Putin is humanitys last hope, this is for certain. If he is as corrupt as the west and controlled opposition i'd be surprised, but not chocked.

If Putin is our last hope , then let me say that we're pretty much f*** as a specie.
Let's have Jerry Seinfeld as a second option? Just in case?

Maybe we should read the actual text of the bill?
There it is:
http://webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/cf_pdf/2013-14%20ENR/SB/SB1456%20ENR.PDF

Did that but they've lost me at:

Quote
B. No public utility retail electric supplier shall increase
rates charged or enforce a surcharge on the basis of the use or
installation of a solar energy device by a consumer
above that
required to recover the full costs necessary to serve customers who
install distributed generation on the customer side of the meter
after the effective date of this act.

Actually some people pay tax on their gains on BTC , interesting Smiley
Sometimes is indeed nice to live in a messed up country , just like mine. (And still be part of the EU).
Bulgaria?

Romania Smiley. But you were very close.

The two additions to the EU I could not for the light of me comprehend Tongue

From my point of view , the people who allowed .ro to join the EU were pretty stupid , with a lot of bone in their heads.
But , it's too late for that Smiley.

Still if you want a heaven for bitcoin taxation and you can live with the dogs, holes, whores, and so on ..romania is for you Smiley

Wait wait wait. Weren't you against Turkish people entering the Russian federation ?

The Gagauz may be speaking a Turkic language. But they don't have anything to do with the Turks. They are Christians and hard working.

I've seen lots of Turks that have nothing to do with turkey.
And the gagauti have nothing to do with the Christianity you think  about Smiley

Besides Gagauzia has nothing to do with the Russian (empire, communist or federation).

Russian is the official language in Gagauzia, in addition to Gagauz. No one speaks Moldvin there.

Also check this:

Ever been there?  As i said it previously , if you haven't been at least once through Moldova and Gagauzia , don't believe in anything Wikipedia says.

Btw , do you know how many people there know how to both speak and write in their language?
You'll have the same shock Karl May had when he traveled to the Orient, after writing the stories of Kara Ben Nemsi.

Those people have no clue about Romania or Moldova or Russia.
It's just their idiotic leader who makes stupid claims. Besides , he's one of the guys who don't know how to read the gagauz language Smiley))))))

You say: "You don't want to depend on the electric company , just stay with your solar panel and wind turbine and rely on your batteries." I think what you're failing to realize is that this bill will strip this option away from solar power users. Their excuse is simple: they have to regulate solar power users to prevent them from becoming little power houses of their own, no matter how small the competition. Imagine a neighborhood producing power for their entire community with a mini wind turbine, completely independent of the electric company. They can't and won't have that.

Does it make it little more sense now?

How the hell can they prevent this with this bill?

I'm installing a solar panel and I don't connect to the grid. What can they bill me? On what? How much?

2608  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Putin a modern day Lincoln? on: April 21, 2014, 02:10:50 PM
The states of the Union have seceded. A powerful leader decided that he does not want a nation divided so he is attacking the sovereign states to bring them back into the union.

Thousands of lives will be lost, freedoms will be put on hold (suspending habeas corpus, martial law, etc..) but in the end, the union will be back together...which is all that matters...right?

What it matters it's the first effect that you mentioned at the begging.
And with people dying , it doesn't matter what you try to do you will still be murderer.

As the civilians were pinned down, a group of 20 protesters with firearms came from the city. They opened fire on the attackers, killing two of them and sent the rest running. Five attackers were injured by the retaliating forces, protest leader, Vyacheslav Ponomaryev, said.

It all happened in one place. Plus your numbers wrong... let's try to follow the Russian news ,shall we?

No where in the article it states that the attackers stood there till the re-inforcements from the city arrived. It was a hit-and-run attack. That explains for the low number of deaths. The attackers were driving on their cars when they got ambushed.

26 civilians hiding from a heavy machine gun behind improvised barricades and only 3 died when they were hunted like wabbits , that is not believable at all.

They were not hunted like wabbits. It was a hit and run attack.

Bryant... let's get serious a bit ?!?

Frist your 8 civilians turned to be 20..

Ok , you know what pinned down , and "while"  mean?

I go to all the trouble of reading the news from both sides , at least please read the news to which you post links.
It'a already clear to me that all pro Russian citizens are angels hunted by the demonic nazi forces in your opinion , but at least....

2610  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Meanwhile in Ukraine... Revolution. on: April 21, 2014, 01:52:11 PM
No offense but you're going to tell me that four cars with armed people drive to a checkpoint (what's this middle ages ??)  opened fire , but managed to kill only 3 people and then waited until some people armed (unlike the ones defending the checkpoint) arrived to the scene "from the city" to get shot by them.

There were 7-8 people at the check-post. 3 were killed and the rest were injured. Some people escaped by hiding behind the barricades. The second incident took place far away from the check-post. People from the city chased the attackers and destroyed the car column.

Please re read the quoted article.

Quote
The checkpoint was in the control of 26 civilians armed with bats. Their lack of firearms was due to a so-called “Easter truce” announced by both the Kiev authorities and the protest leaders to de-escalate tension.

And... there is an mg in the "captured' guns, probably a mg3 as the picture is blurry , but if you've been in the army , 26 civilians hiding from a heavy machine gun behind improvised barricades and only 3 died when they were hunted like wabbits , that is not believable at all.

Give me that gun  and a nice spot under a vehicle and no armed "citizen" would have managed to get near that checkpoint from the city.
The whole story is pure bs.

Even if you're pro russian... the story sounds very fishy.

