1581  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: August 31, 2022, 08:50:49 PM

Once a time gambling was centered around a large social event. Gambling house were made temporarily in places where there was a lot of crowd. But later on it became very popular with the people and occasionally gambling was organized. At that moment it starts to expand massively and settles well. Then it is also get legalized. And whenever gambling is conducted over the internet, it creates a world wide frenzy. Nowadays, people are gambling comfortably from their home.
History of gambling goes back to the ancient times.
Even in religious books there is so much references of the gambling - Hindu and chinese are very fond of gambling and they are good in it too.
For me I think there are different history of gambling which depends on era and region.
When you look at the asia history, you will see that it's quest different from the European gambling history and that of Egypt which is africa.
Difference regions with different history but looking at era and the type of gambling can make it different.

That is quite true, however there are also some similarities among the different regions and idiosyncrasies that you mention. While the details of the gambling and the games are very varied, particularly if you consider the games played in China and the fart East that seem to be quite different from the rest, the concept of betting as "setting a prediction" is common to all and very old.
1582  Economy / Gambling / Re: The latest cryptocurrency gambling on: August 31, 2022, 08:47:12 PM
I went through the site and I can see so many games available for interested players but I think he should great a better announcement thread for his casino if nothing had been done. The site looks real but I am not that familiar what some of the games available there. The site looks like a Chinese gambling site which could be cool if it has enough reputation to attract gamblers from the West.

ANN thread is a formal way of creating a casino thread where users could interact with the casino site's updates and will also be beneficial to the site because they could answer and clarify queries in case of confusion. It will also create a good impression on those who will get interested in the games and features that the site could offer.
if they can create ANN Thread then this is a formal showing of interest in crypto sites , and also we are in the section where many gamblers are seeking for place where to put our funds for playing and risking.
latest isn't necessary to trust instead it is our vision in old casinos to take a chance of playing with the support of old timer here in forum.

Yes, they are right, in fact, when an Ann thread is created on the site it is much easier for all the players to put their doubts and get answers to the questions, and we would also see more commitment from the owners, this is something that is remarkable.

However, when we analyze sites that do not have the mother tongue such as English, it is only local, whether it is Chinese, Arabic, whichever is different, it is a bit difficult to understand what they say, even so, when a translator is used, there are words that are translated wrong and this does not allow clarity about what they want to show, sometimes it is difficult to understand, and with just one translated word the whole context of a paragraph changes.
...

I agree with having an ANN thread as something required. Also, I am very familiar with problems in translation with a range of documents that sometimes can be quite complex. Particularly, legal conditions or sentences that have a legal or technical very specific meaning cannot be just translated as such, but they need to be interpreted to fully provide the context and true meaning.
1583  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker tournaments why tournaments in other games on: August 31, 2022, 08:42:13 PM
Professional poker players are more dedicated and well-focused on the game or should we say that they have an advantage when it comes to experience. Anyone could play poker but not anyone could be professional in it. It needs a further understanding of how to deal with the risks of this game and having a sense of responsibility at the same time. People prefer poker over other gambling games because its risk is more manageable than others.
Professional means that they get money from the poker. It becomes a job. Of course they well-focused and more experienced players. And they get advantage the same as in any other job - their experience helps to analyze situation on the table fast and predict the next steps of the opponents. When the common player need time to think what to do, the professional make his bet instantly. The most interesting situation is when several professionals plays. In such situation they begin to think. When i understood how it works i stopped play poker - just sometimes $5-10 for fun.

It is not only more focused or experienced, I recently listened to an interview with a professional (female BTW) poker player. She spoke about the preparation and how professionals understand the game. One of the key things is that they will be playing 7 hours a day, mostly against a computer, exploring different strategies and "lines of game". It is becoming even more professional since the internet.

VKcams.com don't you want to eat shit?
but will have to.

