Hi Erkallys,

Do you have the facility to design a custom duct? Its a strange request but for my current rig set up i would like to condense the overall area it takes up and relocating a fan would save quite a bit of space. I can provide some measurements and the part numbers and details of the fan and server psu the duct would connect to.

Hopefully the D3 wont have the same issue as the L3 has with drawing too much cureent from one cable.

Had the same reduxe the mem clock and been pretty stable for days now.
1344  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B using Raspbian desktop on: July 19, 2017, 06:24:20 PM
Block eruptors wont be enough hasrate to register on any decent pool so you probably wont ever get a payout from a pool. Bitminter is a smaller pool which may offer a decent compromise as you set uo an "account" and they keep hold of your coins until you reach the payput threshold. But with block eruptors you will be waiting for a very long time.

On a different note i use the "desktop" type raspbian and run a terminal screen within it just like you would use a command prompt window on windows.

And what exactly are the hashrates for the different coins youve mined?

I bought an m.2 wifi card and 8inch dual band aerial after having trouble with a usb type one. Works great now.

Only 2% efficiency and being in the most efficient part of the power curve. Negligable to most miners but being in the UK means im already paying over the odds for electricity.

1351  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB HP Common Slot Titanium Server PSU on: July 14, 2017, 08:04:16 AM
Just seeing if anyone has a HP server psu (common slot) that works with sidehacks breakout boards. Currrently
Got a 1200w platinum but dont need that much juice. A 750w titanium would be better for me as im only going to be using 350w on my current hobby rig. Shipping will need to be made to the UK and escrow would be a must.
1352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Owners of GTX 1060, what is your hashrate? on: July 12, 2017, 09:59:21 PM
Ive fot asus gtx1060 6gb woth micron memory and im running 60%Power, 75deg temp limit, +125core clock, +750mem clock 40%fans (card temps are around 50c) and getting 24Mh on claymore v9.7 ETH only

So yes you shoukd be able to oc some more. All that should happen if anythjng is wrong is the computer will crash. I tried +800mem and 70%power and it crashed immediately.

n.b. All settings are on MSI Afterburner.

You say youve been getting errors What errors? If uou are getting errors you must be using some hardware already, if so, what??
1354  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Like New + Used Mining Rigs (GPU and ASIC), Mining Hardware and Acc. USA on: July 12, 2017, 05:11:01 AM
How much for the seasonic snow and bitfenix cables shipped to the UK?
Is this including the original seasonic cables or PSU w/ only the bit fenix cables?

I'm planning to use the bitfenix cables in my desktop build, however I could order another set and send both to you as one package if they're not readily available to you

If youre planning on usuing the bitfenix cables in your new build then keep them, thats not a problem Smiley. Ill just have the standard cables with the psu please.

1356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: *Urgent*No luck with MSI Z270 SLI PLUS motherboard *Help Needed* on: July 11, 2017, 02:15:03 PM
I did a fresh install of win 10 last night on my rig and kept tge old drivers for my 1060's when windows updated. Been spot on and stable since. Before it would crash, restart, not recognise gpus.

Maybe try a fresh install of the OS and keep the software basic, claymore or whatever and an appropriate OC program. Your settings look fine i.e. 4g decoding enabled, gen 1 pcie etc.
1357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Nvidia configuration optimisation (Needy ex-AMD guy here) on: July 11, 2017, 12:23:19 PM
You could probably swueeze that tdp down to 60-70% and still be fine. My 1060's are 60tdp +125core clock and +725mem clock. Obviously no idea about the 1070's but im guessing you could get it down more.
1358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Powering SATA riser with server Power Supply on: July 11, 2017, 05:33:08 AM
Just get 6pin risers and use a breakout board for the server psu. I run my little rig off one 1200w hp platinum common slot psu.
1359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.7 (Windows/Linux) on: July 09, 2017, 06:39:46 PM
So switched to the new v9.7 and now im getting GPU Error "gpuminer cu_k1 failed 77, an illegal memory access was encountered"

Ive got the latest drivers, win10 is upto date, even reduxed clocks (which were working fine on v9.5)

Also keep getting "ethdcrminer64 blocked from accessing graphics hardware" errors too even though windows defender virus & threat protection is disabled.

Can someone please help?

Was running 9.5 at 22.8Mh per card, now getting 24mh per card. Thanks claymore, definitely dont mind paying the devfee considering its paying for improvments to hashing speeds  Grin
