If you're going to stir up trouble, a noob account is a bit too fucking obvious.
782  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is this real? Is this legal in Thailand? on: September 07, 2015, 12:25:10 AM
Sounds either very scammy or very illegal, if the authorities haven't cracked down on this yet they soon will, the store might be gone within a few weeks especially if this guy is actually selling real equipment.
783  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is US sabotaging war on ISIS and terror and for prolonging suffering of Syrians? on: September 06, 2015, 11:32:55 PM
That's not the weirdest stuff that America is up to in the region.

I found out about this group awhile back that looked pretty suspicious, apparently their goal is to help the Kurds re-take some of their territory back as they are currently split down the middle because of ISIS. They may or may not be russian, even if they are, to avoid liability it wouldn't surprise me if Putin was using contractors as a lot of the so called government forces can be put on somebody elses payroll. The guy in the video is German but yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if Russia was behind this group I'm not about to trust people who wear the hammer and sickle so openly.

It would be interesting to see Russia actually take the fight to ISIS but just watch the U.S make a huge deal out of this.

If the maths is wrong then usually it's the fault of the human being not the numbers.
786  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-09-05] CD: Bitcoin Spam Tests 'Could Violate UK Law' on: September 05, 2015, 04:11:22 PM
I think it's bullshit, whether it's legal or not there should be no government stopping them from doing this, if Bitcoin were to fail from such a simple attack then it means it wasn't going to work in the first place. This is just like with the whole 51% attack, I was rather annoying when CEX.IO said it wouldn't increase their hashpower even more because I think that they should have tested whether it was even possible so we'd know for certain.

More and more people seem to be interested in protectionism in cryptocurrencies than in making sure the developers experiment properly and build a truly robust economy as opposed to something that gets coddled by various special interest groups whenever there's an issue. That is exactly how fiat currencies keep ending up in such a mess to begin with because the politicans and banks refuse to adapt, change and properly test things to make sure it all works.

Pffft, I'm fine with body imbalance, especially if it's focused on the chest Cheesy
788  Other / Off-topic / Re: Let's talk about how hot Asian girls are. [NSFW] on: September 05, 2015, 12:02:04 PM
Seriously? I'd rather not date a twig, she's got cleavage and everything! >_< Cheesy

That's what they said about Donald Trump.
790  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens to the price of gold if 300 tons are dumped on the market? on: September 04, 2015, 11:13:39 PM
If it were just dropped into the market it would definitely cause a prise dump, at least for awhile, but you have to remember that precious metals react a lot to inflation because even if there were that much gold put into the markets there would be a dramatic rise again because of both money printing and how fast people would want to buy it all up. I know if the price dropped low enough I'd want to buy a couple of 1kg Bars dirt cheap for myself but I think it's a bit of a pipe dream, you're more likely to be able to flood the precious metals market with asteroid mining than you are with anything you could find on a train.
791  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting Old? on: September 04, 2015, 03:40:06 PM
I look 10 years younger than that I did 10 years ago. In fact the guys at the licensing bureau thought they made a mistake and pulled a decades old picture from their files and used on my license. ROFL

I always get asked for my ID whenever I need to buy alchohol so I just get it out before hand lmao.

Also, a lot more now I'm thinking about finance and global economics, though I think that's more of a knowledge thing rather than an age thing because there are people twice my age who don't know about that.
792  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Kanye 2020 on: September 04, 2015, 11:26:34 AM
Might as well run a reality show from the white house.  It's two-bit actors and drama queens slinging bullshit already...

If America wasn't a joke to the world before it is now, to think that a fucking presidential election is between Donald Trump and fucking Kanye West with the only 'serious' candidates being Jeb Bush, Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
793  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Police officers being taught deadly martial arts. on: September 02, 2015, 02:16:03 PM
I feel like I should correct you on your OP, all martial arts styles when taught correctly are military grade, the problem is there's such a wide variety of shitty teaching going on out there is that some martial arts are lucky enough to have a lot of skilled people learning it compared to others. Just because you've seen people doing kung fu or ju jitsu in a totally shit way doesn't mean that the whole style is crap, unless of course they've made it up or put their own spin on it.

Anyway, teaching it can make a difference but one of the big problems with these police officers seem to be discipline, they clearly aren't put through any stressful situations very much ( I mean look at how some of them are overweight for fucks sake ) so when the real thing comes along they don't know how to react.

In comparison, see the kind of training spetsnaz go through.

Well now all the information has come out, she definitely belongs in jail for being a crazy and manipulative sociopath.

“This gives more ground to what have been peripheral views of the Koran’s genesis, like that Muhammad and his early followers used a text that was already in existence and shaped it to fit their own political and theological agenda, rather than Muhammad receiving a revelation from heaven.

You mean to tell me that religion has been used by these political leaders to manipulate gullible people into doing what they want no matter how stupid it is? *GASP* Who would have thought it?! Cheesy

Yeah, this is going to drive people apeshit if the book is actually real, I too hope they won't go after the researchers, but knowing Muslims they will.
796  Other / Off-topic / Re: Knife or Gun. which would you choose on: September 01, 2015, 12:36:21 AM
Anyone can pick up and fire a gun, lets be honest, in a lot of cases it's purely situational whether you'll have one or not in this day and age the majority of the time if you're attacked you won't have a weapon at all and you'll either be surrounded or up against someone a lot tougher than you. It's takes proper skill though to fight hand to hand or with knives so if you run out of ammo you'd be fucked if all you did was learn how to shoot. As for knives sure, but make sure you don't pick a style that focuses entirely on one type of knife and then leaves you feeling useless if you end up only having a kitchen knife to defend yourself with if you get my drift, if I can finally start living in Japan I'm thinking of maybe looking at knife fighting styles but that's all in the future for me.
797  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukrainian guardsman killed in protests against vote on rebel autonomy on: August 31, 2015, 08:55:31 PM
Looks like the Ukrainian government's use of neo-nazis and extremist groups as cannon fodder against the Russians is starting to backfire against them.
798  Other / Off-topic / Re: Has Kanye West gone Full FODOR! ? on: August 31, 2015, 08:12:48 PM
-_- Please tell me the political process is going to weed out these morons soon, it couldn't be more appropriate that Fallout 4 is releasing in November now I think about it, we could well end up using it to train for nuclear apocolypse.
799  Other / Off-topic / Re: could it be possible to safely d-dos with a vpn on: August 29, 2015, 01:57:56 PM
There's always some form of digital trace on anything you do on the internet and since you're clearly planning something I'm not about you how to avoid that and I doubt anyone who knew what they were talking about would either for all we know you're going to target Bitcointalk.
800  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS upgraded to bitcoin , a guy caught supporting them with Bitcoins on: August 29, 2015, 12:32:32 PM
Dollars are used just as much by terrorists, so really it's just going to be used as a convenient excuse to strictly regulate Bitcoin.