The next city is Ulan-Ude, the capital of Buryatia. Located somewhere in the fucking russia.
It is from there that putin drives the most Buryat soldiers to be slaughtered in the war with Ukraine.
Poverty and despondency emanates from personnel from Ulan-Ude. Apparently, this is why the Buryats go even to death, just not to live there.

https://twitter.com/kyiv_duke/status/1562577853320814593

Regardless of pictures, there is no doubt that not all RF is treated or considered equally. The political weight of the regions is minimal compared to Moscow and St Petersburg. That is by design, keeping this regions poor keeps an steady supply of desperate and hungry men that would rather join the RF army than live in their home counties. Also, the less money, the less influence.

The military spending in the RF is 11% of the GDP, which for a large country with a GNP similar to Italy cannot end in anything that is not deprivation and underdevelopment for most of it.
1585  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: August 30, 2022, 11:17:38 PM
There seem to be news of an increase of Ukrainian operations in the Kherson area. Bridges, command centres and depots seem to be having lots of RF soldiers smoking in forbidden areas.

Old one (pre-war) but worth reposting, mainly because it reminds me of countless hours spent in KSP Grin

Russian C300 committing suicide:

Loading...

It's a great example for all other Russian SAMs - which they are now repurposing for ground attacks but that's a whole other story - keep doing that, keep firing those defective outdated Soviet missiles and eventually one of them will go boomerang on you.

That was a terrorist attack from Ukrainian forces, that is a C-300 fired by Ukraine onto Ukraine, that is not a C300. That is caused by a chemical attack of the twisted Ukrainian spies and terrorist, that is just a test, that is not a missile, that is fake and photoshopped, the soldiers that fired it are well at home making love to nurses, that is due to a soldier smoking in the wrong place,...

All these assertions are true just because I say so and because it is on a RF telegram group and even if they all not all can be true at the same time you are a traitor for thinking otherwise.
1586  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War in Ethiopia, why is everyone silent? on: August 30, 2022, 12:43:32 AM
One well known problem about many wars, particularly in Africa, is the impossibility of covering the conflict without extreme risks to the lives of the journalists. There is a huge interest in not having unwanted nosey journalists around so that they can genocide or starve (like in Ethiopia) without the world knowing. People do have a limited interest, but even less if it is impossible to get news.

It is even worse in quite a few Latin American countries.
1587  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump for prison. on: August 27, 2022, 10:48:29 PM
Could somebody please list the bad things that Trump did? Please don't list opinions. Rather, list the real bad things he did. Also, mention whether or not Biden has done the same, and if Biden did it worse or not....

You don't get it. This is not about "good" and "bad", is about "legal" or "illegal". For example: Trying to press a governor to change the results of the elections: Illegal. Sending a mob to the Capitol: Illegal. And that is just the most evident an notorious because is public and has been investigated publicly, there must be piles of illegal doings just waiting to be uncovered once the guy looses the grip on the RP.
1588  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump for prison. on: August 27, 2022, 11:06:15 AM
My take is that Trump will never set foot on a prison. It is very likely that he has committed a number of crimes including sedition, treason and broken several federal rules. The obvious problem is that he has the RP under his thumb and seems to have an unlimited influence in some areas of the US and has the ability to install and depose candidates at will.

There is no way that the judiciary nor the legislative can deal with such an influence to the point of sending the guy to prison. Best case scenario (or worst for Grump Trump), he will get a sweet deal as long as he renounces his political career.

The topic has become too boring for me personally for at least a month, it does not deserve daily close attention.

Of course it's boring. Your fascist state continues its glorious genocidal traditions... nothing new. 22 dead in a missile attack on a train station.
If the Armed Forces of Ukraine stop hiding behind civilians as a human shield, there will be fewer civilian casualties.

And when the Russian army leaves Ukraine (Crimea and Donbas) there will be no civilian casualties.

Russians just need to go home. Stop attacking other countries.

The RF has a big problem that is creating a social issue in the RF and a spilling around like a massive hen poop pool spilling. It is called and oversized and poorly led army. Countries with large armies eventually become armies with a country attached and that means that their only purpose becomes waging war.

