Looks like Sri Lanka is responding very well so far. Both openers are playing fearlessly. I would like to see how far they go. 67 tuns from only 8.1 overs without losing any wicket.

In the other match, Afghanistan already lost two wickets.
7562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 12:49:52 PM
~snip~

In 2nd match Afghanistan playing first against South Africa, hopefully they will show intent, why they are in world cup otherwise they are playing worst cricket of their life, since I started watching them.
I am not watching Afghanistan vs South Africa yet but looking at the scoreboard we can say that Afghanistan started well. They need to keep the wickets in hand and need to give SA a decent target if they want to defend this match.

South Africa will try to swallow them.

By the way, in the pool we have a new request from a user name welovedcrypto. Can you please confirm your bitcointalk username here please.
7563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 12:44:19 PM
We are in T20 mood or may be T10 (if there are any format like 10 over each side) :-P

Australia started hitting the balls hard from the 41st over and they are continuing. 303 runs from 237 runs in 41st to 45th over LOL. That's 66 runs from 30 balls if my calculation is right.

350+ is knocking on the door :-D
7564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 12:18:17 PM
Australia inching towards a score of around 340, currently at 220 with 8 wickets in hand with 11.3 overs to spare. Sri Lanka is all set for another heavy defeat, but I am more interested in the margin of loss. If they loss by more than 100 runs, then I'll get 2 points. Anyway, the last thing that I want right now is an interference from the rain gods.
LOL why?
We are in the last 10 overs. Australia have 8 wickets in hand. Current score is 237 runs. From last 60 balls they can easily add 90+ runs which means 327+ is going to be very easy. But I will be looking at 340+ or may be 250.

You have very good chance to get 2 points if Sri Lankan batting collapse.

Edit: 4 4 1 4 4 1  from the 41st over. Total now 255 runs LOL
7565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 11:28:23 AM
@Royse No bhai you didn't replied about this, no one did Tongue

My bad, I thought I did.

I am not watching match right now, finishing pending work and running errands so that I can watch the game tomorrow without any distraction ( Ind vs Pak).
You know there are very good chance to rain tomorrow. By the way, I do not think this match will have much fight in the field. India is 100 times better team than this current Pakistan team. It's the news media hyping this match.

Quote
Quickly skimmed scorecard and I think OZ should cross 300 runs mark, wickets in hand and 25 overs left. What are the weather reports today? any chance of rain during second inning?
Not sure about the weather but I hope to see a full match.

Doesn't look like 300 is an easy target after the two wick wickets fallen, they are at half way down at the overs so they need to keep their wickets in hand to score big runs at the later end of innings. They did it before but will they make it again?
It's team Australia. They already had a good opening start and they will keep the run taking pace steady. At some point they will start going for big runs. Even though they lost their 2nd wicket I am still positive that the score will be 300+
7567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 10:57:00 AM
Australia are playing well and looks like the score will easily be between 250-300 unless it rains :-P

Any score above 280 too would be fine as SL are not so good in batting nowadays.
280+ is an easy score for Australia from this stage. I am kinda looking at 320 to 340 runs from here of course if there are no rain. If it ranis, even then too I do not think the situation is going to help Sri Lanka unless they take some wickets.

Hopeless poor Sri Lanka, lucky that they managed to get two points from the two no result match.
7568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 10:44:56 AM

Warner and finch has put a 75 runs partnership without losing a wicket. They are looking strong and will likely to dominate this match. Maybe Srilanka will be needing the rain to washout the match else i do not see how sri lanka could come back in this match.

Even Duckworth/Lewis will not save Sri Lanka. They need a complete washout  Cheesy
Warner gone. Finch is looking good today. May be he will go for a century today.
Although the run rate gone a bit slow now (4.64) but scoring 300+ or even 350+ is really possible.
7569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 15, 2019, 10:25:07 AM
Relatively slow start from Australia. In the pool, I had predicted a thrashing by Australia so not too happy about how the match is going till now. Perhaps they are concerned about rain interrupting the game and DLS coming in to play. So they seems to be preserving the wickets, to get an advantage in case the Duckworth/Lewis is applied sometime later.
Wicket is important if the match goes towards Duckworth/Lewis but looking at the ground I feel positive. The sun is up. I hope it stay the same.

It's really hard to say from this condition that what kind of win Australia will get but it's pretty clear that Australia is the favorite in today's match. Chances for them to win is very high.

May be a temp ban will teach him some lesson.

You guys think we will be able to see a full match in between Australia vs Sri Lanka? The ground is looking very dark, too cloudy. By any chance if there are no result from this match then Sri Lanka will get their third points without playing LOL

Anyway, I am expecting an easy win for Australia.

Noted royse and quoted as well

However since I have promised the 0.002BTC to the pool, I will need to keep my promise. I will send the amount on Monday. I hope it's okay for everyone.

By the way I too said the similar thing before but no one looked interested or missed it my post, may be CONDITION APPLY thingy was turn off lol Cheesy

~snip~

Well, England 3 wickets down. everything is possible in cricket. could be Pakistan's lucky day.

And Royse I noticed that @Ronnie sending some reward to top winners, so I want to contribute as well, and I am thinking of sending a little amount of 0.001 BTC to winner-top points getter for round 2.

