Hey BURST community.

Welcome back crow, a lot of updates from your part. I`m also eager to await what news you will present about BURST. Maybe we should select a main developer, and we will need a new forum ANN?

A lot of websites you take down but I can understand it if nobody used it.

And who wants to use webwallet can still use haitch's wallet:  https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/index.html

Thanks, and I agree. I will hopefully have news at least of my new asset soon, and I wholeheartedly agree upon the selection of a new dev being a priority. Hoping a few things I've got going on may make that area happy.

I think a forum ANN is a pretty good plan, I just registered on the new forum myself, though I haven't posted there yet.

Also agree @ haitch's wallet, without haitch, ninja pool would not be running today, he's owed a big debt of gratitude from all of us mining on ninja, and the BURST community as a whole, as he's a huge contributing factor to keeping everything going. I know I haven't had the time, and honestly haven't really put the necessary effort into the server that I should've. So haitch is crucial in that respect, too.

But yea, I'm thinking things are going to start coming together here soon, so stay tuned.

@playground asset, I think I missed the boat on the asset purchase, what happened there? is it too late to get in?

I like to new forum as well.  I have to log in and see whats going on have not been on since yesterday.

I did notice that with wallet.burst-team.us wallet that I get a security issue with the https://  says i believe the security ticket is obsolete or what not forget exactly what the error was but I know its still available. But it may shy some away that aren't familiar with it or know its the real thing.  May shy a few away that do not know.

You did not miss the boat.  We have sold 22,404 and seem to have others interested.

The asset is still available.  Asset ID: 15589285291102307016.  I am sure you know where to find it.  LoL.

So excited.  Seems like the BURST Community is being stimulated at the moment.  Which is great.  Activity on twitter as well.  So I know people are talking about BURST from time to time.

Can not wait to see what happens in the near future.

Have fun all.

Let me know when you get that other ANN done.  Ill be one of the first there to read it.

Well, I think I'll double your sales, maybe that'll get it kicked off a little quicker? Though, not sure how you're gonna structure everything, seems to me being a big early investor in something may pay off. Wink

But yea, anything BURST related people start, I'm interested, and thus far you seem legit, hopefully it'll keep going that way, I like helping out new starts in things, so lets give it a shot, gonna place my buy shortly, 22404 ya say? Why not 30k? Cheesy

1263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BURST Coin Asset [ANN] - PLAYGROUND - Burst Forum Betting and Lottery on: December 21, 2015, 10:05:55 PM
good job, let me know if I can be of any sort of assistance here. I would be happy to re-plot a 4TB drive and mine with it, and/or donate coins if that would be helping in some way. I also have webspace and domains, though not any extra public IP addresses, but I have plans to acquire a few more in the near future.

I've got space with Windows Azure that will be opening up soon that I could give a dedicated VM on if need be. Also a VMWare ESXi cloud host, and connection with another (Haitch's) who will also probably be open to assisting via providing hosting, etc.

I have an ownCloud server, that I just setup, that I might be happy to have some programmer / better linux user assistance in configuring if you'd like to trade off help for coin, etc. just message me and let me know.

data.crowetic.com is where it is located. I can also use this server to host files, etc. (Still have some configuring to do, but all files there are encrypted, and right now it is hosted on Azure, bandwidth is insane, but I feel like I'm burning a bit too much of my credit, and would like to move the server to my esxi server before making it 'final' and taking it out of beta, getting it finalized, and then being able to provide space for rent.)

but, currently it has a TB of space available that can be used for permanent link locations, etc.

I appreciate the initiative!

Hey BURST community.

Sorry for being inactive as of late, just been busy, not been gone. I'm still here. As I always will be. BURST is my main coin, and I don't see that changing. I see other people coming to the coin, and it growing.

That being said, still planning to release another asset, I just don't want to give dates because I'm so busy I can't say for sure when at this point. But I can say that I am going to do it... someday. haha.

byte.enterprises website is taken down, I will not renew the domain. But don't worry, I will make tiga make me a new site and host it on my crowetic.com domain. The old site wasn't accurate anymore anyway, and hardly ever got any traffic.

Also, wallet.burst.city is also down, and domain will not be renewed.

