5581  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: From being a shitposter before now almost there![Hero Rank] on: January 19, 2020, 08:09:03 AM
I can see glimpse of becoming Hero rank soon.
Not too soon as you thought. You will need at least around 4 more months to have enough activities for Hero member rank. I believe you will soon get enough merit for that rank but regarding to actitivities, you have to wait much longer.

One thing to contribute to OP, the image is too large. Hence, you can use width or height option to adjust it smaller.

Congratulations, OP.

If Napoli cannot win even in its own home, it will be a different match when it comes to juventus. I have never seen a team playing so bad, they are really bad this year.
Napoli's slipping performance this season is the most suprising thing in Serie A 2019 - 2020. They bought good defender, Kostas Manolas, and hire Carlo Ancelotti, that definitely are good supplements for them at the beginnings this season but unfortunately, lots of problems, on the pitch as well as behind the scene caused to their position at the moment. If they can not go through their difficulties, more worse things might happen at the end of this season, when more players might make their decisions to leave the club.
5583  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do we calculate the correct transaction fee to send? on: January 18, 2020, 04:51:25 PM
Generally when you see a surge in the mempool size, and therefore the average fee, it is usually around 13:00 - 23:00 UTC, which corresponds to day time in most of Europe, and initially the east coast and then all of the Americas. Conversely, the mempool is usually fairly empty, with fees around 1-2 sat/byte, around 01:00 - 06:00 UTC, when the aforementioned continents are generally sleeping and Australia and eastern Asia are awake.
Perfect! It means most of bitcoin transactions have been made in America and European continents and locals there tend to use higher fees (likely), whilst the Asia and Australia continents tend to make less numbers of transactions as well as they likely are ready to move their coins with lower fees.

5585  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do we calculate the correct transaction fee to send? on: January 17, 2020, 03:20:46 AM
This a poor graph to use to visualize the mempool in the context of working out a fee. A better choice is the third graph on Johoe's site here (https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,8h) entitled "Mempool Size in MB".

The reason for this is because the graph you linked to shows the number of unconfirmed transactions, whereas the graph I've linked to shows the size in MB of these unconfirmed transactions. Why is this important? I'll use two examples to illustrate my point. Lets say first of all that the mempool contains 10,000 transactions, but each transaction is less than 250 vbytes in size. This means the mempool is actually relatively empty at only 2.5 MB, and could completely empty in only 3 blocks. Conversely, lets now say the mempool contains only 1,000 transactions, but they are all huge consolidation transaction from various exchanges, and each one is 30,000 vbytes in size. Now the mempool is the fullest it has been in months at over 30 MB.

So using the graph you linked, if we see 1,000 or 10,000 transaction, we don't actually know how full the mempool is because we don't know the size of those transactions, which is what actually matters. Blocks are limited by size, not by number of transactions. A block could contain anywhere from 0 to over 4000 transactions.
Thank you. I did not realize that importance. The number of transactions and sum size of transactions in membpool are very different, and the difference play important role to consolidate coins, especially if people consolidate their coins with low fees.

By the way, could you help me with the conversion of fees from satoshi/ byte to satoshi / vbyte, please.
The difference between: https://coinb.in/#fees and https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx, then how to make conversion?
5586  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do we calculate the correct transaction fee to send? on: January 16, 2020, 06:26:25 AM
OP can take a look at my topic: Bitcoin Transaction Fees - Everything in one
You can check the estimated fees on https://coinb.in/#fees to see good fees you can set for your transaction at each time. For example, if the suggested fee is 1 satoshis, I advice you to set your fees at 2 or 3 satoshis in order to make sure that your transactions will be confirmed faster whilst there is not much more additional fee between 1 and 3 satoshis/ byte.

This one: https://whatthefee.io/ gives you the table with the probability to get confirmations with each level of transaction fees.

In order to make sure that you choose the right time to move your coins, take a look at mempool: https://www.blockchain.com/charts/mempool-count?timespan=60days. Don't move your coins when mempool shows spikes.

What happened with DASH recent hours forces me to think of what will happen with Ethereum when the upgrade comes out in this year. 80% of growth within 24 hours, wow, such a growth blows my mind.

Are you Ethereum holders, this is time to hold your ETH as tightly as possible. The price range of 0.035 to 0.04 BTC for each Ethereum coin will be reached very soon. Sometime before the mid of March this year.
5588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: January 15, 2020, 03:17:44 AM
I saw lots of complaints on DASH, how many percent of lost compared to its all time high? Such complaints repeatedly occur over months, since 2018 till the early of 2020. Now, it is time to enjoy the run and profits with DASH (for loyal holders) whilst it is time to regret for missing the train for someone who make complaints over and over again but have always hesitated to buy DASH for their portfolios.  Cool
5589  Other / Meta / Re: Is there such thing as a malware that would make me automatically post? on: January 14, 2020, 08:02:06 AM
I only use the BTC address(3MDZFfx9vi1beyS4BXBqvtjAAfM2ZbHCs3) and that address is within an online wallet that I use (Coins.ph)
This is another thing you have to learn: Don't use online wallets if you have alternatives, even better than online wallets.

Using online wallets to store your funds is bad idea.
Using online wallets probably reduce your ability to control your coins and privacy, or at worst you don't have any control on them.
Most of online wallets don't give you rights to have coin control features.
I never used captcha bypass when I log in. By the way, I also changed the password of my email and I added mobile number verification to it.
Abusers can bruteforce your password even when you change your old password to new one, if you don't change your captcha code (by click on Reset button). As you stated, you don't use captcha bypass code, but I think you should note it too, just in case later you decide to use it and somehow get compromised from captcha bypass code.