This is clearly the case in the RF. I am more and more getting the feeling that there is a disconnect between the "civil" authority (Adolf Putin) and the pyschos that lead the army. At this moment, the influence of the military in the RF means that the civil society has nothing to say on what happens and even becomes a tool to support the army.

This is similar to Prussia before WWI. For those who do not know, it does not end up well.

Yet here you are responding...

I think that these chairborne war enthusiast do not have any realistic "good news" to publish here, so they remain asleep or  as they would put it they are "precision-resting".

Meanwhile the US has pledged 3 additional Billions in aid and Adolf Putin has decided to increase the size of the army by 137000 orcs. In nominal terms the RF army exceed a million soldiers. Realistically, they cannot even field effectively even 200k as it has been proven in this unfortunate war.

So... dear chairborne soldiers... Where will all those new armed orcs come from? Will your friends and relatives be sent to gloriously get HIMARSed in the front?

The topic has become too boring for me personally for at least a month, it does not deserve daily close attention.

Of course it's boring. Your fascist state continues its glorious genocidal traditions... nothing new. 22 dead in a missile attack on a train station.

It is great that you do not want to pay attention to "accidents", maybe the RF chief psychos are following your advice.
I don't understand hints in a non-native language. Be direct about what you mean if you expect to get a straight to the point answer. If we are talking about Ukrainian sabotage in Crimea, then each of them only strengthens the label of a terrorist state in Ukraine. Keep up the good work and soon even the most Russophobic Western curators will turn their backs on Ukraine.

ps Meanwhile, the activity of the Russian army from the Donbass, Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions also expanded to the Mykolaiv region.

I do not expect much of an answer, but just to humour you, direct and clear: RF cannot defend the land that has stolen from Ukraine and is shameful to see how a theoretically superior army cannot achieve anything but marginal gains during the last months. Hope that is clear enough.

BTW, you have a severe misconception about what is terrorism. YOU ARE AT WAR. Sorry to use capitals, but is just so that you get it clear and direct. Any military installation is a legitimate target. What is classed as war crimes is rocketing civilians - RF brand style.
1591  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Dugin's daughter killed. Did she really say this? on: August 24, 2022, 11:16:20 PM
I saw compilation of videos with various here statements and she said lot of shit, like typical Russian propagandist. I don't remember that she said directly said that Ukrainians should be killed and destroyed, but here rhetoric indirectly tells it. Like in that video posted by @suchmoon.
But seems that she wasn't target, they wanted to kill her father. Though, daughter isn't much better than her father. Who did, it's interesting question. Maybe it was Ukrainian partizans who acted in similar way like Mossad. Maybe it's Russian NRA. Or maybe it was inside job.
But there is some strange things like smile of Dugin during funreal. In reports it was said that Dugina body got burned during explosion. But on funreal, her casket is open what is strange thing considering explosion:
https://mobile.twitter.com/AlexKokcharov/status/1562032251306663937

The daughter bares zero responsibility. Guilt by association should not be the standard for the death penalty, even if she's a fascist.
Completely disagree. She bares responsibility like all other propagandists. They all washing brains of Russian people for years, setting them against Ukrainians. They are reason why majority of Russians support this war. Maybe destroying them in such way isn't right thing, but it's nonsense to say that they're not responsible.

In my view, Russian supremacism is no different from Nazism. Believing in  a Nazi or a Russian Supremacist doctrine is not a crime in itself, but it has been historically proven that most nationalisms end up promoting the killing of others and the right of a certain nationality to enslave and destroy in the name of said supremacy.

This lady and his dad were educated people, they knew that these ideas end up causing deaths and justify inhumanity by classing humans as "animals", "nazis", "sub-humans". That is calling for extermination. From this psychological bombing to the real bombing only takes an oversized army that has too much of a hold on Putin.

As the relevance for the war... probably nil.

