4581  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to bitcoin in 2018? on: April 15, 2018, 07:32:54 AM
Ronnie Moas is a founder of Standpoint Research, he is famous as one of the best financial analysts ever. He predicts the price of bitcoin can penetrate up to $20,000 in 2018, or at least up to three years into the future.
Those are the people I always like to listen to or pay some little attention to as these are people who are reasonable not to just call anything at all. I believe as well that we may not have so much this year like we had last year and if at all, we may just have to hit the previous ATH and go a little bit past it towards December and that is being reasonable. Nevertheless, the market can still change based on any factor, so no one can easily predict what would end up happening exactly except to hope.
4582  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 20K in a week on: April 15, 2018, 06:31:49 AM
You first heard it here. Buy now. Put all your best clients on it. Blue horseshoe LOVES BTC.
It is impossible to see that happen in a week. First and foremost, you have to consider all the resistances above us in play and for the fact they we will keep having some few pull backs once in a while even if we end up seeing a bull run which is not even likely at all for now. The fact that we just had a quick pump does not mean we should start unnecessary start putting our hopes high, it is impossible and it is impossible, if you like leave it or take it.

Indeed most people hoping bitcoin Will back to 20k but If we compare with the recent price that is Impossible to happen bitcoin reach 20k in a week. We have been waiting for 4 months but bitcoin not touch 20k again yet, may be we Will see bitcoin price touch 20k again in a few months.
Yes, in coming months it will be extremely possible. But I wonder why people still target $20k and why not $50k or $100k. Bitcoin has already proved it is capable to have value around $20k then now we must look for what is next level of bitcoin's capability and we must hold till that levels.
4583  Economy / Speculation / Re: How deep can the bitcoin fall now? on: April 15, 2018, 05:55:06 AM
Bitcoin's market price can fall so deep that noone of us really knows how deep it will fall down because bitcoin is volatile. But so far, bitcoin has only fall to 6,000$ and goes up again and again. Just remember that there is money when its market price goes down so deep.
Yeah, the actual fact is that no one knows which level bitcoin can ever fall to and we are just going to be here anyway just trying to blend with it or playing with it as traders and those who are holding will just have to keep doing that until the bears are fully done.
No one actually knows the level at which bitcoin can go for now, but at least, we can be rest assured that one way or the other, and the market will still recover. A lot of traders are still skeptical about a lower drop than $6k anyway, but only time will tell.
4584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I handle crypto regret on: April 14, 2018, 05:19:53 PM
I have no regrets on my trade, I just follow my rules if it reach my target price then sell it if it reach the stop loss then sell it. That is how it should be, it does not matter if the price continue on rising you can always go back and buy again if you think the coins will still rise.

Just be logical and keep your emotions in check that is one of the formula to be a successful trader.
As long as none of us can even see the future anyway, the most important thing is to always accept the outcome. Wishing we did something differently will absolutely not change what has been done, but as long as we are at least learning from it and we could not have done it better than we did it, then we just accept whatever has come and move on.

One thing as a trader is never to assume you can get it right 100%, give room for errors as long as you are still making profit, otherwise, you will end up overworking your emotions.
4585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you recommend this method to earn? on: April 14, 2018, 04:42:04 PM
finding hard to use USDT as a Neutral coin as many alt coins wont exchange to it, only the main ones like LTC, or BTC etc
would you guys recommend XRP ripple as a neutral hold?
or would exchanging back and forth to FIAT - usd to secure gains, and then put back in then the numbers go green again?
I do not exchange with ripple as you really cannot trust what the future of that coin would be, what i would do is to convert it to bitcoin and then move to exchanges that you can trade USDT and convert your coins, i am yet to trust USDT because of the lack of transparency from the team, whenever i sell alts i usually store in bitcoin.

that is what majority of investors do and the minority are only bag holders. everyone eventually comes back to either fiat or bitcoin and mostly bitcoin since at the end of the day bitcoin is the only thing that will rise up in the long term because of its real world application and not just having illusions of application like what altcoins do!
Yes, looking at the way the market responds generally anyway to the movement of bitcoin, we always get to see a lot of altcoins bending. The main essence most trader trade is basically to increase their position in bitcoin, by trading alts against btc and btc against fiat. It is always an edge a trader would always have over those who are just holding.

