be.open, this is for you.
What you are quoting is evidence of how much Ukraine is afraid of the increase in the number of Russian contingents participating in the special operation. The only advantage of Ukraine is rapidly fading, and the counteroffensive on all fronts has already bogged down.

Shall we give the same credibility to this "information" from you as usual, or should we somehow think that this time, really really really there is something else than wishful thinking.

Meanwhile... Ukrainian citizens are abducted from Kherson, no doubt due to all those "suicidal charges" and the "bogged down" offensive. Is not like if Putin's Orcs were counting on loosing the city.. right?

...

Just as an aside, two nights ago I had a dream that 'they' came to my house to tell me that I was being called back into the military.  I blew up and was saying "Are you kidding me?  I'm over fifty fuckin years old!"  I was pissed off enough that it woke me up and thus is why I remembered that part of the dream.

Another thing I remembered is that the most credible information about the actual Russian forces right before the 'special military operation' indicated that they would not have enough to do much against Ukraine (which did indeed have a fairly large and capable military.)  Coupled with the absurd lies and obvious stagecraft propaganda barrage from Kiev, I went through a brief period of doubt about whether there even was an 'invasion' at all
....

Oh do not worry. Adolf Putin would not send you to Ukraine would he? There is no reason to be afraid, because he would not change the law to make you "draftable" again would he? He is always honest, fair and only has your interest in mind... sleep well.

Dying in Ukraine is just for you friends, their sons, people in your city... but that is all right because it is not you, so no problem. You can keep calling for war and defending the invasion at no risk.
1442  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: November 01, 2022, 11:34:10 PM
be.open, this is for you. You have gone very shy after "precision posting" all the Ukrainian front collapses and glorious achievements of the Orc army that are no longer there . You are probably now figuring out how to avoid being sent to receive blasts of the glory that you have prescribed to others, so I am going to help you and anyone that prefers to be a chairborne fighter:

https://visitukraine.today/blog/928/how-not-to-join-the-russian-army-or-surrender-step-by-step-instructions-for-the-occupiers

Quote
What to do if you are mobilized to the Russian army in the temporarily occupied territory of the Crimean peninsula?

• By all available means, try to avoid or sabotage the mobilization.

• Avoid personal delivery of summonses and calls from the occupation military registration and enlistment offices. As long as you have not received a summons, you are not considered to have been notified.

• Official summonses may also arrive in Russian mobile applications of admin service, so delete these applications or "lose" your smartphone - change your phone number or temporarily stop using it.

• If there is an opportunity to leave the territory of occupied Crimea and Russia, do it immediately, go to any other country. Be sure to check whether there are no roadblocks on your way and whether your exit is blocked through.

• If you cannot leave, try to hide on Russian territory. But be aware of possible risks: there are CCTV cameras with facial recognition on the streets of Russian cities - if possible, avoid public spaces where they are installed.

• If you did not manage to leave Crimea - temporarily change your place of residence and do not inform anyone about it in any way, do not open the door to strangers.

What to do if you do receive a summons?

Do not go straight to the enlistment office, try to "get lost" or sick again. Check the list of diseases or injuries that, according to the Russian law, will allow you to avoid mobilization or postpone it - this is not a hundred percent guarantee, but there is a chance that you will not pass the medical commission. For a list of illnesses, see the appendix to the regulations on military-medical examination, approved by State Duma Decree No. 565 on July 4, 2013.

In the case, if they came to your home, called, met you on the street - do not refuse the draft, but justify the reasons why you can not come to the enlistment office for the time being. For example: health status, constant care for loved ones with an inadequate state of health, guardian or custodian status of minor siblings, motherless child-rearing, having two or more children, full-time education in educational institutions, having a child and a pregnant wife, and so on.

And now, if you could not avoid it, you still have a chance of getting off the hook, but do it safely. Safety is just a call away:

Quote
Attention! There is a 24-hour hotline of the Coordinating Staff for the Treatment of Prisoners of War for Russian military personnel who want to surrender. The military men and their relatives can refer to it at +38 066 580 34 98 and +38 093 119 29 84 (24 hours).

How to surrender if you are alone?

• Unbuckle the magazine and hang the weapon on your left shoulder with the barrel down

• Raise and show your empty hands

• Pull up the white cloth.

