I agree this is a good time to buy any crypto, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. Keep working and do not give up.
A very good time. For those who want to go long, you can never miss it buying in this position and for those who are still waiting, they may just eventually miss another good chance. I believe this is the time to get back in for everyone who wants to reap a good profit in the long run. It is the start of the year and it is usually like this, let's wait till the end of the year, and we will all be surprised at the outcome. Eth is holding up strong right now and I hope it keeps doing that for a while. It is normal anyway, as even bitcoin got bitten more than that, so we can just see it as the whole market correcting and a chance to double up for traders as well as for those who missed the first train. Before we even know it, the market is back on its feet. |

Yeah and that is one thing we will only have to wait and see what the future holds. We over think things a lot or either listen so much to some expert who claim what they obviously do not have any idea. The thing is we are all just speculating and that is the same thing with the experts as well, but the truth in the real sense is that no one can know anything and when that time comes, we will all get to know how far bitcoin decided to go. Some group of people here always speculating some big prices like in million dollars. It may seem unrealistic but I am sure that is the truth of tomorrow. |

Crypto has high volatility on the market because too few people (institutions) hold most of the coins. That means id few of them decide to sell many coins price drops. In comparison to other markets (regulated) cypto can be quite dangerous to trade. But everyone should invest to crypto only that much money that is willing to loose completely.
Apparently since we have not really gotten to the state of mass adoption or real life usage, then we have to just live with that for now. The thing is that as long as some have a huge hand fully loaded with cryptocurrency, and some are just by the corner, trying to get as little as they can, then market will always favor those ones with the strong hands. Market though as it is still looks perfect to me, so there is really nothing to worry about. What the Hell is going on with the market its just dropped again over the last week or so  Do not lose your hopes. There could be multiple reasons why market is falling down but we can be sure about the futures of bitcoin which will be always bright hence bitcoin prices may bounce back at any time. |

bitcoin should be first currency in the world  I want to imagine that you are assuming bitcoin to be the only currency being used globally. This is going to end up being an asset and while some would buy the idea of using it as a currency which would actually make it worthwhile when you are going anywhere in the world without having to exchange fiat to fiat and only have your bitcoin in your possession, I do not see how it is going to end up being used fully. Scenarios may change though, as we may get to see mainstream adoption, but I guess we may have to get to that stage first before knowing where we are headed. |

I think you sould try automatically trader bots on binance or bittrex exchange platform , moon bot or gun bot , dev of this bots sell it on bitcoin talk also , they tell that his bots make about 1% profit daily.
I have never tried any of these bots but I learned that they work a lot in some cases and for something that can be making 1% profit daily, which is not bad at all. I am still going to be considering this later on anyway since I cannot day trade, so I can at least use some part of my portfolio to that effect. Nevertheless, I still prefer the idea of my own short term trading anyway, so that makes it better for me in anyway. In some perspective, I feel an income from trading should not be considered as passive income as trading itself as an active way of money making and not an easy one for most of the people. But for the people, who do not need to spend more time for trading, it may be a passive income. |

Boils down to your mental game and the way you described it those people have bad mental game and that is why they have a various amount of leaks. Only when you plug those leaks can you begin to strive for excellence!
If you are referring to leaks as emotion and ignorance, then I would definitely agree with you 100%. I always believe the real reason why so many people get emotional is because they are always ignorant and they just gamble their position in the market which is what always make pros different. As a good trader, you already know what to look out for based on your knowledge and you are not just making decisions blindly, as those blind decision making is what definitely sets in emotion. |

Hey guys! i need some new strategies my bank: 0.5 share yours  If its your only money and i can't afford to lose it, than i would suggest to forget about the idea of putting it all in a dice game, and instead invest in other things, because there is no such thing as a strategy, dice games are not always the same, anyone could give you the steps that he did to earn some good profit from it but that does not mean that it will go the same for you too, but if you have more money than you know what to do with it, than there are a lot of people out there that are selling scripts for popular gambling sites like bustadice, i personally never tried them but some people claim that they have got some good results from using them. In fact, you have said it in the first sentence. There is no strategy. You may get one today which would work for you and get you so comfortable, but one way or the other, just wait for it and see how anyone who thinks there is a strategy will come back joining some of us to say there is absolutely no strategy that can guarantee you any consistent win as you will lose at the end of the day. There is no strategy I have never tried, I just had to give up at the end looking for strategies as I usually facing frustrations from gambling rather than what I was actually aiming for. |

