1961  Other / Meta / Re: Appealing admins to ban this guy Vadi2323! on: September 27, 2019, 08:55:54 AM
He's a funny guy:
Tell your scam team that sent you to write this topic that Vadi2323 crushed them, crushes and will crush, and no sophisticated trick, no complaints to hypocrites will frighten Vadi2323.
Reminds me of Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf.

Just ignore his PM, that's what I did Tongue I don't think he'll be banned for this, there are far worse trolls still roaming the forum.

I believe there's a rule on the forum that anyone who sends you unnecessary, unsolicited PMs without your consent and/or expectation and if reported to admins, can get banned for doing so?  Undecided

I really don't want to have a headache while watching my incoming messages being filled by unwanted messages out there that has nothing but highly non-sensical stuff in it.
1962  Other / Meta / Re: And the yobit.net campaign is back on: September 27, 2019, 08:49:30 AM
The participants that make up the campaign are the representatives that the forum sees, you'll need a manager that'll select the very good posters, that way everywhere the signature is seen, it'll be complemented with a sensible and quality post above it.
Yahoo, Hamphuz, Dark star and some other top managers do and can do that effectively, you'll need to contact them if you wish, to know if they'll be interested, considering the furore this campaign has caused.

Thanks, we'll ask these managers and wait for their answers

This shows that since the old campaign ban, you still didn't learn quite a lot while showing up with the same type of campaign once again. I've got a few things to ask:

- You've been on this forum for so long (considering that your campaign had been running here for years), weren't you aware of the spam your campaign did spread?

- Why didn't you learn about so many highly reputed campaign managers here even before your campaign began for the first time? And even if not, why not this time? The forum needs not to be blamed but you for being lazy by not doing research you needed to make your campaign a successful experience for both you and the participants.

- Due to you not being active, do you even know that Yobit's campaign has got enough negative responses and not just limited to that, but even red tags for those who decide to participate in your campaign?

Profile of Vadi2323

Lately, I've been getting attacked again by one of the most mentally-challenged people who don't give a fuck to their deeds and start pushing and provoking us in a debate we don't even want to have with them. This guy accused me pf signature spamming which I didn't do, but what he did should really be considered as unethical in terms of sending merits and especially sending PMs to me with all his bullshit arguments I'm not even worried to know about.

One by one all his PMs, out of which I replied over 2 just so to make this Russian pig believe that I don't just post for money. But then, he just started insulting from the first message he sent me and believes he'd get respect from me? A middle finger in his ass in the name of respect.

Tы жe нe шлюxa пoдпиcнaя, вepнo? И ecли пepeживaeшь тaк зa py-лoкaл, знaчит ты нe пpoтив пoлyчить oтвeты нa cвoи вoпpocы в ПM. Yeah, I'm not a whore but you're a true slut, I can say that.
I never expected you to bark behind the wall but roar like a lion publicly but you couldn't even defend yourself because you know from your inner self that what you did is unjustifiable. If you believe I sig-spammed, go fuck with your "Report to Moderator" button in that thread. As well, please don't take the pain of sending me PMs in any other language except English. And yeah, that phrase suits you a lot, "When a thirsty fox became unable to reach the heights of the tree to gain some grapes, he started barking 'Grapes are sour, grapes are sour' and that's you".

And yeah, I didn't give a damn to ru-locale (based on your thinking) because you're underemployed to do so, huh? I saw the type of posts you've merited, and by calling me a whore and prostitute, you believe that I'm open to discussing things with ya, take my long dick in your fluffy stuffed ass and then, GTFO. Stop ranting because you've not done anything that's worth it.

Heck, he doesn't even know about his own responsibilities and now trying to provoke me to get into an unnecessary discussion by continuous bullshit over PM. Can this attack be stopped or do I need to take steps from my end? I guess the guy's gone mad over me as I'm the victim for all his bullshit today and he wanted to eat up my brain.  Huh

Dear Forum Users!

We start to pay for every post on this forum - 0.00001 btc (1000 sats).

Max daily msgs: 30 / day

Payments will be available from 2-3 September but all messages are counted from now.

- we need only constructive posts

- each post must contain 100+ characters, no low value

Moderators will check all posts and ban/block spammers.

Good luck!

I believe Yobit is addicted to spam and are also trying to drive people crazy for money with their new campaign on their own forum where they'll be paying pennies for just 30 posts (max) per day and they expect their users not to spam, else they'll get banned. Well-watchable circus going over there.