Conditions apply ( feel free to give suggestions )

1. Winner must actively participate in the discussion- no spam of course ( price is low so only 1 winner)
2. Only Round 2 points will count ( That means everyone will start from 0)

PS: Good Analysis is welcome.

I think I left my view after that. Anyway, looking at the round two result it will be either me or vishnu :-P

Just got the prize for the 2nd round from Cloudbet. Put them all on a 3 fold LOL

If I win then I will be adding more 0.002BTC in the prize pool :-)

Damn it! I won the bet but did not realize the bonus terms. I have to playthrough 0.045BTC before cashing out whatever the amount it becomes from the bonus of 0.005BTC :-P

However since I have promised the 0.002BTC to the pool, I will need to keep my promise. I will send the amount on Monday. I hope it's okay for everyone.

One a side note, I placed another bet with all the BTC I had in the account. If I win this then my total playthrough will be 0.01431BTC (0.005+ 0.00931), if I understand it correctly. Way to go :-D

Just consider two things before including New Zealand and excluding England. New Zealand have not played any match with a big team and their yesterday match with India was abandoned so we are yet to see how NZ play against the stronger teams. Secondly , England has lost only 1 match and thier today's performace shows they are not an easy team to dealth with.

New Zealand will only reach final if in the semi the opponent have a bad day or they have very little chance to be in the final. I predict the final will be in between India and Australia.

I know England team is very strong but they breaks under pressure. History is the proof. That is why I do not consider them as the cup winner.

Anyway, the match ended. England won by 8 wickets. Congrats to Harkorede for having two points whether rest of us got one points each. I see no one picked WI so no losing points :-)

Choosing "comfortable Win" is a safe way to go as most matches result in comfortable zone. I mostly select "comfortable Win" in most of my betting. But if any needs two points they gotta take risk for "Easy / Narrow or Trashing Wins"
England lost another wicket which means we can safely say that this will be an easy win. Congrats to Harkorede for winning the two points :-)

My initial pick was easy but after the toss I thought WI will be able to score a decent amount of runs and to chase it, England will lose at least 5+ wickets. Seems like I was right before LOL

This guy called Kriptonian1661 is posting BS from the whole evening and I am stalking him. Already 3 to 4 topic were deleted but still the guy is posting same BS.

Please read his BS:
Hi lads, Coming back again to promote my services. As i mentioned 1 Month ago i am the one who put Bitcoins name on Youtube Streams :Bloomberg Global News, Fox news and to continue. Basicaly every popular stream was marked with the name Bitcoin and as you searched Bitcoin the first thing that poped up was Bloomberg Global news, i am not going to provide any proof as it might endanger my career. The actions it self are my proof and you will have to trust me that i have a new technique to do it again and put BTC over the 20k Mark, but as i did it for free in the past i sure as hell am not doing it for free again !! So i am asking 50 BTC for my endevour and 1 year of time to make it all work properly so it all sinks in to the minds of consumers. This is not a scam, i simply want to be paid for my Idea, i will not do it for free ! So dont start saying oohh dude do your self a favor and pump BTC, what do i have from that? Sure i could sell BTC at a higher price but so would everyone else.. ppfftt not for free lads not for free. So here is my awful grammar but i do not care as English is not my Native language so you will have to deal with that.

Anyway, my idea and endevour is worth 50 BTC, that is the price take it or leave it. Just remember you have to risk it to get the biscuit ! I will not reveal my identity or anything regarding to my plan, again you will have to deal with that.

Once i see 50 BTC in my Wallet i will start my Project Troy.

Kind regards Cryptonians.

Check this archive, it was deleted. Here is the new one. I am sure this one will be deleted too. Instead of keep deleting the topic, can mod nuke this guy?

Cheers :-)

- Root total: Over 37.5 (1.92)
- England top bowler: Stokes (7.20)
- West Indies Top batsmen: Gayle (3.55)
- Team with highest score at 1st dismissal: West Indies (2.02)

^ That last one is based on the England top order batsmen showing some inconsistency in the first few games - looking at you Bairstow and Roy!  Wink

Looks like my predictions for today were a little bit off!  Tongue

At least Root didn't let me down  Smiley

You seems always lucky with x batsman to score y runs :-)

Batting on top batsmen and top bowler is always high risk.

They are trashing WI means again I lost my chances of getting an extra point and will remain at the bottom of the table Sad

It looks like only Vishnu will win that extra point so congrats in advance.
Too early to decide if this will be a trashing or easy win. Losing one more wicket may turn it to Harkorede's favor meaning he will get 2 points. There are no way that us who picked comfortable will get two points today :-P
7580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CWC2019 Prediction Pool - Win x BTC [Additional prize in every round] on: June 14, 2019, 02:20:02 PM
212 will be a cake walk for England and glad I bet on England and hope they win it comfortably so that I get 2 points too Tongue

I guess they will manage to get the runs before the 40th over as they are already at 61 for 0 in the 9th over.
Looking at the run chase I feel that whether they will get a trashing win or an easy win not comfortable one. In that case chances are, Vishnu.Reang or Harkorede may get 2 points :-P

Come on WI get some wickets LOL
