1861  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid bill includes 180-day countdown for Pentagon to make UFO disclosures on: April 28, 2021, 09:38:17 AM
There already a conspiracy theory on Reddit that "UFO disclosure" will be a false flag event for governments to impose New World Order a.k.a. the great reset event...

Let's just wait for few more weeeks and see what will happen

No, they won't be able to do that unless our CREATOR allows it. It's not going be in few weeks time. A big Nation will have big upset in seat of power, then the Nation will subdue others once a king takeover. The current one in power won't be able to take full control of the world, it neither can be done for him even with the help of a united nations
1862  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: April 28, 2021, 09:20:24 AM
In world, there is hierarchy, that is why some people are rich, some are average, some are not that rich but still having good living some are poor, while the poor still look at some and still appreciate life because they are poorer. I am beginning to thinking laziness can be the result of some people not having good living, while some is purely due to ignorant an lack of knowledge and exposure, some even only lack information.

I am thinking with how people is, is there a way possible for everyone to live without being poor, though their can be hierarchy but in a way no one is poor? But I am thinking it is not possible. If anything happens today that the poor are richer and got richer than the rich people, the rich people will become poor too because life is not just balance.

Economically, can there be a way people can live and no one will be poor?

sometimes, the lazy one can make good living. with good or bad act that can make the laziness got profit. and you can see, there are many hardwork man try the best as they can, but still have none. sometime, people need the other privilege, so they can make a good life.

to make it balance, the world create poor and the rich one. we cant deny it, people just to select which way is better for them by working hard.

many people hate to see poor man, because they hard to live the life. and the good think is, if you have more needs, you can give them as much as you can. just to help live a life for days or week.

The truth is money gotten immorally cannot be counted as riches. I would just focus on the contributions of every individual to society/people and how the contributions have help society without too much negative consequences.   I believe there are lots of people who work for free or people who get paid below the actual price of the good work they do.

1863  Economy / Economics / Re: Are some too blind to see? on: April 28, 2021, 09:05:31 AM
Taking profit in what way? From Crypto to fiat?
Well, I think the profit taking should be done in  a way that does not cause panic to people. This is one of reasons I believe it important that Bitcoin is used more within the Bitcoin economy (mostly decentralized economy) and only sell for fiat occasionally  especially when you need some money for other important things you can't get on the Bitcoin economy.
If you can't afford to have much of your fund in Bitcoin then don't invest too much. Better to Invest some of the little cash you have lying around on Bitcoin once in a while rather than spending them on things that are bad for you or things you don't need. Investing amount you can afford to risk would help you stay calm during high volatility or turbulence.
1864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help needed please!! on: April 27, 2021, 04:08:16 PM
I remember there use to be sites where developers can submit their cryptocurrency ideas and get funded if the ideas are useful and viable. I guess you could search for sites like that.
You could search for this on Google "Submit a crypto Proposal for grant",   maybe you will find useful/safe sites to do that.
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help! Stop loss on: April 27, 2021, 03:38:47 PM
Not sure about stop loss on decentralized exchange. I suppose this can be done from wallet/nodes you control , but you'll have to factor the fees which are typically "expensive" for fast transaction.
I probably would rely on notifications in place of automated stop loss if I there is no easy way to trade using the stop-loss feature on truely decentralized exchange/wallet, but transaction fee has to be really cheap and the transaction fast for this to be viable.
I would be surprised if the automated stop loss hasn't been built already for truely decentralized exchange.
1866  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid bill includes 180-day countdown for Pentagon to make UFO disclosures on: April 27, 2021, 02:59:18 PM
I wonder how the kind of UFOs lots of people expect can enter earth without first penetrating the "covering" that's protecting our world. Perhaps, they can pass through the covering or have somehow managed to get humans build them the UFOs on earth with our resources and the information they supply to humans.
1867  Economy / Economics / Re: Using Blockchain to run economies on: April 27, 2021, 02:43:36 PM
Not a good idea to allow a system based on anarchy to make decisions like that. I prefer this to happen on satoshi-type Blockchain, with good rules/principles plus reputations. Every decision on the chain has to be guided by the rules and the system has to be transparent and open to public.

I think the anarchy  method could be tried in places like hell by the developers. It's the kind of thing lazy minds develop... Reminds me of game theory or something like that.
1868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RIP - One of the first Bitcoin code reviewers dies on: April 27, 2021, 10:54:03 AM
I guess he was referring to Satoshi in the quote (kaminski's quote) below:

Quote from: Kaminski
The formatting of the code was just insane. Only the most paranoid and painstaking programmer on the planet could avoid mistakes. I've never seen anything like it. He is a world class programmer with deep knowledge of C ++. He understands economics, cryptography and peer-to-peer networks. Either it's a whole team or this guy is a genius.