1592  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: August 24, 2022, 10:49:14 PM

Here is what is reported to have been said by the Russians on an official Telegram channel:

Code:
"July 31 this year Russian servicemen who performed tasks in the area of the village of
Vasilyevka, Zaporozhye region, were taken to a military hospital with signs of severe poisoning.
As a result of the survey, a poisonous substance, botulinum toxin type B, was found in the body
of military personnel," Russian Defence Ministry said in a post on Telegram.

"Evidence of chemical terrorism by the Kyiv regime will soon be formally forwarded to the OPCW
through the permanent mission of Russia," it added.

If it were me, I would be inclined to further add something like:

Code:
We take biological warfare attacks against Russia and it's allies very seriously and advise
non-combatants to vacate the central areas of Kiev and Lviv pending a complete
and fair resolution involving the OPCW of this matter.

If botulism or anthrax is used, its probably supplied by UK

Seriously? That is a very long jump from facts to conclusions, not that I would expect otherwise. However, even you must be aware that botulism is present in food that is not kept in proper conditions and has been there for quite a while.

Quote
Food-borne botulism results from contaminated food in which C. botulinum spores have been allowed to germinate in low-oxygen conditions. This typically occurs in improperly prepared home-canned food substances and fermented dishes without adequate salt or acidity.

Does any of this sound like something you could find in an RF army field ration?

But, hey, if what you are trying is to justify a chemical attack on Ukraine, you are on the right path.

I would also like to use this opportunity to congratulate our resident Kremlin apologists in this thread з днeм Heзaлeжнocтi Укpaїни and may your return to reality be long and painful. 1593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 24, 2022, 10:43:02 PM
Real Madrid will only sign players who they think are 'Top Players', not ordinary players.  At this time they were still calm, relaxed and not in a hurry.

Real Madrid will also only sign players if there is an opportunity like Camavinga experienced last year.
I don't feel there is a reason why real madrid should be uncalm or unrelaxed, real madrid have a very good and strong squad that will challenge for trophies this season, even though Casemiro has left the team they have not been too depleted because of his departure, and no need for any panic buying of ordinary players. Needless to say that there is another transfer window in January, so if they have problems before that time, they can sign players they need at that time.

True, the team is more stable than the average for this season and that is a good sign of confidence by the players and also the management. That is a key indication during the start of a season that things at least will start on the right foot. If you look at other competitor's finances you may see an even clearer picture. Regarding bets, in the end you need to weight the odds, not just always go for Madrid if the odds are too tight.
1594  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Biggest Wins with lowest risks in Casino History on: August 24, 2022, 10:36:20 PM
I think the title is a little misleading because it is not exactly the lowest risks. Although these users might have won such huge amounts on those bet amounts but may be the total amount they risked of the win would have been greater.
For example I am placing 1000 bets with each a bet amount of $2 and won $20000 in a bet.
People will say I risked $2 and won $20000 but in real my risk was $2000 instead.
I also think the same because the above wins are not for 1x bets but hundreds of bets that have been played without duration during the game to get the jackpot. Many risk warnings have been missed because details about risks are not explained in the contents of the post. But the important point is that it doesn't matter how low or high each bet is because anyone has the opportunity to get a high jackpot and potentially even enter the top 5 list of the highest wins, but don't forget the risk of losing high capital without us knowing the real facts of the highest winnings above.

Following these important opinions, then, it means that if it is possible to place bets on a slot machine like this, when does this type of promotion exist? Well, making 1000 bets with 2usd is something that seems very smart to me because you are covering the losses completely and it is impossible for those 1000 bets to lose all of them, I wonder if you change your bet to 4usd then it will be much more money than you would be winning.

But I have a doubt, if bets are made with these patterns, will the site not see this strange behavior? because it is very similar to the behavior of an intelligent bot.

If a player has 3 thousand dollars and he wants to spend it and it doesn't matter if he loses it, if he splits it in 3 days, playing exactly the same, isn't he considered suspicious? A player following his emotions the game will make him change his bet to be more than 1 dollar Is it just creating a situation that can arise, sometimes casinos can take these behaviors to track players and possibly ban them?