• Shout loudly, "Zdayusʹ!"

• Approach on command.

• Comply with the demands of the Ukrainians

How to surrender to a group or an entire unit?

• Stack all weapons in front of you at a distant distance.

• Stand directly in front of the military equipment. Silence it; it should not be in a fighting position.

• Choose a negotiator to notify the Ukrainian military of their desire to surrender. This should be an officer or the most senior in rank. With a white flag and no weapons

Right now in Russia the fine for not showing up after receiving the mobilization subpoena (or explicitly refusing the receipt thereof) is 3000 rubles, i.e. ~$50. Not being home when they deliver it has no consequences AFAIK. There were some reports of police checkpoints at subway stations etc but again, that's just for subpoenas - one can refuse to take it, or take it and still choose to not go. There is no criminal penalty, not for the subpoena part anyway.

However deserting after being mobilized (i.e. after you show up as requested by the subpoena and pass the medical exam etc) is a crime. It's also a crime to not show up for the annual draft. This is where it gets a bit murky, because draftees are not supposed to be sent to foreign wars but now that Russia proclaimed the annexations it's no longer "foreign" and never was officially a "war"... Draft starts today, remains to be seen how that goes.

I'd say the mobilized cannon fodder are more idiots than slaves. $50 seems like a good deal for staying alive. On the other hand, the promised salary of $3000 per month is A LOT of money in most places in Russia outside of Moscow / St. Pete. So... greedy idiots?

There is something here that does not match. If it is that easy as simply saying "I refuse this suspiciously camouflaged-tinted envelope which reads "Ministry of Defence - Recruiting section" why are people flying right after the draft is announced? What would you say about the news about people fleeing to avoid the draft? They do not have the 50?

There may be people who may simply not know that they can just not go to the office?

Quote
An estimated 400,000 Russians have fled to nearby countries like Kazakhstan, Georgia, Mongolia—as well as the European Union and countries further afield like Turkey—since the draft was announced in late September,

https://www.forbes.com/sites/roberthart/2022/10/04/russians-use-drastic-measures-to-avoid-putins-military-draft-including-self-mutilation/?sh=215f64d46d1b

Switzerland has a civil service time for all their men. It's almost the same as a draft for war or any other purpose.

...

Switzerland does not have any permanent army, except those clowny guys that "protect the Pope" since centuries ago... and with same weapons as centuries ago. So, yes they do have to spend a few summers training and the like. However, I am yet to see the Swiss Federation sending any soldiers to a war in another country. I am sure you get the difference.

US effectively did so during Vietnam, I am sure you remember the backslash and the social unrest. Why would you think this is different... well, is not, is equally bad. However, there are a couple of things that do not make sense:
- We are not in the fifties. People do not accept blindly to be sent to die unless they are really convinced or they are pro soldiers.
- Modern armies are not based in numbers of poorly trained soldiers, but in less people with much better training and knowledge. For each person fighting, there is nearly one other on the logistics, preparation, training and support.

Hence, I still believe that sending people to the front that would rather not go, for a war that is not defensive, is similar to slavery.

1444  Other / Politics & Society / Slave soldiers? on: October 31, 2022, 11:48:27 PM
Most of us have heard about the child soldiers in some conflicts in Africa and even a while ago in Latin America. However I would like to ask you guys if you consider a forced conscript pretty much the same as a slave.

I am asking because the RF is now forcing people to become soldiers under threat of being sent to prison and they are being sent sometimes with just days of training and obsolete and malfunctioning equipment to fight in the war in Ukraine. For me, these soldiers are just slaves. They are not defending their country or trying to save the lives of their loved ones, they are just accepting being sent to kill and die for no good reason.
1445  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: October 31, 2022, 11:38:16 PM

You argued there was no war, just like Putin. "It's all just fear mongering by the West."

This is a valid observation and did happen in the first few days or weeks of the 'special military operation' as well as long before.  For many years we've been inundated with fake stories that the Russians have crossed into Ukraine, or are amassing and are going to do so in a few minutes. ...

Fake, you mean like not having to irregular army corps fighting under RF command in the Donbas? "That type of fake"? Or is it more like the RF did not send troops to invade Crimea in 2014 - troops which would not even say who did they represent or on whose behalf were there?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_in_Donbas_(2014–2022)#:~:text=Russia%20officially%20recognized%20the%20DPR,large-scale%20invasion%20of%20Ukraine.