I usually only play card games with my friends and also just a small bet on local teams if we are in the field and someone is willing to bet against me.
People rarely invent new game, but there are different version of card games all over the world. Even the way people play cards differ from one place to another within same place.
You can actually make different form of card games easily by just modifying few terms.
This is the closest I have ever done as well, except for dice too and picking certain numbers while combining it with a truth or dare game on whoever ends up having the losing number. It does not even have to do with the cash sometimes, the idea is just to innovate and do crazy things for fun in the process and I always look forward to it. The fact which is being experienced by most of gamblers with stuffs like this is that, you always look forward to the next one with friends, that may work sometimes and may not for obvious reasons. |

Honestly this thinking postively is a psychological thing. You will always see things differently and find its goodness once you are thingking positive. When it comes to gambling I agree with you that it is all about luck and for me if you think postive, whether you win or lose, things will still be good in your eyes.

Nice one . If it is about one switching his or her mood to get the best of everything, we all would have been rich by now, because that is really so easy to achieve. Every one of us is actually optimistic. We really have not been able to see any bullish momentum or a great bounce for now, but I am hoping the $8k holds, otherwise this may be a new test of the lower spots. We really need some good news in our life right now for a market bounce. The tempo is just going normal without any peak nor down. So, this month march may end up like around $9000 to $10,000. As only 4 more days are left, I could not foresee any big changes in price levels of bitcoins at the same time I am hoping for $15,000 levels in march due to the expectation of change of things in next quarter of this year. Being optimistic and long term holder is not hurting me, honestly. |

In the hull of every sunken ship....is a room full of charts. What a bunch of amateur of drivel. Also, that childish little term "HODL" is the most ridiculous term on earth. Makes you sound like a bunch of babies. I doubt many people will take someone seriously that says "HODL". Maybe just stuff a pacifier in their mouth.
Very difficult and a high one as we can hardly see simply holding in down market is a test for patience. However, no one can really say what can happen or not since we would not have thought, bitcoin would even get lower than $10000 and a lot of experts even thought that $10000 will be a strong support but there we go brewing past it like it was nothing and then we kept rolling down. I am just hoping we do not end up seeing more range bounds happening, thinking of a bounce back at the current $8000 levels so that bitcoin may keep attracting more new investors in long run. |

yes, I agree with you because I can feel it from some activities that I do in this forum and certainly other than an insight that I get from this forum but on the other side I also get money that is by following some signature campaign activities. and the most important thing is the hard work we do. It is painful that as interesting as this topic is, it just ended up being hijacked by spammers who just post without even reading the OP just to increase their post count and when I thought the merit system would have at least made this to reduce. Anyway, everything in this world is basically to make money. Forex, stocks, bonds, shares in a company, physical assets, mention them! So far, that included cryptocurrency and I do not see that as a fact we can discard. In as much as it serves the idea of a currency, it would not have had such a huge impact if it was just controlled and stable, so let's just imagine it serves two purposes and that makes it special, isn't it ? |

It's not even high...
It's very close to 6 lakhs and..that's nowhere near high ..
It's just recovering from...the sudden shock it got from high number of whales selling out the bitcoins and encashing them.
It will recover more in the coming days ..