It does not seem possible to be honest, that is a very large number of bets from just that amount. There has to be some condition of the need to continue playing until the house has some chance to recover from the bonus or advantage given. It is just a idiosyncrasy of this industry to make sure the house simple does not ever loose on an average of deals.
1595  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker tournaments why tournaments in other games on: August 24, 2022, 10:31:56 PM
A lot of poker game tournaments have been announced on this board over time, and am I kind of wondering what makes poker games so inclined to the tournament and we don't see such competitions being announced for other games?
There are competitions for other games here that are being held by different casinos. You can find them in Games and Round board. Some are free to enter (usually when the game is about prediction).
But if you're referring to games that aren't initiated by casinos except poker tournaments, it is because no one initiated it.

It is very difficult to imitate poker, particularly the most known version of texas hold'em. There is a whole culture built on this game - should I say sport -  that comes back from a long time. Some say it begun in the very old China while other claim that the version that is closer to current is "poqe" played in France in the XVII century. However, it was in the US when it got to where it is today.
1596  Economy / Gambling / Re: around 1.6 billion people worldwide gamble, What about a poker gamefi?? on: August 24, 2022, 10:25:46 PM
According to the data.ai used to be Annie App, Zynga app has been downloaded 80,692,457 times on Andriod and 55,130,766 times on IOS till the end of 2021. there are more apps like WSOP, Mega Hit, GOP3 and etc.

This just a non-real cash poker app. However, there are real cash poker apps such as pokerstars, 888poker, GGpoker, partypoker and etc.

As of July 2020, there were 7,791 poker tables world-widely.

further more, World gambling statistics show that around 26% of the population gamble. That means around 1.6 billion people worldwide gamble and 4.2 billion gamble at least once every year.

https://www.casino.org/features/gambling-statistics/

We have seen so many types of GameFi, but none of them is focused on the game which means it is not entertained. I think poker is a good start point to enter the gamefi area in the future.

When planning for a market or estimating the likely results of a business, it is very easy to fool oneself on the numbers by consulting reports that speak about the market in general terms. For example, once I meet a guy that said he was going to teach people to run. While I am sure there is some science to it, the basis of his business is that "everyone runs, so it is a huge market. If everyone is your client, nobody is your client.
1597  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Game on: August 24, 2022, 10:19:12 PM
You are right, there are always many referrals that are achieved through social networks, although I know that through Facebook and I think that Twitter no longer allows the use of these links, I understand that to put it they have to have a simplified link but it seems to me that it does too they have limited it in that sense, sometimes it is better because the amount of spam in social networks was unique.

Not sure about twitters policies regarding this matter but am certain Facebook does not allow referral links and will not allow you to post the same comment or post multiple times. In my opinion, promoting your referral links on social media platforms doesn't seem like a good idea and will be just a waste of time.
If you want active referrals then better promote your links on gambling related blogs and forums and if possible,  start your own review website.

True, competing with the platforms own ads is likely to get you trouble, if not banned. Curious that those same platforms are notoriously manipulative of the users and do admit a wide range of advertisers that are certainly not carefully (nor probably uncarefully checked) and have been known to use public names and figures without consent to promote scams.
1598  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: August 24, 2022, 12:53:31 AM
Putin will not run out of money, he can always use the Stalin method: Holodomor - steal from any of the non-Russian regions and use it.

This what happens in LDPR right now. Today I found out that some farmers I know run out from Luhansk because there no more even opportunity for peaceful life (even if we would ignore artillery and rockets). "Government" of LDPR expropriates resources from farmers because of "war situation". Farmers are told to sell their harvest for "fixed price" (less than they could sell it on market, ofc). And even after that "fixed price" farmers should pay taxes (around 50 % of income).

I hope that this will be extrapolate to all russia in near future.

