841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: June 26, 2023, 08:12:34 AM

And following that argument, I also believe that the challenge or pressure is on the side of Fulton
he's the current champ and he also flying to Inoue's homeland, another factor that will bring the
aggressiveness on Inoue's side.

I agree. He will be competing in Japan, which is considered a tough venue to win in. Therefore, he should engage in a toe-to-toe battle with Inoue and aim for a knockout if he wants to ensure victory. Simply running and scoring points wouldn't work against Inoue, as the latter is also quick and possesses jabs that could seriously harm his opponent.

Inoue seeks action, so to prevent this fight from becoming boring, Fulton needs to employ a different style—one that would intimidate Inoue and prevent him from being the aggressive attacker.

The homeland of a fighter will have the momentum and help the countrymen win against their opponent in short You are right that mate Homeland is an advantage for inoue as we all know that people around that country will give their full support to their fighter which is inoue. And for the champ Fulton for sure he will feel a nervous because only few people will support him in the venue.
It is a challenge for Fulton to fight in foreign country where his opponent came from. But I don't think it can discourage him to do his best regardless of how many fans are cheering for him to win this fight. On the other side, it's an advantage for Inoue to fight in his home country but as others have said already, all his wins are convincing and not biased, that's how powerful Inoue is. So Fulton needs to prepare himself to have an edge.
842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how to get over it on: June 26, 2023, 02:43:02 AM
I may not know the number of loses you may have incurred but one thing is sure, gambling had favoured you big time, the wins are huge.
Quick advice- it's best to stay guided, those amounts you risk are way too high and if you continue like that, you Y be forced to risk your entire savings someday.
Behind his win, some losses might exceed the win that he will get or has already gotten. On the other hand, if he could stop in time after getting a big win, he could enjoy that advantage by celebrating. And it's not worth it if he risks all his savings just to gamble, even though he is a professional at gambling. Nothing can guarantee that someone can always get the win because this is gambling, so he shouldn't be greedy to chase the win after the win.
If a gambler has no contentment, he can't appreciate the amount that he already gained because of his goal to reach $1m. Hence, if he will continue chasing his dream it's very possible to experience more winnings, as well as losses. Because even you're a professional gambler (who's impressive to turn a few dollars to thousand) and able to profit in gambling but didn't set a limit, then you'll just continue what you used to.

Thus, it would be better to set a realistic amount to achieve so you can already stop after gaining a decent amount.

843  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Stay Lowkey lang tayo on: June 26, 2023, 01:38:21 AM

844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you cheat in gambling? on: June 25, 2023, 10:17:06 AM
Will you try a trick to win on casino game machines if you were told and it is a 100% working trick to cash out? Will you bet on fixed games if you get the tip early?
Only what I can tell you is to be very careful of anyone that is telling you that you can cheat a gambling site, be it casino or sport betting. There are some people that can be decoyed to pay and are scammed, given what would be used to do the cheat a casino or sport betting site and they lose again. They are scammed and they lose money to the gambling site. Two losses at once.

Yes I will side you on that, having the mindset of cheating in gambling site or shop is a dangerous steep to keep up because one might end up losing double times  of what h/she might lose, there is no % guarantee that there is a any sure bet in gambling, so let's not be too specific on a odds, although cheating is not a good endeavor one may take but since it can be a life changing something, there are many persons out there who can take the step of cheating, since it's a gambling something cheating can be done secretly.
It can be done secretly but in the end the casino will be the one to process your winnings to withdraw. So if it's a huge amount, it's likely that they will ask for documents to verify your identity, moreover they will look into it if you didn't violate their ToS and if the winnings are legit and not through cheating.

Thus it's still hard even if you find a way to take advantage the casino. It might be tempting especially if you already have many losses and never experience to win huge. But it's still satisfying to win knowing that you didn't cheat.
845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: benefits of having mature accounts at 3 casinos (personal experience) on: June 25, 2023, 08:32:07 AM
     -   Maybe that's okay for you, especially for those who have the ability to have a balance in their wallet worth 1000$, this amount is actually not a small amount in our country. This means that not all gamblers like you have such a large sum of money.

Like me, I can't afford to maintain a balance of 1000$ in my wallet on the casino platform. Although before I also tried woldf and I also experienced that I received rain coins.