One strange thing is that, I've seen many people hopping from Bitcointalk over there making accounts with the same username they've got here. Maybe they don't love their privacy nor their accounts, because if they've used the same password they used at Bitcointalk, I guess their BCT account is at stake now as I'd never trust a forum (cryptotalk) from those who appreciate spam. I'm not sure if the accounts made with Bitcointalk names over cryptotalk are of those using Bitcointalk with those usernames here, however!  Roll Eyes
1965  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are about to hit 8K and below...soon (see charts) on: September 26, 2019, 11:28:02 PM
I believe we are heading back to 6.8k range. Not sure when yet. But I think we go lower from here.

I've got something to share here:

BTCUSD Weekly

BTCUSD Monthly

Watching both the charts very carefully, I can conclude that this beast is probably following the older pattern and may form a triangle very soon that could be a deciding factor for the long run of BTC in a single direction (could be up, could be down). But all I can say here is that, OP's prediction of $6800 is valid and possess some weight in it because if it is actually following the older pattern, then I see an extra possible downturn as well as sideways incoming. However, it can't go much down because the previous high (~$20k) was much more higher compared to the lower high we saw this year (~$14k) which lowers down the possibilities of a free fall.
1966  Economy / Reputation / Re: Legendster : Hunting the Lepers on: September 26, 2019, 11:04:48 PM
...Wait wait, is it your account only? Or is it that you did that for some kinda financial gains (maybe a deal cracked between both of you, eh!)?
Is anybody there who may write without signatures???

There were too many signatures of ChipMixer for me in this thread. My eyes hurt! Tell me please when will all that signatures be stoped with your signature spamming? Where can I leave a complaint about your signature spam here?

Why not simply go to Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences -> Check the box that says "Don't show users' signatures." -> Change Profile ?
It's the best way and that your eyes won't feel butthurt (fuck I couldn't stop laughing my ass off while writing this) and you'll feel much more better. Get well soon, Vadi2323. Cheesy

Now, let's get straight to the point.
On a serious note, just think what the fuck are you doing.
Ok, about the signatures, no I don't ever post to make a buck and you know what? Check my post history and yours and you'll see (and even feel) the difference. Pointing fingers immediately over people who've got signatures just because you've got nothing else to blame upon has become a common practice here nowadays and I don't really give a fuck to that anymore. Go watch your face in front of a mirror, ask yourself was it all unintended what you did or it was done intentionally? Merit source doesn't mean you need to find some person, go behind him through his posts, stalk him for just a day or two and send all your sMerits to them, you know nothing about the given authority to you. Wait wait, what about your actions on defending Livecoin?

Is this really Merit source material?
Isn't this really signature spam? Do you really think it is useful material for signature campaign?

этoт нe лyчшe) тaкoй жe дoлбoeб cтpoящий из ceбя бoгa
Google Translate translates this to: "this is not better) is the same hollow building from God".
The right translation is: "He isn't better) he is the same douchebag too who imaging he is God". It was written about LoyceV, one of "the most known users". We were discussing this topic and some members of English DT.

I truly believe he knows his job and he does it way better than you - distribution of merits to the right people and posts. You didn't respond to my query - do you always do it like that? If yes, I don't think you deserve to be a merit source any further. I don't know about reporting our posts for signature spam or whatever but I'll surely report you to admins and ask them why the hell should people like you be given such authority when you don't even understand how to follow it?

Lolz, as to my expectations, this ass-licking pageant clown PMed me with all the bullshit he could spit out off his mouth. Please use Google translate to understand if you don't get the meaning behind his words. He thinks I'm a signature whore! Now you tell me, what do you think Vadi2323?

Without increasing my post count, I've edited this post to show ya people how he's trying to provoke us behind the scenes. He's got nothing to prove but to fuck our minds with all his non-sensical comments.
1967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How Bitcoin transactions work and what are their types? on: September 26, 2019, 10:49:28 PM
...do you believe that's actually a form that can scale it in the long run considering the hyper hefty blockchain size that's technically too high for an average sized hard disk of a PC if people decide to run a node through downloading the whole blockchain?

To be honest, debate about the size of the Bitcoin block does not bring anything and even if, then it is only a temporary solution. With the time passing, we see new problems emerging and we still haven't solved old once. We have the Lightning Network running, which is a good thing of course and we have to help, to get it fully adopted, but still, this does not solve any of the problems with: transactions, speeds onchain, blocks and blockchain size, etc. Everybody was so focused on the LN start that we have forgotten about other important aspects or just naively believed, that Lightning will magically solve all these problems.

