3241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 06, 2019, 05:26:52 PM
It is not always easy to pick the right transfers, I know these big teams have more money than small teams combined but they could still feel like they are getting a great deal with a great player for the future and turn out to be wrong. Remember when Barcelona spent insane amount of money for Neymar? Do you think Neymar is a bad player? He wasn't even a bad player and he was playing awesome but they just didn't work in the chemistry sense and he was sold to PSG. So, Pepe may not worked out the way it was hoped but this is football, sometimes you don't get what you thought you were getting, it happens.

I also think that finding a proper coach for premier league is more difficult than people think, teams usually have rosters that are already done and just give it to manager to lead, normally in other leagues there are managers who build their own teams with transfers.
3242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 06, 2019, 04:50:11 PM
I do agree with the link that says spurs are playing worse than expected but not because they are better than they look on paper, but because they have Pop and every year even when they were expected to be bad they were good. So this season, if it was any other team with any other coach and they were the same exact roster, I would say the current ranking is expected and definitely understandable. Who do they have?

Dejounte Murray who is a third year player that is unproven, derrick white which became decent just last year, Derozan who plays a way nobody plays anymore, LMA that is exactly same, and Poeltl or Lyes that are new guns. Normally this team doesn't even deserve 8-14, they just happen to have coach Pop so everyone was thinking they would overachieve yet again but this year for the first time in 20 something years they actually play like they are expected to play.
3243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2019, 04:14:04 PM
Bitcoin of course, I have always loved bitcoin on a whole different level than all other altcoins. Don't get me wrong there have been amazing altcoins in the past but that doesn't mean that I don't like bitcoin like my own currency. That is the real feeling, I feel like bitcoin is representing me, my fiat doesn't, dollar doesn't, euro doesn't no currency represents me as well as bitcoin does.

Dollar represents the rich companies of USA, euro represents the nations of Europe and maybe a bit of company as well (in Europe economy is for the government, in USA economy is for companies) but bitcoin is nothing like that, I feel like bitcoin is for me. Altcoins are trying to achieve the same thing but I feel like it is not the same at all, they are just too tiny.
3244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on: December 06, 2019, 03:35:25 PM
It requires luck as well, nobody talks about luck as much as it has to be talked about. You can know trading in depth, you can know the markets, you can know the charts, you can know the indicators, you can know special people from special places, you can know everything you need to know about and you can be someone who is really interested in trading for years, you could be a professional that has made tons of money from trading as well.

As long as you are not lucky, that will bring your profit down, even make you lose. One day one crazy whale will do something silly and all your profits will erode overnight. Luck is a very very important factor in trading, nothing else could make you money as much as being lucky could make you rich. Just my thesis for the past 6 years.
3245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any Potentiality for XRP Ripple to reach the sub USD $1000 Valuation mark ? on: December 05, 2019, 02:08:48 PM
It will. Definitely XRP will test $1000 mark one day. Because, ripple corporation is formed to bump their centralized coin and they are already doing that for years. XRP is just a ponzi scheme in terms of pumping and luring investors and then dumping to encash. It is a cycle ripple corporation is doing since the introduction of their coin in crypto markets. In less than 8 months back one XRP was valuing 10k satoshi and we can be sure about reaching back those level for sure.

When bitcoin will be valuing ten million and if XRP will be bouncing back to 10k satoshi then one XRP will automatically value $1000. I am sure about both of these cases. Yes, bitcoin will value in millions to half the billion in coming decades and XRP also will gain its BTC value more than 10k satoshi as well.
3246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: fundraising question on: December 05, 2019, 08:10:23 AM
ICO is simply the crypto version of IPO.
Why companies are providing IPO? Just to have more funds to have better operations and for expansion of business into next levels.

In the initial days altcoin boom, ICOs were conducted to distribute the coins at cheaper prices to the early adopters but after ethereum came into action, people started to use ICO as a purely fund raising option for the development of their project. A token based ICO is just a crowd funding mechanism for building a new project; this is the reason anyone tried to make a new project out of public money which turned into scam in most cases.

Tokens could be used to buy product at awesome discount price waay below market.
To attract more investors, ICO operators do always announce discounts. But in my observation, 99% of tokens being traded in markets in lesser value than those discounted prices. What we can expect other than this from scammy devs.

Moreover, this topic does not look like belonging to this board. It could more suit for altcoins discussion.
3247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Potential ETH Prices in December the Lowest 98$ and the Highest 222$ on: December 05, 2019, 05:01:35 AM
If I were the OP and I would have done these researches on ethereum's short term trends, I would have set the subject-line like lowest $135 and peak would be $183 by considering the current market price of $144. I mean I will try to be realistic at least with one prices level Grin. I liked your continuous technical analysis across cryptos. I am just mentioning about rather than trying to cover the maximum fluctuations, I guess it would be good to be trying somewhat realistic.