You can get your captcha code and reset it as soon as possible whenever your problems solved. If abusers get access to your account, there is risk that they also have access to your captcha code already.

5591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 14, 2020, 02:00:13 AM
The draw was a robbery from Inter.

Inter deserved to play the game in 10 for the Lautaro's fault, missing 1 penalty for Atalanta and 1 red card for Inter.
Also sadly Atalanta missed a penalty on the lasts minutes too.
Agreed that Atalanta would have been awarded more in that match. Inter Milan got supports for that match and fortunately kept 1 point.

VAR or not, it does not make sense, because in Italy, Juventus is the King (unofficial). Then, they often get supports from referees as well as VARs for important moment in matches and decisive period in seasons. At the end, if their competitors are not extremely strong, Juventus will win the title.
5592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 13, 2020, 04:50:08 PM
As Roma also dominated the game but they were less fortunate in the final settlement. I had guessed the match would end in a draw. However, Juventus managed to win. I also bet for Juventus on this win. The key to this match are two goals at the start of the first half at the time when the Roma defense line wasn't quite ready.
The defeat is not good for Roma because they lost at least 1 point. They even had chances to make a draw or even a win for that match. Anyway, 1 or 3 points lost is not too bad compared to the lost of Nicolo Zaniolo for the rest of the season. The dribbling situation which led to the serious injury of Zaniolo shows that he has very great skill. It is a very good dribbling and would have ended better by a strike or a great pass to his teamate. Unfortunately, he got injured at the end. I wish all best things to Zaniolo, who is a great player for both AS Roma and Italian team.
5593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: January 12, 2020, 06:28:19 AM
I've started doing a weekly recap for top currencies on my website.

Today, Dogecoin gets its first mention in this format!

Read more here.

Any feedback on this format is welcome Smiley
It is good to have a place to get some short recap on top crypto currencies. I think you should move beyond weekly updates by adding links to an article on history of each crypto currency. Hence, if someone have interests on the coin you mention in your weekly update, he will be able to easily to find out more about it (by clicking on the link to historical article that always present in weekly updates).

How about this feedback, bro?
5594  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin lightning network on: January 12, 2020, 06:16:55 AM
Lightning network has still been in its developing (technically) and expanding (acceptance) phase, so you will have to wait for a while (might be long) to see more wallets support Lightning network as well as more applications allow it.

I know this loan service on Lightning network: Liberated: LoyceV's Legendary Little Lightning Loans. It is some sort of efforts to experience that network and help its being more known and accepted.

That guide might help you to understand the Lightning network a little bit. [Tutorial] How to create Lightning Network Channel (Testnet BTC). Remember to give it a try on Testnet (where you will not lose any real bitcoin).

When this conflict was happened? Do you mean pump before New year or just recent small pump? I wish I had bought more Tomo before this grow as we would not see such price anymore like month ago  Undecided
Investors mostly react with the market movements and prices like that. Being scared when price is too cheap, and being greedy as well as regret when price is too high, compared to bottom price. They don't want to jump in at low price but always regret when price rising exponentially from bottom.

Small pump or big pump, for whatever reasons, it only makes sense if we can earn profits. It is the main purpose we stay in the market, right?
5596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 11, 2020, 03:52:47 AM
As Roma are also strong at home they can even win with big clubs, I want to see how Ronaldo reacts if he really loses at the Olympico stadium.
Roma also want to keep in position 4 so that they do not want to be overwhelmed by Atalanta, while Atalanta will face Inter Milan, maybe Rome has another chance that Juventus can lose.
Did you actually forget that the last season, AS Roma won against Juventus? That match is a good evidence that AS Roma is a strong team and they can win against any team. Of course, in match days they play with their best abilities, not bad days. Juventus, in the long run will be invincible team and they will mostly win the Serie A trophy this season despite how Inter Milan try to win it.

Inter Milan has shown that they grown up a lot and become a much stronger team, but they have still been lack of good substitutes for the main squad. In the long run, who knows what will happen with Inter Milan?

Let's return to the match between AS Roma and Juventus, I think it will be end as a draw, 1 point for each.
5597  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to post Bitcoin related art? (in particular, cartoons) on: January 10, 2020, 02:13:39 AM
As far as I understand the rule, users are only allowed to add links to advertise something in topics they self-created. In the topics, which created by the others, adding links to advertise is disobey the rule and will be punished depends on level of violations.

As the others advised above, if the OP want to make a topic to advertise and sell his Arts, the Marketplace is the appropriate board to do this. But OP has to create his own topic, and remember don't advertise his art in the topics of the others.

Rule 24
Quote
24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.

Two players fight over Ballon Dor Africa and it only plays one club, Liverpool, they always play a good duet and of course they will be selected as the winners of the African Ballon Dor candidates, since Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah played at Liverpool they played brilliantly so indeed it is true that they are not just one season showing their best games but continuously.
It is better for them, for Liverpool and for football fans (non-Liverpoolians) because if they play for different teams, they will have greater important role and some type of priviledges in their separate teams. It is unreal condition and I thought their competition for personal titles, between them as well as against the other top players like Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe, Hazard partially caused their selfish playing style recent months.

I wish best for Liverpool and for them but at least I hope that their selfishness will not flourish too fast.
5600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 09, 2020, 02:38:53 AM
The competition between Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah in coming years will be very interesting, and it will be nearly the same one that we have seen between Messi and Ronaldo. As far as S. Mane and Mo Salah will be able to maintain their good performances, they will do be on the top of candidates for the Africa Ballon' Dor. Since they both rose as super stars in the past three years, they have shown us the fact that they are not one-season players.
