"automatic security algorithm was triggered" with a bitcoin transaction? This looks like a scamish reason to block an account. Better solve the OP request and release his founds or you can count with my negative feedback.

Hello r34tr783tr78,

We'll conduct our verification procedure based on the timeline and criteria we deem reasonable to follow.
Rest assured that we are examining the documents and details provided by John in the fastest possible way to make sure this issue will be resolved to the client's satisfaction.

Freewallet is a SCAM.

They attracted people to the IGNIS airdrop and the coins were never delivered.

I made a NXT transfer to my wallet at Poloniex which never arrived.

They are scammers. I already complained on your facebook and I was banned.

I no longer have any hope of receiving what I have lost, but I hope that other people will not fall into the hands of these thieves.  Angry Angry

Ignis will be distributed to all NXT holders with Freewallet as promised, based on the December airdrop.

Regarding your NXT transaction, please PM us the transaction hash or provide your support ticket number. If you made a transaction to the correct destination, and it's shown as completed in blockchain, the funds should already be with Poloniex. Have you tried inquiring about the status of your transaction with them?

hi team freewallet ..... a few days ago i made doge payment ... but so now not finish ...... what's the problem? .... can you please? ..... please help me .... status: sending

Hello, the DOGE network was overloaded with transactions due to its evaluation in recent days. Everything is back to normal now but, if you are experiencing any issues, please feel free to submit a ticket to our Support Center from App Settings or on our website as our qualified specialists will be able to assist you better.

Hi,

It would be easier to go through your post point by point:

Scam proof:

We are not sure about the information the link you provided reflects as we see a list of failed transactions. Since they weren't successful, the coins are still with you.

Failed transactions:

There must be a specific reason why the transactions failed to go through and we are confident that our support team looked into your case. If you'd like an update here, let us know the ticket number.

Blocked account:

Due to repeated transactions, our security algorithm was triggered causing in your account being blocked. It's actually a good thing because it has been proven effective in stopping malicious activity.

Long response time:

If it's a difficult case with many specifics, our team needs to look into it and exclude possible reasons for failed transactions one by one. However, since you triggered the security algorithm, our priority will be to verify your identity before proceeding further. In any case, we always follow up with our users, please verify your spam and promo folders for a reply.

We are looking forward to your update. Let us know!

John,

The funds have been transferred to your ETH account upon $30 payment as of yesterday.

We would like to remind you not to try this kind of transaction 'just to see if it works' in the future as, once they've gone through the blockchain, it's difficult for us to retrieve them, even if the funds have gone into our high-security cold storage. Retrieving funds from our cold storage is not a simple action performed in two clicks but requires extra time and work by our employees.

Nonetheless, we are glad you accepted our solution and the funds have been transferred back into your account (please note, your confirmation has gone through on August 25th.

If you have any questions in regards to future transactions or any other concerns, let us know.

We really want to resolve your issue, and it's not about $30. We receive several hundred refund requests every month, which creates additional workload for our technical team.

1. If you choose the paid refund option, your funds will be refunded within 60 days as previously stated.
2. If you choose the free refund option, your funds will be refunded to you, anyway. There is no time frame at all for this refund.

We are still waiting for your reply in order to start the refund process.

I sent 1000 BTG to my wallet and then tried to exchange for XMR. Already as the second day there is a transaction, and support writes - wait again! I suspect that this is some kind of deception. It can not take so long to exchange. Has asked to return БТГ - have responded that can not cancel transaction, it is lie. Give me back my coins!

Andrey, thanks for reaching out to us!
Your coins are safe with us! Even if your exchange failed, we would be able to reverse a transaction.
Freewallet maintains the security of your funds. The internal security algorithm worked for your transaction. We took some steps to verify operations on your wallet.
Now your exchange has pulled through successfully!

I just checked the exchange Request id: e3850866-ae0a-c73f-c1fb-9ac7e4366509 at 1000 BTG still in processing Huh

The transaction may take some time to be processed.

The process already takes almost two days !! You tell me about security and responsibility for my means ... Bring me back BTG to the address from which you received it, and we all say goodbye for good. This is not a service for ombenu but clownery, learn to work with your competitors.

Apologies for providing you with the incorrect info above.
Your BTG transaction is in progress; it won't be reversed, instead, it will be moved.

Where does it go? the transaction is already the second day you have on the account ... why are you driving my nose? I sent you 1000 BTG for two days I can not get XVG Do you see that the course takes place during these two days ?! You just use my money and deliberately do not let me exchange and withdraw money.

I got XEM 10,000 less !! Do you think this is normal ?!

In addition, I tried to withdraw, drove 20000 XEM further tried to withdraw the rest and again the transaction hung! again wait two days ?! What kind of nonsense?

Hello Andrey,

We would like to notify you that we have sent you an email response with good news.
Please check and let us know.

Thank you!

Hi Freewallet,

You did not answer all my questions. You just repeated your false/irrelevant statements.

I sent funds to my deposit address. The transaction is confirmed by the blockchain. So you need to credit the funds to my account. Period.

This is definitely not my mistake. It's your mistake or your intention. It's either a bug in your product, or a feature you use to scam people.

If you're ready to refund. Then just refund. What're you waiting for?

Yes, you have my permission to give my money back.

Thank you.

Dear John,

What was the purpose of sending funds from your first address to another address of yours within the same wallet?
Which operation exactly were you trying to implement?

There are many scam accusations[1] against that wallet but nevertheless, no one tags their bitcointalk account[2].
Modify your topic to the formulas mentioned here, and try to mention more evidence.
You have a long list of high-security wallets[4]. Why did you use that wallet?

Also, there are some suspicious things about them like

When we notice suspicious activity in customers’ accounts we immediately block them for security reasons.
In accordance with the AML policy to which Freewallet subscribes, we kindly ask you to go through the account verification procedure

[1] Freewallet is SCAM & Freewallet.org is a SCAM
[2] Bitcointalk Freewallet
[3] Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)
[4] Choose your wallet - Bitcoin - Bitcoin.org

Indeed, there are many threads on Freewallet on this Forum.
If you go through all reported cases, you'll find out that we carefully follow up each of them and overwhelming part of these issues receive a successful resolution.

Scammers site Link:https://freewallet.org/
Amount Scammed: 4.009195 BTC

Freewallet is a SCAM.
They use all the unusual activities as an excuse to steal the user’s money.
I have provided screenshots of all trading blocks and transactions. They didn't give me an statement.

Dear bitcoinscamreport,

Unfortunately, your message does not refer to any specific details, such as your user ID or support ticket number.
Instead, it gives rather blunt scam accusations.
We are ready to assist you in resolution of your issue; please provide more details. Thanks!