Quote
while other Western and Ukrainian officials called it a Russian "stealth invasion".[39] Russia's official position on the presence of Russian forces in the Donbas has been vague; while official bodies have denied the presence of "regular armed forces" in Ukraine, it has on many occasions confirmed the presence of "military specialists", along with other euphemisms, usually accompanied by an argument that Russia "was forced" to deploy them to "defend the Russian-speaking population."[

Quote
Despite this, the area remained a war zone, with dozens of soldiers and civilians killed each month.[49] In 2017, on average one Ukrainian soldier died in combat every three days,[50] with an estimated 6,000 Russian and 40,000 separatist troops in the region.[51][52] By the end of 2017, the OSCE observatory mission had counted around 30,000 individuals in military gear crossing from Russia to the Donbas at the two border checkpoints it was allowed to monitor.[53] The OSCE has also documented many cases of military convoys crossing from Russia into the occupied Donbas on dirt roads, away from official border crossings and usually at night.[54]

You are a cynic. Anything you post here is pure propaganda and disinformation. And yes, propaganda precisely in the sense that is not factual, that is distorted to the point of not representing a real state of events or situations. Again, you lie even in definitions.

There is a great thing about you posting here. Nobody in any well informed country believes you. What you do makes people who live and want to keep living free of people like you support Ukraine even more eagerly - so, thank you. Keep up the shit, but was your hands after posting.

Keep going. We'd all love to see you give yourself enough rope to hang yourself... again.

Cool
I am not sure why the comments like this are not deleted?
I believe you have good terms with authorities - that is why you suggest people this kind of act  ... Lets get back to the discussion everyone

I like how you conveniently leave out that "their own" hydro and nuclear plants, are actually fully controlled and claimed by Russia to now be totally Russian and don't provide any electricity to Ukraine anymore. But your target audience don't really need to know these inconvenient facts at all right? Why even attempt to be objective when you can just keep on pushing your agenda.

See it's only a loaded question for people spreading propaganda, as by definition they can't even discuss negative outcomes or the precursors to them, where objective people can discuss anything. I for one can and did easily state that if Ukraine in total is still taking land in January, Russia might be loosing, or if Ukraine gets tanks and trillions in new commitment to counter RU mobilization (instead of just warm scarfs, gloves and more ammo) it's another indicator of escalation to which RU's only options are either a tactical nuclear response or a total collapse. See how easy it is when you're not just spreading propaganda?

Another wall, another simple answer:

- Hope for liberty is never in vain. Fighting for liberty is possibly the only fight that makes sense for humans and, apart from mere survival, one of the few reasons to put your life on the line. This is over and over the same idea "surrender because you cannot win", which after what is happening in the fronts, makes no sense.

- The dam belongs to Ukraine, so it is Ukrainians dam. It is temporarily leased on favourable terms to the Slave Orc Army, but the Ukrainian army, after the advances in the las 5 days which all the trolls here are trying not to mention, is at 54 kilometres from it and about to evict the tenant for bad behaviour.  Destroying it would provide no benefit to Ukraine and would hinder the current offensive more than help.

- Meanwhile, the RF attacked the electrical infrastructure but seemed quite surprised to see their assets attacked at Sevastopol.

The "surrender" idea is each day more of a stupid argument, and while you can repeat it over and over, the fighting disproves completely the idea of the "invincible RF army" - more now becoming the "army from the 90's that showed its true pathetic capabilities".

I think that given your love for life and desire not to cause unnecessary suffering - how human of you - you should start addressing the Slave Orc Army to surrender to avoid getting burnt and blasted in their T-60s. Or is it that you only care about the "poor" Ukrainians?

Remember how Kremlin blamed the US for the Nordstream explosions? And the fifteen ruble brigade here proved it using tweets from some Polish dude and similar investigative tools.

Well, no one remembers that, not even Kremlin itself, because apparently that never happened. They've always known that Brits did it and Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia. I wonder if posts will get deleted in this thread or some mental gymnastics will be employed to switch the narrative.
USA, UK - what's the difference? In the aspect of Russophobia against the background of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, those and those Anglo-Saxons (as well as Australia, New Zealand and Canada, except for Quebec).