I don't need all of these domains. lol. I will renew burst.ninja of course, and that has already been done. The pool will of course stay running. Hoping eventually to have a new UI (that I've been hoping for forever.)

I am also in control over the main burstcoin.info domain, and I've renewed that as well, from my own pocket. (as I do all things lately. lol) If anyone feels like they'd like to donate to that cause, feel free, but I'm not asking for it.

I think I'm still one of the largest BURST holders, and definitely largest of the asset holders, and I plan to stay that way. Tongue

I've got a bunch of ByteEnt for sale if anyone is interested... check AE. The asset will continue to function as it always has, and I've got plans for boosting the returns on it as well. Just haven't put them into action quite yet. Tiga decided that he didn't feel worthy, even though I told him he's stupid. He felt the need to give his % back to me. I'll pay him in some way if i have to force him to take it. lol.

But yea, just wanting everyone to know that ByteEnterprises is still alive, even though the page is not. Burst.city wallet hasn't been alive in quite a while, and I'm not sure where cat is right now, but I assume he's gonna come around at some point, but we don't need that domain thanks to our good friend H. Thanks For everything Haitch. I've got a bunch of assets for you. Get in touch. Wink

Thanks all. Looking forward to the future!

My business officially made me more than my day job in November, (not including % taken into account for taxes, etc.) and things are doing nothing but growing.

I firmly believe that I will be able to offer the asset I've discussed previously that's share in my company that will also pay dividends, very soon. Smiley

My business brought in over 4,500 USD in month of November. Wink so, even if I were to offer 5% of my business income, the payouts would be over 225 USD. Thinking of this in terms of BURST, means it would be quite a large amount.

I'm still thinking of how much and time and how to structure everything, but I should have my ideas together very soon, and give a doc explaining them.

1266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - BURST Windows GUI Wallet/Plotter/Miner! HDD mining for all! on: November 25, 2015, 07:03:16 PM
it could be my online wallet that is having issues, my apologies. I will have the person who controls that take a look at it.

But, the program itself doesn't rely upon that, you can use the local version of the wallet, just have to wait for the blockchain to download to your machine.

Once the chain is downloaded, you'll be good to go.

Let me or the other developers know if you have any issues. Smiley

The block chain is downloading.   Almost done.   On block 120xxx.   Yesterday I wasn't able to do anything.  Today I can view the online content.  So everything seems to be working.   Kept getting a no Internet connection dialog.   That is gone.

So everything seems to be working now.

Do I have to wait to plot until the BC is downloaded?

Takes a while from what I hear.   Got 5TB  I wanna plot on.

Thank you.

Yes, I would wait until the chain is fully downloaded, in the main thread within the last few pages I believe Haitch or luxe posted a link to a partially downloaded chain download. We keep an almost updated version of the chain for download so that people can up the speed in which they get fully synchronized.

Let me know if you have issues finding that link and I will grab it for you.

@Doom - I also would love to see BURST be the one to do the first with BTC, I think I will go out dev hunting soon, as I know vbcs could do it by himeself, but I think having a few more people to collab with would be great. But QORA will likely want to be the first as well, and seeing as vbcs is more QORA than BURST, maybe we can work out a 3-way scenario? xD. heh.

Actually, the 3-way thing is quite doable.  If both coins are ready in time, you could arrange it so that a Burst/BTC and a Qora/BTC cross chain transaction both make it into the same block on Bitcoin's blockchain.  Then they can take joint credit for being first.      Smiley

Also, I just realised we'll have Proof of Work, Proof of Stake and Proof of Capacity algorithms all acting in unison for the first time.  How truly momentous.

This would truly be awesome. I think it should be considered, for sure. Smiley

Ok sent Irontiga his 1500 INCOME bounty, he really deserves more respect from the BURST community, he is a very talented programmer.

Anyway we are making better profits now with bigger capital, and its easy now to forecast now that we know the daily median:

Damn, I just typed out a long reply and accidentally bumped the side button on my mouse, ruining it all...

Yea, I also think that tiga deserves a lot more recognition than he gets.

Man, I don't have time to type out what I had just typed, basically the BurstDevTeam account access people (myself included) need to start posting with the account daily, so we can build the rep and post pics with our new OP. BURST is about to get some recognition, I can feel it. This AT things is huge, once other coins get to the point of doing ACCTs, they're all going to know by default the first two coins in history to do it.

