I am a rookie to BTC and new to cloudbet.
However i had a bunch of BTC. And i decided to try cloudbet since all i have read is nice reviews, fast withdrawals etc.
I put in a total of 5-6 BTC and in beginning i lost down to my last 1.80 deposit.
But then i managed to hit literally everything.
NFL, Soccer, Tennis and casino.
And now i made it to 16 BTC.
I have 29 hours ago put in a withdrawal of 6 BTC (pretty much just my initial deposit).
At first the VIP manager contacted me saying it takes couple hours.
It didnt, so i asked someone else. I was told i would have it soon.
This i was told twice in the last 24 hours.
Then around 12 hours ago i got pissed and i said what is going on, i was told it can take up to 24 hours.
25 hours passed, still nothing. So i contacted live support again, he said thanks for my patience (?) and that its coming as soon as possible.
Now when im told something, then something, then something its hard to understand what is going on.
The support insured me there was no technical issues with my withdrawal in last chat.
I have taken photos of all the chats + i have the mails saying the hours it would take.
I can still fully operate with my account etc., no problems there.
But i would just like my withdrawal seen done. I know 29 hours is not much time, but it is when you keep being told its coming soon.

I would like to state that I received my withdrawal quickly after having spoken to the live chat support yesterday evening. Still I am not very happy with the overall procedure but its not my decision to make how a company handles its business. Again: Money received so no issues with me!

hi everyone
been doing some bets lately in cloudbet, as winnings started to pile up i was naturally getting more and more worried since i know the online casinos hasnt got the best reputation
i have made test withdrawls before to make sure everything is on order and no problems, withdrawls went through in seconds, nothing was delayed or anything like that
so i managed to relax and kept on betting
today i decided to make a withdrawl , amount is about 0.6BTC, its stuck on pending for a while now, all of sudden ? because its a big withdrawl ? or because its from winnings ? i dont know what else to think and maybe im being negative or paranoid, but this is a sensitive matter, casinos should know this by now, this is where they get tested, when people cash out, shouldnt be any delays.
am i right to be worried here or just being paranoid ?
i know there are agents here from cloudbet, please assist, i want to be comfortable to keep using this site in the future.
update- just contacted the support, getting just automated answers, that i need to wait , that it can take up to 24hours...

Thanks to everyone who posted supportive messages regarding their experience with Cloudbet and also to those who for whatever reason felt we have fallen short. We are always willing to hear how we can improve.
Its normal that people starts accusing for scam straight away when they met issues,they have to contact support before saying them scam or whatever.You are doing good job until now,so keep doing and be responsive to people via customer support as soon as possible to avoid people yelling scammersss.  Thanks semobo, I appreciate the balanced response. Our customer support team are focused on resolving issues as quickly as possible because they measure their success in terms of positive feedback and response times. We don't always get it right but equally what gets reported on here isn't always a true reflection of the issue. |

Cloudbet are you not interested on the Ryan Garcia vs Romero Duno fight? It's the main supporting bout of the Alvarez-Kovalev fight. Both have good records with high knockout ratios. They will come to fight. Also better fight than many of the coming non title fights in the books.

WOW!!! Cloudbet has robbed me, they graded 4 prop bets as pushes when they clearly won and have denied my withdrawl request of .09 btc. Should have read up on them more before playing heavier.
