1841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: May 11, 2023, 06:57:53 PM
But if you want to earn $100 from gambling, it will never be easy because you have to beat the casinos where few people can make a lot of money. The casino will be the victor at the end of the day and earn a lot of money.
We're aware of the term. "It's always the house that wins". And that's true, no matter how hard you try to beat the casinos or maintain that amount of aiming each day, you'll never get lucky most of the time.
It's hard to set amounts that you must meet every day because instead of meeting them, you'll meet the opposite which is losing. Thus, if you're gambling every day, don't set high expectations or any amounts, and if you want to earn that amount daily, find a job or side hustle or make a business that can generate that amount safely. With that, you'll be assured that you can make $100 daily but then if you're persistent and you only to do that with casinos then try other sources that you can do with regards to casinos like adding some affiliate marketing.
1842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to accept crypto payments? on: May 11, 2023, 06:13:47 PM
Yes, that's one way of receiving payments if you've got a business and want to accept crypto payments. But this has to be for each coin that you want to receive.
The easiest is to use those payment processors wherein they'll convert those payments easily for your desired currency/cryptocurrency.
If you're using a QR code, it's unlikely that someone will have to send it wrongly to that address since it's going to require the payees to scan the qr code which will come from you.
Description of your QR code is very important for all merchants. Changing and fixing the price list of the product is very easily possible through QR code. Any data exchange in cryptocurrency is very easy to store, and quick exchange through QR codes. We who want to set up a new business. It is very important for them to have a clear understanding of QR-code
That's just a simple thing for the merchants to understand and that's the typical thing and setup that I've seen for those stores that accepts crypto payments.
But if it's just all about bitcoin, they can simply give or message their bitcoin address to their customers upon payment so that they can pay them easily with bitcoin.
It's not going to be a rocket science for them upon acceptance of payments through crypto or by just mainly in bitcoin.
1843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to accept crypto payments? on: May 11, 2023, 12:06:32 PM
to receive or send payments on cryptocurrency I think it's quite easy for us to see the QR code that is printed on each wallet, so we can scan or write existing addresses to make transactions. but what needs to be considered is that we really have to check the correct address so that we don't send it wrong, because once we send it wrong we can't return it, it's different with banks, where there are institutions to clarify

1844  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Si CZ Na Tagapagtatag Ng Binance Ay Kinasuhan Ng CFTC on: May 11, 2023, 10:40:11 AM

<snip>
1845  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Gcash Down? Unauthorized Transactions on: May 11, 2023, 09:50:40 AM
Hindi ako nakatanggap niyan at baka need mo talaga i-follow up yan.

1846  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: May 10, 2023, 11:55:27 PM
Saving cannot be said to be wastage. People actually save for investment because bulk money doesn't come especially for salary earners except entrepreneurs who could get some huge sum of money from a deal. Even they too save.
There are people who save because they just want to save and they're afraid of taking any investment. That's different from people that save because they're going to invest their money in something else that they know will grow their money. I wouldn't say that those that are savers just for the sake of saving money are wasting also their time and money. But, it's like having a fund that they can spend whenever they are and that's liquid cash. While those people that save for investments, it might take time until they manage to get that money back for a specific period of time and it's not as liquid as the saved money unless it's on the crypto market where they can sell it as soon as possible when they're in need of money.
1847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: with the high transaction fees btc makes me stronger to hold btc. on: May 10, 2023, 11:22:24 PM
i want to hear your opinion,,,
and are you freaking out about the high btc transaction fees...?
Nope.
Why should I be freaking out just because of the fees? I know that it's truly expensive and far from what we've used to see but this isn't going to make me freak out. A sudden fall is more likely to freak out most of us but then, with this situation, it's just making us get used to it and adopt and decide whether we want to transact or not.

but in my opinion if transacting btc it would be better to use a cheap transaction method.
Yes, always choose the cheapest fee. If it's possible to transact with 1 sat/byte before, we might see that happen again when there's no more clogging in the network. But for the meanwhile, we have to add some sats on it and if you've got an urgent transaction needed to happen then just do what's the priority amount is telling you.
1848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: May 10, 2023, 10:50:08 PM
This is actually situational because there are really places on the world or countries which had been banning all forms of gambling or simply been prohibited.

