501  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 3x GTX 470's on: November 22, 2016, 10:18:16 PM
Dear all,

The stock is still available, if the order is more than 1 units will get a special bonus for me, please reply in this thread or send a PM.

Thank you and best regards,

I'd be interested in all 3, depending on the price you're looking for, and whether you'd accept escrow or not. Let me know. Thanks!
502  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Open Frame Rig on: November 22, 2016, 09:57:20 PM
from italy, bears in mind that i don't have them ready so you need to wait for the pieces to be bought first

but since with the last order i ordered two(and he want one only) i'll have at least one ready to be shipped this week

Damn, Italy may kill the deal for me... I'm pretty sure it will actually... if that was in the OP sorry I didn't see it. Thanks anyway!
503  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] [CANADA] [Paypal] 6 GPU mining rig on: November 22, 2016, 09:55:00 PM
I'm glad I didn't deal with this guy, sorry for the BS there Debitme...

@OP... this is definitely NOT how you do business, man... Especially not in the BTC community. People here have to build their trust up before getting paid immediately, that's how it works... now, you've blown your trust on your first transaction attempt here... very unfortunate way to start.

504  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Five R7 370 4gb ASUS cards on: November 22, 2016, 09:39:35 PM
I'm interested in all 5 cards, potentially the whole setup... however, I recently paid 85 for 5 cards, and eBay prices are lower than 119.... so I would offer you 90 each for the cards, I'm still figuring out the offer for the whole setup...

450 shipped to Reno, NV 89521 for the cards is my offer there or ... 800 shipped for the whole setup.
505  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Open Frame Rig on: November 22, 2016, 05:03:08 AM
I'd also like to know where you're shipping from, and I will definitely take at least one as a test for now, more later if the test goes well. let me know. Thanks!
506  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] i5-4690 | MSI reference rx480 on: November 22, 2016, 04:53:41 AM
Bump

given the rapid and continuing rise of BTC price, will you take .4 for both items? I'll pay shipping to Reno, NV 89521

How about 0.43BTC shipped?

Done deal. Awaiting payment address. Ty.
507  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] [CANADA] [Paypal] 6 GPU mining rig on: November 22, 2016, 01:51:54 AM
I will give you $450 plus shipping for everything minus the GPU"s if you can ship it out tomorrow?

Hmm where too?

Shipping to Kansas 66062 in the U.S.

it would be 480 Shipped ( I'll eat the rest )

I will take it, is that a deal?

I am not playing the haggling game or complete set or not. I offered basically brand new price for used hardware, on the condition it was shipped immediately. So with that in mind, my offer is good until I go to bed tonight, about another 4 hours, my offer will drop after that

Wasn't my intention to screw up the deal, go ahead and complete that and I'll pick up the GPUs if he's interested and the PSU, RAM, and whatever else is left over. Your offer for those parts is more than fair, and I don't think I would have put up that high of an offer for that without the GPUs.

I'd want to pay something like 1300 for the whole setup, but go ahead and complete that portion of the sale, and let me know what is left over and I'll likely grab the rest.

I'm interested in the entire package if the board deal falls through.
510  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: i'm Buying any amount of Antminer s7 Miners on: November 21, 2016, 11:00:59 PM
What is your price range?
Who pays escrow and shipping?

Just give me the price and approve or Not
but the price including PSU not more than 360 USD
i will pay shipping and Escrow cost

If you're interested in buying from the USA, I have one with the antminer PSU (PSU has never been used, and the S7 has been run underclocked its whole life, and still runs great) Single fan version.

I also have an S7 with two 'normal' ATX power supplies. Two fan version which also runs as if it were new.

I would be willing to get rid of them both for 700 USD if you pay for shipping, and I'm willing to entertain other offers as well.
511  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Testing waters - gauging interest - 2 AntMiner S7's on: November 21, 2016, 10:57:46 PM
I'm not sure on the prices, I haven't looked in a while to see what they're going for, I'll take reasonable offers. (Don't think that since I haven't checked that I won't. Make me a reasonable offer and they're yours.)

I'm located in NV USA. West Coast USA.

Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, and I'll take escrow, but only if the buyer pays due to my trust rating and standing on the forum, no escrow is necessary, as I will not damage my reputation over anything. But yet, if you demand it as the buyer, I'll do it.

I'll be more active on the forums this week, but I'm extremely busy, so if I don't get back to you immediately, I apologize for this, but it shouldn't be as long of a time as it was for this reply to happen. Just keep in mind that I'm leading multiple projects, and companies, and I've got quite a bit going on in both right now, and cut me a little slack, thanks!

