The silence is deafening.  It is a good time to trade volatility, hey? It never runs away from you.  Boring for speculators, though.

I thought we were leaving smooth's post to linger last but not least for maximum effect.    Cheesy

I thought we were waiting for multi-sig, ledger or another walonek post--not sure where to rank those in importance.

Dear developers! Are you going to work on a project, ha?

There is only PJ and I'm fairly certain he doesn't read BTC threads (or work on the game much). As far as Speed's search, there haven't been any updates.

Also, feel free to use your real account, no real reason to hide behind a noob account  Wink

So, am I right, that for now there is no chance to take back from project any xmr else?

Think we have a communication barrier.  I'm not saying the project is failed or you can't deposit/withdrawal/trade M3. I'm merely pointing out that PJ doesn't work on the game much and doesn't read BCT.

OK! Can I ask you - can I directly change somehow all my acc to XMR?

M hasn't = XMR for over a year now. Monero (XMR) is represented by a tradable item in the game called M3. You can withdraw M3 if you have them. You need to contact iluvbitoins if you want to withdraw M3 as he runs the M3 depository.

I have done a long, deep and intensive research over days and weeks just in case to diversify a small part of my investments into potential interesting projects/coins. Beside ETH (which wont make any really big gains any more) and XMR I only could find IOTA interesting, while still very experimental. Everything else is damn useless bullshit I would never put a cent in. Even BTC is a bad joke from fork to fork it is becoming just an expensive, overvalued and slow altcoin with no special features.

Simply happy to be invested in XMR.

Would be tough to dig deep enough into coinmarketcap.com to find spectre, but if Sarang finds it interesting, I'm at least paying attention even if it just to see if it helps Monero https://forum.getmonero.org/9/work-in-progress/87856/hire-mathematician-and-computational-physicist-to-join-research-team?page=&noscroll=1#post-92875

What a strength. What a power. 6% bounce after 1 month downtrend LOL. Any other coin performs better.

You said there would be a fiat exodus, so you were wrong. Try to spin it and you'll just make yourself dizzy.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 22, 2017, 05:43:05 PM
Looks like some have figured out that the move will be out of Bitcoin and into alts and are adjusting their stacks accordingly. Next few days should be interesting to say the least.

If someone goes to alts to adjust the market supply then how all the altcoins price started falling from the past two days. Like all coins even Monero also fall back around 2 to 5 percent in the difficulty graph. Now little adjustment and price little bumps up in the every altcoins graph. Will it good to go at anytime in Monero? Neo is most focused coin among all coins.

Not sure what you're asking. But if you're asking me to explain my comment, there was a tiny bump in alts with similar dip in btc, so I interpret that as acknowledgment from some that recent gains may not be inline with their prediction of the fork. It will be interesting to see who gets it right and how the market reacts.

I've been following this thread for sometime, I'm starting to think walonek is the only one here who knows what he's talking about.
Looking at some of the past comments predicting what XMR will be around now while re-assuring are sounding hopeful without substance.

If only John McAfee could start doing some promo again.

I love that he thinks this works. It's like he has OCD and thinks flipping the light switch 3 times wards off bad luck.  Roll Eyes

Monero will fall below litecoin  ... $60

Why?
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 21, 2017, 03:53:26 AM
Good time to buy-in I guess, since everybody is selling to horde on BTC Cheesy

It's going to be f'ugly if the fork is already priced-in. Good time to be a contrarian.

1 Sell alt at bottom
2 buy btc
3 get 3% gain in free coins
4 buy back alt 20% higher
5 ...
6 profit  Huh

shit + fan = 5

Can somebody give me his advice? I was researching privacy coins and it come down to two XMR and ZCoin (XZC), and as far as I understand XZC is pretty good. It also has small marketcap the problem is only with not big community... So where to invest XMR or XZC? Thanks in advance and apologies if im in the wrong thread...

Hodling since ICO. This is one of my best gainers.
What ICO? This is Monero, not some charade with a fancy website promising to suck your dick if you give them your bitcoins.

He bought Monero in their ICO, in the past.

I think you mean in an alternate timeline.
915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 17, 2017, 07:36:28 PM

So... Moroneros do you still sit in noMore?

Dude... WTF do U think, srsly?

Isn't it abundantly clear (to even an obvious thick-head troll like you) that we-here are mostly all long-term XMR HODLers?

We don't CARE much at all around here about the small daily dip&pops. We wait patiently for those epic beautiful tall tall TALL green candles -- which then tend to set new, solid, higher-up FLOORS -- once or twice a year, as they come.

Go try spreading your day-trader gambler FUD somewhere else LOL  Cheesy

The only regret I have is that I didn't hodl more Sad

New Monero-Only DNM marketplace:

https://www.deepdotweb.com/marketplace-directory/listing/libertas-market/

I've become somewhat less excited about the potential that DNM's have to push Monero's price. It seems that they are all, at some point or other, congenitally designed to exit scam. Inevitably - and it seems this is already happening - people will get fed up of getting screwed and move on to some other way of obtaining what they want.

I'm pretty sure that going to the streets would be more hazardous and not eliminate the risk of getting ripped off. Still not sure why people leave so much money on DMs when the history of scams is so well documented. My guess is vendors limit their liability to an acceptable level, but need to complain when it actually happens.

I was thinking more along the lines of decentralized markets like Open Bazaar.

Gotcha, makes sense now.

Not sure how many buyers want to download a market. Though if enough vendors moved that direction, they'd likely follow the goods. I read there's a OB version upcoming that doesn't require downloading, so that should show if my opinion is reality based or not.
