If you withdraw a lot of bitcoin, then you need to wait, if still not paid, otherwise they maybe scam. They can claim you are abuse their system or fraud, actually they are fraudster.
Isn't that how it always is with these shady bitcoin casinos? Once they get big enough and fat enough they start to not care anymore and will eventually run away with their tail between their legs. Because they just do not care to send out anymore btc / money and just cut their losses. If you haven't noticed yet they have failed to pay their live casino providers and from this has Blackjack missing from their games all the sudden. If that is not a sure fire way to see that they are in financial troubles then I don't know what would be apparent enough to see them going soon away from the casino scene. Did you withdraw very big amount? They will delay the withdrawals if the amount is very big. If you don't get paid, maybe only scam accusation thread can help you get paid.

i have lost all money there but not due to system, just my bets.
i still like this site, has best GUI imo

Although most (nearly all) withdrawals are instant, in some cases they can take up to 24 hours. This is typically because they need to be manually reviewed for one of the following reasons: a) they are very large, or b) they have been flagged for a potential fraud. fcmkh88 has specifically committed a serious and egregious fraud. It is not related to multi accounting and his actions would lead to closure of account at every ethical sportsbook in the world.
Unfortunately, we cannot reveal specific details publicly, but would be happy to share this with an agreed arbitration service.
I'm not sure what his goal is by posting here but he knows exactly what he has done.

There is surely something I'm missing here nad need some help from someone more experienced or cloudbet staff themselves. I'm checking the odds of an english premier league footbal match and in particular am interested in correct score 0-0 odds. In the very same event iin this moment I can see this: Total goals exact: 0 => 16.57  Which team to score: none => 16.63  Last team to score: none => 15.68  Correct score : 0:0 => 14:23  Any explanation? I noticed that the problem is you graded my sf giants leg as a loss. They won game 3 and my bet is the moneyline. Please check.
I'm seriously pissed off right now with all this delay and you still could not get this right!! LOOK CLOSELY AT THE DATE OF THE WAGER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRADED A WIN. If you actually click the link in my bet history you would see the giants won 6-5 in extra innings.

Can someone please help me? I bet on the giants and cubs game yesterday and i checked today and my funds are still pending. This is unacceptable considering it's been almost 24 hours and because of this i can't bet on other games. They haven't held my money for this long.

Thanks , I have set my nickname Yesterday when deposited wasn't aware of your first deposit bonus and made two different deposits close each other ( 15 minutes delay between the two) and by a similar amount 0.944 BTC and 0.925 BTC because I have my BTC stored in different "places". My deposit behaviour had the consequence I have been issued a deposit bonus only for the first one : is there any chance you may review my account and credit my a bonus for the total amount of the two depos? Any ETA on when the odds problems are going to be resolved? It's ridiculous. I can't place any bets...