Anyway, let's either do this with offers, or if that doesn't work out, I'll structure it like an auction.

I will accept BURST, QORA, BTC, LTC, DASH, XMR, or any reputable alt coin as payment. Thanks!

I don't know who is the owner of this site and when the site was last updated, but it contains quite much information about Burst, especially the roadmap and more, check it out here: http://www.burst.press/ the sentence on the page stated "This page will be your one-stop location for all BURST roadmap related information as well as any other BURST press coverage, or BURST related press releases."

I manage this site, though I haven't updated it in a while... I'll need to put a member of the team on more active updating on that.

We know it, thanks : )

Btw. any news @ crow?

Been very busy with new connections, new contracts, new ideas. Will be posting more soon. I'm working very hard behind the scenes right now, we should have a new wallet version soon as well.

New BURST UI for CrowdFund page, re-design, easier to use.

New BURST wallet UI planning stages with Simple interface and more advanced interface.

New BURST Asset Exchange features in planning stages as well, including ideas for charts, and individual trade history additions, and more.

New BURST 'open' project management system implementation compliments of the CIYAM developers will be released in the next few days, this will give a good idea of what is being worked on, what we need done, and how long things will be until completed. It will also allow people to donate to the overall project development, or to individual project areas or tasks themselves.

Keep in mind folks, that BURST is a community developed project, so the donations are how we pay our wonderful developers, and keep them happy, I pay as much as I can out of my own pocket, but I'm not making quite enough to support  all of the projects myself, including QORA.

More close work with QORA as well, and QORA has released a FULLY DECENTRALIZED VERSION OF a SLACK-style CHAT platform (also can be used as a wallet, more in development) called 'Quoth' (such as 'Quoth the raven, nevermore!) the platform is...  Team-based real-time communication application for people to use!

You can access it via any hosted QORA node, or through your local QORA wallet...

hosted node  - http:qora.online:9090/quothprototype

local wallet running access - http://127.0.0.1:9090/quothprototype

to get started...

make up a password (long, save in many places, and encrypt)

put in the password, click the button.

see the list of generated QORA wallet addresses in drop-down menu on left bottom.

click the drop-down, and select an address. The address will show below the drop down.

click/drag/select the address below the drop-down

copy the address

fund the address with some QORA (or message me and I'll send you some to get started!)

wait for 1 confirmation

start sending messages!

(right now it is only public messages in the 3 default channels, and it takes 2 QORA per message, 1 to the account with the channel, one as a tx fee. Channel accounts are donated to development)

(I know this isn't BURST related info, but QORA is BURST's cousin, and this is some exciting news that hasn't been fully publicized yet, so the BURST and QORA communities get to see it first! Enjoy!

More exciting stuff on the way from both BURST and QORA!

Thanks!
515  Economy / Computer hardware / Testing waters - gauging interest - 2 AntMiner S7's on: November 15, 2016, 05:22:01 PM
I've got 2 antminer S7's, one with 2 fans one with 1, I don't recall what batches they're from, but they are both 4.7TH I believe... I've not run the 2 fan one more than about 10 minutes because I simply don't have the location I thought I was going to in order to effectively run it.

The other I know is 4.7 but I've kept it underclocked.

They're both in full working order.

Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks!

-[ANNouncement]- QORA on polo communications...

Hello everyone, I just wanted to pass along the information that poloniex has given me, regarding why their withdrawals are still disabled...

They've told me that they're unable to keep their wallet sync'd... Which is strange, because I have about 5 nodes up and running and sync'd. I told them to remove the db and let it sync again, but for whatever reason that isn't working for them. I also gave them a long list of nodes to add, which they did... Here's what they told me about what they're seeing (seems like a networking issue on their side to me, but if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know so that I can pass it on to them. Thanks!)

Quote from: poloniex
We can't get our node to sync; it always gets stuck at a block near the current one. The last attempt was made using the partial blockchain snapshot you provided and adding the new explorer as a known peer, but it failed pretty quickly with this error:

Exception in thread "Thread-13" java.io.IOError: java.io.IOException: Checksum does not match, data broken

Best regards,

Tristan
Poloniex Support

I then told them to try deleting and re-sync the db...

Quote from: poloniex
Thanks for the suggestion, but it is something we have tried many times. Sometimes it will sync once, but then stop getting new blocks.

Best regards,

Tristan
Poloniex Support

Then I said that they looked like they were having a network issue, and asked for config...

Also suggested that they turn forging off...

Quote from: poloniex
The problems actually started as soon as we turned forging off. I tried turning it back on, but it seems to find blocks too fast and get itself on a fork pretty quickly. The wallet is running in a fresh Debian environment. settings.json:

Their config looked alright to me, aside from the minconnections=1... I think that's too small, right? I set mine to minimum of 5 or 10 usually. Maybe this is why they are not receiving new blocks if they're only connected to 1 peer and they're happy with that...

