Foolish bulltards will soon pay for their greed and find themselves (and the price) at the underside of igorrs red channel.  Cool

Wow fonzie , you're a full member right now...

This brings back memories when you were only a newbie making us laugh in the wall observer thread.
1682  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Meanwhile in Ukraine... Revolution. on: June 03, 2014, 03:19:13 PM
Russia volunteering humanitarian aid for the Ukraine is like a drug dealer volunteering to hand out some free needles at the needle exchange programme.

Already more than 1,000,000 people have fled their homes in the Donbass region. That corresponds to almost one-sixth of the population. The UN is ignoring this massive humanitarian crisis, as the NATO-backed troops are conducting all the atrocities. Russia has every right to deliver the humanitarian aid under these circumstances.

With only 1000 refugees to Crimea and none reported to eastern Russia , where did the rest go?
1683  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the West gearing up to invade Russia once again? on: June 03, 2014, 03:17:38 PM
It's astonishing how certain members do believe they will help russian cause or will get anything else, beside losing credibility, by spreading blatant lies.

Ah, yes, and I just added a stalinist to my ignore list. Smiley

You shouldn't add anyone to your ignore list (I hope I'm not there yet, lol). You forget that this decreases your opportunities to legitimately increase your post count... Roll Eyes

My ignore list is empty, by the way! Grin

Adding somebody to our ignore list based on his beliefs is plain wrong.
Ignoring his way of thinking and his reasons for posting makes you not that much better.

Adding somebody on your ignore list because he spams one link at a time every minute is understandable , like I did with 247crypto.

And , is your list really empty deisik? I though you added me on yours already!

Back on-topic:
The worst of this crisis it's almost over I dare to think. There is no way any escalation will happen that will trigger a mass intervention and from that a war..

And nobody in the west is willing to start a war , a war for what?
We have other things to think about that going to war and see our towns in flame once again.
1684  Economy / Speculation / Re: URGENT, Bitcoin is on the verge of collapse !!! on: June 03, 2014, 03:11:40 PM
Here is more solid evidence that Bitcoin is doing great. Just look at all the good news flooding in every day.  Smiley
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=77.0
Also prices are up almost 100% from the low: This "collapse" is gong really well.

The only evidence that you need for understanding bitcoin is doing great is that Igorr here is posting crap like a madman at 10 000 ppm.
There are some people who will never understand bitcoin and they will always talk about it "final" crash.

Just like the ones still believing the earth is flat.

1685  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evidences of chechens fighting in Ukraine? on: June 03, 2014, 03:08:31 PM
I can understand nationalism (even if it's the kids disease of mankind, as Einstein said) and since there is a crises with the West, I also understand some lack of impartiality.

But some of the members of the forum seem to think that their readers are completely stupid and will believe everything they post. That the only point is postings things favorable to Russia, even if completely biased or blatantly false. If they were intelligent nationalists, that tried to convince on reason, even if under a russian perspective, they could make much more to defend russian interests.

Wait till Russia does the same as PBOC or even worse , I wonder if there will be still supporters for Russian policy between bitcoiners.
1686  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Illegal "UN" helicopter shot down in Slavyansk. on: June 03, 2014, 03:05:48 PM
The UN  could come out and say that the helicopter was on a normal patrol or carrying god knows what.
It could be the thing they waited for to deploy troops in the region.

UN never conducts helicopter missions without announcing them to the media sources. And in this case, there are no United Nations peacekeepers stationed anywhere in Ukraine.

It doesn't have to be peacekeepers but just UN monitors like those for human rights. And they were deployed in Ukraine for over a month.

1687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evidences of chechens fighting in Ukraine? on: June 03, 2014, 03:02:19 PM
You've turn 101% into a Russian promoter lately Smiley.

Check you're posts a few months ago , you were far more impartial , or better , stop quoting rt that much Smiley.

If I have turned to a Russian promoter, it is because I think the truth is on their side. For the past few weeks, I have seen atrocities on a massive scale conducted in the Donbass by the Kiev junta. The citizens of Donbass are suffering, and I can't ignore it.

Which country uses fighter jets and helicopter gunships to bombard the residential areas inhabited by its own citizens?

No , you have seen news and pictures about it.
Just like we have seen those in the us propaganda about Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan (from both the us and Russia) and many mores.

Unlike you , I don't have pagan on the ignore list and some of his posts are actually showing where the Russian propaganda fails.I don't believe what any side is posting on their news channel. The truth is somewhere in between.