The attack on Nord Stream is more beneficial for the US than for the UK (because it seems that the UK also had a branch from one of the branches of the Nord Stream), but both could technically implement it. It’s bad that Russia was not allowed to investigate in hot pursuit, but the wreckage of an underwater drone from the bay of Sevastopol points to the UK, and that it was launched from a humanitarian corridor for the export of grain. In principle, nothing surprising, in Russia there is even a stable phraseological unit "aнгличaнкa гaдит".

Adolf Putin and his aggression of Ukraine does not represent any culture, certainly it does not represent any Eastern culture nor any of the achievement of the people of Russia and the regions and republics belonging to the RF. He is trying to be a page in history and he is using the people of the RF to achieve his egotistic and maniac purposes.

Killing is not a culture, mass-graving is not a culture, bombing civilians is not a culture. Adolf Putin is using the noble patriotism of the people from Russia to steal more and in a vain attempt to be anything else but a corrupted kleptocracy leader. He will only be a short paragraph in the books - he who finally showed that that the strength of Russia was there no-more.

RE ghost of Kiev, the first time I hear about it was from an Ukrainian living elsewhere. My answer was "every nation needs their hope".
True or not matters nothing, RF warplanes are a rarity in Ukraine as of now.
...

Lol!  You really don't see anything wrong with that, do you?  The little wrinkle in your (seemingly almost universal to Ukrainian) strategy is that once you are an admitted (and proud of it!) liar, nobody believes anything you say.  Even when it happens to be factual.

On top of that, the people of Ukraine need your kind of 'hope' like they need a hole in the head.  This false hope has resulted in the death and displacement of probably millions by now and a significantly shrunken area called 'Ukraine', and things promise to get worse from here.  I get the strong sense that that is exactly the goal of a lot of you pricks and your inane bullshit.  Possibly every one of you.  It's interesting that 'your type' seem to have such a strong correlation with the 'merit point cycling club' merry band of influencer retards.

I am actually surprised that you find that wrong, after the fakes and false claims you are making in the forum LOL. You are such a cynic.

For example, one of your favourites here: it is much better to submit to Adolf Putin and wait for the order from Moscow to create a Holodomor, a new Chernobyl or to recruiting your young men by force to send them to his next war of aggression - "because if not it will be bad for them", do not tell people to resist because they get killed... Yes, you care so much for Ukrainians, so humanitarian... but at the same time Adolf Putin is doing what he must killing them, there is nothing wrong with that. Yeah... such a cynic.

I am not even sure if you are a cynic or you have been for so long under Adolf Putin's thumb that you have abandoned any hope of being free ever - that you have lost the ability to understand anything else but force and that you have become forever a willingly slave of the Kleptocrats. Get your pay.

BTW, if you change your trolling career, do not go into nationality guessing. Nor anything else for that matter petty farm-troll with a reduced area of something resembling a human brain.

...

The Pentagon’s new “National Defense Strategy” has rejected all limits on using nuclear weapons in the event that Putin refuses to obey its orders to leave Ukraine’s biological weapons laboratories, money laundering operations, and whatever other deep state operations are taking place there alone.

Cool

BA, may I see the Pentagon document, publication, declaration or any other form of communication in which anyone of the right rank has expressed that there will be not restrictions on the use of the NA in case Putin does not pull out? I mean, unless this is as fake as everything else you write.

Also, same for any official source from the Pentagon speaking about bio-labs in Ukraine? Unless, fake-as-usual.

A nice collection. Gambling is were live in every era in many ways which you described very well. Now we can see the gambling is very easy. Doesn't matter which kind of casinos you are using. These casinos legal and verified and terms and conditions. Las Vegas is full of offline casinos and many others are full of this. And online we can find many casinos and very easy to access.
We have been very fortunate to live in an age that provides access to online gambling so that we can visit any casino we want.
This makes the history of gambling more developed in today's era and attracts more and more people to try it.
But this day and age, with all the conveniences we get, brings many new problems, including gambling addiction, depression, poverty, and so on.
We have to deal with this by always having good self-control so we don't get caught up in endless gambling.
Yes of course. We are getting more problems now. One more thing which I want to add and I think we are facing it a lot. That's emotion over controlled. Too much addiction leads us to many curious diseases. One of them people lose the control on their emotions. They try to beat anyone with out any reason. And try to talk with their selves.

