmarketcap.

We shall see it soon as I'm seeing the team doing what's necessary and everything they can at the moment to make the volume higher and make the token known and as well as the casino.
1694  Economy / Economics / Re: Google leads corporate blockchain investment race on: August 21, 2022, 08:53:05 AM
They're a tech company and they know what shall be supported and not in terms of the upcoming technology trend.

Well, no doubt that with this investment that they have, they're supporting the upcoming trend and more, they won't be left behind.

This is just a small move that they've got an,d what if the next thing they'll do is to acquire most of the successful blockchain projects (not tokens)?

They are one of the giants company so they have their resources on how to assess the market. I am certain, they did their research on this market, and they see good possibilities, hence, investing in this technology. They are not dumb not to invest if they see good potential of this market in the coming years. If they invest good amount, it means they believe on this market.
Well, they won't just throw money to useless projects.

And before they invest, they're doing a board meeting before releasing the funds. A typical company that needs to have many confirmation from the board and higher positions in the company before approving something that is proposed.

The amount they've invest on blockchain projects aren't that big for them as it's like testing in the waters.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins is a good way to keep and save money or not? on: August 21, 2022, 07:48:46 AM
there is only one that I believe in, namely USDT, USDT has been around for a long time,
so I really feel safe, moreover USDT has a lot of liquidity,
and of course USDT has become a pair on many exchanges, yes, this is my favorite stable coin
That's the stable coin that has such issues. If you feel safe because it's been there for a long time, can't blame you for thinking about that because it's one with the highest liquidity in all of these stable coins.

But if you look at the other stable coins like DAI.

It's a decentralized stable coins and no one shall freeze you with your funds unlike USDT that has done it for some reasons with those funds that came from hacks and scams.
1696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We will have a trading campaign on probit global exchange! on: August 20, 2022, 11:51:03 PM
If you are part of probit, make an announcement thread on the Service Announcements (Altcoins) and post details about your trading campaign there.

It's an ease for some members that you can see your thread that's always in the forum and haven't visited your exchange yet.

On if you still haven't got your announcement thread here, you can post it there and have the details of your exchange.

1697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A cryptocurrency that lets you shop everywhere online without any fees? on: August 20, 2022, 08:39:48 PM
Nano has zero fees.

But the acceptance depends on the merchant on what cryptocurrencies they like to accept as payment. Most likely, it's bitcoin, ethereum and bnb that are the most accepted cryptos by the merchants.

Not unless, they have some uncommon crypto that's being supported by them so that the others are going to buy the coin as well. Also, an off chain transaction will cost nothing if the merchant and customer is on the same platform and allows that type of transfer.
1698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 20, 2022, 07:40:05 PM
Maybe they are interested of Davis, however, I don't think the Lakers would let go of Davis and keep Westbrook, so in short, this trade is not going to happen as they don't agree with the terms. Safe to say that Irving will stay as a Nets and will help the team together with Durant to win a championship.
I doubt it that they'll let go of Davis too. He's one of the main components of the team and LBJ would highly suggesting it that they shouldn't let go of him.

I'm still looking for those news if they'll take Irving and if there's a chance that they'll take a player from the Nets, it should be Irving and not Durant.

Davis and Westbrook both have a problem. Davis is injury prone, while Westbrook is inconsistent, so if they could solve that problem then maybe once again the Lakers will become a championship team. Right now, the top favorites in the past season are struggling, and they are not anymore the favorite to win now.
If that's the internal problem, there's really a need for the management to solve it.

But as for trades, if there's a necessary player that they have to trade, there will goes the rumor. Most likely, the fans would love to see Westbrick go away and be traded.

1700  Economy / Economics / Re: Effect Of Delayed Gratification On Investment Outcome. on: August 20, 2022, 09:22:29 AM
Does it therefore mean that the outcome of an investment can be determined in advance when we delay enjoyment/gratification?
Yes.

Those that are successful with investments today, you may ask them how long they've waited for that very moment of selling those stocks and investments that they have that they're enjoying today.

I've just learned delayed gratification when I was new into bitcoin and that really worked for me. It's all about being patient and rewarding yourself in the future as long as you're doing the right thing and choosing the right investments.