United Arab Emirates
Brunei
Cambodia
North Korea
Japan
Singapore
....
https://www.lawyer-monthly.com/2018/02/10-countries-where-gambling-is-completely-illegal/

Dont know if this one is on both physical or online betting but for  sure there are countries which both banned  these things. Gambling industry
isnt the only source on where they could be able to extract out that TAX but well its not shocking into those places on where
they do heavily rely on this industry considering on how much money could really be generated into this  matter.
I beg to differ about Japan, it's not really banned there. As you can see, there are many Japanese that like to gamble. Just like this video, it shows a life of a Japanese casino worker so that means, that Japan isn't really banning gambling there. There could be some conditions but it's not actually stopped nor banned there.
These articles should need to be updated and give more accurate details of what are the countries that do really prohibit gambling. But I've got an idea and most of them are Muslim countries.
1849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: price of CAKE $50 realistic? on: May 10, 2023, 10:27:30 PM
it was realistic back then but I don't think it's realistic right now, there's just absolutely no reason why these swap platform coin gonna rise, all attention is stolen by meme coin and layer 2 coin, most investment flowing in infrastructure based coin, I don't think these coin like cake will ever reach that high ever again.
Yes, there's this tension in these swap platforms because the market isn't favoring them at all. Well, whenever we go into a bull run, that's when we'll know if the price for cake @ $50 is going to be realistic or not. Because that's where things happen and we'll see how much it'll go up when the bulls back. Right now, we don't see any optimistic moments on it as it's quite low so, the realistic thoughts of many is that it's far from that price and that's why let the market decide whenever we see it up again but maybe that's likely by next year or by 2025.
1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin - PEPE on: May 10, 2023, 09:54:59 PM
And just after reaching the peak and ATH of Pepe, it has come now to go down. I am sure that there have been many investors that have made a mistake investing again in this coin.
But I am also sure that there are more that have made profits, huge profits on this one, and never missed the train. While it's also possible that many have been greedy and instead of selling and taking good profits, they've taken decreased profits because of the greed that has been on them.
Don't be like that, whenever you invest on these projects you must be prepared and have a plan on when to get out.
1851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi coin on: May 10, 2023, 06:55:14 PM
Has always been a joke project. While the meme coins are being taken care of these exchanges and listing them quickly, here goes this project reasoning out that they're still on development of an exchange. They don't really need an exchange because they'll never get there.
It's all promises that will be just vain in the end, sorry for those people that have been hoping will bag such money on this project.
But think of it slowly about the reality of this project that it's going nowhere because it's non existent and the devs have just collected all of your data, thanks to their KYC that's said to be reasonable but no other aim but just to collect all of your ids.
1852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Awareness: Bitcoin logos on T-Shirts on: May 10, 2023, 06:24:29 PM
That's a good one if the main idea is to raise awareness to the people that are going to see that t-shirt. If that's an affordable price to most then that will be a successful business and aim.
But then, there have been news and reports about $5 wrench attacks and this can be one of the ways for these attackers to determine if someone holds and owns a bitcoin.
That will be easy for them to know their targets. Yes, it's possible that it can happen but I'm not telling it that it shall bring the whole negativity to anyone who's going to wear it but, it's just about the reality that has happened to the others.
True. I think this is very possible for those scammers to easily trace bitcoin hodlers since wearing bitcoin T-shirts only means that you are a believer and a long time investor in bitcoin, and that you be could owning already a lot of bitcoin profits. Though this idea is very good for public awareness, but it will also trigger the safety of those people who are actually making profits from bitcoin. That’s why most bitcoin earners are just hiding their identities so they can avoid crypto scammers.
Yes.
So, it's like having a helpful way of promoting bitcoin to the public but at the same time, you'll be thinking about safety concerns upon wearing it. You choose what matters to you. We can contribute in bitcoin's growth in some other ways if you're concerned with your safety.
But if you're for it as in fashion, you can always wear it anytime you want and just reason out that it's just given to you. I have seen someone wear something like this in the public but no offense, that person was a beggar and that t-shirt was just likely given to him.
1853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: May 10, 2023, 05:52:12 PM
Exactly, with the help of the technology, it's not hard to trace where the transactions came from and even you'll try to hide those important information, it will gonna reveal itself since there's a trace from the receiving ends and processors.

