1721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advise to a friend on: April 19, 2023, 01:56:05 PM
If your friend does not know what to invest in, it is better not to invest, investing 40% of the savings account is not considered a small investment, and therefore if your friend does not know what he is trying to do, he will end up selling in the first panic, and then he will not think about investing again.

Let him start with money he does not need for the next five years and diversify investments in real estate, stocks and foreign currencies in addition to gold and bitcoin by 5%.

Always let him put the worst case scenario before the gains.
1722  Economy / Exchanges / Re: SEC wants to regulate DEXs on: April 19, 2023, 01:11:39 PM
I made this list <list> Crypto exchanges under SEC’s Radar!, and if you've noticed, over the past three months the SEC has been active in shutting down, tracking, and sanctioning all of centralized exchanges, so it looks like it's the next turn for decentralized one.

taking-more-feedback-plan-expand-exchange-definition-2023-04-14/[/url]

Does that mean the SEC will begin to enforce regulations on DEXs? Most of the so-called DEXs we know and love today are not as decentralized as they claim to be. Some have publicly-known developers, while others are hosted on centralized servers using centralized infrastructure. I fail to see how the SEC will succeed, especially when there's a small minority of DEXs that are truly-decentralized (it becomes difficult, if not impossible, to enforce regulations).

Now we will know the real centralized platforms and the platforms that claim to be decentralized, as most of these platforms depend either on a network with a certain number of signatories, or liquidity, deposit and withdrawal can be controlled.

True DEX cannot be stopped, but they can be influenced and restricted.
1723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be the reason why Satoshi never made himself known to the public? on: April 19, 2023, 12:46:40 PM
It seems that you do not know how ChatGPT or artificial intelligence in general works. It is not a magic tool that you can find answers to all the questions that humans are unable to arrange. And if he gives you an answer, it is just speculation and not facts or words of importance or scientific support.

There is no point in such questions and there is no meaning in such answers, and they are nothing more than guesses.

the screenshot may give data about you, because it may show the type of phone you are using, and the time zone you are in.
with the data that you entered, it will be easy to identify you, so if you are concerned about your privacy, be more careful in the future
1724  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Bucksoftware101 is a fake Bitcoin generator software seller! on: April 18, 2023, 04:57:16 AM
I have read his previous posts that he is desperate to get any money for fraud, so he tries to sell software, and once he tries to sell real estate, and other dreams that are too good to be true.

This type of scam is easy to detect, but with people who believe that there is a way to double your money by simply sending it to a scammer I am afraid that some people will fall victim to such fraud.

1725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Essential one to new traders in Crypto currency on: April 18, 2023, 04:25:22 AM
I respect your advice, but then it is misleading, and let's start from number 5. The high market volatility means that liquidity can pump and disappear in a short time, so it is the wrong time to invest because it is the end of the wave, and then you will only find yourself on the beach and not in the middle of the sea, meaning that it is a period of money withdrawal and not pumping it.

1.Crypto currency is not a stock market trading, you need to wait longer period as compared to the stock market. In stock, you can earn 5% in short period, but in crypto it take short or longer based on the market flow.

Here is spot trading and futures trading, and therefore the same options. On the contrary, making profits in the cryptocurrency market is fast because trading is not stopped on the currency, as is done in stocks that rise or fall by more than 20%.

2.You have to learn trading by using a little amount of dollars in practical experience. You should not consider such money as loss. After you learn trading, you can earn 10-20x of the loss money.

Only invest in money that you do not need or that you are not afraid of losing.

3.Stock market will give you profit lesser as compared to crypto currency. You can earn 10-30x of investments by investing on potential crypto currency. You should ready to hold till the expected profit had gained into your wallet.
This is true, but it comes with greater risks.
1726  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market is seasonal on: April 18, 2023, 04:14:47 AM
The smart trader is the one who can make gains in the market cycles. No matter how negative the market is, he can make profits. It is true that those profits will be difficult and few, but he can achieve them.
Do not be sad and develop yourself on how to find ways to make profits when the market is bad and everyone believes that there is no way to generate profits and then it will be easy for you to make profits in the normal situation and when the market is high.

