Just go away if you aren't going to bother reading the thread or commenting on its actual subject matter.

if you want people to respond to your "topic" then write it appropriately, i cant see anywhere which court in which country decided what exactly.

i just asked a simple question which court in which country. and you didnt bothered to answer a simply question, meaning for me you are just rambling with your thread.

when you discuss laws, and legislation write in first sentences

court name, country name, date, decision etc.

thats how discussions about laws always are being held.

I am very sorry you are too stupid/lazy to read what is already there.

you should be sorry that you are to stupid to write text according to priority, so people can use your "text" efficiently.

you are here in an international forum, where people from all over the world meet, you have to point out which court even in the headline of this topic, which you didnt.

you have enoguh space in your text in your headline to actually add a countryname or cityname to it. so the audience knows what you are talking about.

but you didnt this looks to me more like a sign of arrogance as if everyone is supposed to care about "your" abortion law.

Yep, I am arrogant for expecting you to reply to the topic of the thread located in the title. Not my thread BTW, but you are smart, you know that already right? I guess it is my fault you didn't bother reading the thread which is literally about "my" abortion law, which you came here to post about not even bothering to read the thread. It is arrogant of me to expect you to discuss the topic of the thread. Lets talk about the rare endangered narwhal instead.

So does anyone have anything to say about THE NEW ABORTION LAWS WHICH ARE THE ACTUAL TOPIC of discussion?

which abortion law? which country?

my oppinion is fixed, the problem is that women have to carry the financial burden of raising children, if thats the case they should have freedom to do an abortion

If only there was a convenient thread filled with discussion you could read to answer all of your questions...
5206  Other / Meta / Re: Users should be notified when being put on DT on: March 16, 2019, 04:58:47 PM

It seems senseless to expect people to uphold an agreement they didn't know they made.
It's not an agreement, though it should be and it was in my case when I got added to DT2 in 2018.  There should be standards of behavior for DT members, but there really isn't.  There never was, and it's even worse now because there are so many new DT2 members.

It is about as much of an agreement as a 500 page terms of service and a button you check to say you have read and agree to it, except you are held to the agreement and they don't even bother showing you the 500 pages you agreed to.

5208  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Zealand ChristChurch mass shootings >:( >:( on: March 16, 2019, 04:48:16 PM
The fact that the video shooter guy said "subscribe to PewDiePie" and then said "Hi Felix" at the end of the video lets me know he was assuredly crazy.

The fact that he said things like this tell me he is saying these things to purposely defame these people he mentioned. I guess it is just a total coincidence all of the people and groups he mentioned are establishment targets... Nothing to see here, move along. In fact no one talk about it ever again because we don't want him to get what he wants! Yes, the dark, lots of problems are solved in the dark.
5209  Other / Politics & Society / Re: So, let's talk about that new abortion law... on: March 16, 2019, 04:42:19 PM
I'm against the law and authority telling people what to do with their own bodies, therefore I believe abortion should be legal, just like suicide is. It shouldn't be morally accepted though, and a young woman who gets pregnant and decides to kill the child, because she still wants to have fun, should be treated like human trash and shunned by the society. Every action has consequences. If you murder someone, don't expect a kind word and a pat on the back.
I'm against abortion morally, and wouldn't agree if my woman wanted to do it (unless the pregnancy would endanger her life, or the child was brain dead), but I wouldn't stop someone else from doing it. It's their choice and their life.

Yeah but what about the NEW abortion laws this whole thread is about?
5210  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Zealand ChristChurch mass shootings >:( >:( on: March 16, 2019, 04:49:14 AM
I still do not get the logical reason, it seems a really sick person, the way he did everything, I do not know how to classify him among the thin line of Terrorista-Sick.

I think that this type of acts should never be forgiven. New Zealand is a very quiet country, it has always stood out for being very peaceful. In the first world countries this type of deplorable acts usually occur.

When I saw the video, I thought it was a publication extracted from DeepWeb, I really think that we should start with a strong policy against the possession of weapons in people, their controls should be much stricter.

