1701  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: January 07, 2017, 02:53:03 PM
Boards temps need to be 50c or above for "normal" functionality from what I've experienced with miners.
1702  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How to avoid VAT when buying inside EU ? on: January 07, 2017, 02:48:10 PM
You would not pay VAT if the goods are declared as GIFT from import.

GIFT requires 1 unit, any more and it will not be seen as a gift.

A gift has to be under £30 otherwise it's goods which are liable for vat and duties.

In reference to the ATX vs Seever psu, I'm currently making the switch to a server psu. Primarily because of the cost of it compared to an ATX and secondly because of the reasons listed above.

My current EVGA 1000w P2 is drawing 650w at the wall so roughly at peak efficiency but the voltage has dropped to 11.93v. With the server psu I'm able to adjust the voltage underload so provided a true 12v to the S9 I have.

It will confirm or get dropped from the network. I did a transacrion that had a very low fee and it took two days to go through.

I don't really understand what you're going on about. Asics use electricity, servers use electricity, computers in general use electricity. The main point is that if you have a 1000w computer you don't buy a 1000w psu, you buy a 1200-1400w psu so you are not putting the psu under too much strain. You overcompensate for your needs to avoid premature failures and unsafe scenarios.

Haha, just use 4 paperclips!

Alternatively you could rewire it or solder something.

Picture of the 4 pin plug?

It's tiny. I'm useless at soldering small things lol.

Here's a picture of it next to a standard USB (a gekko stick):-

Obviously I need the adaptor to fit the connection on the pcb in the psu.

Ok so ive got a couple of HP DPS1200 common rail Platinum PSU's. Ive taken one aprt to take a look at the innerds and found that the fan is connected with a 4pin connector, but its bloody tiny. Does anyone know if you can get a converter for it? It looks even smaller than a vga 4pin connector. Ive tried google but cant find any pictures that match just how small this thing is. If its a help ive found the fan make and model (under the 1200w 94% efficiency sticker).

I can do this

"Users email address was changed recently" can you explain why? Usually when that happens it means the account was farmed and/or sold.

I can offer 1:1 at preev rate but you will need to send the btc first and wait for it to have one confirm before I send the PayPal as friends and family.
I changed my email because in some security purposes.
(Stop spamming and accusing me)

I haven accused you of anything. Merely asked a question about something that's suspicious. If you read what I wrote I'm happy to do a deal if you agree to the terms.
How much paypal funds do you offer for 35$ Btc

For 0.0344btc I can send $35. That's only if you agree to my terms.
1717  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS 0.6 BTC for PP on: January 03, 2017, 01:19:47 PM
