701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NPXS] pundi x moon or doom ? on: March 28, 2021, 11:34:46 PM
Congratulations on being patient still holding NPXS until now, because the pump price is very high. Even though the NPXS price has not yet reached
the ATH price, the NPXS increase this year is very drastic in my opinion. But I am sure that the number of people who are still holding NPXS must be
very small, because most people do not think NPXS can recover again. I have also sold all of the NPXS that I have in 2019, because I never expected
NPXS to be pumped in 2021.

I really don't know what has driven its price so high as its 70-80x higher already than its all-time-low and can touch the sky if held properly as the news came out from Pundi X team that they will soon be conducting some burn of their held tokens to make it more scarce. Wink
702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is better among Tezos, Algorand, and Near? on: March 28, 2021, 11:06:21 PM
Tezos is good and has the potential to do even 2x from its current holding price. But all these tokens are already at their highs, why don't you check out some new and working projects like AIOZ, SHYFT, POLKAMON so to invest in something that is new and has a lot more potential to rise if compared to the already tradeable alts!
703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What age bracket is perfect for gambling on: March 28, 2021, 10:49:36 PM
I believe that no age bracket can actually define that at what age are you going to get lucky exactly. So I'd advice people to wait for the legal age and then enter the gambling industry to play it safely and maturely when they'll be knowledgeable enough to understand about proper bankroll management and how not to lose everything even if it's affordable to lose.
704  Economy / Services / Re: monero.cx [Bounty program] $10 BTC to your bitcoin wallet! on: March 27, 2021, 02:45:40 PM
Bitcointalk username: Stedsm
BTC address (P2SH) starting with the number 3: 3AfxgZn4Z6dBvKdy4DWK1MuFW4FfKoAfhP

Btw, I've got a question. Can I use an exchange's XMR address to conduct this exchange from BTC to XMR? Or do I need to install a wallet first that supports XMR?

Would love to be the first person to review this. Wink
705  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin get back to 60K this week? on: March 23, 2021, 11:06:27 PM
I understand everyone needs fiat to survive, as that is the only way to purchase basic goods needed in our daily life and to pay for services, but I don't think millionaires and billionaires are going to cashout their btc investments for this reason. They can just keep the minimum needed in fiat for daily expenses and move the rest to bitcoin, to protect it against inflation. I think that is what we have seen since last year.

Again FYI, I'd like to let you know that there's an insider that came to me (I've paid for it) that some major big investors are cutting out BTC from their portfolio slowly and buying something else. I mean, investors are like butterflies, the more colorful investment they'll see, they'll start roaming there leaving the old less colorful investment aside or get completely out of it. I know they won't sell it over completely but those who've already bought at bottom will definitely, at some point, start taking out their profits just like an average investor does. Nobody sticks to their investments forever, the same applies to BTC investments.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what you think of this altcoin for 2025 on: March 23, 2021, 10:21:14 PM
Lol, are you sure you going to hold an altcoin till the next 4 years? I held my best investment for just one month later after the bull run ended in 2018 and had to bear the brunt by losing almost all the profits I gained back then, and that coin never regained that value even in current bull run. It's better not to stick to your investments and change hands every time you see something better
707  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin get back to 60K this week? on: March 23, 2021, 09:42:43 PM
Lockdowns and increasement in coronavirus cases impact the traditional economy negatively. So wouldn't this be positive for bitcoin, as it is a way for people protect their money against a weak national currency? Furthermore as you said, US is going to raise taxes on citizens, what also incentives people to put their money in crypto currency.

So why would these facts affect bitcoin negatively if they have already affected btc positively previously?

Things never remain the same, mate. They change.
Continuous lockdowns are not just affecting the economy but will also bring a lot higher inflation ratio than a common man is facing today. Do you believe that people will just "keep investing" in BTC and hodl till they die? Won't they sell when they'll see their needs becoming their depression? That's when BTC will experience the negative impact of pandemic. And yeah FYI, those taxes are possibly coming over crypto to hit it huge by attracting a bigger part of your profits into their treasuries. A weak national currency? $1 will be worth $1 because it IS a $1 bill but the value of BTC changes a lot, so whenever they'll feel that they need their so-called "weak currency" in paper, they'll have no choice but to sell their BTC. What else have they got?
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why BTMX token is surging lately? on: March 23, 2021, 09:24:32 PM
If you'd have noticed just one simple thing, you'd not have asked this. The fact that all the coins (including most shitcoins) are pumping nowadays is because there's a huge load of money that's interested to get in, and when this "loads of money" can't buy BTC just because the supply gets eaten up by institutional investors, retailers are now moving back to old school and playing various tactics to let others too get involved under the "FOMO" effect. As well, if I'm not wrong, this is BitMax's own token right? When even some worthless swap tokens (not all of them but a few ones) are gaining traction and pumping like hell, why would an exchange's own token rise during this bull run? Also, they've rebranded themselves to Ascendex and how are your holdings up just 4x when the price has almost done over 50x?
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 23, 2021, 09:10:09 PM
Pretty good technique for accumulation making sure not missing any dips. Nevertheless, If Btc breaks the $53,000 support there's no guarantee that It will fall below the $40,000 level.
If you have a good amount of capital, I guess $55,000 would be enough to get good profit once the bullrun proceeds. However, this week might be good for accumulation since the price action suggest a correction.

