Have you plugged them in the right way around? Im guessing when you cleaned them you have plugged the fans back in different connectors on the controlboard

As ive said already the fans i got work and are quieter than standard fans. If noise is an issue then get the fans ive suggested and underclock the machine. Ive had an S9 running 5.8Th and making 50db under my desk and that wasnt a problem to sleep in the same room.

That psu will be put under quiet a bit of strain running an S3. As said above use a converter/adaptor to convert 4pin molex to 6pin.

The noctua fans arent rated to the RPM of the standard fan thats whats causing the problem. Or you have bought 3pin fans and the miner requires 4pin with pwm signal.

I bought two replacement fans for my S9 (which were quieter fans) from www.eyeboot.com but if you dont want to get them from there you need 120x38mm 4pin fans. Delta QFR1212 model fans should work aslong as they are 4pin pwm thpe.

Well I doubt you will get anyone to trade with you at your rate of 10-15%. PP is reversible and you have a low ranking account with hardly any activity or trust feedback.
