2961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 22, 2022, 04:52:29 AM
It was a surprise for me that Psg was eliminated by Real Madrid.  They had an advantageous score in the first match against Real Madrid, but were eliminated after losing 3-1 in the rematch.  They will now only play for the league 1 championship.  It is almost certain that they will win.  There is a big difference between them and the second team.  They will lose Mbappe at the end of the year.  They should make a transfer to fill his place.  Now what I'm wondering is who will Psg add to the team next year?
It was a surprise for everyone that Real Madrid managed to beat PSG, specially that last goal coming so soon after the second one really made PSG really tremble and not recover from the defeat at all. Mbappe was definitely sure about leaving, I have no doubt about that but after that game, I am 100% certain that he made his decision a lot easier for sure, he wanted to leave and he has a great reason to leave right now.

With Mbappe on the roster, Real will definitely be a lot better team next year. Not like they are bad, they are at the top of La Liga right now and managed to beat PSG to further in champions league, but with Mbappe they will also be a lot better and easier to be there.
2962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 21, 2022, 09:30:32 PM
I have always said that it isn't always about being the best scorer, or best passer, or best stats. Even in today's era, if Lebron ended up with a few more rings (which he could have between all those finals) it is not about winning, or stats or anything like that.

Some players just have some aura to them and that makes them the best player ever for most people. Jordan for example has 6 rings, awesome right? Bill Russel has 11, never seen him considered GOAT, why? Because he won his rings in "bad era" and why would Jordans 6 be treated differently? Or Kobes 5? Robert Horry has like 7. All things considered, Jordan has less points than Malone, and yet we all know who was better.
2963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 21, 2022, 09:10:11 PM
I do not think that PSG cares about losing that game as much as you guys think they do. I mean don't get me wrong they probably do care about losing, but not as much as you guys think they do, they probably just didn't even want to fight for this game. At the end of the day, why should it matter that they lost? They managed to get the league already, anyone thinks that they would lose this year?

Of course not, they will win the league, and all the other chances are gone already anyway, so they just didn't care. Mbappe is already gone in his mind, Neymar probably is dreading next off-season and considers what PSG will do, Messi hasn't been here for a long time.
2964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 21, 2022, 08:54:22 PM
People talked about how Barcelona was bad just because of their europa league game. However, I believe this should be enough to shut everyone up already. They are back, Xavi took this team from nothing and turned it into something amazing. They are a force to reckon with and just because they had a bit of a trouble in europa league (still went to next stage) doesn't mean that they won't be able beat anyone they face.

From here on out, I believe they will still lose some points, but I think that it will be rare occasion, they will probably win every game left in the league and in europa with the exception of a few ties and maybe one loss, that's it.
2965  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine VS Russia. Ideological or Economical conflict? on: March 21, 2022, 08:04:18 PM
There are many countries that were once a part of Russia. So now Putin will reclaim all those countries? Crimea was part of Ukraine On 19 February 1954 even before Ukraine got independent. Basically, Crimea also got independent from the former soviet union as a part of Ukraine. Crimea consists mostly of pro-Russian people which is another matter.
In all seriousness, if he could control all of them, he would. There are some places that he ignores for some reason and he just doesn't even look at them. But aside from those few places, he would like to control every single USSR part of his old nation. Obviously he can't just take the whole land and make it Russian, he just makes it de facto Russian simply. Look at Belarus right now, we all know they are their own nations and yet we all know that it is run by a guy that is a puppet of Putin.

You may hate this situation, a whole nation that is controlled by a puppet of Putin, but USA and UK have done this a million times in history, every powerful nation benefits doing this and do not care about hurting others.
2966  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect Bullrun this year again! on: March 21, 2022, 07:18:39 PM
Nah, just another one of those who seems to be a perma-bull on bitcoin, nothing against him, but obviously, the bull run is over, we have touch a new all time high already in November.

So it's better just to put conservative numbers today, no exaggeration, just pure numbers that is enough for the current situation. Although we wouldn't want the price to hit 6 digits and more this year? But for me, it's not going to happen base on bitcoin's history.
I am a perma-bull on bitcoin as well and yet even I do not make these type of claims. Nobody could really know what could happen with bitcoin, some may act as if they know, but in reality none of us know about it.

There are tens of millions of investors to crypto, and there are hundreds of billions of dollars involved, one person cannot make a big change (well Elon challenged that for a while) and that is why I doubt it could ever make sense for one person to act like they know what will happen. I do hope that we break ATH this year, but I "hope" for it to happen, I do not know if it will happen, I wish, I dream, I hope, I want it to, but none of these are "know", just my preference.
2967  Other / Archival / Re: What is holding back the price of bitcoin now? on: March 21, 2022, 06:32:38 PM
I believe that people are not sure if this war should impact it the good way or the bad way for bitcoin and that is the problem people are having. I mean it should be looking not so bad, but it should also have some sanction passing methods as well. So, people do not know how to approach it.

