5481  Economy / Speculation / Re: In many parts of the world it is still 2016 on: December 31, 2016, 08:53:46 PM
We still can make $1000 in 2016
No, I have lost the hope for that. Will only be possible in 2017. But within first week of 2017 itself, this way this brand new year is going to ensure a place in bitcoin's history of prime events.
5482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling idea on: December 31, 2016, 08:21:34 PM
I will suggest you what I personally like, please make a site where we can play PvP games which though are fair while we can still use our skills like for example a teen patti gambling site and at the same time its also provably fair too. Would really love such a site.
5483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about bonuses on btc casino ? on: December 31, 2016, 08:09:27 PM
Do you care about the bonuses casino offers or play regularly and spotaneously without look at it like me ?
I often get lured into such bonuses and later find out the scam operation hidden behind it, like in bitcasino I once deposited some significant amount and lol the side chat opened automatically and asked me whether I want to take the double bonus ?

I obviously had no idea about their scam intentions and I took it .. after that what happened made me hate the promos. It was like 50000 x roll over.
5484  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade bitcoin(help) on: December 30, 2016, 10:19:52 PM
If you want to be involved in BTC/Altcoins then you should start from Poloniex or Bittrex. The rule is pretty simple , you buy low and sell high. I'm probably making it sound easy while It's not , you should invest in ICOs and alts that have big potentials to grow like ICNs or Safecoins and not just invest randomly.
If you want to trade with only BTC and fiat then the same rule applies , It's probably a little bit difficult as you have no reputation on the forums to start trading but It's always possible to buy from third party services and HOLD for long term. I prefer this method personally.
So  I would start with Poloniex or bittrex. I can't really understand about trading cause its my first time but I will try my very best in this trading. Even it's my first, I hope it will be successive. I think in first of trading like me is hard to understand it but when I will grow with it, later on I would really understand it.

True, For the first timer it is commonly happen most often to a newbie. But just like what you said the more you do trade in the exchange platform is the more you will discover and explore your idea in their tactics in trading.
Most of the people who are new to trading usually don’t stick for too long because they either find it to complicated or they lose the first few dollars and they quit , the best thing is to never give up and always try until you get experience , try finding some hep at first and trade with a small amount and then when you get more experienced you can start trading with more it takes time.
5485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is Key in Long-Term $BTC Outlook... on: December 30, 2016, 10:15:27 PM
Yes Patience is the key and I can wait until 2026 to import funds from my cold storage, till then I will accumulate it. I believe that bitcoin is undervalued and it will gradually get more and more valuable over the time as people around the world would be using it. Bitcoin could emerge as a major player in fund transfer industry and since it is decentralized, vast of the users would give priority to this amazing technology.
Those indicators you mentioned are strong indication that the market will soon move to a particular direction. the skillful, experience and professional traders don't trade based on this open indicators but they analysis the market based on so many factors e.g current market volumes, market action and fundamental issues.
Patience may be the key to making a good profit and a good investment , but this does not mean that we have to wait for a very long time holding bitcoin and  waiting for the price to go very high, because at some point the price will go down and then we will lose our opportunity and we would have wasted time .
5486  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: shorting bitcoins on: December 30, 2016, 10:10:46 PM

I believe that the current BTC price reflects a bitcoin bubble and it will decrease sharply soon.

How can I short sell, given that I currently don't own any bitcoins?
Is there any exchange service that offers this feature?

Indeed, if you are looking back onto the few years before, and that's same like you saying. At 2014 this was happening and it seems like a bubble, just survive for a short time at the rate over $1000.