A source forklog

Sometimes I think you could achieve similar results if  you're wise and responsible enough, and you're building to escape a serious global threat you understand really well. He may have also seen it as serious crisis that even the world governments may not be able to survive. I remember it was abit like the feelings during the financial crisis back then.
Sorry for the loss.
1869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you invest if it would also help those in need? on: April 27, 2021, 10:09:35 AM
In my opinion, such token would need to be safe enough, have other useful features and purposes (aside for helping the need), to  keep it sustainable... otherwise I'd instead use the established cryptocurrencies/tokens like Bitcoin to help those in need in secure/fraud-proof manner. .
1870  Economy / Economics / Re: Could Bitcoin Smash Socialism in Venezuela? on: April 27, 2021, 09:44:29 AM
But their investment wasn't enough in the end as you have already said. Another problem as you have also mentioned is that they are so reliant on oil that they didn't try to invest in other products. And the blunder of choosing Maduro as the successor added to that problem.

Do you really believe that someone other than Maduro could have resolved this issue? Venezuela is like a single-commodity economy, which is over-reliant on petroleum. The majority of the population is left-leaning similar to the other Latin American nations and they want the governments to make huge welfare spending. If the right-wing parties were in power, then I don't know whether the situation could have been any good. They would have privatized the oil fields, which would cause losses to the economy once the crude oil prices increase.

It is possible that if you show the majority of the people a common-sense economic model that works they wouldn't reject it. The problem with certain national economies is partly due to pressure to apply extreme economic models rather than something that works, is safe and sustainable.
I would be surprised if they reject a safe economic model that combines both socialism, capitalism and other models that are suitable to their way of life.
1871  Other / Off-topic / Re: If being robbed could destroy your finance on: April 27, 2021, 09:23:07 AM
I guess what you are basically saying is that diversifying safely or probably having other assets in multiple places that thieves can't easily access is what guarantee riches?
Well, I would probably consider myself rich if I can always get the good things I need in life anytime I need it. To guarantee this, I will likely need to make sure they can be produced by people around me, and that they can easily be moved around for safety/security reasons.
I can also completely rely on our CREATOR for riches and never have to worry about stockpiling them especially for selfish purposes.
1872  Other / Off-topic / Re: blockchain flaw - can't function when sovereign firewalls break the internet on: April 23, 2021, 04:08:26 PM
A well Decentralized and global multi-Blockchain Network that exists as a Unit would allow communities to seperate/split from the entire Decentralized Network to become local Networks within their countries/communities.  This is why it's very important to build the right kind of Decentralized Network that allows that kind of splitting when a serious global crisis develops... An Ethiopia community on the Network for example could split to continue using their Network locally, probably on some sort of Intranet in an isolated location or the community's village.   The community could rejoin the global network if they find a safe global internet.
And it should be possible to print out the Blockchain ledger on papers and use it entirely offline or physically without phones or computer. Or you could print part of the ledger occasionally and buy and sell with the printout. This should survive any kind of crisis better than any system.

In addition to this ^, we could somehow find ways to communicate with other communities around the world without using the regular internet. We could use Decentralized Satellites (and other mean I wouldn't want to mention now) to establish safe communications with the rest of the global network. Those who remain then will certainly need it. You can't solely rely on centralized satellites due to the possibility of censorship.
1873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when.. on: April 23, 2021, 03:52:44 PM

1st point he made was who determines the value of bitcoin? As of now the price changes every second. Hypnotically you have the equivalent of $1 in your account you want to buy a soda with it but then the stock drops a little your 1 dollar is now $.98?

Can't buy that soda that will effect business owners in a negative way..

2nd point was what happens if many of the big corps start holding bitcoin but continue to pay bills with their cash/ credit methods and lets say these big corps manage to collect 17m Bitcoins out of the 21m.. With those remaining 4m coins actually in circulation won't that increase the prices in some way?

The price is simply determined by demand and supply. If demand outweighs supply, the price goes up and vice versa.

I think the soda seller could price the soda in both bitcoin and dollar , and have the soda price in bitcoin  adjust automatically to always equal or reflect the $1 whenever Bitcoin price changes/fluctuates

In regards to the 2nd Point, ofcourse, it will greatly increase the price as long there is high demand for the bitcoins while it remain scarce, decentralized and transparent. In my opinion, without transparency and decentralization, the price could be suppressed by companies while they issue fake bitcoins on centralized platforms

Interesting.
I noticed it even got a befitting and colorful "burial" ceremony here: https://images.indianexpress.com/2016/08/untitled-83.jpg
I wonder if she was cremated or buried?

May she rest in peace.

