Any colours, text beside it, really nothing you are going to give us other than your username?
Maybe orange and blue and black, or some other contrasting colors. I like gradients and patterns as well. I don't want it to say anything else, just to be a visually memorable logo for my forum identity, so to speak. There are no needed links, this is purely a vanity signature! Thank you all, I am looking forward to some ideas.

I'M IN
50 Monero...how much worth as BTC ?
50 XMR is worth about $50 right now
|
|
|
this is very simple. i just want a cool looking signature that says "saddambitcoin".
i will be awarding 50 Monero (XMR) for my favorite signature design, which i will use for an indefinite period of time on bitcointalk.
Guidelines: I like the creative designs and tasteful use of colors like the Win88 and DiceBitcoin campaigns recently. Something that pushes the boundaries of what can be done with a Hero Member account as well. Something bold and striking.
Rules: I reserve the right to end the contest at any time when I pick the winner.

I think the game will be fun, which is something the crypto community lacks. I also grew up playing PC games in the 80s and 90s, probably most of us in this nerd filled forum have as well, unless you were not born yet.
Look how SatoshiDice brought Bitcoin some fun activity in 2012, inspiring economic growth along with SR. Now, many alternate currencies also try these first milestones for economic adoption: dark markets and gambling sites. But who is to say those outlets have to be the initial catalyst to attract a userbase? They are quite exclusive. A game is something all ages can play and it is not illegal.

Hello, I am trying to restore a wallet via the command: "--restore-deterministic-wallet" as described here: https://monerotalk.org/t/bounty-create-a-useful-tutorial-on-how-to-setup-monero-closed/13/4I am opening a cmd dialog in windows, changing to the monero folder, and then typing: "simplewallet.exe --restore-deterministic-wallet *words*". However, nothing seems to happen, I get to the same opening text as if I had just started simplewallet, e.g. "Specify wallet name... if the wallet doesn't exist..." Any tips? Keep going, after you decide on a filename for the new wallet it will ask you for the electrum seed and the wallet will be restored. I too was confused by this at first.

Time for that breakout? Probably and hopefully. We are waiting bull market for a long time. Finally sub 200k XMR for sale. Perhaps the announcement of Crypto Kingdom has incited a rush on Monero.

rised 20%
no, i don't think it did rise 20% but you made me check. nothing is surprising for me at this point. lol

It seems that someone with a lot of XMR wants to keep the price down. 300k XMR on the books at Polo.
I don't understand why anyone would sell Monero under 0.004.

Someone is quietly buying up XMR with 3-4 BTC orders at 0.003 then replenishing after they get filled...Warz?

Interesting, XMR is the only coin in the top 15 (it is 4th) without a BTC address listed to pay for votes. https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes/Shows how well it actually is doing... IAS You can still buy cryptsy point to vote, but indeed interesting to see. Also #2 and #3 are pretty much dead if you look at coinmarketcap.com. Are you sure you can buy cryptsy points? I didn't see any way to do so. I read that the way to earn them is by trading. See for yourself here: https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes/Alternatively, we are also accepting CryptsyPoints as part of our paid vote program (5 votes per CryptsyPoint). After you cast your free vote, you will then have the option to vote again with your CryptsyPoints as often as you like. i don't use cryptsy but i think what pa is asking is "how are cryptsypoints obtained?" as far as i can tell you cannot buy them directly, they are earned as a bonus from trading and holding funds on cryptsy. therefore, these are not necessarily "paid votes" in my book, as outsiders cannot artificially drive up votes, they have to come from real cryptsy users. edit: i was corrected, i see you can buy them here. https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/120

I don't know why they are too late to the game but it's good for them to add XMR finally.
i remember reading somewhere back in june around the mintpal pump that cryptsy thought there was some vulnerability with monero and CN coins. so now they must find the coin to be suitable, or they just had a good buying opportunity. can't remember where i found this but it is perhaps buried within this thread

xmr added to cryptsy voting list. i guess that means whatever issues they had with monero have been solved. rally imminent? vote here: https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes
