Unless there's a documentation of those private keys and phrases, those coins/tokens are as good as gone. I am not sure but I think there's a project that's planning to deal with this kind of situation.

There are definitely many legit out there. A lot of people who say ICOs are scam usually do not know the difference between failed ICOs and fraudulent ICOs.

Starbucks is an organization and every of it's branch are it's employees. These employees would never go out of box and out of the company briefing on accepting a random currency. If they did, it's going to the pocket of the person you talk to, not to the branch or starbucks. If you want something be done in starbucks, you should consult the head office.
Exactly. You do not just go to an establishment and offer directly to employees. They could get fired if they make a deal on their own.

lessons from last year trading in cryptocurrency, guarantees and strategies that are very easy to trade. Past performance is not an indication of future events. Technical analysis can help to find timely entries into quality assets.
I like that point you made at the last sentence. I do not get why many discard technical analysis and even say it does not work at all.

Everybody says, Crypto is the future and we must believe in it. Apart from losses due to hacking and vulnerability, do you think there are any other negatives of this market?
It just intrigues me since, anything that is projected as 'only good' seems, too good to be true. Or I am just overwhelmed?
Add to that the scams perpetrated thru fake ICO's and airdrops. Also the ongoing bans by some governments and some platforms like facebook and google.

Do you think it'll happen in near future? Please suggest and comment here.
Maybe it will, Maybe it will not, who knows? As far as I know, people keeps on speculating whether or not a certain altcoin can replace bitcoin as the king of crypto whether it's ethereum, ripple etc. Time will tell.

I usually here this question from friends who are curious about cryptocurrencies. I ask them back if is it too late for them to invest in other markets like stocks or forex, their answer is no. So I just say to them that it is not also late to invest in crypto.

Good list. Although I do not agree to some as I think there are some exceptions, some teams are forced to break earlier promises, but this should be a good guide that could help every investors. I wanted to give merit to this post but I have nothing left

He is a bit confident because majority of crypto traders and investors is also hoping for that to happen. I personally think it will start in Novemeber but we shall see. I hope it happens sooner.

I stay away from coins being hyped or shilled so hard, it is most likely a pump and dump coin/token. I try to slowly accumulate those I think are undervalued, if it gets lower I buy again.

I have received so much coins from the ico that is good, and they have plans that they still want to stretched out the exchange listing, due to the current market condition. And most of the bounty hunters selling their tokens in the forkdelta. And what I do, I buy most of the coins with a very low price. And when the exchange is coming, I am so blessed to have a multiple folds of profit. What is your other experience related to this?
I read somewhere that 75% of ICO's from 2017 were not able to recover from their ICO price so do not be confident about the multiple folds of profit. Some of those ICO's might not even hit the exchanges other than etherdelta or forkdelta.

Today’s event about ripple and Etherum has just shown to all that in crypto currency, prediction is not totally allowed neither is it the best resort.
We can only focus and do our research works The risk is inevitable
hope I get more ideas from replies
It is still good to see other people's prediction. It becomes bad when you base your trading or investment decision solely from those predictions without doing any reading. That's the common mistake of newbies who easily gets hyped.

Yes patience is the key but not just patience hard work, consistency and focus is what one needs to get through this also one has to be well informed that keeps you equipped thanks
Patience and the skill to invest in top quality coins/tokens. You can be very patient hodling but if you invested on a dead coin/token, then your patience will not be rewarded.

Hacking is one of the biggest obstacles to the cryptocurrency market. 1- Ever been hacked? 2- Lost your coins in an exchange hacking? 3-Did the exchange pay you back for lost coins?
Please share your story, and give some TIPS on how to avoid being hacked.
I would agree to that. The fear of getting hack is one of the reasons that drives people away from investing in crypto. That's why platforms should step up and improve their security.

Bitcoin was far from perfect when it was launched but the vision is always there. Improvements or upgrades comes along as the vision is being pursued.

As a Crypto enthusiastic for two years, there is something that still worries me when thinking about the future of bitcoin, and is his mass adoption, I see with concern that in my circle of friends that many people have already lost interest in bitcoin since the madness of last December. For us, bitcoin is the future of transactions, but I think many people are confused and thought its value is only superficial, without seeing the great potential it carries.
Now my question is, what could we do as individuals or company to promote mass adoption? In my case I have a webshop with several methods of payment in cryptos offering bitcoin-related merchandise, I am also planning to offer free webinars to help beginners interested in taking their first steps in this world, but what do you believe can be done to continue promoting the massive adoption of bitcoin?
This might not be the best way but it could be the most effective. Show them your results. You see, people easily get hyped when they see their friends improve financially. It's not going to solve mass adoption (immediately) but it will get them interested (which is the first step for mass adoption).

Yes, there are many crypto exchanges now and I only hear of them from voting bounties or from telegram groups. I prefer to use decentralized exchanges now like DDEX in trading tokens. For non-ERC tokens, Kucoin and Bittrex.

nowadays there are so many exchanges in circulation, if we look at some of reviews, there are already thousands of exchanges, I want to ask you all, what are the best 3 new exchanges in 2018?
To me IT still remains MERCATOX MERCATOX and MERCATOX LOL! I am starting to like Mercatox now to be honest. The team did really well and made a lot of improvements. But for top 3, not yet.

I have a question, most of us here joins and participates in doing bounty related task and expect to have a higher rewards when the bounty campaign ends. But does your expectation goes down hard when you find out that after all the hours you do, the high expectation you made, the possible thoughts you said to yourself when you get the tokens, and you only got 10-100 USD on that campaign due to market downtrend or a heavy dump? And worst is that the they blame it all to the bounty hunters for the dump price. I want to hear your thoughts and answer to this. Thank you!
When I join bounty campaigns, I do not really pay much attention to the price since I plan on holding them for a long time. I just think it is insane for hunters and ICO investors to immediately sell their coins/tokens causing a heavy dump.

I have not seen the ANN thread yet but from what I read, you need to have at least one merit to be eligible for Jr. Member Rank.