I have seen so many news on rt and they propaganda about my own country that I think 10 times before believing what they say just like I don't trust what daily mail is writing about my country.

1688  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Solar Roadways... on: June 03, 2014, 02:53:56 PM
When we talk about nuclear energy we should also remeber that there are two types fusion or fission,

With the amount spent on solar and wind equipment we could have developed by now a fusion plant with deuterium as a energy source that would wipe away the fears of nuclear waste or accidents.
1689  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evidences of chechens fighting in Ukraine? on: June 03, 2014, 02:50:21 PM
I'm pretty sure that if i'm ever going to participate in this kind of mess , carrying a gun and shooting people in a foreign country , I'm going to make sure I'm carrying my real ID with me ....and a phone with my fb account.

May be. But already two dozen of the slain men were identified, and all of them were Ukrainian citizens. May be a few foreign volunteers were dead too, but that doesn't take away the fact that the vast majority of the casualties were among the Ukrainians.

What puzzles me is that you were so angry on any western volunteers in that region but you're ok with Chechen foreign volunteers that fight one the other side.

You've turn 101% into a Russian promoter lately Smiley.

Check you're posts a few months ago , you were far more impartial , or better , stop quoting rt that much Smiley.

This time there are valid reasons.

Muted response to Biden son's Ukraine job

http://www.dw.de/muted-response-to-biden-sons-ukraine-job/a-17641022

Yeah , let me just tell you one right now after reading the article :

The whole deal in Ukraine was made by the Russians to stop the shale gas extractions and to keep Ukraine at bay with their needs for gas imports Smiley.
1691  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Illegal "UN" helicopter shot down in Slavyansk. on: June 03, 2014, 02:45:03 PM
But it is clear that the Ukrainian authorities had earlier used a helicopter painted as UN, to bomb the residential areas of Donbass. The pictures of the helicopter were widely circulated in the social media.

If that turns out to be true it will be a big deal. That is a clear violation of international law. If it just turns out that the rebels shot down a random UN heli, that would also be a violation. It's getting confused over there. A sure sign that the war is beginning. In a few years it will all be tears and regret on both sides.

Indeed , never though of this one.
The UN  could come out and say that the helicopter was on a normal patrol or carrying god knows what.

It could be the thing they waited for to deploy troops in the region.

Remember that plane in Libya that started all?
1692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.7 Available on: June 03, 2014, 02:41:42 PM

51% attack is not so easy to be made.
Dogecoin is based on brand new litecoin source so its not so like in "early" years.

It's a scrypt coin nothing else.
If the price doesn't follow the hash increase miners will quit and those who aim at the 51% will remain , even mining at a loss until they make most of the hash rate

You don't need to throw 10 000 gaw miners at the chain at once , do it slowly and you'll manage the same with far less costs.

The question is , why do it at all?
1693  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Solar Roadways... on: June 03, 2014, 02:18:33 PM
Slightly off-topic...  but everyone should read this before supporting any form of solar energy.

You should really add a graph with nuclear power also

Solar energy it's just a new hype , let's be the jetson family , nothing more.

I suppose you realize it takes not a billionaire but a guy with a little trading experience , with some key people in some popular blogs and a few millions to spare to take down any coin right now?

Idealist? Too bad the % idealist vs people who care only about the money is too low right now in cryptos.

Nobody really cares about bringing down coins ....
The bitcoin network could be brought down by just 50 mils invested in miners. Maybe 70 after the last difficulty jump.

But why bother with it , they have other more important thing and a little 7bils market cap is not on their agenda , not talking about a 40 millions one.

Indeed. If someone managed to get the amount of ASICs required to attack a coin, its value would drop significantly as soon as the attack is spotted. There is no way that can be profitable.

The most appropriate example would be either:
ghash that can almost launch a 51% attack but i'm willing to bet all my btc they will never think of losing that much money for....what?
quark , they can experience a 51% with about 500 i5-i7 processors mining , and this for the last 3 months  , again , nothing happened.

Guys with lots of money don't want to waste it on destroying things when they can make more out of it.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUR] Auroracoin - a cryptocurrency for Iceland on: June 03, 2014, 02:12:02 PM
Hi guys,

I've been away for a while due to personal reasons. Being a strong supporter of this coin I just want to say that it is my believe we are just at the beginning of things, not at the end as some of you say.