This is exactly the response I expect the shooter intended to have. They want people to beg to have their freedoms taken from them. The shooters weapons were obtained legally. So much for gun control working.
5211  Other / Meta / Re: Users should be notified when being put on DT on: March 16, 2019, 01:26:40 AM
I agree, as people rank up in the trust they are considered to have slightly more stringent responsibilities to the forum. It seems senseless to expect people to uphold an agreement they didn't know they made. I think a feature of being able to exclude yourself from the default trust would also be useful for those that do not want to participate, like some have manually asked others to do.

I think we have a serious lack of communication
No, I think we are literally on the same page here.
this was organized.
Sure it was, as of current knowledge it was prepared by this guy. He planned it himself and executed. Nothing spectacular and impossible for one man, brevik (small letter intentional) also worked alone and was far more sophisticated and sinister with it.
My words about fruit was an allegory
So as mine. But I got a feeling you missed the point. I meant that your speculative words have the potential for fuelling the fire.
Ignition of imagination and conspiracy will only attract the crowd, more hate will follow.
I'm also pro gun however bullets solve nothing, kisses do.

Yeah I guess we should all just throw out critical thought and speculation because it MIGHT do XYZ. I made some very solid logical points that you didn't even attempt to refute. People don't have a shortage of excuses to be hateful, having a logical discussion about it IMO is a requirement, not a liability. Kisses don't stop bullets.
5213  Other / Politics & Society / Re: May loses the Brexit vote. on: March 15, 2019, 11:10:22 PM
I'm quite encouraged at the moment. I've watched quite a few videos of interviews with small business owners, and I've phoned a few people. The general impression that I get is that they have all prepared for a true Brexit, which was the only option in the referendum, apart from staying in with no change of course. It looks as if the government is actually planning for this, and have reduced tariffs to boost the economy. This appears to be contrary to most of the reported facts and poll results. I have yet to find anyone who wants us to remain with the proposed government treaty, but my contacts may not be representative of the country as a whole. It certainly represents a majority of those who were born in Britain, and have a primary allegiance to the country.

That seems to be my impression from overseas as well. It seems to me most of the types who want to remain are the kind who just repeat what is on their TV all the time mindlessly or they are just tired of the conflict and don't care to think about the consequences.
5214  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Zealand ChristChurch mass shootings >:( >:( on: March 15, 2019, 11:00:19 PM
How exactly do you stop such events from happening in the future
Who said we need to stop this madness? We can see that the more we try, the more it's straightening itself.
The only solution is as horrible and terrifying as the discussed event, the NWO... rule of the state not the rule of the jungle?
Take away all freedoms, all rights, all possession, make people exist only for the state, eradicate them of all emotions and reflections with some drug and voila. Prison planet. Do we want this? I say no. Maybe just maybe it's time to give humanity back to human?
We need freedom not less of it, otherwise those events will continue because people are getting scared.
what truly motivated them
I know what it was, it's the fear. Scare fuelled by hatred and lacking of appreciation for human life.
This was ORGANIZED
Now that's just speculation, just think about it, you are blaming this on some special forces and simultaneously you take away the blame. Besides it is to early to judge, his lousy manifesto stated he is not an agent, that this is self organised and no third party is entangled, maybe except some religious order of self-proclaimed neo-templars. Such voices do more harm than good. No conspiracy is needed there, where "simple" emotions and dread suffice. Let's stay calm and wait how it will unfold.
You judge a man by the fruits of his labor, and when every single fruit on the tree is rotten, you need to start asking questions, because that is not organic.
You are exaggerating a little, last I checked 98% of all fruits are perfectly fine, browned and look delicious. Don't get this grim rhetoric poison your orchard. We are better than this, capable of beautiful deeds and sacrifices... maybe this was what was missing that day in NZ?

I think we have a serious lack of communication, mostly as a result of some sort of language barrier I think. You misunderstand, when I say stop these events from happening, I mean understand what causes people to do these things, and try to change the circumstances so that pattern is not repeated. I am pro-gun ownership, I do not want freedoms taken away. In fact my opinion is this was done IN ORDER TO allow freedoms to be taken away in reaction. That was part of my point.

I admit I am absolutely speculating, but I have knowledge of how these types of things operate as I have actively made an attempt to monitor such actions over the last couple decades as well as historical examples. There are several key indicators here that tell me this was organized.

