Have you tried sites like Freelancer or oDesk? The pay is usually not that great at first, but you might find something worthwhile.
3102  Other / Off-topic / Re: Post your Total time logged into Bitcointalk on: May 01, 2014, 09:13:49 PM
I've been logged in for a little less than 7 hours I really can't believe how some people have 100s of hours lol that's crazy
Or over 100 days. Many people spend the whole day here.

Well, in my case I just leave this on while I go do other stuff, so it's not really that surprising.  Tongue
I think it doesn't work that way - I think it keeps counting time for a while, but then it stops.

Probably, but as I'm almost always on the computer, I just "glance" at the forum and move on... Wink

Who are you?

Towards whom is this question quoted ?
What do you think?

That was what i had asked , didn't you get it ?

What is it that he is supposed to get exactly?
3105  Economy / Services / Re: ★★★ HIGHEST SIGNATURE PAYMENT ON THE BOARD - NEW RATES - RitzGrandCasino.com ★★★ on: May 01, 2014, 04:27:09 PM
On second thought Ritz, I have decided not to WHORE myself out for your BTC.  I got too much respect for my time.

Some of your minions are posting the most unconstructive garbage, and I don't want my posts to be ignored as spam.

No offense to anyone... Tongue

Tallyho!

That's one way of missing the forest for the trees...  Tongue

People will do something about it when the prospect of being murdered by armed thugs seems like a better deal than their day to day lives (i.e. going to work or whatever).

The sad part is, it doesn't have to get to that point, if people start doing something about it. And it doesn't even have to be much at this point in time...
3107  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: May 01, 2014, 03:38:58 PM
His question was a question to the previous post but is your question a question ?

Of course it was; did you not see the question mark?

But is a question mark all it takes for it to be a real question?

Btc received and positive feedback sent.

Thank you.  Smiley

No way you can defeat US. If you don't like to live in US. Live in the wilderness, live off grid. Plant your own vegetables and fruits and grow your own livestocks. And live peacefully ever after.

Ultimately the US, as any other country, is constituted by its people. If people actually organize, and start pressing for democratic changes, of course they can "defeat the US".
3110  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Overview of Signature-Ad Campaigns on: May 01, 2014, 04:17:09 AM
It's a very good thing for people to have all the information on the campaigns.  They can decide what is best for them and makes the whole process for everyone.  It could also attract others to join in and that is always a good thing.

Agree, it's really good to have a centralized place for comparison and contrasting.  I used to use bitmixer.io but realized that it wasn't at all offering a competitive rate.  In the end I had to switch to RGC for the seriously better rates---it really can't be beat.

Well, it can if you don't usually post a whole lot. If you struggle to make 50 posts a month, LuckyBit or Gaw Miners is probably better. On the other hand, if you make more than 80 or 90, then Ritz probably is.
3111  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Song are you Listening To? on: April 30, 2014, 09:57:56 PM
I'm listening to "The Fury" from Cello Fury, which was included in the torrent coming out of the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival for 2013. (7.39 gb, over 1200 songs, "DRM-free, RIAA-safe songs of performing artists")

how can something different not differ from the thing in question ?

Does it make a difference?

Doesn't it seem like a paradox to you?
3113  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm tired of the United States on: April 30, 2014, 08:51:35 PM
Yeah, let's tear it down! We don't need laws or police or roads or education. All that stuff get's in the way of my plans to enslave your children anyway. Without the government we can enjoy the peace and quiet that comes from the aftermath of a well executed poison gas depopulation.
Your children will not have to deal with the distractions of civilized life. There will just be mining and dying early. Easy peazy. It will be just like the good old days after the fall of Rome or the glitter of the bronze age collapse.  Grin

As I stated above, there have been cases of anarchy working without internal conflict; what you suggest wouldn't always be the outcome fortunately. Tongue

There are some qualifications though: the example I gave wasn't anarcho-capitalism, but real anarchy; I personally don't believe anarcho-capitalism can succeed. And in the case of Spain, there had previously been decades of popular organizing, and a lot of failed attempts before they got it right.

So, I believe attempting the same in the US at this point in time would probably be a bad idea; it could just as easily shift even further to the right. But with enough education, organizing, and pushing for changes within the current system (like getting rid of money in politics once and for all, for example), it would be possible.

EDIT: here's an interview at The Real News with Chris Hedges https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OX6n861Gu6Q that goes on a bit about this, and on what you can do to begin changing the current situation.

New one from luckybit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=586817.0

Minimum of 50 posts:
Maximum of 15 hero/senior members @ 0.1 each!!
Maximum of 40 full members/members @ 0.05 each!!

The user has paid out on his previous sig campaigns.

You forgot to add:

Quote
HIGHEST POSTER FOR THE MONTH WILL RECEIVE A 0.05BTC BONUS!!

...which I'm not sure will be an effective incentive. Roll Eyes

why?? Its a good incentive to apriciate competition among each other, making the sig. Campaign more lucrative and profitable.

Well sure, but given the very competitive rates of some of the pay per post campaigns, the effect is kind of lost. Don't get me wrong, it's a good bonus; but considering the campaign is of interest mostly for those that don't post a lot to begin with, this will probably not make as much of a change as expected. So perhaps a somewhat different approach would be better: like rewarding the person that brings in most players or some such.

What you are proposing is "Anarchy". Google it, it hasn't worked before  Undecided

Sort of... so for example, during the Spanish Civil War, the regions of Catalonia and Aragon were effectively an anarchy; there was no central government controlling the course of affairs, but things were still done: day to day living went on as usual, infrastructure was built and maintained, etc. The only reason it did in fact not work out was due to outside interference.
3117  Other / Off-topic / Re: What video games do you play? on: April 30, 2014, 07:03:52 PM
Dota 2 - the best and the biggest game on steam. If you are not familiar with it it is free to play MOBA style game. But it is not easy to play...

I'm sure League of Legends et al fans will disagree with the "best MOBA style game" part. Tongue

Ok, I will give it a go.

Let's see if this works.

You have to give your number of posts at this stage as well as your wallet address Smiley

Thanks for being helpful.

It says I cannot edit the original post.  So, if I miss a little detail the deal is off?  Weird.

Well, you can always just quote your original enrollment post and add in your post count, or PM Ritz or something like that. It's not as if you only get one shot at it...  Wink

Hmm, 31 days and 12 hours for me.

But I mostly just leave the forum open, so that's not all "posting time".  Grin
3120  Other / Politics & Society / Re: IMF on Russia - it's in recession. Reality or wishful thinking? on: April 30, 2014, 03:18:24 PM
I don't want to call it as a recession. It is more like a temporary dip, and might last less than 12 months time. After that time period, the Russian economy will perform much better than that of the US and the EU.

Could you go into further detail as to why you believe the Russian economy will outperform the US and EU?