Sure, the coin "dropped like hell" and has very little trading volume. There are also a lot of people holding bags after the plummet of it's price and are therefor understandably sad or even angy. Hell, I might just be one of the largest bag holders!

But I'm not behind this coin, as of it's beginning, because I wanted to make a short term profit. I support it for it's prophecy to get an entire country behind the use of cryptocurrency. To me the choice of Balduro to pick Iceland for this project was what got me behind it and is still keeping me behind it!

To me, the most important reason Auroracoin has not yet stabilized after the storm is due to the fact that somehow the community hasn't taken up it's responsibility yet. I strongly believe that Auroracoin will become a great success, once we get enough people supporting it for the right reasons. Those reasons do not include short term profitability, but must be about making a difference. Not only to the Icelandic community, but also in the Crypto landscape.

I also believe this is the reason why we don't hear to much from Balduro at this time. From the very beginning he has made it perfectly clear that his role is to bring foreword the idea and lay the foundation. That segment is past us now, so it's up to us to finish what he has started! For now he has done more than enough to prove to us that he is legit and fair. The airdrop is a great success en turned out even better than I could have anticipated!

So, is Auroracoin really at the end of it's lifespan? No!!, it actually is just at the beginning! We just need to start acting upon it instead of waiting and complaining about how Balduro is not there to generate our short term profit all by himself!

Glad to see that you didn't change yous stance on the coin.
You're one of the guys I feel sorry for with the coin failing in the early stage. You have to admit it was a failure.

What the future brings , that I can't see but I will still be pessimistic about the outcome.

Let me just say that you're a bit too optimistic and a bit of an idealist. Not that is something wrong with it , but wright now the people with money and sharks are ruling the crypto scene , it's not 2010 anymore.

I guess it's my turn to answer. Smiley
Welcome back, was starting to miss some intelligent opposition.

As for water, there was an item on it, where UN was acknowledging the problem, but as far as I remember no specific figures were given.

Well , those are the figures that made me thinking something si wrong:

First we have 85%

Before Crimea joined Russia in March, Ukraine provided up to 85 percent of the peninsula’s water needs, through the canal stretching from the Dnepr River

And it's 85 of water needs , maybe including the water we normally use daily

Then we have this :

Crimean farmers are estimated to lose up to 5 billion rubles ($140 million), according to Russia's Agriculture Ministry.
According to the Crimean Economic Development and Trade Ministry, the agriculture sector is responsible for around 10 percent of Crimea's economy, estimated at $4.3 billion in 2012.

So they will lose at least 30% of all the crops with , almost no water for irrigation?

It doesn't really fit , especially with a heat wave coming in june , july and with lots of rice cultures?
Also 30% is not the same with all of the arable land being hit by this and harvest fully lost.

But , rt is making a joke of numbers when doing reports , remember the visa ban ?

Ps,
I truly deserved my 15 days off...
Too much trolling in the altcoin section Smiley.

1698  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: June 03, 2014, 01:52:52 PM
About 40% of population left Slavjansk, mainly young people and children. Elder people don't want to leave their homes behind.
Approcx 7000 children remain in the city. Over 110,000 people lived in Slavjansk until April.
Shelling of the city by Ukrainina Army artillery continues.
http://ria.ru/world/20140602/1010410515.html

I say, the goal Shell is almost reached. Soon they can start fracking for shale gas under the city without the pesky people coming in their way.

Shell should change its logo from seashell to artillery shell. Anyone with Photoshop skills out there up for a task?

Hmm , this is interesting...
Was there ever any interest , prospects of shale gas in that region? Do you have any additional info on this one?
I'm interested in this since here in my county they are thinking of doing some fracking pretty close to my home village.

Anyhow ,  this could lead to a lot of conspiracy theories....
1699  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Illegal "UN" helicopter shot down in Slavyansk. on: June 03, 2014, 01:48:32 PM
What will say UN in this occasion?

Nothing because based on the pics it's not an UN helicopter that was shot down Smiley.

Their nationality is revealed in that list?
Chechens have very specific surnames, Dadaev Murat is the only who could be Chechen from the list.
Anyway the list is not full.
Crimean tatars and kazan tatars could have such names too.

I'm pretty sure that if i'm ever going to participate in this kind of mess , carrying a gun and shooting people in a foreign country , I'm going to make sure I'm carrying my real ID with me ....and a phone with my fb account.