So, for a professional trader, the market is not seasonal
1727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction from $30K: Reason to worry? on: April 18, 2023, 03:59:31 AM
All the scenarios that you set for the price do not include a rebound above $30,000,
the next trend is bearish, or are you letting the bearish scenarios go?

As I expected previously, the price will not continue to move away from above 30k, and we may retest the same levels after the next Federal Reserve meeting. Until then, I suggest returning to testing the 26k and long-term stability at the 28k.

Less than 24K is a very pessimistic scenario and we may not see it soon.
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question Of Thought About Crypto Winter on: April 17, 2023, 03:35:37 PM
1) would've other crypto's survived during that time ?.
There are more than 6000 cryptocurrencies, which one of them means.
Keep in mind that there are thousands of currencies that have died even in the vicinity of crypto days.

2) Why do Bitcoin survive during crypto winter and other crypto's finds it difficult to cope ?.

There is no reason for failure. These currencies are either useless, scam, or have no real use inside and outside the platforms, or there is no development that attracts customers.

The reasons are many, but the result that 99% of these currencies are bad for long-term investments.
1729  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Binance] Address expiration? on: April 17, 2023, 03:21:28 PM
The problem is to wait for the assurance times that make the person lazy. Instead of going to the platform and verifying the address and sending money, it sends the money address saved in notepad.

This reminded me of a scam, which is that the hacker creates an incorrect transaction with your wallet, and therefore when the last address you was copied, so you copy the hackers address without verifying it.
1730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many people are having bitcoin? on: April 17, 2023, 03:00:38 PM
The reason for this post is to know all the were about of the bitcoin in circulation. I read a story of a man threw away is hard drive with almost 7,500 bitcoin on it, then later realised that it worth huge amount of money which he is trying to get back the drive which he found difficult. Now my question is that does it mean all this 7,500 bitcoin are gone completely?

It is a famous story, the owner of that disk is James howlls and had a solid disk containing 7500 bitcoin before getting rid of it in the landfill. Story drills are here: https://news.bitcoin.com/man-accidentally-threw-away-7500-bitcoins-hard-drive-new-plan-retrieve-btc/

The search will be expensive and incapable and no one knows what this disk would have been returning, but with the development of ways to restore files, we may be able to do so.

Quote
We estimate there is between 300,000 – 400,000 tonnes of waste to look through.

Despite having a plan, Howells said that the Newport City Council would not let him search the landfill, even after he offered them £55 million ($76 million).

Can it be possible to know the people the are in position of all the bitcoin in circulation or know the number of units in total circulation?

All will be speculation, only bitcoin that is sent to the burning addresses can be considered as safe and irreversible.
There are several Bitcoin that cannot be spent due to the error of early bitcoin blocks.

1731  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin in 1 Minute charts on: April 17, 2023, 02:51:26 PM
At the present time, what changes can occur within one minute?
Most of the trading is made by a quarter of an hour at least when major changes occur or when the price is near support and resistance points.
We can achieve temporary profits, but the losses are greater.

Trying to do trading by a time difference without taking into account trading volumes is not a wise strategy, and relying on daily trading needs an expert trader and not for beginners.

1732  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Always hide your forum email address after registration. on: April 17, 2023, 02:28:52 PM
You can register with a fake email. It is true that there are problems that you will face if you try to restore your account, but signing a message from the address once you log in is enough to prove your account ownership.
It is easy to create hundreds of accounts using protonmail, using paid version will give you easy management to 100 accounts which will enhance your privacy if you know how to use it.

We hope that in the future signatures will stop requesting data publicly and some of them are encrypted in private messages.