I believe LN is a solution for those believing in the offchain transactions with lesser fee involved, but even after doing it through LN can't resolve the size and scaling just because we are bound to take those transactions online in the future and add that size to our current blockchain, I believe that compression of Blockchain could be the only possible scenario that could help but don't really know how it'd be put in action by the devs if they ever decide to do so because the biggest risk of doing that will be - losing some old (and even new) transactional data possibly if it poses a glitch that could remove a piece of the transaction to reduce the size through compressing it, nothing else comes to my mind as of now.

Bitcointalk was the place for the biggest discussions about BTC development and future plans, so if there are any discussions actually ongoing, please point me to them because
I would really like to know what the future plans for Bitcoin development are and what is the (so-called) roadmap if there is any?

Well, to what I've seen, these guys always try to dig a well whenever fire takes place so I haven't clearly seen any such development related debates especially through developers (maybe they are doing it behind the curtains) or it is possible that they believe in actions rather than just words. Looks like you're the only one who's detecting his genuine and meritable posts

[_img height=500]https://i.imgur.com/d5C8NCj.jpg[/img]

If you want to stay a Merit source please watch out for posts deserving it.

You bark to the wrong tree. If you have a lot of free time and have nowhere to put energy, take a look at the topic starter. Why did his theme coincide with the recent similar theme of the blackmailer scammer izooomrud?

Also noteworthy is Lovesmayfamilis. Why is his investigations for which he received very many merits can be easily simulated? Why did he start to lie in this thread? Why does he oppose the fight against trading accounts in Russian locale? I have repeatedly shown that he is lying, why not pay attention to this?

Why not pay attention to your own self first before pointing fingers over others, Vadi2323?
What was so special to reward Viktor SPB around 50 merits in a period of just 2 days? You've had those merits to be sent to the most deserving candidates but all you did was sent these merits as a special treatment to Viktor SPB while most merits were sent over a single topic? Heck. We guys try to filter out the best ones among the average guys out there, do you always do that Mr. Merit Source? Then I believe that you don't even deserve to be one. Wait wait, is it your account only? Or is it that you did that for some kinda financial gains (maybe a deal cracked between both of you, eh!)?
1969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Upgrade to 018.1 on: September 26, 2019, 07:41:23 AM
Please try as mentioned here:
https://bitcoin.org/en/release/v0.18.1#wallet-gui

Unless you're using ancient Bitcoin Qt (0.7.x or lower), the upgrade process will be done automatically and all you have to do is wait.
If you encounter any problem on automatic upgrade, please share debug.log

It is also said in the link provided that "Upgrading directly from 0.7.x and earlier without redownloading the blockchain is not supported." So yeah, that's one kind of an extra step OP needs to take before continuing with the upgrade.

I believe I've never seen any genuine mixers asking you to send your coins to a legacy address but to multisig addresses that start with a '3'. And what made you went through these mixers when you've had Chipmixer that charges you nothing for using their services? Seriously, the amounts that you sent could've been easily mixed up through Chipmixer and it is the one and only mixer whose security couldn't be broken by the best hackers available.
1971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How Bitcoin transactions work and what are their types? on: September 25, 2019, 06:03:52 AM
I tried to find information about new developments and what is the future for the Bitcoin transactions because they are evolving constantly during the time.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything and even was afraid that I missed something, but all comments in this thread assured me that I have them all so far.

If anybody knows something about Bitcoin development and the future of transactions then please share.

The network clogs and mining pool games of increasing transaction fees are few of the most important topics I'm trying to get a resolution to. Please also try to focus on these things while sharing knowledge about the type of scripts and transactions. Great thread, appreciated. There's been a debate about Bitcoin's block size increment over time to involve more and more transactions, do you believe that's actually a form that can scale it in the long run considering the hyper hefty blockchain size that's technically too high for an average sized hard disk of a PC if people decide to run a node through downloading the whole blockchain?
1972  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are about to hit 8K and below...soon (see charts) on: September 25, 2019, 05:47:51 AM
...
So lets see if it can keep 9000 as an over head ceiling and then it might also lose 8100.   I would not normally not expect it to just hit a declining trendline and finish its selling in a simple way.
7340 is an initial target past 8100 if it should push past right away.

