2301  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] $0.19 Paypal [W] Bitcoin on: August 31, 2016, 05:51:41 AM
You'll be lucky to find someone to trade that very small amount with. $0.19?? That's barely above the transaction fee for sending that amount.
2302  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoins For Sale - Paypal Accepted on: August 31, 2016, 05:50:28 AM

Hi guys,

I've got $55 PayPal and want $52 BTC. Yes I know the issues with PayPal and if you check my trust you can see that I've done plenty of trades this way.

Thanks.
2306  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FS. Antminer S3+ PARTS. on: August 30, 2016, 02:01:03 PM
Somebody actually is still buying S3's? Damn, I regret throwing mine in the garbage.

Well someone's obviously had the same issue as me and dropped a board so if someone can make use of the parts from mine then great. A bit of BTC in my wallet and they get a fully working miner again.
2307  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FS. Antminer S3+ PARTS. on: August 30, 2016, 12:58:37 PM

I'm getting a Corsair AX1200i if my Corsair AX860 can't boot this to run it underclocked.

Expensive affair this, 1395$ + 25% VAT + PSU...

But free heat and anonymous FIAT -> BTC exchange makes it worthwhile.

Specially at peak lithography!

Just power one board to start it then underclock it to a suitable freq, power off, plug both boards in and adjust the freq until it runs on your ax860 Wink
2310  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FS. Antminer S3+ PARTS. on: August 29, 2016, 06:48:21 PM
how much for the hashing board that works? or whole thing shipped to 17025?

Make me an offer on the board Smiley Shipping to the US is $45 tracked for the good board with heatsinks.
2311  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Announces the Antminer R4 and APW5 Power Supply, Designed for Silence on: August 29, 2016, 03:24:07 PM
Forget it!!!  Now I'm looking forward to see the Avalon 7 specs.

2312  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Announces the Antminer R4 and APW5 Power Supply, Designed for Silence on: August 29, 2016, 03:07:54 PM
Totally agree with you guys. WAAAAY over priced!!! If you're willing to spend that much you may aswell spend the another $200 on an S9 for the other 33% of hashpower.

That's my weekend ruined, thought I was actually going to get some decent hashpower for a HOME MINER. Yes Bitmain that's right a HOME MINER hasn't got $1395 to spend (plus shipping) just for a quiet-er miner.
2313  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Announces the Antminer R4 and APW5 Power Supply, Designed for Silence on: August 29, 2016, 02:40:56 PM
I'm on GMT and its 15:40 and its still not listed on their site.
2314  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Announces the Antminer R4 and APW5 Power Supply, Designed for Silence on: August 29, 2016, 11:51:30 AM
Bitmain WANs us to focus on the $1000 r4?  Grin

Can we mine altcoin through this miner as i am new to this mining field, and what percentage of hashpower will it use to mine the altcoin and what about the software to mine it. and what algorithm will it use to mine the altcoin. If any one can help me with the spec of this miner.

No this is for SHA256 algorithms.
2315  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: BTC To Paypal ? [ 1:1 ] on: August 29, 2016, 06:37:19 AM
So you want $40 PayPal for your BTC? I can do that for you if you don't use anyone else.
2316  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Ant Miner r4 on: August 28, 2016, 05:11:58 PM
My S7ln set to 475m and 20% fans runs at about 65db. That's only 5db above ambient noise and perfectly quiet to have in my room.

I can do a trade with you for 0.1btc for $60 PayPal friends&family. My only request is that you send first due to your no trust rating and low activity on the forum. Please feel free to check my feedback and trust and see that I am an honest member to deal with  Smiley
2319  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [FS] All aluminum open-air case frames, stackable (no shelving required) on: August 27, 2016, 05:13:04 PM
Hi,

Do you ship to the UK? Reason I ask is I'm contemplating doing a small watercooling setup for a couple of gekko USB miners running from a raspberry pi and wanted to have it contained in one unit with the res/pump, rad, pi, USB hub etc all mounted in the frame.

Yes, we ship worldwide.  You probably want a full-blown test bench: http://spotswoodcomputercases.com/wp/?page_id=531

Nice one thanks spotswood I'll take a look at your site and see what best suits my needs  Wink