You can't hide that fact and it's not a wise thing to do, trying to blame someone with your mistake, you are the one who are in charge with such actions that you made, it's a sad fact but nothing to be blame but those persons itself who made these actions.
They're just arrogant and they have no escape on this one trying to blame their losses to anyone or an imaginary hacker. It's true that with such tracing, they can be found that they're the ones that really gambled with that money.
They have no way to go if that's proven to them because that's really they are. These are not going to change anything even if they keep making excuses such as this and such as that because it will never change the fact that they're the ones who have gambled and they've just losers trying to blame it to others and can't accept such defeats.
There blame game is nothing out of the ordinary, I mean a thief will always have a reason as to why he become a thief, and if he or she does not blame his actions on this parents, a family member or relative, he will blame it on the government, the economy and the bad situation of his or her country..
That's true, these people rely on pointing their mistakes to another one because they have no balls of admitting and taking care of it. There's always the opposite reaction to doing such.

But the most important thing here remains the fact that who ever is to blame will not stop the law from taking its full course and justice served as it is rightly deserved.
They don't realize that. Whether they make reasons or point to others thinking that they'll be the one to catch the punishment, nothing will change. They can't stop what the law says and whatever is the punishment they must render time to pay for their actions.

1855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 10, 2023, 04:54:45 PM
They'll learn the lesson eventually if they keep on doing that. Having that mindset and doesn't change it will make them feel that there's something wrong when they've just keep on losing again and again. It's a cycle that's repetitive and they will only realize it when they see that they're no longer progressing with this attitude and strategy.

But greed make people loose all senses I think. If you are still thinking to invest in safemoon now, think twice.
True to that, when someone allows greed to get inside of his head. Well, every project that they will see as some sort of pump and dump, they'll have hard time of avoiding it and instead, they'll be optimistic towards it.

Cancel nalang siguro to.

I believe Gilas already had their first win, but their biggest opponent in this tournament is likely the host country, as they have a lot of naturalized players. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the game, but I'm planning to watch the highlights to see how the Philippines dominated Malaysia.
I wasn't able to watch their game but congrats to them. It's true that there are still some problems that they need to face with their matches against other countries. They've maxed out the ruling of having 3 naturalized players while the Gilas, only have one.
Hopefully that they're proving everything to everyone that's doubting them to have a bad finish in this tournament. Because they're not open to changes and the management, SBP isn't willing to adopt these rulings even if it's allowed. We want all the best for the team but they can't blame their fans if the majority aren't expecting that much. Yes, there's the support but we should expect the unexpected thus, they'll prove everyone that we're wrong about our expectations.
1859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pepe The Frog (PepeBNB) made 644% in 2 days and keeps growing on: May 09, 2023, 11:26:03 PM
that's so true, this is why investing in meme coin in general when they are already famous and already gaining massive value increase is just waste of time and money, it's just gonna lose its value in no time, it's just waiting for its whales to just exit the market.
Right.
Those that are buying during the hype are the ones that will regret their decision for buying it. But good for those that were able to make money from it.
The hardest part is no one knows when these meme coins are going to remain profitable. Whoever is making these hypes are doing this for a long time and is able to read the part of the community that gives their interest and attention to any project that's being hyped by anybody.
I understand the part of those folks that want to make money quickly with these meme coins but, it's not going to be always your plan that will be followed by the market. You all should be the ones that must follow the trend and the market.
1860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New trend PEPE ? Seems many projects Launching with PEPE Names. on: May 09, 2023, 10:56:04 PM
This is nothing new.
Remember when the meme coins that started from Dogecoin to Shiba INU and then there goes the series of these projects that have ended up their names with INU?
And the same goes with the Bitcoin forks that have been also troublesome for many for the past years. These trending names will always be attached made by the developers if the project has become successful at its launching time. I'll keep myself from these projects or else I'll be stuck in the midst of it and eventually incur losses that can't be recovered anymore from these projects.