1734  Economy / Services / Re: Service] BBcode Image Designer on: April 17, 2023, 01:00:25 PM
you are right i will make another thread if only signature design, but i will get orders? as a intermediate?
Start free offers for the first 3 clients and then the price of $ 5, $ 10 to an average of 30 dollars.
Try to develop your skills before providing your service, copy the previous signature codes, adjust them and learn from them, within a month or two, the design will be professional.

It is a cumulative issue, there are two active designers, and therefore the competitor is not great.
1735  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: (announced) WATERPROOF CRYPTO WALLET CASE for Ledger Nano and Trezor Hardware St on: April 17, 2023, 12:48:23 PM
Metal boxes designed for electrical installations are indeed widely sold and the price is also not too expensive.
But don't expect a good design.
The problem of these minerals in the moving parts, moving parts make it badly perform when it comes to shocks, questions or fires.

You will find a detailed explanation of how bad these moving parts are when they are exposed to fluids or combustion and therefore they are not good to protect the equipment of the devices. https://jlopp.github.io/metal-bitcoin-storage-reviews

Cylindrical parts will play a better role in both shock resistance, heat and other factors.
1736  Economy / Services / Re: Service] BBcode Image Designer on: April 17, 2023, 12:14:06 PM
just a mistake

Once again, I am not a signature designer. However, I managed to reduce the number of words that the Facebook image has, as I replaced:

  • There is no need for a word color at the beginning of each line
  • White word consumes a lot of letters, so #FFF takes four words and not 5 words.
Total number = 701
your total number = 909
SAME RESULTS ///

Thus, its mission is the developer of signatures, giving the best result in the limits of 4000 words, and therefore it must be one designer.

Try to develop skills and present yourself as a signature designer, non-signed parts design is easier than image design.

1737  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Btc accelerator sites on: April 16, 2023, 03:04:17 PM
AFAIK, If the transaction does not contain RBF flag, then transferring the seeds to a wallet that supports that will not enable you to re-broadcast the transaction with higher fees.

It is a future option, but in the current situation you are forced to wait if it has low fees (≤0.5 KB) or the platform forces you to use a wallet that does not support RBF.
1738  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why coin base take so long to deliver a coin? on: April 16, 2023, 02:44:35 PM
It is not supposed to take 6 days to confirm the transaction.
What happens to your account is not normal unless you used an international bank transfer and sent those currencies before the weekend, then it will take 5 to 6 days.
Can you provide us with a screenshot of the account, or at least contact the support team to find out the reason?

In terms of the speed of deposit and withdrawal, it is assumed that all CEXs have the same time.
1739  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] BBcode Image Designer on: April 16, 2023, 02:33:47 PM
I am not a signature designer, but I tried to design a signature for this free campaign <free> Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023 signature/avatar, and since I do not have a budget, I searched on the Internet and found that there are services that convert images into BBcode and the service that I used is https://asciiart.club

The second problem that I noticed is the number of characters allowed, which is less than 4000, which makes the design of the signature be as one unit (one designer)  and not as disjointed parts due to the limited number of characters.
1740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt coins in the next century on: April 16, 2023, 02:20:26 PM
1. What will happen to alt coins when Bitcoin becomes a legal tender? Will they have a massive growth,or would people sell and jump into  Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a legal currency in three countries, or do you mean a specific country?
2. What would happen to alt coins when Bitcoin becomes relatively stable( when it is fully mined and will solve its problem of price volatility)? Will alt coins survive the test of time? Will new alt coins be created later? What would become of the various countries'currencies, especially the Dollar (the global reserve currency) after Bitcoin's general acceptance?
Assuming that the average age of the forum is 15 years old and that the youngest member may be 10 years old, most of us will not live to see the last bitcoins mined, and even those who live will not have the physical ability to understand their reality.

3. If alt  coins survive in the next century what is the reason it would.
This depends on the definition of any altcoin? Thousands of altcoins *died* in the first 13 years.

4. Should alt coins be traded rather than HODL?
Historical data says so.