Maybe west will hate crypto next, who knows? Or maybe people will love it because of Ukraine donations?

Basically, we are stuck between few thousand dollars and go up and down and there is nothing serious and obvious that would make it go one direction. If it was just one deal, then we would have gone that way but we all know that it is multiple options available right now.
2968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 20, 2022, 06:30:24 PM
United definitely didn't had a great time before the last game, one loss and one draw. However, they are not as bad as they started. I still prefer this United over the OLE united that we saw in the during start of the season.

I get that it is not really that much of a great situation to have right now, and I get that they are not a top team like people assumed they would be, and definitely saw them as a third team clearly after they got Ronaldo and not being there right now is upsetting for people and whenever they play a bad game, people are looking at it like there is a big downside again. However, they are at least better than when they started the season.
2969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins will explode in 2022? on: March 20, 2022, 09:16:16 AM
I wish we really knew; I mean I would want it so much; I want to know which ones will go up more than the others. That way I would sell my house, my car, every single thing I own, and then turn that into crypto, if I "knew" then I would be able to make so much money. Then I would buy a better house, better car, and still have some cash aside and never work again and just deal with my hobbies all day every day until I die, maybe live a better healthy life as well.

But, since we do not "know", we just assume and there is really no way to know any of this and all the coin naming would be just shilling our favourites at this point. No idea really.
2970  Economy / Economics / Re: PayPal started working in Ukraine on: March 19, 2022, 05:38:12 AM
It is not really that common for these type of companies to remove themselves from a nation as a whole. They make more money by having more users of it is possible for them then they would be working in every single nation. Which means that there must be some legal reasons why they didn't work there.

After all, if they could make all those profits from Ukrainians then why would they leave? They would want every single one of them to ditch any other processor and use paypal if they could. Whatever happened, it wasn't about the war, there must have been some legal loophole closed just to get paypal there as well to pace the recovery process for Ukraine.
2971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 18, 2022, 06:20:10 PM
Newcastle is not the newcastle of the start of the season. After they got a new owner they made some transfers (spent like 100 million) and they are doing better right now. So they didn't really "need" the win, the higher the better for them of course and even though Everton was on a bad roll, they at least got a win out of this last 5 weeks and they are doing better out of relegation zone right now.

It will not be easy remainder of the season for Everton for sure, but Newcastle is already so far ahead that they won't care whats going on. They literally have their eyes on the top half of the league, finish 10th or better if they can keep winning some games.
2972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other valid and serious forums about Altcoins? on: March 18, 2022, 02:03:11 PM
Oh nice info I didn't knew that it's now possible to earn money in reddit because what I thought before is reddit is only for free discussions but I think reddit is very strict so someone that is only intention is to earn will be filtered out easily by the moderators even if we say that they write something useful or something that is related to the topic.

OP is not looking for a forum that have earning potential like bitcointalk but he was looking for an altcoin based forum that talks about presale and stuffs but I think if we search that keyword in reddit, they also have it but again they are strict and not all new altcoins or tokens is going to be discussed there. It can be a good thing tho to minimize scam. Another one that I know is altcointalk. It's a good one.
Well, it is not easy. You need to be constantly there and constantly getting upvotes and all that, and in just one subreddit that I know (maybe valid in some others but I do not know) and you would need to read up on it. If you want to check out, here is a small summary of it; https://www.kraken.com/tr-tr/learn/what-is-reddit-moon which talks about what it is and how it could be earned.

But, I would suggest actually checking it on the subreddit itself and seeing how it works would be better. Obviously it is not a great income maker, you will not earn much from it unless you are spouting out incredible content, but that is how they turned that place into an information place and avoided spam.
2973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The House of Nakamoto: A Bitcoin store in Vienna, Austria on: March 18, 2022, 08:08:39 AM
Hopefully one day I’m gonna visit there. If I hadn’t make any bad financial decisions years ago and was investing and saving smart, I could have afford going to Europe by having a visa and may visit The House of Nakamoto. My Filipina friend was just fortunate years ago that she went to Vienna, Austria because of the all-expense paid opportunity by a crypto company she was working. But I don’t know if she had visited that Bitcoin store though, and I don’t know if that existed last 2019. I’ll put this in my bucket list.
I am in the same boat. I wanted to visit Vienna (and go to Prague as well while I am there), but unfortunately I couldn't. Between financially difficult and then some health reasons, followed by now pandemic, it all resulted with me not being able to visit there.