It is just because of online casinos. Because these are available at anytime at anywhere.
There are many gamblers who lose in gambling back to back, some times some times he started to gamble panicky for recovering the loss. Betting more and more keep you at greater risk. As a result disaster is certain at any time. If you lose in land based casino, where you can control in any way, but due to gambling alone in online based casino, there is a possibility of losing all your money in gambling as we have the felicity to deposit in online.

You need to make sure that you stick to your gambling budget if you have ever experienced that type of situation. No if no buts no excuses, you just stick to it and even have a friend controlling it for you if you really cannot deal with it on your own. Speaking on the history of gambling, there are many cases in which people very successful i other matters destroy their lives for betting inadequately.

Using NFTs in gambling makes no sense to me because there is no use to for NFT on a gambling platform in the first place, some are saying NFTs can be gifted to gamblers or can make gamblers want to play games on the platform just to win an NFT but how will such NFTs have value? This is why I think it's a bad idea.

Well, NFT and gambling are totally different things, but new gambling sites may offer NFT platforms within the gambling platform. They do this because they think that those who are interested in NFT will come to a gambling site and may gamble also while buying and selling NFTs. Similarly, they will market the NFT by saying that the gambling site is offering value added services like NFT trading, etc. By the way, I am not in favor of getting all the services under one roof (site).

I think joining NFT and gambling makes perfect sense. There are several ways you can apply NFTs to create a more interesting gambling platform just in the same way that you can use them for gaming platforms (sometimes the distinction between the two is not that clear). An NFT can be used as object to bet, similar to money or a nstake, could be used to represent features of the gambling such as special cards.

^^^ But Putin isn't talking about radioactive substances. He's talking about nuclear weapons used in war.

Cool

No, he said something technically false. Polonium is radioactive, was used by himself and the terrorist attack (yes, that is terrorism) was carried out in a foreign country.

Anyway, the bottom line is correct, only the US, to date, has used a nuclear bomb attack intentionally on another country under the pretext of "ending the war sooner". Many historians have concluded that the attacks at H & N were not really necessary and were not that conclusive to and end of the war.

I guess another of Putin's achievements has been to allow the US to test, in a similar fashion, their latest killing inventions on the slave army.

RE, blowing of the dam, the news I have (and I do not give much credit either) is that the RF has been considering blowing it up, as it would create a barrier to the Ukrainian current advance in the form of a wasteland of mud. If that happens, it would be when Ukrainian troops get closer and would be fake-informed as an Ukrainian doing.

For Ukraine, there is no strategic, tactical, economical, logistical or even retaliatory value in blowing up Kakhovka dam. There are however excellent reasons to take it intact - including the 357 MW electric generation capability. In terms of getting "even", well, I think Ukraine is trying to avoid that type of answer (I think that their "uncles in the West" are doing a good work at keeping their minds cold).

Putin: The only country in the world that has used nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear state is the United States of America

Technically, Polonium-210 is a radioactive substance, and Adolf Putin used it in the UK in 2006, when killing Litvinenko.

Quote
A prominent critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, he advised British intelligence and coined the term "mafia state".[5]

In November 1998, Litvinenko and several other FSB officers publicly accused their superiors of ordering the assassination of the Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky. Litvinenko was arrested the following March on charges of exceeding the authority of his position. He was acquitted in November 1999 but re-arrested before the charges were again dismissed in 2000. He fled with his family to London and was granted asylum in the United Kingdom...

...

On 1 November 2006, Litvinenko suddenly fell ill and was hospitalised after poisoning by polonium-210; he died from the poisoning on 23 November
...

A public inquiry began on 27 January 2015,[10] and concluded in January 2016 that Litvinenko's murder was carried out by the two suspects and that they were "probably" acting under the direction of the FSB and with the approval of president Vladimir Putin and then FSB director Nikolai Patrushev.

Sadly, the death of  Litvinenko confirms his own assertion of Putin's RF being a Mafia State.