$1,000 wont be enough to have 3 good level accounts in 3 different casinos. It is even hard to have high level account in a single casino starting with $1,000 only. The most important thing here should not be about how high our account level is but it is better to focus on how good our profit statistic is because it will be useless to have many high level accounts but we are in so bad loses.
Exactly. It would be nice to have a high level account as many as possible for different casinos because of the perks. However not everyone are able to do that because of the time and of course money to be able to reach a certain level. This is only possible for gamblers who are spending lots of money and time in gambling. But hard for just an average gamblers who are playing to kill time and somehow to win.

Nevertheless, it's good to know that reaching a vip level is worth it for having such benefits. This can motivate other gamblers who are close to leveling up.

846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Casinos Go Bankrupt Because of Player Wins? on: June 25, 2023, 04:30:56 AM
Well, it's rare for a casino to go bankrupt since the games are favor the house. Therefore majority of players are losing their money than win. So if it happen that a gambler win huge, it doesn't affect much the casino unless there's a bad management and the funds are not sufficient to cover the player's winnings.

Casino is a business so certainly they're prepared for such situation. But all businesses have a possibility to go bankrupt if there's a mismanagement especially for the one who manage the expenses.
847  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 25, 2023, 03:06:22 AM
When it comes on rolling or some slot or lottery based type of dealings then im not really that lucky on that one, i might consider on making up some giving few rolls but if it turns out that im not really that making
any significant gain or winning then i do simply stop.
Same here. I'm not lucky in this kind of game (slot/lottery/spinning) so I rarely gamble with this game or if i'm the mood and had a decent bankroll because that's necessary to not get busted early. Anyway I already tried to spin Rollbit Nft Lootbox, and usually I chose the one with cheapest spinning value.

What a nice hit for that certain user on just using 0.09 on a roll, but the question is, how much he had spent out before he do able to make that hit? We do only focus out on the winning
but if he had that still make some few rolls then it would really be still that a profitable roll.
Regardless of how much the user already spent before hitting a NFT with $5k value, well it's already worth it. Because the fact that he won a NFT with just $0.09 spin is already an achievement so even he spent more previously, somehow it is recovered.
848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lotteries and possibility vs. probability on: June 25, 2023, 01:30:03 AM
There's high rate of applying for lottery, low rate of winning possibilities and the probability of getting certainty remain unsure because thise applying aren't familiar with wether of the outcome to be positive or not, aleo due to these, there have been low performance and anticipation for lottery as many equally loose interest despite it time consuming aside the fact that the winning chance is low for lottery.

People get carried away with lotteries because they only have to pay a small amount in order to get participated. I don't think many people will even care about the lottery result. They will just put in the money in the lottery and hope they can win a big amount and change their fortune.
In case of no win, they will just move on without complaining, because people who participate in lotteries already know the probability of winning is very low.
Since the amount to buy a single ticket is low, it's not a big deal for many players. They can move on easily without having regrets on why they spend it to buy ticket because the jackpot prize is quite huge, it's worth it if ever. Although the chance is very slim and almost impossible, this doesn't stop the people to participate.

Moreover you don't have to possess a certain skill, anyone can join and you can buy as many tickets as you want to increase your chance though it's not really proven. Because even you only have one ticket but got lucky then it's really meant for you.

849  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning online more preferable than offline? on: June 23, 2023, 08:15:17 AM
I had an offline job that I hated because of my boss, but I also had and now have an offline job that I really enjoy going to because my boss has become my friend.
I can relate. Though it's not because of my boss but my office mates who are giving me stress to become unhappy to our workplace. So I decided to resign and apply to other company which I now like.

Anyway, trading is not only the job available online because there are plenty of options that you can choose from on what's more easy and convenient for each of us. I also tried to become a full time trader before but I can't spend lots of time to monitor the market and do an analysis so often I failed and lose. That's why I decided to become a long term hodler since it's less stress.

850  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the best career for women on: June 23, 2023, 03:36:19 AM
Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency, NOT a career.
Indeed. Bitcoin is not a career to be an option for women to treat as a job and go fulltime. Though regardless of your gender, you can engage yourself to use Bitcoin as currency or to take advantage the volatility as an investment (which many users do to gain).

There are investors who are able to earn through investing and trading but one should not rely to the profit that he/she can get since it's not guaranteed. It's not a career but a decentralized currency, there's an opportunity and benefits depending on how you use it.
851  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic problem, why is fiat difficult to hold. on: June 23, 2023, 01:09:49 AM
Why is money at hand difficult to hold? I usually find it difficult to keep track of money anytime I have cash at hand, I make plans to hold money, but It never stays because something always demands the money,
Money will not stay long if you're spending too much in things that are not really necessary. But if you know how to manage and budget your money for needs before wants then you can track where it is going and you'll not wonder why. Society and yourself have something to do on why it's difficult for you to hold fiat.

