hi Phil,
How much would it be to send one to the UK? I can't get hold of the green ones here only the Bitshopper ones.
Thanks.

I've never had a problem with nicehash payments. I've not had three but all have appeared in my wallet.

Ok that's calmed my suspicions then. I just had a gut feeling that they may have done something "dodgy" seeing as they have changed it quite a bit.

Hi everyone,
Just a curiousity question really. Since Bitmain have changed the GUI and developed their BMminer and not shared it in accordance with open source regulations, I was curious to know if anyone can confirm they have found a block with a miner running their version of software.

No point using it it won't earn much. Leave it in the packaging. The Antminer U1&2 go on eBay here for around £30-40 which is ridiculous price.

Despite the ROI probability of this machine it is still appealing to home hobby miners like myself who do not mine for ROI, but rather for the enjoyment of tinkering. I'll wait for the used market to develop before I pick one up, or a 3rd party group by, because I told myself I'd never give bitmain my money directly. But I am attracted to the noise/heat output of this little box. Of course Avalon has something on the horizon, so I just may end up with one of those instead...
That's exactly my situation. I mine for fun. My S7LN is just about earning the electricity it uses. This would actually put me in profit electricity wise but would never make enough to cover the cost of it. So would have to wait for a group buy or second hand one to appear.

Thing is, how many were made in that batch? It's all marketing bulls**t. They could've made 100 and suddenly to Joe public it looks like they've sold like hotcakes which means on the next batch people will snap them up because the first batch sold so quickly. Just entitles them to keep the price outrageously high now.

That's a shame. I've always wanted a watercooled miner. As you said it's a whole watercooling setup for not a lot of money. Good luck with the sale though

That's the only kind of deals I do. Check my feedback and PM me if you want to trade

Just out of curiousity, how much would the shipping be to the U.K?

Hi all,
Recently I bought some of the S9 B12 miners. They seems to be pretty unstable and some of the miners require restarting and rebooting.
The other problem I have is that on few miners only 2 out of 3 boards are beeing deteted, one board is not shown in the stats at all. I'm using Bitmain PSU and I tried replacing the PSU as well as rebooting the miner and updating the software. Does anyone has any solution to this problem ?
Also on one S9 there're not boards detected at all and in the Hardware Version it shows: " Socket connect failed: Connection refused"
Thank you for your help
Have you tried plugging the ribbon cable into a different socket on the controller?

Theres a video on youtube of a guy that has one. Wasn't a great start as soon as he fired it up it said there was a fault. Search "antminer r4 setup" and you should see it. Its part 2 of the series I assume hes doing.