I believe we're in the middle of institutional traders taking it all in their hands and decide the direction of the markets and maybe the selloff was to make these type of investors get in at lower while also considering a fact that selling it off in leveraged positions make these SHORTS higher gains compared to those who open long leveraged positions. And since you already predicted $7340 past 8100, let us not forget that BTC already went near $7800 on most exchanges in minutes while this dump took place, so I currently believe that the game has already been played, chaos has been nested in the minds of longs where everyone is scared of taking a long position while it is also advisable to stay away from the markets before we see how and where BTC closes its weekend.
1973  Economy / Economics / Re: $175 billion just printed and the Bitcoin price goes down! on: September 25, 2019, 05:30:25 AM
@OP, Thanks to the Bakkt launch we're now almost 20% down from where we were a few days before. As to what I saw, more than $45 billion had been wiped out of the markets since its launch and still counting, but it was all a predicted game of big players who were counting on the astonishing dominance of BTC which, when started to pull back, they came to knew that alts are going to take it over for some time and Bitcoin might lose it hard and Bam, it did! This was actually all planned to kill the longs who bought leveraged positions in lieu of Bakkt's launch and what happened, killed their longs so badly liquidating many of those who were over confident over Bakkt. BTC is going to recover, but not so easy this time.
1974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I got hacked, I need your help.... on: September 21, 2019, 02:02:35 PM
What made you keep all your coins in the same wallet is the first question that strikes my mind badly.

I don't think that's much of a problem if you for example use a hardware wallet where you physically have to confirm or reject value movements. In that regard, my question would be why OP didn't use a hardware wallet.

People quite often look at the initial purchasing cost and think they can avoid dealing with that by simply using a desktop/mobile client, but that's never a good idea as we can see from the many examples of how people lost their coins. The $100ish they try to save by not purchasing a hardware wallet leads to a loss of thousands of dollars worth of crypto. Pretty sad.

All in all, this looks to me as a lesson learnt. I don't know how many times users such as OP will be suffering from such issues as there's always a new type of scam taking place every single day trying to drag away your money out of your hands. Some people also don't have money to buy that much maybe because they could be from a third world country and/or not too much interested in crypto or have very less (not even $50 worth of BTC or alts) held in their bags for which they don't prefer to go for any hardware wallets.

..... As a result of that, many crypto users do not realize how challenging it is to be their own bank.

That's true, the sort of security we need to take care of is very high in front of what people believe it is. This platform is new and so, chances of getting hacked and scammed are reaching newer peaks every single day with more and more adoption as it's all about getting exposure of these unknown buddies (those who don't know about anything technical) to these highly professional hackers who know how to get into somebody's wallet and get the coins. When we say we are our own bank by using crypto, we really do understand the level risks it possesses and when we put a step in, it's better to be cautious than hell in order to save our everything that's kept in our PC.

Quote
Best thing you can do now is to format disk, your OS is completely compromised.

Don't forget to ask him not to save his old Windows.dat (old data) of the previous OS.

@OP, What I didn't get is - when you clicked that suspicious link, wasn't there any Antivirus in your PC that may have stopped or warned you for not visiting there?
1975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CipherTrace Enters Race to Solve Crypto's FATF Compliance Headache on: September 20, 2019, 11:47:20 PM
After what Bitstamp, HitBTC, Changelly, Freewallet and others have done it's only common sense. Lots of services already employ selective KYC scams under the guise of similar AML regulations. We can only expect things to get worse as the regulatory burdens pile on.

I've long fucked off Bitstamp and not for one second did I ever entertain those other services mentioned.

Even I've never went through these services except HitBTC that wanted me to do KYC for no freaking reasons and being the shittiest of all exchanges, but I needed to give out my details just to get my money moved.

Quote
I plan on only two routes back to fiat should I ever require it.

The first is OTC for significant amounts. Why anyone would use a bog standard exchange for a decent sum is beyond me. I do not intend to wind up as a ticket number with no way of accessing money. A competent OTC deal will sort any question marks before the exchange proceeds. That's the way ALL crypto to fiat services should operate with no exceptions.

The best advantage in our hands here - I try to find reliable traders with broader background in the field of trading Bitcoins and trade with them only (directly) rather than transferring my coins to an exchange, waiting for the deposit to confirm, waiting for a trader to buy my coins (and that takes a lot of time because it's all done partially and not in one shot) and finally, the hassle of releasing them, all with the so-called KYC regulations to be abide by as there's "No KYC, No Trading allowed" policy here.