Looking at what even happened with the quick bounce from the triangle alone recently, most of the alts that have risen got dumped pretty fast.
4586  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going strong on: April 14, 2018, 12:24:00 PM
that's good news for the market, for the last few weeks the market has been made like a red light always in the yellow and red lights, continuing in every second. hopefully this green light will continue to shine for bitcoin.
Not the whole market though as the altcoin market has actually been having some pretty good movement upwards until recently that bitcoin showed some bullish signs and most of them ended up having a little bit dump in their prices. We are all still hopeful that things would be changing before the end of this month, but it is still also good not to still have some little bit of reservations, but in the long run, we have been accumulating and that is what I am really looking forward to doing this year.

yes if you are sure to buy bitcoin at a green price, but for me, this is the right time to sell because it has been brought in the last month when the price again down, this advantage for me when bitcoin again green.
You may go for selling but I am sure you may regret for not holding just another week of time to get double the benefits. Yes, I am expecting prices to double in a week of time itself. You may rush for buying bitcoins but never rush for selling. Because it may save you from regretting.
4587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can FUD destroy bitcoin? on: April 13, 2018, 12:59:24 PM
I think yes, fud greatly affect the price, fud make people panic and do panic sell is bad, if news about fud goes on every day maybe the price will continue to destroyed.
Oh please! Even if it goes on every day, it would only get to a point that every weak hands will get shed off from the market and it is not like it is no longer a valuable market and as long as people tend to get demand for it, the market will always recover from any FUD. FUD cannot destroy bitcoin no matter what, unless bitcoin itself is no longer bringing that imparting future vibe.

The result of FUD is basically a downtrend, so it is normal but because a downtrend happens because of a FUD, even if it continues unless it is just a huge one to scoop out the market entirely probably by the government, I see no way it can happen.
4588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans with your Altcoin? on: April 13, 2018, 10:20:12 AM
I believe altcoin will grow, but need more time! At present prices are slightly down but will rise again!
Patience is all that is needed for any investor in every market and altcoin market or cryptocurrency market at large is not an exception. Although, it seems a lot of people now are busy looking for quick ways to get money and richer within a short period but generally, things do not just work that way and it is just very important to be very patient to get the best of the market. For me, I believe in all my holdings and in their future and that is what I am counting on.

My plan with my altcoin is simple and i only decide on my coin since, i own it, my plan is to hold till i see a better market till the time I'll make profit.
But all the tokens/altcoins are not good for holding. You must be very much selective for filtering out some coins for long term holding otherwise you lose your capital over time as dumping may take place slowing. Only if a project and the team are good then you may hold their coins.
4589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have $150 Ethereum. How can I grow/increase this amount? on: April 13, 2018, 08:04:29 AM
Dear expert money maker members,
I have $170 Ethereum as now rates. How can I grow/increase my dollar?
Someone recommend for invest in ICO progream. But I dont know very well about ICO.
Can you tell me What is ICO? And should I invest this?
Most ICO’s now are not secure and some are scam, So better to invest your 170$ in most secure coin. But your already holding a good coin which is Ethereum so better hold it because for now its price is down but it will surely upswing its price maybe by the end of the year.
Well, even though a lot of ICOs are scams, some of us are still investing and it is only left for each individual to know where to invest, what to invest and what not to invest.

If you are investing in ICO, just watch out for the team, the product and the possibility of the product generating huge demand in the future and that is what you should be investing. He can just go about learning how to trade as that would definitely help as well, but all these things require knowledge which is why it is safer to hold for most investors.
4590  Economy / Economics / Re: Only a mature and regulated crypto market will attract big investors. on: April 12, 2018, 03:54:45 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/2018-mature-crypto-market-will-draw-more-investment-see-less-volatility-analyst-says

Obviously as an investor you understand there are risks but out of all the exchanges out there, i can think of 2-3 that I would personally trust with my money and in my case we are only talking about thousands, imagine a big player with millions using etherdelta or some other retarded exchange, no way that will ever happen. Even big exchanges like bittrex, not long ago, they fucked up and made everyone wait months and months to get your account enabled or verified. Why would any big player invest in crypto when the risk is so huge, there is literally zero safety, any exchange can run away with your money and you can barely do anything.

Yes, regulation means that there is more room for control for the government, and more interest from big investors.

But it's not needed. Even if there aren't institutional investors from traditional investment banks or whatnot investing in crypto, there is no problem.

Whatever they want to do is out of our reach. They could invest in the current crypto market, even without sufficient regulation. But the thing is, neither big investors nor regulation from the government is needed for bitcoin or other crypto to succeed. Big investors are most likely not going to invest directly into cryptocurrencies anyways. Instead, they may invest in crypto Fintech startups as angel investors, etc.
Even if they even want to do, it does not necessarily have to be via exchanges, and they can easily just do that over the counter. However, I am not very sure how the bigger players or institutional investors operate but I assume any sane one who really wants to invest or believe in the idea of cryptocurrency will not be leaving their assets on an exchange.