- It was a team of people - most of these types of attacks are individuals
- The death count was exceptionally high, showing proficiency using these weapons
- They have an exceptional understanding of international political issues, as well as US domestic tensions
- They specifically mentioned several cliche 4chan/8chan memes (a major hub of US political dissent), and Candace Owens for example who advocates for the black conservative position in order to associate these groups with violence in order to justify their restriction and censorship

My words about fruit was an allegory or metaphor of judging people by the effects they have on the world around them, not a literal discussion about fruit.  I am not taking away the blame from anyone. Nothing I said makes any of this any less horrible. I do however think it is important to point out the very high desirability of such an event from the perspective of powerful psychopaths with unlimited resources in order to push a narrative they benefit from. Every little angle of this event serves to further divide and inflame existing tensions to the point it feels like a movie script because every plot point is hit. This is not how reality works, this is how synthetic reality works.
5215  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Zealand ChristChurch mass shootings >:( >:( on: March 15, 2019, 09:40:41 PM
The attacker's motivation was apparently  -snip-
I don't think we should recognise his motivation at all. Who cares what was in his sick mind anyway.
Egomaniacal psychopaths are all the same, radicalism of theirs only leads to suffering and pain of innocents.
If there is a lesson to be learned from all this madness, it is to stay unaffected and give zero care about that "man".
Cold blooded murderer deserves nothing else than cold dark cell for the rest of his miserable life.

Stop making stupid people famous, rarely is more adequate.

How exactly do you stop such events from happening in the future if you ignore their motivations? While agree with not glorifying these people, pretending they don't exist is not a solution either. Just writing them off as insane is more comfortable than having to examine what truly motivated them. Personally I am of the opinion that this was some kind of state level operation. This was a team of well armed, seemingly well trained people in a country where those types of weapons are restricted. Also he made sure to mention a lot of the key groups and faces of dissent in the US in order to cause them to be associated with violence, and provide lots of ammo to defame and demonize them with. Their ability to manipulate the media and general public to their goals is FAR BEYOND the levels of expertise of your average psychopathic homicidal whack jobs.

This was ORGANIZED, probably at a very high level. He even stated his desired to widen social rifts internationally, specifically in the US. The key factor of intent, his desire to widen the conflict over gun control, and spur actions to further that conflict. Of course the one thing almost guaranteed to start a civil war in the USA is if they start confiscating guns (more). That's why I say this whole attack was far too articulate to just be an average group of loons. This was 100% an organized operation, probably by state level entities. You judge a man by the fruits of his labor, and when every single fruit on the tree is rotten, you need to start asking questions, because that is not organic.
5216  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela on: March 15, 2019, 09:16:41 PM
Yes, I'm in England, and I'm trying to understand the situation in Venezuela. I'm sure the situation is pretty bad, possibly almost as bad as some cities in the US. I'm not sure how easy it is to understand where Venezuela fits in one the global chessboard that is being played by the committee 300, but I doubt if it is even known within Venezuela. I'm concerned because the Committee is making a major play at the moment, and it affects the US, the UK and Venezuela as well as a large number of other countries. Venezuela is only important because of its mineral wealth, and I am sure you are aware that there are several other countries in a far worse condition, but they are ignored by Washington. You seem to be saying that my opinion that the people of Venezuela should be allowed to determine their own future is not a good idea.

I have a lot of sympathy for the people of Venezuela, but you are correct when you say their plight will have little effect on me. However, if Washington does engineer a war, then that will have a severe impact on the UK, and I think they need to create this war to enable them to bring down the dollar, and the other currencies with unsustainable debts. As usual, the seized assets will go to the City of London, and will not be used for the benefit of the people in any of the countries involved.

You are correct to assume Venezuela has great geopolitical importance. However your logic is flawed. The USA is now the #1 energy exporter, elements within the US need not take it over for oil. What does concern them, (and me frankly) is what China will do with their influence there. You seem to disregard the fact that this would give China a military staging ground in the Americas complete with fuel supplies to launch an invasion further North.