I guess he must have been referring to the high one we had last year and obviously we are in a corrective state presently and I believe we are still doing well compared to where we started last year. I believe things are gradually getting better with demand and the bears may have totally run out for now. I am very optimistic though, so we may just have to see how demand increases hugely anytime soon which may take bitcoin prices into another new all time higher prices. Bitcoin is having high price just due to its demand. Anyone can answer that but for the question of why not having right now, I believe only time can answer. |

Yes because there is no assurance that you can gain more profit. You have to monitor the chart time to time to get the right time to sell. I suggest you to read about trading so that you can have strategies and techiniques regarding this matter
There is at least some certain level of assurance of either gaining huge profit or small loss as the case may be depending on how good you are when it comes to trading. Many people have missed it with the simple idea of buying low and selling high which can easily work for anyone in an uptrend market but once the market is switching to a downtrend, this becomes even more difficult and which is why if anyone does not want trading to deal with them, they should better deal with it first by learning. |

What I mean by straight HODL is that your hold through the crashes and the rises until you inevitably cash our and by trading I mean that you hold for a few months and then sell into fiat and wait for the expected dip/recession.
What i've noticed over the past years is that if I was less greedy and just cashed out after a reasonable profit and then held until the inevitable crashed, I would have made much more money than if i just held or bought another coin.
An example of this is when I bought eth at 475 and sold at 1380. Right after I sold I bought ltc at 230 thinking that it was gonna skyrocket after some of the money from the eth will flow back into the other coins. The problem with that was that the entire market crashed and so if I were to just hold my fiat i would have been able to easily double my money.
Let me know what your guys's thoughts are on this.
This is always been part of the risk on this very volatile market which if we do think up some strategies either a straight hold or actively trading price movements would really fucked us up.Market would never be always our friend and there were decision have been made along the way which would be the reason for us to regret later on since we do realize that we do missed the best chance for us to make money and thinking that we can able to use those profits to diversify out into another coins. Trading is a huge risk, there is absolutely no doubt about that, but at the same time, it is a risk worth it as long as you can manage and handle yourself. No one was born as a trader, or with the skills to start analyzing charts, we all ended up learning at some point, gaining some experience afterwards, and getting good as time goes on. As long as you are committed to learning, you will always end up making the best use of the market volatility, if not; straight hold is the best option. |

As far as cryptocurrency is concerned, what to do in crisis time is to do Nothing! Many negative news and uncertainty have no basis to start with, because we are thread a new path to finance and investing, people tend to become agitated and behave irrationally to market prices
But you need to be calm for not getting panic so that you will not take any wrong decisions. For that you need to control your emotions. Anyone who can control fear, can control emotions, will easily not bother on anything that happens to the market so I totally agree with you. However, I usually wonder what ends up causing this fear and the only reason I can give is that people usually do not get to understand the market before investing or do not get to learn how to play with their positions before trading and then they end up flopping badly by making huge mistakes as a result of panic. |

It's really not good situation nowadays around crypto currency especially ETH. The price from the beginning of the year downs x3. It's incredible
Every situation is good and every one of them has their own purpose. As some are seeing the situation as bad, some are taking advantage of it and making the best profit from it in the long run. ETH just like every other altcoin as well has bitcoin has experienced a huge correction, so I do not see it as a problem for those who want to hold for long but as an opportunity. Those who are smart always see it that way. Personally I do not have big expectations on eth as it lacks in real life developments, it may fall and it happened as expected but after hitting some big levels beyond $1000. So, it may bounce back and may not. Do not put all your money into one single coin hence not only in eth. |

Instead of people hoping for a bull run that won't happen, focus at least on the market to remain near the $10,000 level for a longer while. I think after the massive bull run that we experienced last year, it's safe to say that people have been spoiled enough already. People's expectations because of last year's bull run have become so unrealistic, that they can only disappoint, which is the hard reality. If their expectations aren't met, which is going to happen for sure, people blame Bitcoin's market for being manipulated, etc. People always blame everything beside themselves for their own stupidity.

I like where you said people have been spoiled already and really there is nothing more I would love than seeing us getting to $10000 and just consolidating for a while which is what I am really hoping for right now anyway. I believe just like you that a lot of people have so gotten greedy that they feel everyday should be Christmas and expecting bull run every single minute. If it were to be like that, I personally will be scared, but it is what it is anyway, we cannot change people's mentality towards being greedy and blaming everyone for everything. |