Regulation however, I believe will usher in a new era for the market as we start to start seeing things being done differently even across exchanges and that would obviously make a lot of things change as we see the bigger players having some level of confidence in entering the market.
4591  Economy / Economics / Re: Why anyone who invests 5,000$ now in bitcoin will be millionaire by 2025 on: April 12, 2018, 10:21:08 AM
This is how you do it if you are going to give a an prediction although we all know no one can predict the prices but what you did is give us a good basis we can rely on.

Im shocked that this kind of post is made by a newbie nice work! I have to merit you for this but I really dont have some anymore. +1
Someone may be a newbie on this forum, but may not be a newbie investor generally or in cryptocurrency. It is a good thing he has shared it. I totally agree with the fact that the cryptocurrency space is about entering a new era which would really bring out a lot of opportunities for those who are extremely smart to take those opportunities and use it to their advantage and we the early dudes are the ones. Also, not all altcoins will last anyway, as some would die abruptly sooner than later, but for some the OP has mentioned, and most especially COSS, that is one token that I have had a lot of hopes for.
4592  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is trend Now? on: April 12, 2018, 08:47:09 AM
Mostly people trading with free style, I mean they don't know anything but make a speculative action by buying coins randomly in hope to get some profit, if the situation are similar like that then it's indeed better to hold only your coin no matter it's bullish or bearish, it won't have any effect to us.
Yeah and that is simply because it waved the fear of so many people, investors and traders over the idea of regulation or putting a strong hold on cryptocurrency. I do not expect the market to start moving up fast immediately anyway, I expect that we would be in some period of consolidation with the market moving sideways for a while before we start thinking of the way up.

Current trend now is margin trading but HODL have been what we have been used to. Though we have been known the HODL trend for long. But doing day trading is actually difficult especially for newbies. So those entering newly to crypto HODL is for them.
Margin trading is a trend ? You mean what kind of trading is now a days popular among traders ? If it so, then holding is a trend since 2012/2013 with many bitcoiners regardless of where is the market is heading. Market trend is mixed right now but overall it is sustaining around $7000 levels.
4593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happen with ETH Price ? on: April 12, 2018, 08:04:13 AM
I Confused with the Etherium price When BTC down ETH down and now the price of Bitcoin is up but the price of ETH still down.
is there a reason for it? and give advice to me about Etherium.
Thanks before  Cheesy

I think the current price of ethereum depends on bitcoin prices, as long as bitcoin still gets bad news the bitcoin price will still stay below and tends to decline just like the current price of ethereum, that's what causes the price of ethereum to fall as cheaply as this.
The current price of virtually the whole market is totally dependent on bitcoin anyway but most times, we may get to see some altcoins move a little bit with bitcoin on consolidation and transfer of funds into bitcoin afterwards.

Well, let's see how things would turn out in coming weeks, but for me, I have been refueling and loading up and waiting for the moment that some would end up joining the Fomo for those of us buying now will be reaping the benefit. It is a speculative market already, and it will always happen.
4594  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy more? wait till 6000 or 5500? on: April 12, 2018, 04:45:16 AM
Technical data will not provide us a sufficient data to make our entry because i made a few technical analysis before for my entry point and everything is broken.
we should know what is our capability,
if you can hold it for a while, right here and right now it's a good time to buy it.
but if you can not, right now and later might be not a good time to buy it.
Bitcoin get manipulated by people so heavily, and we could not see its direction at this moment.
some people said it will go down to $3000 and some people said it will go up to $10.000 after breaking the resistence.
everything can be happen,so you should know what is best for you and you decide your entry point based on your financial.
never believe what Technical data says to you, everything can happen!
Asides all that, this is a very volatile market and anything can change at any moment which has made so many people who were busy waiting for a particular value end up missing the right one which is now. No one can predict the future and how movement will drift towards is unknown to anyone.

We have seen so many times that technical analysis has failed and things just started changing rapidly even with this downtrend we are having now. I always keep telling people, this is low enough for those who may want to start opening long positions. Getting greedy is bad.
4595  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can go to new highs or it has already peaked? on: April 12, 2018, 04:06:11 AM
We do not.know unless we will have a concrete evidence on the bitcoin speculation. If this is the peak price of.bitcoin then we will.now move to.invest in another cryptocurrency which is ether and it might be good to.start with and since ether price is still cheap then it could go high depending on thr investors point of view that this will be another cryptocurrency to be the next to bitcoin. So if ever you have already a good viewing with some.other crypto then invest now and you will going to earn in the near future. Hopefully i could also invest in that and earn also.
Speculation or not, this is not the peak. First off, I am sure pursuer already cleared the waves for those who are comparing the state of bitcoin with bubble and calling bitcoin itself a bubble directly. Based on what you have said however, there is going to be more development for bitcoin and there is still room for growth.