Not that the British  do not like a good mass-murder to make sure "the lesson is not forgotten" (they used to learnt it that way at school at school too). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombing_of_Dresden_in_World_War_II

Quote
...
The bombing of Dresden was a joint British and American aerial bombing attack on the city of Dresden, the capital of the German state of Saxony, during World War II. In four raids between 13 and 15 February 1945, 772 heavy bombers of the Royal Air Force (RAF) and 527 of the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) dropped more than 3,900 tons of high-explosive bombs and incendiary devices on the city.[1] The bombing and the resulting firestorm destroyed more than 1,600 acres (6.5 km2) of the city centre.[2] An estimated 22,700[3] to 25,000[4] people were killed.[a]

...
Critics of the bombing have asserted that Dresden was a cultural landmark with little strategic significance, and that the attacks were indiscriminate area bombing and were not proportionate to the military gains.
...

To note, some less reliable sources set the toll at 200,000 killed. I wonder if they though "What is the need for a nuke, when you have phosphor?"

EDIT: I wonder if we should consider the radiation cloud from Chernobyl that was enjoyed by the children on northern and central Europe could be considered as a nuclear attack from the USSR to Europe. They certainly did not tell anyone what was happening - it was Sweden that detected it.

Quote
The initial evidence that a release of radioactive material had occurred came not from Soviet sources, but from Sweden, where on 28 April[17] (two days after the disaster itself) workers at the Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant (approximately 1100 km from the Chernobyl site) were found to have radioactive particles on their clothing.

At the risk of making this a serious thread instead of the clown circus that BA likes, I wonder how would an strategy to take Zapo nuclear plant would look like. It would require an encirclement of quite a length and laser precision in all an any action to avoid and invitation to a rad-party with a +20. It also would need to include a quite difficult river crossing.

I wonder if some independent-thinking psycho could even decide to win the war by himself - one does not get to own a red button every day you know.

Glad we finally found someone who can speak on behalf of the whole country. Now care to provide an example of a nations that don't want to join NATO (if there are any)? Do Belarusians want to join? Serbs? Taiwanese? Australians? How much resources would it take to "convince" a small nation that they want to join NATO? Is it a stable system, if you have a hegemony and global reserve currency what can possible stop you from endless expansion and consumption of more regions? Congrats you have a solution to perpetual word at war! Possible outcomes of conflict in Ukraine, either things go how they were prior to 2014, or Ukraine enters NATO and it starts all over, world gets dragged into the same thing but now to free people in Belarus because they just want to join NATO so muuch!

I guess if the masses don't question why would Russia shoot at the nuclear power plant that it controls, let people out of Mariupol before taking it over, or blow up their own gas pipeline before it's needed the most, they won't question why would UA's Major General of Defence Intelligence Agency want to take Nova Kakhovka dam under artillery fire control, or how exactly that would accelerate Russian withdrawal? I mean people still believe that Orc's just like to shoot at themselves for fun right?? Roll Eyes Or did CNN started to push RU propaganda?

Quote
The head of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence Agency, Major Gen. Kyrylo Budanov told CNN on Wednesday, “the Russians are trying to remove and take with them all the remains of their so-called ‘occupation administration’ from Kherson city and surrounding areas.”
...
Russia, he said, “realizes and understands the whole difficulty of their situation and they don’t want to be totally encircled.”

Budanov said the Russian withdrawal will accelerate when Ukraine “takes the Nova Kakhovka dam under our artillery fire control.”

“That’s why all our fighting units are moving towards both Kherson and Nova Kakhovka,” he added.

The "gas pipes" were blown up by the RF, international experts have expressed serious concerns about Zapo plant being blown as the RF does not accept a demilitarised zone around it. And, most importantly, the control of the dam is key for Crimea as it may restrict (or allow) the water supply, not something to blow up with artillery (another stupid theory - Ukraine blowing up the key to their hold over Crimea) and that is why it may have been mentioned.

Now, go back to the drawing board of your alternate reality. BTW, curiously and as of now, your link points to this headline:

Ukraine's military intelligence says Russia is reinforcing Kherson with recruits as "cannon fodder"
From CNN's Nic Robertson in Kyiv
Ukraine’s military intelligence says Russia continues to remove its “occupation administration” from the southern Kherson region but is reinforcing the city with recently mobilized recruits and suggests they are being used as “cannon fodder.”

