2401  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Changenow.io selective scamming on: April 25, 2022, 11:27:36 PM
BE VERY CAREFUL when using their service to exchange funds.
Changenow is one of the worst exchanges you can use if you are thinking of not providing KYC. Maybe try other alternative instant exchanges like Fixedfloat, Godex, but you have to be aware that they also have that KYC clause in their TOS.
They haven't been scandalous like Changenow.

2402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin continues to decline, what causes it? on: April 25, 2022, 10:52:38 PM
I can't believe you have been here since 2017 and you have no idea of how crypto markets or markets in general work. The Bitcoin movements are totally normal whether there is a spike in price or decline. This should be no cause for alarm.
Just get the perfect time to buy and the perfect time to sell if you are a day trader
2403  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] Bittrex - Next generation exchange (btc/ltc/eac/ppc/rdd/ftc/and more) on: April 25, 2022, 10:17:56 PM
Your "Next generation exchange"    Roll Eyes
Are there true Bitcoiner's who still use Bittrex exchange?

Even someone who uses heavily regulated exchanges like Coinbase pro will have a much better experience than this excuse of an exchange called Bittrex. They lost it when they started blocking people's accounts out of nowhere. Mine was one of them.
2404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First African country adopts Bitcoin as official currency on: April 25, 2022, 09:42:12 PM
Frankly speaking third world countries shall be focusing on valuing their own fiat first before they could barge into something like this.
How do they value their currencies, then?

I mean, they have failed to do so after all those years. Trying a new approach won't hurt, would it?

Quote
With bitcoin, things could worsen for them.

....or they could get better, you can't predict what the future hold for sure.

Quote
Have they made it clear how they will track the transactions and get the taxes if it is going to be national monetary part?
Have the current taxing policies helped the country anyway?
You are still intensifying at it as a poor Third World country, which means things have not been good so far.
2405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why mining calculators are GARBAGE on: April 25, 2022, 08:50:27 PM
How I wish you had also included the number of days it took for you to make ROI so that I would bring out a clear picture in comparison to what the mining calculator projected. Honestly, religiously following or believing what the mining calculator projects is unwise as there are so many factors that can come into play in a matter of weeks, such as changes in the network hashrate.
2406  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: darkstash Marketplace on: April 24, 2022, 11:58:00 PM
i have places an order on darkstah.com i will let you know what happen with me please pray that all goes well. i have place an order for cashapp verified account if i got it i will be able to make some Dollars.

You placed an order even before members gave you advice at the site? Sounds weird!
What was the hurry for?

I highly doubt you will get that money back. It's gone. "Darknet" is a haven for scammers because they know that desperate people end up there.
2407  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange sign up bonuses - Rewards Centers on: April 24, 2022, 11:15:28 PM
I understand that there are exchanges that if you deposit an amount they give you a bonus, right?
For example if I deposit 20 dollars they give me 10 as a gift...then what are the requirements to withdraw some of those 30 dollars that would be in the account? Do you have to make a minimum number of trading operations for example? or staking? or any other requirement?
You will mostly have to;
>>> Pass KYC,
>>> Maybe meet a certain trading volume,
>>> Trade off the bonus and only withdraw profits etc

In bybit it says that I can earn up to $600 by completing some simple tasks...but I think it sounds too nice to be true...
The offer is true but it's almost impossible to earn $600 as a whole. During my 3 years using Bybit, I can say I have earned only $150 in bonuses

You have to;
1. Meet a certain deposit requirement
2. Meet a certain  trading volume
3. follow their social media profile
4. Trade for a certain number of consecutive days
5. Use certain products or features such as mutual insurance
6. Refer friends to sign up and use bybit etc
2408  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: April 24, 2022, 10:59:53 PM
[1] not actually free because you're paying with your data
... And time. Time is the most valuable resource we seem to under look when trying to search for "Free money"

Nobody gets rich or crypto, especially Bitcoin anymore. The last people that got rich of it invested in 2015 or so when it was $200. For the past few years Bitcoin wasn’t cheap. Even if you bought the low at $3500 in Dec 2018 and sold the top at $69K you would only make like 20x. So unless you invested large amounts you weren’t going to get rich.
Well, it's still far much profitable than the many businesses we do out here. Imagine turning $3500 to $69K in 4 years.
Richness is also subjective  Smiley
While some of us aim for $1M+, someone else in some country just wants to acquire only $40K, and they will feel rich upon making it.

===== SCAM COIN ALERT =========

These developers do nothing but PoW pump-n-dump schemes.
1. They fork a coin and create a website in 5mins on wordpress
2. enlist it to Exbitron exchange / hivebeewallet and massively dump it
3. Developers disappear
4. Create a new coin

Hey, could you please share more details on how the scam is carried out, especially past forked coins that have undergone the same cycle. Might be a good thing to look into.

I also recommend you post it in the scam accusations board if you want to warn more people.
This is why I hate the altcoin section. Thousands of scam coins and tokens here.
2410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [S] Stuiver - I am happy to announce Stuiver on: April 23, 2022, 11:58:16 PM
Need:
1. a web wallet - Could somebody assist please ?
2. Need help in wording and people helping with Stuiver development in general
3. Somebody get Stuiver on a exchange - That would be great
4. More good-looking logo size .ico,16,32,64,128
5. Offer something and receive a BIG smile

Maybe you should try making an advert in the Marketplace (Altcoins) board if you want to get people to help out with what you need.

