781  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status on: December 27, 2023, 03:21:06 PM
betnomi (OP) was last active two weeks ago and I hope they will appear here soon and we'll here some news from them.

Guys from Betnomi? at least drop a word here once in a week, please. Smiley

Well, according to their timeline, their refund window was closed a week ago. They don't seem to bother to remind anyone that the deadline is approaching, or to officially close the withdrawal submission. I don't think anyone got their fund, no?

[...] We are now progressing to the next phase of our refund process by opening a 30-day window. During this period, any user with a balance on our platform can initiate a withdrawal request.

Please be aware that after this 30-day withdrawal window, we will not be processing any further withdrawal requests.

I believe this is the thread you're refering to? This below is what's literally shown when you access any of his topic, I think it's quite explaining enough, given the reference link is for a similar situation.

783  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fraud on Marketplaces when selling a video card on: December 26, 2023, 07:11:45 PM
That does not happen from this marketplace? The transaction happened in other forum? And both the scammer and the victim doesn't have an account here?

I'll try sending PM to Razer, see if he can expedite your case and get it cleared faster. Please wait a little bit, it might took him a while to notice my PM.

785  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com SCAM BETS with proofs multiplier x2 on: December 26, 2023, 06:45:47 PM
Aside from the fact that you can always prove that provably fair [hence, the name] through their platform or from third party [mahdirakib provided a nice one], you do aware that their algorithm are checked and validated by a verifier that also evaluate many other casino, right? I am somewhat sure them cheating your bets are on the lower end of the odds.
786  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: December 26, 2023, 02:54:29 PM
Hey BC.Game management. Could you please add up some clickable link to agreement to terms of service right before someone signs up? Right now, it's just "I agree to the & confirm I am at least 18 years old"

From a legal angle, someone could argue out that they never agreed to BC.games' Tos upon signing up.

I checked their sign up page earlier today, it's fixed, they're now have a link to their ToS on the "I agree [...]" checkbox... or maybe they had it before, it's just a glitch that the link are somehow removed while you tried to access them? I moved the original image above to below, side-by-side with the latest page for comparison, you can see that the grammar on the earlier screenshot
is a tad bit wrong, like something is missing [i.e. the part that contain link to their ToS].

787  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game SCAM: cancelled bonuses and revoked $150k+ USD balance on my account on: December 26, 2023, 02:29:22 PM
Can you provide screenshot to back up this claim? And I understand you didn't use the account at all, you left it untouched and few days ago, you checked it out of curiosity and found it to be locked?

Yep.

Here are the screenshots of what happens when I try to login or reset password:

I'll try to notify their support about this and get them to take a look into it from their side, it's probably their automated system locking you out again instead of them intentionally doing so. Am I correct that currently there is no fund left on that account?

789  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: December 24, 2023, 07:22:41 PM
Do you know since when they have added those so-called "provably fair" games? They seem to still be here, I think it would be more professional and customer friendly to remove them from the "Provably fair" section or to change the title of the page because if finally Orbital is unable to provide scripts to check the fairness of the games, it would turn to be, at least, a misleading presentation to customers.

From what I inferred of what Tokash said, the solution offered by FJ is by having Orbital to add verifiers for those provably fair games on their platform in a short time, as opposed to removing the games.
790  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 24, 2023, 05:22:39 PM
You mean to say that even STAKE wont be knowing whether 2FA has been used for this withdrawal or not..?
I am not that tech-savvy but I follow them online and their advice on how we can keep ourselves safe online, which includes what people don't know that hackers can do. So, let me not speak entirely for Stake, but it is possible that they (Stake) see all security checks passed as regular once they (the hackers) are in.

Quote

My friend, hacking is more than this, authenticity checks will be a forgotten issue when they are in. Hacking has different levels.

Please let me know how to Bypass 2FA, Coz we have to find a solution for that... Otherwise there is no meaning in having it.
You know what, I wouldn't say that 2FA is totally useless, it will still be safe over 99%+ of all hacking attempts if I am correct. But as it is, these guys (hackers) are more brilliant and crafty than each other. So, let's pray that the more sophisticated ones will never see us as a targets or randomly steal from us.

The question being raised here is not only about how the hacker get into the account, it's also [and more emphasized on] how they bypass the 2FA verification to withdraw OP's fund. OP knows the safety and efficacy of 2FA, which with Stake's security that's claimed to be impenetrable, shouldn't put OP here on the first place. What OP asked from you is an further explanation on your statement, to mitigate future situation, about how do these "different level" of hacking works on 2FA.
791  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game SCAM: cancelled bonuses and revoked $150k+ USD balance on my account on: December 24, 2023, 05:02:58 PM
[...[

Not that it matters since the balances were revoked on my account, but as of a few days ago (not sure exactly when), my account is again banned/locked out of logging in with the same error as before.

This further proves my previous point that they only unlocked my account and told me it was "normal" in the hopes that I start playing and making bigger deposits so they can lock my account again and take away the balance probably with the excuse that it was part of my bonuses that they have a right to cancel. Whatever your stance is on the main case, this seems like a scummy thing to do to tell me the account is normal only to lock/ban it later with no warning. Good thing I didn't deposit and continue playing.

Can you provide screenshot to back up this claim? And I understand you didn't use the account at all, you left it untouched and few days ago, you checked it out of curiosity and found it to be locked?
792  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 24, 2023, 04:59:31 PM
Dear Community,

[...]