You are indicating about possible fluctuations from support-3 to resistance-3, but in my observation most cryptos may fall or rise up in one direction in short time span like 30 days. For example, if ethereum finds its rising in December means it may test support-1 and also may test resistance-3. If it is set to hard time in December then may test support-3. Anything possible with cryptos and due to this reason, most researchers are providing report with maximum ranges.
3248  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: December 04, 2019, 06:38:11 PM
Honestly, I don't understand these big websites going for their second websites. Primedice moves to stake because they wanted a full on casino and I can understand that (the name is better as well) however freebitcoin is already an awesome website, it already has a lot great stuff, it is literally all we could ever hope for, whats the point of making another website? What can that new website provide that can't be provided here on freebitcoin?

I wouldn't mind it existing, just open it and there will of course be some people who will play there, not a problem at all since it doesn't change anything for us now but if one day existence of kingdice hurts freebitcoin for some reason that would be really bad and would be unfair to people who have been around supporting you guys for years.
3249  Economy / Services / Re: I need an escrow I will pay you 500$ - the deal is oof done thank you . on: December 04, 2019, 05:46:38 PM
$500 fee for an escrow for a legal (in all means[1]) and smooth transaction?

A normal buyer/seller does not need to attract an escrow for their business by promising a mammoth amount as a fee. (Even 1% fee of transacting value means OP's transaction must value at least $50k worth which means approximately 7 bitcoins. For a 7BTC worth of transaction, I will not post a new topic rather I will talk to reputed escrows (It means I must know where to find trusted people of this forum when I am dealing 7BTC in a single transaction)).

The fee itself triggers all the doubts about the legality of this deal.

[1] legal with respect to this forum, general moral and as per most country's jurisdiction.
3250  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 CyberDice.net - The Future is unwritten | Daily Wagering Contest | Faucet 🎲 on: December 04, 2019, 05:00:37 PM
Just using CyberDice because of the "Hall of frammer challange" from CyberDice.

However, I don't really know cyberdice under OneHash management. I used my "OneHash" account and can log in to cyberdice, all transactions from "OneHash" also showup at cyberdice, my review from this site still good since i have some experience from "OneHash". Sometimes the problem only on Deposit/Withdrawl, cause some user still get manually withdrawal from the team.
Yeah, they have been involved with onehash from day one, it was all created by the onehash team. I guess they tried to add dice to their website first, on the onehash sportsbook part, and when it became good enough to make them a lot of money they said it would probably work for them if they created a whole new website built on dice itself.

I mean it makes sense, if one part of the website is making a decent return, then the whole website should be even better. I don't know if cyberdice ever got big enough to be like that since they never really made a lot of marketing based on it but they never really made a lot of marketing on onehash neither, last I checked there was still tons of games that were not played at all there, they have default bets and that's it. Biggest weakness of the team.
3251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Using a trader from my portfolio on: December 04, 2019, 04:09:16 PM
I’ve randomly come across a trader on LinkedIn proposing account management services and get weekly payment back from initial investment, such as $500 get you $1500,  $2000 yields $6000 weekly and so on.

It smells too good to be true, but at the same time I have zero knowledge about trading, except that it does exist and some people do make money from it.

Are these guys all scammers, or can you actually get a good trader to grow your account for their own benefit as well as yours? So far he proposed to open an account on Coinmama and go from there.
If I am able to make $500 with the investment of $1500, I might have been busy in making of my $500 and definitely I will not bother about talking with you to convince yourself to invest in my venture. Already I'm able to make 33% of my capital within a week still why should they need to convince you to take part of my venture?

Just think about in this perspective then you will understand why people are working hard to make you richer. You must understand that no one will work for your benefits in the case of everything that they are promising will be true. Trading is not that easier to perform consistently up to the level of 33% per week.

You did not mention about who is going to do the actual trade. Because, there are people they will provide tips and you need to do the trade. That should be fine in most cases. But, some people will ask you to invest into their trading account and then they will disappear because they get your money in the name of trading for you. Bitcoin market is providing very simple way of trading for all of us which must be simply buying and holding bitcoins for years. This will definitely get you big return for your capital. Do not believe into such offers from Internet strangers.
3252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whales keep getting richer and richer while everybody else is losing... on: December 03, 2019, 03:40:48 PM
I think whales do not have THAT much control over bitcoin as we might imagine. We want to believe that bitcoin is dropping and increasing all due to whales because some of us here think that just as we buy the price falls and just as we sell the price goes up so that we are always at the wrong end of bitcoin (I always earn and spend instead of buy and sell but I do have those feelings sometimes too).

However, reality is that fiat currency and fiat economy all tied to politicians who get bribes from the companies so the rules of fiat economy is basically written by the whales whereas in bitcoin it is decentralized, if we didn't allow whales to run free here, they wouldn't be able to do anything however we do allow them to do whatever they want so mostly it ends up hurting us.
3253  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Expert Charged With Aiding North Korea on: December 03, 2019, 02:34:51 PM
I guess it would totally work for the dictators as well and I never really imagined it before. These guys could actually buy anything they want and also sell anything they want using the blockchain technology and the darknet territories. I mean there are people who kill others for money in darknets, mercenaries or whatever they are called, you think it would be impossible for North Korea to sell guns they get from China and Russia on darknet to gain more economical power?