2411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH wallet password on: April 23, 2022, 11:22:24 PM
if I created a wallet with a password and then exported the private key .Does in any way I will need the password or is the private key sufficient ?
Thanks
The private key is sufficient, but there is a reason why you encrypt the private key using a password. If a hacker comes across your Keystore file (encrypted private key) they won't be able to access your funds if they don't know your password but if they come across your plane private key. It's game over.
2412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: exchange paypal to usdt on: April 23, 2022, 11:06:29 PM
Deals involving Paypal are risky. Chances of getting scammed a re pretty high since Paypal is reversible even after several months, so even using Escrow may seem pointless.

Here is what admin warns about reversible payment methods. Be safe!

Money sent through PayPal and any other money transfer service that accepts credit cards can be easily reversed by the sender, even after several weeks. Therefore, you should only accept PayPal in trades with people you trust very highly.

This is why newbies are not likely to sell their PayPal USD for bitcoins successfully.

Some other services that are not totally safe:
- Bank transfers (ACH, etc.) except wire transfers
- Most gift cards.
- Moneypak
- AlertPay
- Paysafecards
- Dwolla
- Western Union (they reportedly will sue the recipient to recover money in some cases)

2413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange Stuiver on: April 22, 2022, 11:58:05 PM
What's the point of creating a coin if you can't even get it into an exchange?

How will you attract people to mine your coin if they can't even exchange their mining rewards?
Look out for exchanges that list coins for free or at a cheaper price, then start from there, but obviously most won't have any good liquidity, trading volumes or could turn out to be scams.
2414  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders paradise on: April 22, 2022, 11:50:02 PM
Trading sounds like a nice venture of theory, but to some of us who have experienced it. It's one rough, hell of a journey. Yes, I have made way more money than I would have if I was doing my profession through trading, but I have also lost a huge amount of money (of course it was the profits I made) in the due process.

You have to be very mentally stable and ready for any outcome. The biggest contributor to trading success is experience and learning from past mistakes.
2415  Economy / Reputation / Re: chaser15 abusing the rules of stake campaign on: April 21, 2022, 10:45:12 PM
On the part of the early quoting, if others believed that it was a heavy violation, I will gladly accept any negative trust to satisfy those who like me to have it. I will accept that I can't join any signature campaign from now on (since I will have now red-tagged) and I hope that will settle everything for everyone's peace. I will still continue posting here and won't make trash post.
It's good to know you accept that what you did was wrong. It's dishonest behavior. On the side of the company paying you, you have been cheating them. If you can't make enough posts in a week, then chill out, it's not a must that you should make all the posts every week.

In fact, you are lucky that @Carollzinha hasn't tagged you. They are supposed to do so because you have been cheating them.
2416  Economy / Services / Re: Buy iptv subscription with paypal : regulariptv.com on: April 21, 2022, 10:29:02 PM
1. Is regular IPTV related to Friend IPTV. When checking out, I noticed that I was redirected to shop.friendiptv.com

2. Your shop.friendiptv.com isn't secure at all, and yet it's the most sensitive part of the site. It's a honeypot for attackers to steal any credit card or payment information

2417  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I Cannot Find Any Currency Exchange Where I Am Legitimate on: April 20, 2022, 11:59:34 PM
Thank you for the Kucoin lead. What is "KYC"? I never "offer" that I'm a U.S. citizen as gratuitous information. There are menus where it is mandatory that I make a selection and, when that  happens, I tell the truth. If I went into a situation with the MO in miind "Let's see how I can lie . .  . " maybe I'd have more success. I'm not innocent but experience teaches me that when you enter falsehoods into the picture that you may pay a price.
Yes you are a US Citizen but given the circumstances that you are going to reside in another foreign Country probably for the rest of your life. If your current document expire, what do you do?

Do you go back to the US to renew your documents, or you get other documents from the country you are currently in?

I don't see anything wrong or any falsehood in getting alternative documents because you are now part of that community.
2418  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I Cannot Find Any Currency Exchange Where I Am Legitimate on: April 19, 2022, 11:54:23 PM
Since you are living in the Dominican Republic for the rest of your life, Why don't you just apply for their Citizenship or National ID (I believe it wouldn't be so much of a hustle) and then you register on your favorite crypto exchange as a Dom. Republic Citizen along with a Dom. Republic phone number for 2FA?

I don't think there is any other popular exchange which is less strict when it comes to your current situation.

Try FTX.us, Bybit, Phemex, Kraken, Okex too, but I doubt if there will be any success.
2419  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Heisenberg63 Scammed me 4170$+ on: April 19, 2022, 11:17:42 PM
Hey OP, I just received a message from you to tag  Heisenberg63, but I can't make any rush decision because;

1. I even have no idea about dealings involving Amazon gift cards. Heck, I don't even frequent the digital goods board. So I can't make a quick judgement on something I am ignorant about.

2. If I may ask, What exactly proves that the cards Heisenberg63 sold to you got your account blocked? Did the Amazon support tell you that the blocked your account because of gift card A,B,C,D?
2420  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TA or FA which is a better choice for market speculation. on: April 19, 2022, 10:50:35 PM
Example is an indicator like Fibonacci retracement that indicates overbought market which indicates that you should sell, or that indicates an oversold market which indicates you should buy. Another is RSI that indicates a market you should enter but leave in short time like minutes after making few profits as it indicates the market may likely reverse back. Technical analysis is very important. This is the basic aspect new traders must learn about trading.
Looks like you have got something mixed up here, Fibonacci retracements help to determine the support and resistance levels and not over bought or over sold market conditions.

For overbought or oversold market conditions, you will have to use RSI or Stochastic Oscillator to help identify them,