Therefore, to prevent yourself from spending, avoiding cash on hand, the use of atm cards and online banking might work. However it's not the real solution because you still need fiat to buy the essential things. You need to learn how to budget your finances and be aware of what you need to priority.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: June 22, 2023, 09:46:57 AM
Indeed.

If a person let his emotions control him, it will be a disaster. When emotions are involved, most people tend to be irrational. Sometimes, people have this tendency to let their urges win because they feel like it's the right thing to do or simply because it will make them happy and satisfied. But sometimes, it shouldn't be tolerated especially when it comes to financial matters. You cannot just follow what you want because it will make you feel better, rather you should prioritize your needs over your wants. In gambling, this applies too. You should only bet according to your financial capability and not according to how you want to.
That is why we must always have clear limits when playing gambling and never try to break them. It should be done by everyone who wants to gamble so that they don't tend to let themselves be swayed by emotions for any reason. And if our finances are insufficient, we don't need to play gambling, especially if we see that we are impatient in doing something so that we don't experience problems when gambling. The desire to win at gambling is normal because it also happens to everyone who plays gambling. But we have to look at the reality where many people have tried it but didn't succeed at all and instead had to lose a lot of money before they could win.
It's normal to have a desire to win, who don't want to, right? However it should not be your main desire when playing since gambling is risky and having an expectation to grow your money would not be right due to the said reason. It is wise to only play using a spare money, so that way even you lose, you'll not have regrets.

Aside from patience to wait for the time that you can withdraw your winnings, it's much important to have self-control. So you can refrain yourself to use your funds to gamble again since the result is not always what you expected it to be.
853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: June 22, 2023, 07:09:17 AM
Today bitcoin touched $30k after more than 3 months under $30k, and now it makes me even more optimistic that the market will rise again and hopes for a bull run are getting real, I'm sure in June the price can still go up and touch at least $35k.
Well, probably many investors are happy to see Bitcoin reached $30k price once again after months of waiting. The sudden surge might because of the EDX market news that influenced crypto positively making Bitcoin and some alts to pump.

Anyway this is a good news to those who bought Bitcoin at cheaper price and just waiting for a bull season, though it's not certain yet if bearish market is already over. We're in the last month of the second quarter so it's nice that before it end Bitcoin had an increased. Who knows it might reach $40k in the coming months.
854  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Presyo ng bitcoin umangat on: June 22, 2023, 04:13:03 AM
dahil napatunayan na natin after every bear the price will go Bull.

Medyo umangat tayo ngayon ah, nasa $28k, kasi nitong mga nakaraang linggo eh parang nasa $25k-$26k or even $27k ang price range natin.

And tanong eh ma maintain ba natin tong pag angat ngayon? mahigit 5.x% in the last 24 hours na tayo.

pa 29k na nga eh as i posts this one , since this week parang nag up and down ang price sa 27-28k ngunit parang now may momentum na , pag na break natin ulit and 30k usd value , then malamang na naka recover na tayo sa issue ng Binance nitong nakaraang linggo.konting oras na lang eh makikita na natin ulit 30k and then  another position ang dapat ma break .

So another 6% increased na naman tayo in the last 24 hours.

855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: June 22, 2023, 01:50:31 AM
2024/25 will be my first bull run and I have been patiently buying and holding for over a year now.

Just wondering for those who were in the last bull run what it was like and how fast prices pump during the peak bull times?
What coins are you holding now? Remember that not all altcoins are going to soar high during bull season. However it can bring more profit if you invest in hype alts because the peak can reach x1000 or more if you're lucky. Diversify your portfolio by holding Bitcoin, established alts and coins that didn't reach its ATH yet.

Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?
Have set target price to sell or if you're happy with the profit you made. Gaining is our goal here so taking profit would be depending on your plan, just don't be greedy.
856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do gambling addicts bother about the consequences of their actions? on: June 21, 2023, 11:56:47 AM
1. Do gambling addicts ever take a second thought on what the consequences of their actions can be not just to them but on those close to them?
2. Do they in reality genuinely feel any remorse about  how those affected by their actions might be feeling?
3. Or, are they a dispassionate victim of their own uncontrollable addictive gambling lifestyle?
Gambling addicts are aware of the consequences of their action. But because they're uncontrolled it's already hard to think of the right thing to do due to their eagerness to keep on playing to sustain their addiction. There's probably part in their minds to stop or feel guilty and have regrets. But because they're used to playing (regardless how and where they got their funds to gamble) they will continue to play to satisfy themselves as an addicted gambler.