Ah such a concise and clear explanation, so general wants to take the damn under artillery fire because it's a key for Crimea and that's why it'll accelerate Russian withdrawal? Clear as mud, but who cares just need to arrange words in a somewhat readable sentence, targeted audience can't think for themselves anyway.

Quote
"I don't see them [the Russians] running away from Kherson. This is an information attack, I can't disclose everything. This is an attack so that we go there, so that we transfer our troops there from other dangerous directions. It was their [Russian] information operation. They [the Russians] are not ready to leave Kherson. But they know that if we succeed, they won't be able to leave. The Russians are aware of this problem and danger," Zelensky said.

Blowing the Soviet-era dam, which is controlled by Russia, would unleash a wall of devastating floodwater across much of the Kherson region which Russia last month proclaimed as annexed in the face of a Ukrainian advance.
https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/is-kakhovka-dam-ukraine-about-be-blown-2022-10-21/

I'm sure by "artillery fire control" what the general really meant was "to secure and provide safety for" and it will accelerate withdrawal because Russians will just piss their pants and run away from such provided safety to the damn! Right? I need this, please lie to me some more!

Ask any friend you have in the military why they want to have a dam they intend to eventually control firstly "in artillery range". Hint 1: When you are not in the enemy's artillery range, the enemy cannot shell your position to dust. Hint 2: if you are under shelling, it is usually a bad idea to stay there. Read carefully: Not the dam, the military positions around the dam. I hope this is correctly understood.

I just said why, but it aaaaalll right... I can say it again: Nearly all the water supply to Crimea comes from the canal on the east bank near the dam. The general is sending a clear message to the world: "The RF is about to loose a critical asset to hold the grip on Crimea".

I rarely say anything categorically, but on this case, it is very clear that it would ridiculously stupid for Ukraine to blow that dam. The sad thing is that, if it ever happens nobody would claim ownership of the f**kup.

Assuming you gamble on a mid to high-rated gambling website and you won big but they refuse to pay up, what and what are the legal way to make sure that the platform pays up your money?

The best thing you can do to yourself is to select a casino that it is not known for not paying out their users.
this is listed in gambling section and also can check in Scam section and reputation to clear if they are legit or have issues.

It is like giving your money to a bank that you are not aware if it is going to return them back or not.
giving to a bank can be refrain or at least return back because government will interfere or the authorities not like in Gambling that we can ask no one to help us.

Hopefully, we have bitcointalk and other forums that you can see reviews about casinos and other platforms and to be alerted where you invest your money.
this is not a Hope, because we already had Bitcointalk and forum members that knowledgeable how to verify scam sites.

Interesting how people kind of still trust banks  Grin Even after 2008 where all the loses were distributed among poor and rich alike whereas the directives of the banks that had been rescued were still getting bonus bigger than what most people would ever earn in their lives.

Yes Bitcointalk is a good reference point, if a site is scammy it will likely be detected. The contrary is also true, a trusted site advertised here is less likely to run a scam.

It's a martingale, like what the other members have said. It just seems to me that you are not aware that it was always a gambling strategy, and many people have won and lost using that strategy. It would help if you were careful about what you are doing because you might regret using it when it doesn't go in your favor in gambling.

You are right. This is exactly what I was talking about in a thread on Meta.

As for my strategy playing poker, nowadays it is based more on winning by NSDW than in the beginning, when I was winning by SDWs. Back then when there was a lot more fish and even the regulars didn't know how to play that much, just by raising strong hands, betting for value and not getting into problem situations it was easy to win. Much easier than today.

Nowadays if you don't steal like crazy and balance ranges you get eaten.

Strategies in pure chance games are nearly impossible. The house always wins and, when it does not win, throws you out (I mean, is not like in old Las Vegas where they will leave you in the desert with a punch in your face, or throw you down the stairs French casino style). Now, strategies are perfectly valid and in fact applied systematically in many games such as Poker, which actually admit them as part of the play.

The thread is getting old, and the conversation deviate far away the OP's intent. I do see quite alot of these hash games. But I wonder if its really a good platform to gamble on
site like hashloot dot com, 373hs dot com, bghash dot com etc.

Personally I tried and played for a while and here's my comments.
1) The downside is you are sending TRX to an unknown wallet address/smart contract.
2) The winning or losing is almost instant, not much anticipation or excitement there.
3) To get any bonus, you have to manually contact the customer service.