I hope you can stick around until this situation got cleared. Regarding the screenshots on Mookis123's thread on CG, those explanation above about different people aside [and I am not sure I understand the relation between both and why is it worth mentioning], do you mind to tell us why do the "staff", tacyarg, requested an account to be locked from withdrawal and asked to be investigated out of nowhere? And it isn't clear whose account is it, mookis123? demoanique7? Someone else's?

I also noticed you didn't answer mahdirakib's question about your license.
793  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 23, 2023, 05:41:51 PM
I must say that I just gave this thread a thought ever since I have been seeing it, the $25K is not small money, this is another victim on point. I must say that I don't like reading a thing like this again on this forum, we hardly see a casino that doesn't refuse to pay these days which is disheartening.

This looks like a deliberate rip-off of one's money to me and you have to try to mount pressure on them online, they fear such. Especially if it is getting to more reviewing sites which could tarnish their image. Although no one is immune from casino fraud altogether. But still, one can effectively safeguard many issues. This requires us to know the best places to play, particularly those casinos that have long-standing of good reputations and are well-liquid.

I don't think they care much about the exposure from online complaint and articles. Both the complaint on CG and the article made on btcgosu is already concerning enough, and they didn't seem to bother stepping in and explain themselves.
794  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 22, 2023, 09:14:31 PM
Should have asked about this sooner... OP, to be sure we cover all the bases [well, at least several of it] with the proper format for scam accusation, can you complete this thread with the supporting evidence? Screenshot of the said withdrawal from your stake account, the IP from stake's log [please cover your own IP], and conversation with their support and your host discussing as what you describe on the opening post will be much appreciated.
795  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 22, 2023, 05:33:13 PM
@holydarkness
I have sent a PM to the team but no reply yet.

[...]

Maybe they're trying to get to the bottom of this situation before reaching out to you with a concrete answer. I'd suggest we wait a little while.

@Sunderland
Which Police/Authority you are talking about..? Is there any "Bounty hunter" to search and hack the hacker which did this to me..?
[...]

I am not sure about fixedfloat, but binance allows account freezing if you can give them an official investigation letter from your local police and you can connect the dots [they provide a table for this] that prove the address used by the scammer is one of theirs. Maybe he's referring to this authority, your local police.
796  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - walletsupportdesk.weebly.com - fake service asking user's seed phrase on: December 22, 2023, 08:12:26 AM
[...] I reported thread to the moderator and hope it will be deleted soon

Not only the mod deleted the thread, the account also got banned, nice work.

Strangely, seclog did not shows any change in password and/or email, so I don't think it's a hacked account, but their past post history shows some interest in the topic, I can't fathom why they change course and decided to try their luck in scamming people.
797  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 21, 2023, 07:05:35 PM
Interesting, it will be great if there is a screenshot about that manager told their employee to lock the withdrawal because of mookis won big and hope mookis will play and lose it all.

Without it, we might hear another lame excuse to justify their acts, the casino disables the withdrawal due to the investigation of that bet.
However, it doesnt make sense either if they use that reason, Crazy Time is a live game and if there is a malfunction/error with that round = The game will be put on hold (after that round) and all of the bets from all CT users on that round will be void by Evolution.
All of CT geeks/regular players will confirm I what wrote above.

Oh? The instruction was visible on the original screenshot of their internal chat where he asked for an account to be locked out of withdrawal and intiate a review,

Though it is not clear whether he's talking about demoanique7 or mookis, and can be argued that it's demonanique's that's being instructed to be locked, mookis faced the same situation, for the reason that's later became obvious as their representative explained to CG [available on the screenshot above this post].

One might argue that the representative probably just wanted to create a bad image for chips.gg, but it'll only be logical if they deliberately made it public instead of asking it to be private. And one might further argue that it's probably a reverse psychology, that the representative deliberately ask for it to be private so we think he's not with ill-intention, that he's a whistleblower. Yet, ultimately, Mookis's situation points to a conclusion that everything the representative said is valid. She got her withdrawal locked for no reason other than she win big on CT.

Further, chips.gg can always give their rebuttal by going back online to the forum with their account, as we can be quite sure they're aware of the situation here [and if the representative was indeed fired, it's an even greater sure thing that they know the existence of this situation] from the time the situation raised, yet they're still being absent from giving their side.
798  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Exodus+n.exchange on: December 21, 2023, 04:13:45 PM
Hi, can you please add supporting evidence for this case? The screenshot of that result will be nice, and screenshots of email with their support won't hurt [please cover all sensitive information]. N.exchange's account was online roughly one and a half month ago, though I don't think they'll address this issue.
799  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How I got scammed by chips.gg with insane proof from their employee on: December 21, 2023, 03:52:09 PM
I can share now. Unfortunately they fired the employee
[...]

Where is this information available? I can't find any part mentioning this unfortunate situation to the staff on CG. Also, have you hear back from the guy with 147k on their platform?
800  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funds withdrawn from Stake without 2FA. on: December 20, 2023, 05:02:04 PM
Case seems pretty puzzling to me as to how the hacker got access to your account. But we can only do so much as speculate and rule out the common causes. In depth investigation can be done from the Stake's owners side and thus I would advice the OP to PM Stunna and wait for them to respond to the thread.

Hoping Stunna/Mladen/Eddie to respond soon and the case to get resolved. Once again, sorry for the loss.

Side note - maybe dont use casino websites as wallets in future?

Stunna hasn't been online for a while, more than five months, I don't think sending them a PM will be beneficial and solve this case, given a very high probability the PM will not even be noticed.