The best trader is the one who accumulates in parts, like allocating 25% on each dip so that even if it dumps down 50%, you'll be in least loss compared to the loss you'd face if you go all-in at high price. The same principles should be followed when selling, so not to sell your complete position but in parts so that chances of extra profit making on any trade will remain highly possible. I've always traded BTC like that, but missed this grand bull run (had a position in BTC from $16k at 10x leverage and held it till $19k, so made almost 3x off it but my bad I didn't hold it else it'd have been one of the best trades of mine. I'd suggest to keep a bigger part saved for the lower support areas so when BTC drops there, buying it will be highly beneficial.
710  Economy / Gambling / Re: on: March 23, 2021, 08:51:36 PM
Im not even trying to be a smart ass here and I just cant seems to be 'lucky' to cash the freebets. Tottenham was playing with their best players right from the start and scored 2 goals on the 1st leg. This was supposed to be an easy win for Tottenham but nope  Roll Eyes

I remember when I recently got a freebet and had to place 3 bets in order to win it and trust me, with odds of over 10 in total, I won that bet. It was like, I played against the odds and when you know that it's not your own real money that you'll lose, you might afford to lose it faster than you do with your real money because with our money, there are no conditions, no strings attached and everything can be done at our discretion.
711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto's first post sale on: March 23, 2021, 08:13:39 PM
While "Everydays" was sold for over $69 million, and Jack Dorsey's tweet was bought by Estiva for $2.9 million, what do you think is a justifiable price for Satoshi's first post who was actually highly technically knowledgeable person in the field of BTC as he was the one who invented it? I believe nothing could pay an amount so big to justify his posts' credibility because his posts were priceless, and priceless things can't be sold. Wink
712  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin get back to 60K this week? on: March 23, 2021, 07:58:28 PM
Bitcoin had been dancing a lot between $54k-$60k, and about the price, I think I'll undoubtedly say that we'll not be getting under $50k again soon because the network hashrate, total wallets, Bitcoin's hodling v/s selling, all have gone so far so high in number and whenever that happens, BTC sees spike in its value.

I believe I'll have to change my words here because I have seen the exact same pattern being built on the charts that we've seen during the 2017-18 crash period. I've also created a thread explaining why I believe that BTC could go back to under $45k after checking a few important facts that weren't drawn to my attention 2 days ago. I'm not overconfident with this but this scenario will definitely happen before we see a new ATH and I highly doubt BTC will get back to $62k again till next year because lockdowns have started and cases are increasing too, with a negative news from US is circulating that they'll be adding higher taxes to the books of their citizens who are currently taking advantage of the stimulus. So whenever it gets into implementation, I highly doubt BTC will remain stable here and believe me, if it won't, this correction will be one of the worst corrections ever witnessed.

Visiting your story
Adds up some glory
Gambler as we call it
Lose and just shout "shit"

Tryin' to recover what's lost
Still lose? Become a ghost
For the site that's there to stay
Don't you play, just go away

Get outta there, meet yo friends
Greet 'em by shaking yo hands
You still feel low, go get some Tasha
After having fun, get back to yo Casa

For all yo family is bigger than yo dream
Will feel better with 'em and fun extreme
Once clouds are settled, making ya sway
Feelin' better? Ah, now go the gambling way!

714  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 23, 2021, 06:49:36 PM
If somebody has bought on $53k, he's in profit already. But OP is telling a fact that there could be a more pullback for the price before it finally recovers.
But so far, the price seems to be stable and it's like that we're going to see bitcoin recover and goes back near to $60k soon.