Again, I ask you, how free do you think the UK and EU will be if China is able to take out the USA as a counter balancing force? I find it amazing you are willing to attribute all of these motives to "Washington" while totally ignoring the potential devastation of China getting a foothold there as if their intentions are nothing but pure. They pay lots of lip service to national sovereignty, but really they just know this is a useful card to play against people like you with no common sense and a conditioned hatred for the US, hoping you will run into their arms as a knee jerk reaction in a rejection of "Washington's" policies only to find they are worse than "Washington" ever hoped to be.

I hope they find independence, but China's whole game is a system of creating dependence in order to strip natural resources. At least in the USA we are still (mostly) free to criticize such actions when perpetrated by our government. Good luck doing that in China where people's lives are treated as meaningless.
5217  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela on: March 15, 2019, 07:59:22 PM
I don't think referring to my comments as "infantile" is helpful. We know that Washington is determined to force regime change in many countries, and that Guaido was schooled in the George Washington school for regime change activists. We also have the comments from the Washington politicians who confirm their actions in the name of the US. It is also generally accepted that Maduro has not been the best president for Venezuela. The major factor in all this is that the sanctions by Washington, and their covert actions have made it very difficult for the population of Venezuela.

I've just received a brief message from my fiend in Venezuela, and it seems that she managed to leave the country before the power outage. I'll try to see if I can get some more information from here, although she has had some difficulties in contacting her family.

I don't care where Guaidó was schooled, i don't even like his political party, because they are also socialists, just of a different kind (yes they are in the international, go find it). But given the current situation, ANYONE that frees the economy and puts a stop to crime would do for now; later after some breathing i can think in choosing a proper candidate, probably from the only party close to classic liberalism...

When power goes out everything goes out. Thanks to a socialist (central planned) economy, at some point they also fixated battery prices. Guess what happened next? No batteries, and the few that remained were stolen. Few cell tower have working batteries anymore. I clearly remember years ago still having signal during blackouts, but that is a thing of the past...

If the new gov happens to be friendly with the US, i don't mind. You might think your government is the worst in the world, but it isn't, even with Trump. One reason: you still have food, water, electricity and a place to live, and that says a lot.

I wonder why your friend left this country...

He is in the UK as far as I can tell, not in the US, so really he doesn't know as much as he thinks he does about either party here. Artemis called your comments infantile because as you sit enjoying your own comforts telling a man there on the ground living thru this horror, "No your version of reality is incorrect I know what caused the horrible problems in your own country from thousands of miles away as I enjoy this cuppa." Meanwhile he is risking his freedom and possibly his life to tell you what he thinks is going on, but you insist on lecturing to him about his own nation from afar while you enjoy the comforts of a market economy (for now). He called you infantile because you care more about pushing your political ideology than what is actually happening there.

The sanctions were put into place AFTER Chavez nationalized a bunch of private assets. The sanctions resulted DIRECTLY from Socialist policies of snatching up private infrastructure and nationalizing it. Then they mismanaged it and it rotted into disrepair. Do you think countries should be able to just take international assets as they please without consequence? It is not like the president just woke up one day and said "fuck Venezuela", this was done for good reason. Removing sanctions just makes it that much easier for China to slide in and do what they want. You talk about pillaging, wait until China gets control.
5218  Other / Politics & Society / Re: MMT: The US government does NOT have to add taxes to add spending on: March 15, 2019, 07:25:12 PM

If I have learned anything about Socialists it is they almost never identify as Socialists (really Marxist). They always identify as the latest rebranding term to inject their ideology into things, because "it will be different this time." The sad thing is they usually don't even know enough about the basis for their own ideologies to identify themselves as Marxists.
5219  Other / Politics & Society / Re: May loses the Brexit vote. on: March 15, 2019, 09:19:41 AM
I should have asked differently. What do the MPs want? It looks like an inoperative institution by now.

Sargon does a good breakdown of the current situation IMO.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxcaxweRZYM

In summary everyone is between a rock and a hard place. The MP's don't want to be the ones with their names on what will result in years of financial chaos. By financial chaos I mean punitive measures the EU bureaucrats inflict in an attempt to force compliance with its own dictates. This is a push toward globalism, and the people of the U.K. have voted to retain their national sovereignty. This will have serious ramifications on the ability of the rest of the EU to function as well, and could vary well lead to its collapse as a bureaucratic supranational entity.