You don't have a bitcoin, and how you think for do a short selling? Borrow? that's bad.
It might be true that the bitcoin will eventually go down in terms of price just like back in 2013, but the current vision for it by many investors and trade experts they that it is not going to the case and the bitcoin is going to keep increasing, as for exchanging bitcoin on the short term then there are many places where you would buy hold for a short tile until the price increases and then sell it you just have to find the right one.
5487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How high would Bitcoin price have to be for you to live off Bitcoin? on: December 30, 2016, 10:05:02 PM
It all depends on what exactly I'll be doing and whether or not I'll be earning more Bitcoin in the meantime, or if I'll be living just off of what I have going for me right now.

if it's just for what I have with no earning capacity, then I need some large amount of value, $100,000/BTC would be beneficial and could probably let me live in my care for the majority of the remainder of my life with what I have, if I was to never earn again.
When it comes to bitcoin , it is not how high the price goes , but about how much I am earning from it or rather if I do have a constant good paying job that gives me bitcoin, I cannot make my life based on the bitcoin, however if I have a job that pays me like 0.1 btcerey day and the price of the bitcoin goes down than it will be worthless.
5488  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when BTC and Gold hits parity? on: December 30, 2016, 09:57:49 PM
$200 isn't exactly being close to parity, but it is definitely closer than it has been.

Considering the volatility of Bitcoin, a lot of things can happen. We might get a lot of excited investors jumping off of the gold boat and putting more money into something like what we have here, or they might see it as the new gold and invest in it to maintain value.

With the volatility, it is entirely possible that we could see a lot of money pumped in followed by a massive dump, or any number of other things. Considering we're this close to $1k at the New Year, and it's been steady, anything is possible now.
It is not a surprise that the bitcoin will reach 1k $ by the end of this year, and maybe the gold is far from pairing with the bitcoin price , but we might see some big changes in the next year, who knows maybe the price will go down significantly or maybe the gold will jump, no one has a clear idea on what things turn out to be.
5489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Inevitability of Million Dollar Bitcoin on: December 29, 2016, 06:30:09 PM
$1m for one BTC means one Satoshi to be equal to $0.01. It would be insane, but we still need time for that amount. I will keep one Bitcoin saved and will probably spend the rest of it. Sounds impossible, but it's probably as impossible at it seemed in 2009 for one BTC to ever reach $1200! And it happened, so I don't think it's really that hard to happen unless something bad happens to Bitcoin.

You should keep more than one as perpetual, never-selling cold storage long term holdings. Usually the magic number is 21 bitcoins because only 21 million bitcoins will exist which means 1 million people can ever hold 21 bitcoin, in practice less since a lot of bitcoins have been lost/will get lost.

Eventually 1 btc will make you rich but you dont want to wait that long, 21 is guaranteed richies in 10 years.