Trust me, if you want to see a good altcoin season, then it's necessary for BTC to either stabilize or get a good correction in order to get its dominance level settled down which is actually stopping major alts making a move. BTC can only be stabilized once it reaches a level that's suitable for everyone so no huge buys/sells will be there and no such 5-10% moves which will give boost to the prices of some good projects which have already done 10-50x but didn't hold there and dropped down under 50-80%.
715  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 23, 2021, 06:20:48 PM
I feel I have to share this news with you all so that you guys won't say that I hid it. I believe that the top for BTC for this year is already there (i.e.; 61800) and I don't think BTC will be breaking it again, at least this year. You must check the 4H charts to understand this that all the liquidity has now shifted down to areas where big guys are waiting to buy BTC at, because they feel it's too high the cost of BTC that they need to pay and that's why, the liquidity that BTC ate yesterday was just a trailer as it didn't even reach the major support point. I believe that BTC will still retrace towards $57k before shooting down under $45k and this time, it won't be a "dump" but a correction, a much needed correction. I'm not asking anybody here to sell/short BTC and if they do, they'll do it at their own risk as it's their trading choice. I've shared what I'm seeing on the charts. I'm calling 61800 to be BTC's top for 2021. There are many analysts who will criticize me for this but I've only one thing to say - "Time will tell".
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 22, 2021, 11:58:54 PM
You mean, the price of Bitcoin will get down to the maximum in which is 36k$? Was it your technical analysis, that's why you mentioned this different price value of Bitcoin that might get to be happen for the coming days or weeks, am I right? If ever this is true, and some of the members here in the forum get believe in your assessment, surely they will sell some of their Bitcoin to their exchange platform they are using it now.

Those who may sell will take a foolish step TBH as I never asked anybody to sell their BTC. It's about "buying" and yeah, I forgot to add a disclaimer that Please take my words with a grain of salt and DYOR. Anyway, let's come to the point.

If BTC does get below $52k which is a major support area for now and doesn't bounce back, there are very high chances that BTC will retest $43k to eat the liquidity it finds there.

means this month is very dangerous for Bitcoin and altcoins?
if Bitcoin dumps below $ 50k again and hits $ 43k then it really isn't a correction but a dump,
but is it really going to happen ?, if this dip is not the time to buy, then when should I buy? 43K? or how much?

Lol, what? Not a correction but a dump? In both the scenario, BTC will go down only, right? What's the big difference? Just that it'll recover quick? I don't think so (just this time).
Buying at what price should be decided by you as I'm not here to spoonfeed every single trader and won't take the blame if it doesn't go my way. Set your own targets and wait till BTC reaches that area, I'm damn sure it'll see those areas very very soon.
717  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin could win the currency war on: March 22, 2021, 11:14:57 PM
There is no need to start any wars, because bitcoin and fiat currencies may well co-exist for mutual benefit. Also, I am not sure that any normal and sane government of any large country will arrange a competition or even a war between bitcoin and its fiat currency. Everything will be solved technically and in favor of the state interests, but not necessarily with a total ban on cryptocurrencies at the same time.

Here in India, there's a lot of FUD that the government is only interested in using Blockchain technology and use it for the digital rupee, but without allowing cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum (and others) join the technology. Stupid people don't even know that testing a bike without tyres is impossible. Wink
I saw Americans too got caught by their Government when their gov said that they will be increasing the tax rates now just because they've been providing "free money" to their public through lots of continuously ongoing stimulus. I still don't understand what gives these Governments a huge level of confidence to trust their traditional banking only over crypto?
718  Economy / Speculation / Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 22, 2021, 10:55:09 PM
As you all can see, markets have dumped very quick with BTC in a loss of around 6% because of the sudden dip. When we don't know why this happened, let's talk about the technicals and see which area could be the best for BTC to be bought.

It's creating a triangle in 4H but that's not looking in the favor of BTC and could bring it to its major support at around $52k. But hodl your breath, it's not over yet. If it's broken down, there will be more opportunities for shorts to pull it down between $47k and $43k and if it doesn't hold there too, the dump will further take the price to eat the liquidity near $36k after which it'll begin its run again.
719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Internet connectivity - Gambling wins/losses on: March 22, 2021, 10:22:28 PM
I checked and saw something yesterday that we can't blame our ISP nor the internet whenever it gets stopped at some point and restarts. It's like the packets are sent by our ISP but are not received at our end which is why that delay happens. Now, the important part, the bet does go through and I only need to keep waiting till my internet is restored and the bet carries itself away which doesn't let my chance of winning decreased but same as before.
720  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin could win the currency war on: March 22, 2021, 09:50:31 PM
A 15% drop in one day a lot, I wasn't aware that the Lira is going down so hard. For countries with a weaker currency Bitcoins are definitely a huge threat. Banning crypto currencies might be a way for governments to try and win the currency war, but this is only short term. In my opion long term there is no way to win the currency war against crypto currencies. The popularity is rising with every new month.

The success of your statement lies in the continuous price rise in cryptocurrencies which will not be the case forever. And Bitcoins are a threat to weaker currencies? No, BTC will work as a supportive cryptocurrency for such fiat as the value of that fiat will decrease against crypto in such a way that your held amount will be worth more than what was invested.