Verdict: I prefer to play on casino and sportsbook on legit platform sites, which involves much more excitement and guarantee

I am not even sure this is intended to be a proper betting. I personally would rather stick to human-interface sites (yep. my current sponsor is one of those) since the whole point of gambling is having a good time playing with the odds and find out how lucky you are that day. Those other sites that have everything so automated, in my very humble opinion are not intended for players but for individuals looking to cover fiscal stuff.

I believe that with the continuation of the special military operation, it becomes more and more urgent to carry out the de-Satanization of Ukraine.

First of all basic manual of survival for any slave conscripted into Adolf's Putin army: This is how it is done. Make sure the sheet is clean and does not look like camouflage:

https://youtu.be/br53bjIkehQ?t=1020

...  Ukraine is fighting at home with the backing of most developed countries.

The 'developed countries' gave the Ukroids just enough weapons to enter battle but not enough (of the right type) to make much of a difference and certainly not enough to win much of anything or kill many Rooskies.  Compounding this, Russian strategy seems to be to manage the locations of fighting to be where it is advantageous to them by simply withdrawing.  Again, 'Mongolian' tactics from _way_ back.

It's hard to hit dug in professional soldiers so the Ukroids seem to have more or less contented themselves by hammering away on civilian targets and populations where they can rack up more kills I guess.  Donesk especially.

I remain suspicious that Zelenski and Putin are to some degree working together to get rid of the apparently undesirable populations in certain areas of the Ukraine.  Those 'developed countries' are certainly doing their part in this effort. Whether the Russian deep-state is in on it or not, that's what's happening.  One spigot goes into refugee bucket and the other goes 6 feet under the ground.

Ah sure just enough ... yet here we are - RF loosing ground, thousands at the risk of encirclement and orcs sent to the front with not preparation. Some of the guys out here do not seem to grasp how heroically are they going to die. Like this one here:
https://youtu.be/iqx_-OHE1Hk?t=297 Oh the poor thing... he repeated each night to himself "I am safe in Putin's Russia, Surely Adolf Putin is not going to call the privileged to the army. That's only for the "lower species" in the poor forgotten and politically irrelevant regions."

If you question the world "developed" you probably would like to give your own definition of developed. Go look for anything reasonable that makes the RF look "developed" (PIB, per capita, wealth distribution,... even education and industrial production is failing through the cracks of corruption and kleptocracy).

I remains suspicious of the quality of the vodka your handlers are paying you with. However, I am going to give you something: Adolf Putin has done more for the US than any president of the US could have ever done.

manage the locations of fighting to be where it is advantageous to them by simply withdrawing

Solid strategy. I think Ural Mountains is a greatly advantageous location for fighting. Putin should fast forward to that.

I have heard that Kamchatka offers a better advantage, since they are counting on the winter winning the war for them - yes... that's right ... against Ukrainians.

...

It's hard to hit dug in professional soldiers so the Ukroids seem to have more or less contented themselves by hammering away on civilian targets and populations where they can rack up more kills I guess.  Donesk especially.

This needs a special paragraph on its own. Ukrainian are doing run-attacks, precisely you need to avoid densely populated areas, as this will thwart the strategy. If you go to (ye olde) Russian Strategy manual you will find that defences are structured into 3 layers, 5km, 15km and divisional reserves at 30km. This is done so that a penetration by the enemy does not end in full collapse. What the Ukrainian army is finding (they probably knew already thanks to "gospel from the skies") is that the RF army is like everything else in Adolf Putin's RF: Plenty of shell, nothing inside - There were no second lines, there were no noticeable divisional reserves. Ukraine forces have been only stopping to resupply, pretty much like a swimmer sticking his head out to take a breath.

I wonder how much empty land and hollowness in mind, soul and over the terrain are they going to find.

Petrol and Diesel prices in Germany as of yesterday:

Is there any product in the German supermarkets you want to know the price of? Or any other thing? Because some people here think that Germany is fucked and there is no way to escape and we are all gonna freeze to death, so the situation isn't like that and quality of life here is still high Smiley

F**ck, that is cheap compared to what I pay where I live now. I should be learning German, Ja.