I am just waiting for the trolls here to say that your statement is somehow trying to diminish the "Russian culture".

America should help them to provide new weapons.

And diapers.

They certainly do not seem to be in need of diapers nor extra balls.

Ahh forbidding law abiding ethnic Russian UA citizens from teaching their children their native language under disguise of "decolonization" while claiming that it's not a "natural language to ukrainians" or they have to leave the country is not an indirect method aimed at forced migration at all.  Roll Eyes. True EU values. Tell us you support ethnic cleansing without saying you support ethnic cleansing

This law forbidding law abiding ethnic Russian UA citizens from teaching their children their native language does not exist.

I'm not saying that such laws exists, just replying to johhnyUA who seems to be truly bewildered why discrimination and racism go against EU values and are bad

Sorry for interfering with your dialogue, but I'm very interested - can you give examples of discrimination and racism in Ukraine? Well, to FACTS, laws, links to government resources? Very interesting, honestly! I am especially surprised by the nonsense about the prohibition of any language in Ukraine. Introduce me, an ethnic Russian, Russian-speaking resident of Ukraine - who, where and how oppresses me, discriminates? Smiley))

The usual mumble-jumble about anything to distract from a cruel landgrab, as there is nothing else to this invasion. They just repeat the slogans from their handlers and think that somehow are doing something right.
1599  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: August 22, 2022, 02:45:01 AM

Recently, against the backdrop of dramatic failures in the Donbas, Ukraine has stepped up terrorist activities - the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and the explosions of sabotage groups in the Crimea.

Don't forget targeting Ukrainian POW's with HIMARS, and blanketing civilian areas with butterfly mines (which they had sworn under weapons convention treaties to have gotten rid of) on their last chance before being run out of Adivika (or whatever it is called.)

I am not the least bit surprised that they would try to catch a spent fuel pool on fire and make a Fukushima out of parts of the former Ukraine.  I try really hard not to dehumanize populations because doing so tends to lead to atrocities, but the so-called 'Ukrainians' are really making it difficult for me.  Likewise the team of 'social media influences' here on this thread.

As for Crimea, nobody buys the idea that the Ukroids have anywhere near the sophistication to pull some of that off, and even if they did they'd just sell the equipment earmarked for the job.  Rumor is that it's mainly the British.  The U.S. is more a money-pump than an active player in the planning or execution of any meaningful military activity.

Another lie after lie, "butterfly mines" have been used just by the RF and there is abundant proof of it (it cannot be hidden, there are photographs all over. HIMARS is simply not a platform that can be used to kill people in-masse, it is just useless for such a purpose. It just delivers a precision strike on object that are critical and expensive and that is exactly what is being done. We are talking real precision, not RF "precision".

Ukraine did the Ukroid POW's with HIMARS and the indeed did achieve quite a high KIA.  And yes, the accuracy is pretty impressive.  The trouble is the destructive power of the things against non-humans is lacking.  They made an impressive line of marks on the bridge in the South.  The trouble is that traffic just kept right on flowing past the marks in the middle lane of the roadway.
...

As said, it is perfect to hit an airbase fuel or munitions depot, not at all for killing a large number of people. The US has cheaper ways of doing that if they want to.

BTW the facility hit has been known to be a detention camp, overcrowded, where independent reports have gathered testimonial evidence of torture, forcer labour and many other humans rights violations. It fits perfectly with the concept of the RF cruelty to bomb prisoners in "retaliation" for some imaginary offence.

What Ukraine did bomb (for the second time!) was Crimea's Black Sea fleet command.

This lady, who was keen on killing others, will not live to see it for the third time. Repeat with me... "I am safe in Putin's RF... I am safe in Putin's RF..."

More women than when? More than in the XVII century? Yes certainly, the role of women has changed in most countries, but we should not be blinded by the news and the attempt to ignore that in many countries women are not only not entrepreneurs, but simply treated like cattle. That is something that needs to be solved before all the glam and glee of the women entrepreneur roles in the developed countries.