An addict who is bothered for the aftermath and wants to overcome his/her addiction will do something to already stop. Taking it slowly is better with the help of people around showing great support through encouragement.
857  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: June 21, 2023, 10:43:31 AM
There are some casinos that would never mind on cheating there customers for so many reasons. Sometimes if we are not so observant, we might not know what is happening and how we are being cheated. This is one the reasons why some gamblers do prefer using multiple casinos to play bets and earn bonuses at the same time. I have seen casinos using the old traditional way to pay gamblers during withdrawals making withdrawal or funds to be very slow. It is advisable for us to always use different casinos so that we can know the ones that are still lagging behind the trend and technology.
Scam casinos will always try to cheat their customers in various ways, which has happened to many gamblers. We have to be careful in choosing the casino so we won't be fooled by the various promotions offered by the casino. Scam casinos will try to attract the attention of careless and unwary gamblers, especially since these scam casinos can provide bigger and more unreasonable bonuses to their customers. So only by being careful can we keep ourselves away from scam casinos and be calm in playing gambling.
The usual strategy of a scam casino is to offer an attractive and convincing bonus and promotions to lure the gamblers to play on their site. So if you're not doing your own research and just blindly signing up to a casino that got your attention then you'll likely fall victim.

On the other side having many options of casinos to play in is good because you'll know what platform is the best on their service. To avoid the casinos that are proven to be shady or have a plenty of existing accusations, always read the reviews of the gamblers who experienced playing on the particular site to be certain that you're dealing with the best site. We can avoid the scam sites if we're careful and taking time to research before playing.
858  Economy / Economics / Re: Rent or buy real estate - let's have a debate on: June 21, 2023, 12:24:05 AM
What will be the best route to take? Buy the property or stay in a rented place?
This depends on what's beneficial on each individual's situation. Some people prefer to keep on renting because it has an advantage and usually because it's near from work and buying a property at such place is quite expensive. While a cheap property is located far and you'll spend time for transportation which is a disadvantage for a worker.

Well, if i'm capable to buy a property I will do it, because it means you can call it your own and it's an asset. While if you rent, even it takes years, your payment will go for nothing though it might be convenient for many reasons (cheaper rent, near from work etc.). So the decision will depend on what you prefer and of course more wise and beneficial.
859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 20, 2023, 09:13:24 AM
What is the possibility of the betting agent getting his money soon/considering the gambler's low-income earnings?
If the worker is willing to pay his debt they can settle this through installment even it takes a few days to be fully paid. For the question who is to blame here, well both because why the agent lend money knowing that the worker is short of money and has low income. If you're doing business you will be wise to ask for collateral to be certain that you'll get paid. In this situation the worker already run from gambling to escape from his debt and this is intentional.

On the other side, the worker as well is at fault since he borrowed money to gamble which is discourage if you'll play. Now he has to face the consequence of his action.
860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: June 20, 2023, 08:05:20 AM
It is not always easy to accept the loss and move on in gambling. It also depends on how much was used to bey. Some people do.not bey with what they can afford to lose. They stake very high and that is why it is always difficult for them to move on when they lose it. They will continue by chasing their losses by taking some revenge betting which never ended well.
When you gamble with any amount you can afford to lose and take gambling as a fun rather than an investment opportunity, you can always move on whenever you lose.
The main difference between those which gamble for fun and those which gamble to get money is their ability to move on once they lose, those which see gambling as just another hobby can accept their losses and then do something else with their time, but those which want to make it a profession cannot accept the fact they lost money, so they keep gambling hoping to recover what they lost only to face disastrous results as they gamble money they cannot really afford to lose.
Exactly. If you gamble only to have fun it's easy to accept the losses since you're not expecting anything but to entertain yourself. That's how we should treat gambling so it can't affect us negatively. It's easy to move on and return playing again because you're just doing it to kill time. The problem for other gamblers are they're playing to get money using the amount that they can't afford to lose even it's not guaranteed to win. Then will have regrets if they lose and will try to chase the losses, and the start of becoming addicted.

It's been said many times to not gamble with a main goal to win, this is to not get disappointed. Because once you gamble your money the risk of losing it is possible.