Hence it is not that the fact that some of us condemned the FOMO that happened last year as a bubble, does not mean we are not bullish in the long term, but we just prefer growth that is not fueled by greed but real valuation.

Read back and check on the number of times bitcoin has been called a bubble in the past and how it is going to end up bursting and here we are testing lows which are far higher than the starting price of last year. A bubble would not do that if I am correct. We may be having some level of greed in the market once in a while which could result in a serious correction afterwards, which does not make bitcoin itself a bubble.
4596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can FUD destroy bitcoin? on: April 11, 2018, 05:35:14 PM
no!

and the reason is very simple. FUD is not affecting everyone! it is always falsified information to create fear uncertainty and doubt in the market but it will only create such feelings among certain group of people who don't understand what is happening. we usually call them "newbies" or "panic sellers". they are not all the market, in fact the rest of the market is enjoying this group because they are the way to make profit easily and big time.
Yes, I like the word falsified information. The thing here is that a lot of people usually get greedy and with their level of ignorance, tend to make the wrong decisions in the market and with that there is no way they will not respond negatively to FUD, but that like you said, does not mean everyone is responding to it as it is a normal part of the market which a lot of old investors count as nothing, except for new investors that are just busy panicking for no reason.
4597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you willing to give BTC in charity? on: April 11, 2018, 02:59:18 PM
Now a day bitcoin is more popular all over the world, several people makes bitcoin as a source of everything either ordinary or riches people. They use bitcoin to help theirselves and others, but if you will be given a chance to have 10 Btc would you think can you give some Btc for those who belongs to indigenous peoples including charities?

Share your thoughts.

Thank you.
I'm willing to share my blessings to charity so that I can help them also for their daily needs and use for everything for their life
Yeah, being here is a blessing and being blessed for being a part of this community, one should always consider giving back to the society. Firstly, even before now, I have always loved giving to those who are in need, and always visited orphanage homes to donate as much as I can, and if I have up to 10btc, I can definitely part away with some of it and use it for charity purpose.

Life is all about giving when you are lucky enough to be part of the elites. Once you give, you will always get more to give out, which is what I have always believed.

4599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are there any groups for full time crypto traders? on: April 08, 2018, 04:09:27 AM
There are many of them. I'm not part any of these and I would advise you to be very careful in your decision, but here is a link that you can follow.

https://twitter.com/JewKorean/status/981571333405532161
Being careful is actually the word when looking for any group to join. For discussions about the market like haroldtee mentioned, I have always liked making use of trading view, and with that I just get to see other trader’s opinion both in their topics and the general comments.

There are some times, you may not see some things they may see, and with that you can make use of it to inform your own decisions, but at the end, you have to be able to make your own decisions yourself and not just rely completely on someone else's.
4600  Economy / Economics / Re: Handing your Happiness to Mr. Crypto Market on: April 05, 2018, 04:15:02 PM
1. If you're getting deeply affected by price then you're handing your happiness directly to the market, precisely linked to price.

2. You can decline Mr. Market's offer or ignore it, don’t have to check the price multiple times a day since he will soon come back with an entirely different offer.

3. You can stop caring about the price, and focus on the ideas behind crypto more.
Totally agreed with this article since our happiness directly link everytime with the price, you become happy when the price rise and sad when it fall. However the solution offer was to biased, you can't just ignore the price or even telling people not to check the price multiple times a day because it serves nothing. My solution is to offer a purpose in a trading or any investment, get a plan A, plan B or even plan C. If something going out of your prediction then you can still have other solution for countermeasure rather than hoping god raise the price for you.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Yeah, and a really interesting one. Those who always fail to plan, usually end up failing. It is the general theme of life, and part of planning is studying and understanding the area of your investment which a lot of newbie investors always fail to do. If you cannot even ignore the price and you feel you can benefit from it, then learn how to trade and follow trend to at least take advantage of the fluctuations, but for an investor, complaining about everything should be the last thing.

It is really amusing when I see people panic for no reason because of a downtrend in the market. I always believe one thing; if you cannot live with it, then do not even join in the first place. One thing for sure is that a market will never stay on a single trend forever, and depending on where you invested, you just have to wait for your time to get the best of it, and understand all that is needed even before investing.