In return they could use that bitcoin to buy stuff they need like food or resources they could help the people or at least the government itself. Long story short bitcoin is decentralized and it is great for public who hates their governments but unfortunately it is also great for governments who hate their public too.
3254  Economy / Economics / Re: Hi Excuse me Are currencies a "store of value on: December 03, 2019, 09:55:01 AM
Fiat is not store of value at all, however gold is the best case of store of value there is in the world, even compared to bitcoin.

Gold does lose its value time to time but that is very rare and manipulative, normally gold is something scarce and there is not enough gold in the world to spend at the rate we keep on spending, people think gold is only used in storing of wealth and sometimes accessories but there are stuff in technology that uses gold as well, hell there is gold in every computer (even tho it is super tiny) so all in all we do spend gold and sometimes trash it as well and that is why gold is getting even more scarce, so it will always have store of value, even more than bitcoin which drops time to time depending on how much people value it.
3255  Economy / Economics / Re: New law enables german banks to sell and store cryptocurrencies in 2020 on: December 03, 2019, 09:11:07 AM
I am not entirely sure if I want the government to know how much money I have in my bitcoin account.
Now, as adoption it is great because it allows everyone to have a bit of bitcoin in their bank account which would make it very simple to get it, however for the ones that got into bitcoin way before it got this much attention, we got into it because we wanted politics out of finance.

Do you know what "having bitcoin in your bank account" means? That means people would be able to give the banks the right to have bitcoin in their systems, so they could basically once again have 1000 bitcoins as a whole bank but tell people they own 9000 bitcoins all because they think nobody will be cashing it out, there are more money on earth than there is cash all due to this problem.
3256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is still really bullish (Unpopular opinion) on: December 03, 2019, 07:24:50 AM
I seriously agree with this, people are so worried about the price of bitcoin for some reason but I am not scared at all, I feel super bullish about bitcoin. Maybe today will be a bad day, maybe this week will be bad, maybe the whole month will be bad but in the end there is about 5 months or 6 months left until the halving so I feel super bullish about the prospect of bitcoin.

Even if it doesn't go up to the levels I believe it should in 2020, it will in 2021, or in 2022 but in the end it will reach there one day. There is no scenario in my mind where bitcoin goes down and stays down without ever breaking the 20 thousand dollar all time high, it will be broken, we just don't know when it will be broken so far and that's it, not that IF just the WHEN.
3257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach $ 19k again before 2022? (poll inside) on: December 03, 2019, 06:46:55 AM
I think all time high will be broken right after the halving. Right now we are putting all our chips into bear and manipulators are trying their hardest to keep the price low yet the reality is clear, bitcoin will be harder to mine and will cost double the cost, so there is technically speaking NO possible way for bitcoin to worth less when it will cost more.

Hence, the price will go up but of course manipulators will try their best to hide that and will want to keep the price low for a long time so they could get as cheap as possible before it skyrockets again. After the halving the price should be going high not because manipulators only but miners will stop selling for cheap and make a loss, they will stop selling which will end up with bitcoin going up.
3258  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com SPORTS BETTING NOW LIVE! 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 on: December 02, 2019, 04:00:02 PM
I think the sportsbook just got waaaaayy too much attention and that caused some sort of lagging, not that it is impossible to figure out but I think the simplest choice is to wait it out because in the end it will not create any sort of issue when people start to leave.

Everyone is there right now because it is brand new and it is one of the most favorite ways of gambling for millions of people all around the world and done by a crypto casino that has been fan favorite since before it was even created with primedice so of course there are tons of people gambling there. Eventually time will pass and there will be less people left and when there is less people there will be less issues. Sure they could also rework and make it more scaleable but I feel like it would be not needed for now (not urgently at least).
3259  Economy / Gambling / Re: Supreem.IO Alpha 1.1// Multiplayer PvP Unique Game UPDATED on: December 02, 2019, 02:48:52 PM
It is quite easy to predict these games on esports if you know what you are gambling on. For example when you are gambling on cs:go and you know which teams are playing, if it is the finals anything could happen obviously, there are very very few times that finals are obvious, however there are quarter finals or even semi finals that are easier to predict so I assume people want to gamble on those.

I have literally seen a team with 1.15 with other team 8.00 on a semi final game before so there are times when it is that obvious. Of course LoL gets the biggest pie of any of this because usually the meta changes however teams that get the best players for the new meta are almost always the same teams, the rich ones just keep paying the highest salary and chase that championship.
3260  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io – Try Bit Brawlers! 💰 UPDATE 11/26: .001 BTC Airdrops Extended! 💰 on: December 02, 2019, 12:49:58 PM
I guess on top of amazing marketing and great sharing and all of that now they are doing amazing development as well. They are really not stopping becoming better at everything. I think the next stop would be maybe creating some sort of either contest or competition that is huge but also makes you money at the same time to make a big splash with your name.

I mean it could be wagering contest as well but I would say some giveaway with tickets given with gambling would be even more awesome, it would make people gamble here like hell just to get tickets and those people may not stay all together but there will be a lot of people staying after that as well. I don't know what you can giveaway or anything but anything big would be very attractive to whales for sure.