If I ever went to Vienna, there were two places that I wanted to visit, one was here the house of Nakamoto deal, I remembered it as "bitcoin store" and that is it to be fair Cheesy. I didn't know the house of Nakamoto part of it, and the second one was Cafe Central where many many famous people spent time in. I believe that it will eventually happen one day. It may not be today, it may take a while, but one day I will go there.
2974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the purpose of all these altcoins? on: March 18, 2022, 06:32:59 AM
There is no purpose for it, they are just simply easy ways to make money for the people who fail to see any other method to make money and can't wait years to get rich. So, all these people get together, build communities and then make a good amount of profit together by hyping it up, selling at the top to each other, making some of them richer and some of them poorer and some of them holders.

That is it, that is literally the only thing these are good for and that usually means that we should not be able to actually work something out by just checking these type of results, we just have to realize that just because a few people made some money, doesn't mean it is a good investment.
2975  Economy / Economics / Re: US warns India over oil deal with Russia on: March 18, 2022, 05:15:44 AM
We can't go on like this. I mean I get that there could be sides of this war, there could be west vs Russia type of war and everyone could make their own dealings with it.

However, I do not understand the forcing nations to pick a side. I mean if India or any other nation provided soldiers and money and help to Russia to win this war, then I would understand how that could be bad, after all you are helping one nation to hurt the other one, and in that case there is a choosing a side. But, if I want to buy oils from both the USA and Russia at the same time during this period, I should be able to. You can't just warn people for business.
2976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 17, 2022, 09:28:20 PM
I definitely did not expected Villareal to dominate the way they did last night. The funny thing is, last year Villareal won the europa league against United, and everyone said that it was a fluke and United was a better team and Villareal was just lucky to win that game.

This year, Villareal is now going to next stage whereas United failed to do so, which means that Villareal once again had a better season than United this year as well. I do not know if this was a fluke as well-, we gotta ask the British I guess. This is why never really trust the feedbacks of a fan, they will always find excuses on their failure and United has been failing for a long time now.
2977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That is why play to earn concept is a massive failure on: March 17, 2022, 08:48:04 PM
It is clear that the number of items growing makes it lower valued as well, and that is something that cannot really be fixed just yet. What I mean is that if you are playing axie infinity, you know that axies used to worth a lot because there were not many of them, and with the few of it, people made all the money, but since they bred more and more and more, the number of axies grew, so that same money was made by a lot more people, and that was their problem. Same logic applies to every single play to earn game as well.

If only a few hundred, or even few thousand people make the money, then it will worth a lot, but if tens of thousands of people start making the same profit, then it will eventually drop.
2978  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever JOMO? on: March 17, 2022, 05:41:37 PM
This has happened to me with many NFT projects and games for sure. There has been plenty of play to earn games that I wanted to join, I love playing games, that is what I do if I ever have some free times, and playing a game and making money sounded awesome.

From as high as axie infinity which dropped significantly and would have been a terrible investment to as old as F1 detla time which just got license revoked eventually, we are talking about plenty of projects that are getting horrible instead of any better. So, I definitely felt that JOMO in some cryptocurrencies and some tokens but mainly it was in most of the play to earn tokens for sure.
2979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand or know the whale's next move? on: March 17, 2022, 04:38:41 AM
We don't know who are those whales or those big players in the market and for their privacy, no one knows them even how to determine that they're whales.  That's impossible to know who are they but easy to determine or to guess the whale's movement through the Bitcoin public ledger which all big transactions on the Blockchain network it always suspected as them, either individual or big constitutions.

Just head's up to this Twitter group, @whale_alert collecting big transactions and there could be a whale per big transactions.
That whale-alerts usually show just all the big moves. And it is not easy to know which one means what. I mean we have exchanges making big moves as well, and some of them are talked about and given names, but some of them do not. There are moves of thousands of bitcoin every single day and multiple times, if they all meant something then we would have a market that is even more volatile than right now.

This is why I do not feel like there needs to be something that is obvious to the world just to make predictions, there are no whale movements you could see and trade accordingly and make money. Whales do not make those moves where you can see it, they do it OTC most of the time and in smaller separate actions.
2980  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand or know the whale's next move? on: March 16, 2022, 05:28:06 PM
What you need to realize is that, whales do not care about the drops as much as we do, they have enough money that if their 50 million dollars drops to 20 million dollars, they would be upset, but not in a hurry to sell because that 50 million dollars wasn't their living cost type of money, it was something they put aside as "play money" for them. While you and I could be scared about the fall.

When you realize that, it will give you time to reflect on what you can do to change that, and it will allow you to make a bit better decisions. In order to feel and act like a whale, you should ignore how much you have, and just keep trying to put more and more into crypto at all times.
