1981  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone to create/modify software for this forum [5500+ BTC] on: November 04, 2013, 05:48:03 PM
Is this offer still in any shape active? I am a web developer specialising in PHP, and am willing to work on this full time. I can work on a fixed price (probably well under the bounty) paid bi-weekly in small instalments (so this will work in a salaried job type arrangement) and in return theymos or whoever gets access to the GitHub repository so they can monitor the progress themselves. Interested?
No, don't lose your time.
1982  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 04, 2013, 05:24:44 PM
I just started looking into HashFast company.
On there website I can see that if I order today, i will be part of the third batch.
But I see that there's still no shipping date for batch one.
After batch one is shipped, is there going to be a break until batch two is shipped ?

from recent news seems now. It sounds like batch one will ship 1, 2 weeks max before batch 2
Please don't trow away your imagination like that.
1983  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 04, 2013, 12:16:47 AM
We are in line with a delivery before the end of this year. Everything else is under NDA; thanks for asking.
It would be funny have such an update at this point.
1984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much to put a bitcoin flag TO DA MOON? on: November 03, 2013, 10:41:35 PM
How come no one is even mentioning Tony Stark's real life counterpart Elon Musk's SpaceX?

www.spacex.com

I am pretty sure they can give you a quote if you send them an email or twitter. Cheesy
We should do this. It would be too funny.
1985  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 03, 2013, 10:32:46 PM
Any breaking news yet when we will receive our miners from Hashfast?
We should have some news on tuesday. Not because HF decided that we deserve an update, but because the icedrill asset should have an update by then. Thank you, icedrill.

If you don't need to make videos, it's a good one. I got a gopro for that.

Regardless, you can find many better examples online.

Since that you don't have a lot of previous experience, the 5100 would be an overkill. The 3100 is already a great camera, it already has everything you need.
I own a 3000, that can't even make a video, and i don't miss it.
You've tried both cameras or is that only your opinion?
I've used the 3000 that i own and both the 3100 and the 5100 from friends, yes.
Since that he is getting started and he is wondering about getting the cheaper model, he should get the cheaper model. He won't notice the difference.

You can't be that stupid, why do you keep trolling us that way? Or maybe you are on drugs right now? It could explain it.

Have you seen what HF is doing?
We can expect an at least 25 + 7 days delay:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=323235.0

Fuck everything, this is the limit.

dude just because they are advertising does not mean the unit is delayed 25+7 days. It simply means thye realized to keep the ponzi up they need more sales.

But in all serious this does not mean that there is further delays. It simply means they want more sales and that baby jet could be from batch 2 or even 3 they never mention which batch it will come from and if it will have an MPP which i doubt it will
Well, i would LOVE to be completely wrong.
1991  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 02, 2013, 11:41:50 AM

The December 31st date was only widely known once the shipping was delayed and the TOS was used to deny refund requests.  Selling October delivery (for a premium over later delivery) and then shipping at the end of December is simply unacceptable.

I would disagree with this...  I ordered on the 18th of august.  I well knew of the 31st deadline.  I even conversed with the company by telephone to ensure that I would receive a refund in btc if I paid in btc.

I am pretty sure there was discussion here about it too.. not going to dig thru posts.
The discussion was something like
-"hey, there is a 31 Dec refund deadline".
-"but they say that they are in line with an october deliver, and we trust them, right?"
-"yes, also because if they deliver in december they screw us all"
-"i agree, it's not gonna happen, hf is not bfl"

...

Or not?

So the article is just the result of the same vague marketing answers as always or they promised them real dates that they can't give to their actual customers?
1994  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 02, 2013, 12:57:12 AM
What can i say, that article is a really interesting article over nothing on a website of nothing.
Quite weird, that they had to pay/contact the website to publish... Such nothing.
1995  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 01, 2013, 04:40:21 PM
Who's 'their guy' in Australia that is making their stuff?  Is he the one with the bad substrates?

Did they get their limited edition seasonic power supplies yet?
Quote
~14 HF employees covering everything from ASIC design (Mainly done in Australia)

The chips are made in China and the machines assembled in Canada...
Anyway why TMSC doesn't produce the substrate for their own chips? It's something that i can't understand.
1996  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 01, 2013, 04:05:51 PM
edit:  i would feel a little better if they would confirm the mid nov ship time
Not gonna happen, they kept pushing on the "before next year" shipping date since the delay. They will have to find alternative excuses for the delay after November, tough

They hung up your call?
1998  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon auctioning their 55nm chips on: October 31, 2013, 09:51:29 PM
Batch 2 ROId for Avalon who mined Batch 2 and then bought more chips to build and ship Batch 2 to the actual paying customers 7 weeks later and yes, then those customers ROIed.
Batch 3 got refunded,  WHAT??   No one has ROIed on batch III yet.
I also received Batch 2 with April firmware and full of dust, so yes, i know. I always complained, (back when they first put of the first resistor&capacitor bs, but without success, everyone was still loving avalon for being the first to market).
About batch 3 you are right, sorry.

Ok, i will try harder. You know, i'm new in this sector.

If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
Cheer up and have another fucking pizza.
Who can't stand the heat? I'm having some fun here. It's the positive side of losing money like a fool, to troll the trollers.