21BTC is an enormous amount for me. I don't know if I'll be able to achieve that, even in ten years or so. Because of the price increase, we will see smaller payments too, so getting to 21BTC will become even harder to get to. I'm trying my best to get to even one, ha ha! I
No doubt the since the price of the bitcoin’s price has become this high the payment have been decreasing which makes us more and more unable to reach our btc achievements, a few years ago when the bitcoin started 200 btc was achievable but right now I don’t think it is possible to earn that amount.
5490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: looking for a partner to open a btc gambling website on: December 29, 2016, 09:16:57 AM
I can help you as support of your site just let me know or pm me i can online 15 hours a day or more..
For managing maybe i can also manage the site. just pm me more details if you like me to join in your project..
I guess managing and promoting are actually phase third or fourth activities while making a gambling site. It is quite difficult to find investors for such projects since its online and hence there are too many risks.
I think it's always better to find a local investor then to find a online person who would trust you.
5491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starbucks accepting bitcoin on: December 28, 2016, 08:11:35 PM
Even though , iPayYou doesn't look as good as other services such as Bitpay for example , they managed to make Starbucks accepting bitcoin in their official application and that's definitly an achievement for a new service like them.
In order to use this feature , you first have a wallet in iPayYou otherwise It's not going to work. The next year already sound very promising and I can't wait to see more .
I think this is a great initiative from iPayYou to encourage people on using their wallet and even greater from Starbucks, and I think it is a huge step toward accepting bitcoin in the economy even more and encouraging not only people but also other big facieses to accept it as a payment method and I hope more places will start accepting it as well.
5492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need an incentive to make first world population use Bitcoin on: December 28, 2016, 07:55:42 PM
From the way I see it the initiative that bitcoin needs is more places where you could use it on , bitcoin has not received the attention it deserves that is why some people don’t even know about it and that is why it should be used in more places like amazon or eBay as a payment method so people start using as if it was a credit card.
5493  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying Bitcoin is obvious to early adopters on: December 28, 2016, 07:18:03 PM
Ealier adopters are the luckiest because the price right now is very good. Bitcoin price back at 2011 is just $1 a piece. My goodness!  Thats so much profit on that. Well, they took the risk. They took the reward. Im just frustrated because bitcoin is just introduce to me way back at 2015. I didnt know that this will happen to bitcoin. The price that time is just $200-$300.
There is no doubt that the early adopters are enjoying their lives right now, since the bitcoin price has gone up really high from what it used to be back when it started, but there is no way we could be sure that those who adopted the bitcoin were sure that it will become this huge or they have even saved every single bitcoin they had and haven’t spent it anything from it.
5494  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why do bitcoin poker only sites keep closing? on: December 28, 2016, 09:53:29 AM
What were the old site you using ? I too not find any hard time for poker sites both in trend among gamblers and regulations wise. Things are as it is unless your particular site had any specific problem with their business.
5495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: December 28, 2016, 09:24:20 AM
To control greed while gambling, you need to be a sage/holy person. It means you must need an extraordinary power to control your emotions. Again it means you need to be an extraordinary people to make gambling profitable for you.

5497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a good modified martingale strategy? on: December 27, 2016, 09:38:37 PM
I have been trying out the martingale strategy for dice but was wondering if anyone has a good modified martingale strategy or any other ideas to try.
Actually you can modify martingale according to your style, for example when I bet with dice games I usually set my multiplier to 1.66 and 3x on loss and this way I feel much more comfortable and less risks, while if you technically see the risk is same and make no mistake I always loose too lol
5498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best traders in the world – what they have in common on: December 27, 2016, 09:22:55 PM
This guy called the latest price with 100% accuracy.I now follow him for the best trading ideas and its free or can donate by the looks of it.

there is no 100% accuracy in speculation my friend unless you have a time machine.

and looking at his articles it is similar to anything else, i don't see anything special about his speculation in particular he said "price will move to the higher price range of $850 or drop down with a major Retractment" i wouldn't call this 100% accuracy i call it a cautious speculation in order to say "i was right" in the future.

but to be fair his stuff is not that bad either. it is better than most things i see.
I totally agree with you that theres no 100% accuracy on trading since price are on random basis and this is just a retracement using fibonacci and as you said this stuff is not bad either since skilled traders or professional traders do usually do this kind of stuff.
The most common activity that I think most of the professional traders have in common is that they have patience and awareness. Patience does not mean to back a useless coin when even its being dumped. Awareness means to sell the coin oo asset you bought once you think its gonna get lower and lower only.
5499  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying .006 BTC on: December 27, 2016, 08:17:26 PM
I am very sorry but what exactly you need mean with cash deposit ? You mean you can deposit to my bank money worth 0.006 bitcoins ?
Why don't you try local bitcoins if you meant the same and why I am saying is because in this forum no one would share his bank details to you for a mere 0.006 while at LBC they make 100's trades of 0.006 so they happily share bank details.
5500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Inevitability of Million Dollar Bitcoin on: December 26, 2016, 06:10:48 PM
The supply of bitcoin is just too great for it to rise to such a high level, and it probably wouldn't happen as there will almost certainly be a coin that supersedes Bitcoin and has some kind of better encryption.
SHA256 will only be secure for a few more decades, so unless major work is done on the platform by then bitcoin may fall behind other coins.