1876  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoins kill Central Banks? on: April 23, 2021, 10:51:26 AM
I guess a Central Bank is part of government... meaning it has to be subjected to Just laws/principles that binds a Nation. As far as I can tell, no bank on earth has the right to stop people from accepting payment in any currency they choose to get paid in, except maybe the people are somehow enslaved to the bank. Free people should have the right to accept payments in any currency as long as that is helping them and their societies.
I suspect the banks feel they have the right to rule and control people at the expense of the people's laws, probably due to people's indebtedness to them. Well, I believe there are lot of people who don't own them a penny... So they need to be careful how they treat such people
1877  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why are people still suffering from covid19 when there is a cure. on: April 23, 2021, 10:21:27 AM
Imagine the country is covered by a  bubble/shield that needs to be strengthen & stopped from expanding and weakening at the same time to get her (the country) shielded properly. The shield really exists and needs to be thicknened. True Love thickens it while Hate weakens it.. Besides, you can't love the right without the CREATOR helping you to love the right way .
I wish the country already has Saints that should be praying and interceding for her in this trying time.
1878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ''HELP , SUGGESTIONS ," on: April 23, 2021, 09:48:21 AM
Not really a good idea to buy what people suggest you to buy without doing your own research and knowing the truth yourself.
I'd really focus on one or few coins that are safe and well decentralized. I'm not sure if we have such coins yet, so I would probably just stick to Bitcoin because it is the oldest and still running fine without much problem...and is fairly decentralized too.
I would advice you invest only what you can afford risk and don't get too attached to your investment. You can help contribute to growth and running of Bitcoin in your own little way, if it does fine, your investment does well too
1879  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid virus 2021 on: April 23, 2021, 09:21:48 AM
Did you know that in my country there are still many who have not been vaccinated. It doesn't mean I don't want to because I live in the interior where the majority of the population still live in one area. all must be in the vaccine. does not demand the possibility that all will inevitably be in the vaccine

Nothing can be done, because the vaccine manufacturing units are working with limited capacity. Even here in India, we are facing a severe shortage of the vaccine doses, despite being the manufacturing hub of the AstraZeneca vaccine. Now the government has even given permission to import vaccines from abroad, which would have been unthinkable a few months back. If this is the case in a country which manufactures huge amounts of the vaccine, you can imagine the condition of the other countries.
hopefully this condition will be over soon and we can breathe free air and be able to travel with the family, hopefully the corona virus will disappear soon

In India, the number of new infections had decreased by around 95% by January-February 2021. A lot of people thought that now it is safe and therefore went out for vacations. And many of these people who went for outings in March returned home infected with the Coronavirus. I personally know the story of one of my colleague's cousin who died of COVID 19. He was only 30 years old. He went out for a small tour with his family and got infected. The entire family was infected. The other family members recovered, but he died after 3 weeks of illness.  I am located in the Southern part of India and here the infections are yet to peak. But when I talk to my colleagues in Northern India, almost every one is either infected for COVID 19, or taking care of someone who is suffering from it. The situation changed here very rapidly.

You need to make a choice. Either wait for a few months, to breathe fresh air, or to risk infection now.

I wonder how the condition is in the country's rural areas. I think unhealthy lifestyle like you see among cities and towns dwellers around the world could actually be contributing alot to the spread of the disease. There are poor rural dwellers adopting such lifestyle thesedays. Rural people typically should be depending on natural foods (no GMO) they produce and also work hard to produce them. Unfortunately, this way of life has been abandoned by lots of rural dwellers who are too attached to unhealthy lifestyle of city/town dwellers.  People need to live more with nature with moderate level of safe/good Man-made technology.
The current lifestyles is contributing to alot to problems this world is facing.
1880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / A secure Cryptocurrency Network that runs entirely on old phones and laptops. on: April 22, 2021, 05:00:38 PM
I always thought that people who spend too much on the development and running of Cryptocurrency Network could be very surprised if they realize how easily a robust "Cryptocurrency Network" (with native coins and tokens) can be created and fully used on mere laptops, phones (old ones for that matter) and other internet devices. And this can be done on already existing mobile applications, except that you would need to alter the applications slightly to make them really useful, decentralized and secure. You could use mere numbers, alphabets etc as coins with features to keep them very secure.

It seems that when you stick to the main crypto ideals/principles like Decentralization, Transparency, immutablity, censorship resistant, permissionless/trustless, anonymity/privacy, deflation, etc, you can easily construct something secure, useful, efficient and not-too-fancy on your phone or laptop that connects millions of people around the globe and can be fully used without the difficulty of running full-nodes.

Things get too complicated when you don't stick to principles, and when you don't build something every can easily use.