It is clear that both sides were armed and it was a clash right from the start.

It sounds to me like one armed group showed up at an area that another armed group intended to deny them access to. They probably argued for a bit and then someone opened fire and a few people got killed and they dispersed/fled. Keep in mind a lot of people involved in this don't necessarily appear to be fully trained and/or organized properly.

This was my point.
To claim that in those times the people guarding the check point weren't armed , while the people in center were is absurd.
Why and how the hell were they guarding the checkpoint?

I don't care who were the attackers and why did they attacks. They were just a bunch of idiots just like the others having guns right now.

The point is that all this bs about "unarmed" pro russians militants is pure propaganda .
Both sides are armed and it seems they don't wait too long to choose a target.

Is there a list of all the country coins? How many countries are left without a coin?

I started a thread a week ago about those coins:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=564566.0

There are still a lot of countries without a coin , pick one and make your also:)

Lovely.... technically not a country, but you can add Asia Coin and Australia coin as well.

I wonder why no one's coming up with Africa coin? You know... like for "Financial Freedom" and uniting the African Countries  Cheesy

Because all the scammers and idiots have already created their coins?

Wait till the aphrodite  "dev" is coming back with his new plan , if he hasn't already launched his coin.
2613  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Oklahoma will charge homeowners who generate their own power on: April 21, 2014, 12:11:21 PM
So it'a surcharge for people who install those and wish to sell back into the grid their extra energy. And it's a charge when you install this not , one time only.

I really think this was blown out of proportion

No it wasn't... It's not a one time fee, it's monthly.

The article says: "the surcharge is needed to recover some of the infrastructure costs to send excess electricity safely from distributed generation back to the grid."

That's saying that the electric company is charging a fee to reroute the extra power the system produces; this would be monthly. They're doing this to prevent people from selling power: "utilities need the new surcharge to prevent customers who can’t afford the installation costs of distributed generation from subsidizing customers who have the systems installed." It says nothing about selling power back into the grid, the electric company is taking it!

Makes sense now?

From my point of view , as a customer in a country in which because of this new eco friendly hype and price of those green certificates my bill has almost doubled in less than 3 years..

Why do you want to sell your extra power back into the grid? For profit right? So , pay the damn tax if you want to get more money.

You don't want to depend on the electric company , just stay with your solar panel and wind turbine and rely on your batteries.

Besides , you said it was monthly... so how is that "Customers who already have those systems installed wouldn't be affected by the bill" possible ?

2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: premine ? = bad.. 50% premine ? = HOLY COW MAN bad lol on: April 21, 2014, 11:32:05 AM
why bother listing them ?
is this to warn people to stay away from them ? lol
if so great idea !  Grin

Well , let's just say that APH has tuned into a scam , spaincoin has already been distributed to 600 people out of 40 000 000 in one week. (oh the irony)
So , should people stay way from coins on this list..so the answer is.... yes Smiley))

2615  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Oklahoma will charge homeowners who generate their own power on: April 21, 2014, 11:29:05 AM
Sorry wilikon , but why did you cut a few very important parts of the article:

First the subtitle is:

A bill that would allow regulated electric utilities to impose a surcharge on customers who install rooftop solar panels or small wind turbines passed the Oklahoma House of Representatives on Monday.

So it'a surcharge for people who install those and wish to sell back into the grid their extra energy. And it's a charge when you install this not , one time only.

Also , this:

Quote
Customers who already have those systems installed wouldn't be affected by the bill. It also wouldn't apply to electric cooperatives, which aren't regulated by the Corporation Commission. The new tariffs for distributed generation would start by the end of 2015.

I really think this was blown out of proportion

I am waiting to see how the "reported" volume on huobi will change.
If there will be no change  there will be a lot of people who will ask themselves why did the the price drop based on the so called china ban.

And until know it seems the volume is untouched.

I thought we were working on the presumption that the majority of the volume is fake anyway  Wink

From my point of view that volume is artificially inflated by trades like +2-1-2+1  but there a lot of people who are influenced by huobi and their 100 real coins that are traded there.

why dont you study before making anything. you cannot use national emblem.

Person using the emblem or any colourable imitation thereof in any manner which tends to create an impression that it relates to the Government or that it is an official document of the Central Government, or as the case may be, the State Government. (Section 3 of The State Emblem of India (Prohibition of improper user) Act 2005)

No person shall use the emblem for the purpose of any trade, business, calling or profession or in the title of any patent, or in any trade mark or design, (Section 4 of The State Emblem of India (Prohibition of improper user) Act 2005)

http://www.nationalconcerns.com/topic/2246-can-you-use-the-national-emblem/

go checkout project nemesis in India altcoin section at least they are trying to do something better.

I have seen many, but this one is the most horrible of them all. It could have been IndiaCoin. But DesiCoin? Fcuk.
And you can't just use national emblem on your shitcoin logo.

Seems to me like the dev of this coin... wait the copy paste kid behind this project has no clue about laws or he isn't Indian at all.

Besides , what he claims that this coin will achieve , stability , is pure nonsense especially if you claim it will happen before the price for BTC loses this volatility.
2620  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Transnistria (Pridnestrov'je) seeking independence from Moldova on: April 21, 2014, 11:03:48 AM
If Transnistria joins Russia, then Gagauzia will also follow the region and merge with Russia. Moldovia will lose its southern region also, in addition to the East.

Wait wait wait. Weren't you against Turkish people entering the Russian federation ?
Besides Gagauzia has nothing to do with the Russian (empire, communist or federation).
There was no point in history where they actually ruled that territory other that in the official statements.
