Bitcoin's transparency is one of the main points of Bitcoin. Which is why it already has something that fiat does not: Transparency. This does not mean no anonymity though. If you wanted to buy or obtain Bitcoins anonymously, you could do so. Easily. So don't doubt Bitcoin too much, as you might miss out on chances because you have started believing your own doubts.

I am in full faith on Bitcoin. Basically because I know how it works and why its unstoppable. Feel free to try to prove Bitcoin wrong.

You guys need to stop spreading fud. Its how big Bitcoin investors buy your coins at a cheaper price. Surely that must somehow be clear to everyone with at least Bitcoin Veteran status? I guess the newbies get to learn the hard way, by losing their coins by shaving them away, flip flopping from buy to sell and sell to buy.

Its how I learned so I guess I can't really judge anyone at this point.

Why are you getting spooked by people who have no idea how Bitcoin works or what its advantages are? I see old generations who barely understand how to use the internet. El Salvador has been doing a crappy job of marketing Bitcoin to its people. Thats all it is. Adoption will be slow but we will see them warm up to Bitcoin. Especially the younger generations.

I actually read the scientific paper on that. Certain cannabinoids do actually indeed cause cell death (cell apoptosis) in certain cancer tumors like brain tumors (Glioblastoma) but also possibly promote other tumor growth, primarily in testicles. Fair trade, if true? Hard to say.

I guess you can do that but then the problems start arising when you lose or forget your seed phrases. That's gotta suck. I think 1 wallet is exactly the right number and maybe 1 more if you really need to feel like you would not lose two seed phrases the same way you wouldn't lose three.

You can just encrypt your seed phrase if you really need to and remember the encryption password. If you forget the seed phrase, you might be able to recover it and you would feel that nobody except you can get to the seed phrase on your other stored devices.

But that sounds a bit much, unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of BTC.

I wish people understood that Altcoin are both adding the largest amounts to each volatile swing of Bitcoin. Bitcoin price volatility has nothing to do with the investment security of Bitcoin in the first place! I rather see it as chances to buy Bitcoin at a lower price, thanks to Altcoin dumps. Well thats the kind of thing science is trying to figure out. It might be true if the theory of quantum retrocausality pans out. There already is a physics experiment which supports it.

Why would you need third party services for Bitcoin? Do you need legal reassurance that a third party won't lose your Bitcoin? Do you trust yourself less than some strangers saying give us your money and everything will be ok? I could understand the fear if it wasn't missplaced fear.

It appears you have not understood the very point of Bitcoin and crypto in general. Be your own bank. Nobody else should control you, your money, your proof of transactions or your wallet.

You guys forget one thing: We are talking in most cases ( I would even go as far as to say 99% of cases ), we are exactly the right crowd to advertise crypto gambling. And we are one of the biggest crowds along with Reddit for crypto. So obviously advertising on Bitcointalk with Signature campaigns and some of the other stuff already mentioned before, is a huge way to get leads ( New gamblers for the casino ).

A single gambler uses makes back a lot more than they spend on advertising here. Plus many countries have restrictions to advertise gambling so good luck with marketing.

You know, now that you say it, a casino game for Bitcointalk exclusively could perhaps be an interesting idea that I would love to see. I imagine it might even strengthen social bonds between the Bitcointalk community and/or at least the BTCT gambling community. Although I have no idea on how we would implement something like that since I am not some amazing coder like most people on this forum

Especially note how they used the media and reporters to warp the perceived reality of the Soviet Union and it's crimes against humanity. For example, they would bribe reporters to get them to write a good story about the "kindergarten centers" which were in reality gulag prisons where children of political prisoners were being kept locked up.

But those reporters (or as the soviets called them: "useful idiots" and "political prostitutes") did not seem to question all the metal bars on the windows of said "kindergartens" when they were being shown around. They did not want to miss out on their fat paychecks and all those freebies the russians gave them in exchange for a pro-soviet news article, so they kept their mouths shut and did not dare ask uncomfortable questions.