We need to be ready!

I'll be back later, gotta go.
1270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FINALLY!! OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY.. it's big.. on: November 20, 2015, 04:04:45 PM
I feel like a lot of interesting features get lost because you need to be very knowledgeable to take advantage of them. I would like full support for all of this on the GUI.

I used to not understand a majority of how everything actually worked in crypto land. However, after time, and enough actually wanting to know, I now feel like I have a decent grasp on it, the next step is for me to put it into action and start coding the things I would like to see within BURST, starting with simple tools and going from there.

My point here, is that I truly believe that most people in this forum, aside from the ones here to scam or the ones who don't really care enough to give it their attention, have the capacity to learn what is going on, but no, it is not something you can do unless you're adamant in it, and actually want to.

That being said, I'm 100% sure all of this will be done in a simple to use format with pretty buttons. (How else will any of us get mass adoption? We all know most people's main reason for the internet is Facebook.)

So yea, things take time, in this world things move insanely fast, I'm willing to bet we will start seeing these new additions popping up all over the place very shortly.

Letīs hope beekepper starts shipping this scypt mining beast February as promised .

February? did i miss something?

people are still thinking he's going to do something? O_o I haven't checked up on this in quite a while. Noticed the amount he wants from me is much lower, not really sure what's going on there. Renewal in Dec? lol.

This could be BURST...

https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/microsoft-launches-ethereum-blockchain-as-a-service-ebaas-at-devcon-boosts-ethereum-1447277647?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+BitcoinMagazine+%28Bitcoin+Magazine%29

All they're doing is using Smart Contracts. Theirs aren't even as proven as BURSTs are...

We can also offer quite a bit in the way of using our Asset Exchange to assist companies in various services.

There is obviously quite a bit here we can make use of. I am thinking of things to be able to take advantage of these offering to companies.

I'm a very busy person right now. Wink

I offer 1btc per unit. They on ebay with free shipping for that. Also, it take longer than 3 month ROI with free electricity and that if they produce .02btc per day X 4(weeks in month) X 3(Months)= 1.68btc in 3 month. Bitcoin have to go back to higher than $480+ to even get that ROI.

Thank you for your offer.

I counter 1.25 per unit with shipping to US address

paypal from me accepted? Just wondering.

uh that is not 1.25 dollars that is 1.25 BTC... figured I should clarify

seriously? lmfao. Funny man.

Indeed CHEAP asset has been sold out, now it can go to the moon!
https://block.burstcoin.info/as.php?as=4267876427937004537

And INCOME asset is already going to the moon (27 BURST now)
https://block.burstcoin.info/as.php?as=11188744773544606055

I dont want to exxagerate at all, but looks like a bit of marketing was really needed. I`m still not sure if my advertising did this to BURST, but let's find out:

https://blockchain.info/address/17GPDdHiXthrwrLVmw7x9p3FdGzeQwWmcY

The marketing address is still open for donations and we can do another advertising round.

Great work man, regardless. You're a true asset Wink to BURST.

I'm excited to see what is going on right now. This is fantastic!

PS - good thing I just bought about 10 million BURST at 13 sat. What a freakin badass purchase that turned out to be. But the ones who are smart and patient already knew Wink

Is Burst dying or what? The price has been droping and droping, it even got to the point where it is no good to trade... So what's the matter?

The exceptionally good news in this thread should help.  It probably won't be long before you can trade between BTC and Burst without using an exchange.  Now is definitely the time to buy while it's cheap.  This news should also attract some new investors.

Thank you for sharing, this is indeed awesome!

edit: shot it out on BURST's twitter page.

If anyone has any devs looking for a good project to help build, point them my way. BURST could use a few new sets of hands. Smiley

I noticed that INCOME has been pushed up in price. It is interesting, even though I havent put out that many news lately.

I will keep both assets updated, both CHEAP and INCOME about current news and events, however I hope the Burst forum will be back soon.

This thread is more for general BURST discussion and not for asset specific discussion.

We will either make another solution for the forum's hosting, or make another forum solution entirely on one of our hosts. I need to get the forum owner's attention.