If anyone has other nodes, lets give them those, and I'm working on getting my node at qora.tech back online as well now, I've got a new host setup so it should be for sure first part of next week.

-[ANNouncement]- Quoth prototype launched on QORA mainnet!

That's right! The decentralized application we're calling Quoth for now (name may change) is currently deployed in prototype phases on the mainnet of QORA!

The way you can access it, is by using ANY QORA node, whether local or hosted, and going to [node address]:9090/quothprototype.

On this page, you will be prompted for a password... Now, this password is what will generate your WALLET addresses that will be used with Quoth, so please, use a password that you would secure funds with.

This works very similar to the BURST wallet, save your passphrase in a location that you'll be able to copy/paste it IDENTICALLY every time. Otherwise you'll end up with new addresses when typing a modified password.

I always say, try it twice, if you get the same addresses both times, then you know you're doing it right.

There will be easier ways of getting this done in the near future, similar to the BURST passphrase manager. But this is merely a prototype.

Once you've created your account (by simply making up a password) you'll be logged into the Quoth interface. At the bottom left, you'll see a drop-down menu with many QORA addresses. Simply click one of those addresses, and it will show up at the bottom of the selection box. When it is there, you can click/drag and select that address.

You need to FUND ONE OF THE ADDRESSES, that you wish to use to communicate. Currently Quoth uses coins to send messages. That can be modified in the future with the addition of a new type of transaction to QORA.

So, you will send some QORA to the address you chose, then wait for a confirmation. Once the funds are confirmed in that address, you can send messages!

Bear in mind, right now it is a total prototype, and there are bound to be issues that you run into. Also, there is no way to create private rooms, or do direct p2p messaging at this time, these types of things will all be added in future versions.

If you notice any 'bugs' please report them in Quoth, or here. In the Technical thread in Quoth, you will see I've setup a bit of instruction as well as a default way of formatting messages for the developer.

***message for developer about anything you notice or would like to see added***

Enjoy making use of the prototype, and we'll be providing more information as far as what will be added in the future! Thanks!

Also, there is a project on CIYAM open project management tool called 'QORA Evolution', this has funding addresses tied to it in BURST. (Numeric BURST address.) Anyone can donate funds there to help with development.

Dev Donations are accepted, this work doesn't happen without MUCH effort. Thanks!

Alternatively, you can donate to this BTC address - 1E7xZ2pANGeWCwybvzqYv9o5ovqBq4GeQA

or this QORA address - QgnUoeWnc3UioNgYHknAJpkcJQv5CgjXNs

If you would like the funding to go to a particular area of development, make note of that to me when sending your donation, and I will convert to BURST and put it to the address necessary, so that it will show on the project management tool.

You can always donate directly to any of the BURST addresses inside the project management, as well. Thank you and Enjoy using Quoth!
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | POS | Assets | Names | Polls | Automated Transactions | Social Network on: November 07, 2016, 10:49:50 PM
I think people sell their coins on POLO because these are stacked there ; finally nobody knows why W/D service is disabled? POLO admins said  that the wallet is in maintenance and they don't know how long will be like that; is the POLO act or there are other reasons?

I've already submitted a ticket to polo, explaining to them exactly how to fix their issues... and showing them the new nodes that I've put online... (and there are more coming.) So I'm not sure what their current 'issue' is, though I'm certainly going to be putting in another ticket about it...

but unfortunately,price not followed。

Qora is a great coin.

The current price of Qora is only a temporary phase. One of the main reason for the current price of Qora is the sudden increase in BTC value. (And its not just Qora. Currently, the prices of a lot of other coins are also down due to the sudden rise in BTC price).

As soon as Qora reaches its potential with new developments, Qora will cross 100 sats.
Do you think Qora may repeat NEM rise?

I hope Qora will be able to pull in a lot more users soon. The price rise is an obvious outcome of that imo

Once the serious promotion starts, things will move more... We're not quite there yet, I'm working on getting the project management system setup, so that everyone can see, contribute to, and get paid for development. We believe it is the new way of how people should view 'working'.

You get paid for what you complete, not for sitting in an office for x hours.

The devs let the manager know estimated completion before submitting for the job, and manager accepts it. The dev knows how much he will be paid for the task, and can do many tasks at once.

it's very cool.

Right now working on getting few more hosts setup, then I'll be talking with vbcs about which things will be added under the development portion of the project management.

Things moving along quite nicely. Stay tuned!