Quote
For the day to day fripperies I'll stick with crypto debit cards. They may cost a little more but if they croak it's no big deal, they never go anywhere near my bank and nothing more than piddling sums is placed on them.

I'm afraid I can't get a debit card to use in my country knowing that the heat to stopping crypto here has taken an enormous form, but all I do for nominal things like buying groceries online to doing recharges and even paying my bills, I simply sell my BTC to the trader, give the bill details and/or number to recharge upon and get it done almost immediately without any issues.

Quote
I find it weird that exchanges dominate everyone's thinking when they're the shittest and most dangerous option by a country mile.

Exchanges are dominating because they've got volumes (whether real or fake) and that's why they've taken over the OTC deals at a higher pace these days. I wouldn't prefer giving my details to any shady exchange (even the most reputed one) just because they won't let me withdraw my money, but would rather prefer going out of the box and remain private (not so safe if the trader turns out bad).

What made you keep all your coins in the same wallet is the first question that strikes my mind badly.

I believe this address was also involved in some HYIP investment activities like BitRegal (and maybe the admin was the guy himself who stole OP's funds)

Whole story below, please search for this address on that page: 12HfRnx47gQnnYn9Q3Zpiuzzv6yzXTKMEJ

I've checked walletexplorer too and it's very strange that it is just a single address and no more addresses are in that wallet which made me believe it couldn't be of an exchange (maybe).

We have lately been seeing a lot of big names dipping their fingers into the sweet profitable sauce through Bitcoin's variations and tasting it nicely these days. Names coming out are some of the highly used apps in terms of daily consumption of data through their customers over these apps:

- Japan's Messaging giant Line launches an in-built crypto exchange for their 80M userbase.

https://www.coindesk.com/line-officially-launches-crypto-exchange-for-80-million-users-in-japan

Still need anything more to believe that Bitcoin is actually being adopted worldwide and everyone has now started taking advantage of this old-yet-highly addictive global cryptocurrency (asset) already?

Finally, something great is gonna come to us, Bitcoiners.
1978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Still Better than US Dollar? on: September 20, 2019, 10:06:30 PM
The US Gov had just been doing the same thing since years and making fool of people on the name of "repo" and many other reasons they put up. They are actually increasing debts on their side and this unnecessary printing of bills without any prior information shows that Bitcoin is actually the best alternative over anything considering that it is only 21 million and the number can never, ever be changed even if Satoshi shows up and interferes because that's how the protocol should work.

They are just purely able to manipulate their people living there and that's what worries me about the situation they will be facing in the very near future. Can't this be called as a way to be funding to save their superiority over other major countries by keeping the value of USD higher against other currencies?
1979  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Is there a safe custom ROM with blockchain-based DApps? on: September 20, 2019, 05:25:11 PM
Hey, yes it was actually told to me by one of my friends who used to install a custom ROM over Poco F1 and then, faced the screen-bleeding problems badly.

Poco F1 user here. There's really a screen bleed issue during the first phase of their distribution here in our country (or region, ASIA?). So basically hardware problems. Already tried 3 customs ROMS in these phone model and never experience screen bleed. Currently, I revert back to stable build but planning to switch on beta.

Glad to hear that it didn't screen-bled in your case and yeah, the phone is in Asian region only. However, it didn't have that issue before and it came into effect after installing a custom ROM (that's what I came to hear from that friend who's got F1).

Unless some devs ported it on Realme 2 Pro, that should be fine. I check aundroid's link and found no CarbonOS there.

Ported Huh Means? Sorry, but I'm not too technical at least in this case.

@aundroid, Which ROM fits the best and is similar to CarbonOS that I can install in Realme 2 Pro? Please also share a link to it. And do let me know that all these custom ROMs are based on which version of Android?

Have you read explicitly that the realme 2 pro with a custom ROM suffers from screen bleeding? Or does it concern a complete different smartphone with a specific ROM?

Can't find a CarbonOS for the Realme 2 pro in the xda forum. Do you have a link?

Or do you mean Oxygen OS?

Here you can find all ROMs, Custom Recoveries etc. for the Realme 2 pro by the way: https://forum.xda-developers.com/realme-2-pro/development

I actually referred to the 2nd comment by ETFBitcoin and because I am familiar with CarbonOS, I thought it'd be the best option for this smartphone but don't know if I can actually install it. @ETFBitcoin, can you help out with this if there's a way possible?
