3901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this another drama ? on: April 25, 2019, 05:00:46 PM
after Craig Wright drama
now John McAfee said, he has spoken with Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto and plans to reveal the person’s identity.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-04-23/john-mcafee-vows-to-unmask-crypto-s-satoshi-nakamoto-within-days

do you believe with John McAfee, if he already know who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto ?
Lol, all these drama just to force the real satoshi out, these guys are just creating this drama to really know the real satoshi, they thought they could frustrate him into revealing his identity? I guess they are just wasting their time and no one will really believe anything they say that much.

We have known these two people to be crazy businessmen and would do anything to create scene that would give them attention because of their products, well, I really don’t see how this their marketing strategy would get people to buy into their product idea, they should doing what they are doing, I am just so glad that they are giving Bitcoin the popularity it deserve.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass Adoption = Instant mobile transactions on: April 25, 2019, 04:09:02 PM
I was just discussing this with a friend the other day about how mass adoption of crypto will have be as easy as a venmo request and payment to someone. Right now tech is quite clunky and seeing peoples' keys can be intimidating to any new comer. What do you think will happen?

Do we have any projects in the works that help with this currently? I know Elixxir is in the works to make a messaging and payments app but they are still in alpha. I could see Lightning Network creating some sort of app
These are the kind of projects that I expect to create mass adoption, projects that come with working products that will be of high demand, so I really see massive adoption of cryptocurrency when they eventually release the real version of whatever application they are developing.

We have millions of mobile users around the world, if the application can be tailored to cut across the entire world, then I believe there will be a mass adoption but if it is only limited to a particular region or country, there will also be adoption but it will be too low to have any effect that much as standalone in the marketcap of cryptocurrency.
3903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance is Becoming a Crypto Monopoly on: April 25, 2019, 03:18:27 PM
Every company have their policy and how they operate, like you admit that Binance has done so well in the crypto industry, and their perfection is what is drawing people closer to them, they might be a centralized exchange, but they have never imposed themselves on anyone or compel anyone to use their services.

We have so many exchanges out there to choose from, if one is not completely satisfied with the level of operation, then we walk away and head for another exchange, monopoly has nothing to do here, because there is no law compelling people to use their services alone, they are simply doing their job and their job is speaking well of them.
3904  Economy / Economics / Re: Important conditions for the progress of bitcoin on: April 25, 2019, 06:47:16 AM
We only need to attract people to buy, because as we know that the positive movement of the market is influenced by the number of requests and if the demand decreases that means the market situation will decrease so that it also affects the value of Bitcoin.
People that need to be attracted now are ones that are financially buoyant, because those are the ones that really can make positive impact on the price of Bitcoin. So, the people we need to work on and attract now are those who plays big time roles in the economy, we need large institutions, government, celebrities and people that are very rich.

It is not that the system is limited to the commoners; they are the one that will benefit more from these, because they do invest with little money and you know that little money is not enough to speed up things, that little money will be multiplied by the major players if they can all come into the system now.
3905  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: April 25, 2019, 06:17:20 AM
I don’t know if I am to sympathize with you or not, how could you listen to people’s opinion without a strong conviction, you could have as well just carried your analysis and study to confirm if his prediction is right or not, now that we are already heading to $6000, you better still buy it now, and keep.

If you wanted to trade, you would have just split the money into 2, half for longer term investment and the remaining half for trading, but anyway, you still go the chance, because from $6000, we might really be heading towards $10,000 soon, so I don’t expect any price reversal again for now till further notice.
How could you listen to someone's opinions if you have seen the market making it to a bullish trend? So sorry for that but i think there's no chances for regretting because there are still great opportunities ahead. Just keep holding some of your coins and do not let other people control your mind. We can gain huge profits as  the price reaches another peak.
You know that many of us work with intuition a lot, I almost made that same mistake too if not for the intervention of technical analyses, it was from their that I studied the price movement for my trade and the moment it gave a green signal, I had to hold back, and I am glad I did not follow my emotion.

The difference between mine and his is that I have money that I have already invested in BTC during the bear market and that one has been tied to BTC ATH and till I see Bitcoin ATH before I can consider touching that, so I have a spare money that I can throw round the market for short term trade, and if one is to be successful in that, our analysis tools are what should matter most and not just opinions.
3906  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the economic growth of Bitcoin will show a positive impact in upcoming days on: April 25, 2019, 05:46:17 AM
unfortunately, there are not many public figures which understand about cryptocurrency so they can lead to giving the wrong information to the public. Using public figures will be a good help for cryptocurrency, but they need to learn the basics of cryptocurrency so there is no misunderstanding for the public and public can accept the explanation. The public figure can give a good lesson to the public that they are trying to invest in cryptocurrency and they have new assets in the cryptocurrency.
Same way we gave negative opinion about BTC when it was first introduced to us because of lack of proper understanding and later turned around to accept it is the same way some of these celebrities are going to get along with it.

It has started already and even if they are being paid for them to promo cryptocurrency industry, at least they would have also learnt a lot form their sponsors. If we can get public figures to really understand what cryptocurrency is about fully, then through them, awareness will be created to their fan that would be inquisitive about know what crypto is all about.
3907  Economy / Economics / Re: Craig Wright sues a podcaster for saying Craight Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto on: April 24, 2019, 08:52:14 PM
These guys are all confused human beings; I taught government said they are not in support of cryptocurrency legally, so why would craig then succeed in suing peters over the false claim, since the case has to do with the cryptocurrency, so I expect court to dismiss the case.

If he even succeed in shorting peter up, will he succeed also in shorting us up and letting the world know how terrible a liar he is, if he is really satoshi, then he doesn’t need court, he only needs a live feed to really proof himself to lots of technocrats out there who would understand him, otherwise, he might be smoking stuff that is turning hi thinking faculty upside down.
3908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right desicion not to join on: April 24, 2019, 07:51:23 AM
I myself have long known about yobit campaigns, but I also will not be able to  can make post on this campaign, because I also do not use my time to post them. and I also use my time to trade on the market, so I frankly, I myself cannot participate in yobit. Thank you for the information, friend.
I could not honestly agree less with you, it is better to invest our time in tangible projects now or trade with it than to participate in yobit campaign. You see that most people that will invest in yobit are probably not aware of the past records, and even if they are aware, some are just playing the shitcoins game,

They will surely dump it as soon as the coin is being pumped, so yobit is another shitcoins that is in the making and not good for long term investment, because very soon, yobit might be off the market, this is a project that I am very sure will not really stand the test of time.
3909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep the HYPE alive on: April 23, 2019, 05:18:11 PM
It depends to what kind of hype you are referring to. If its the hype coin then its risky man. Yes you can gain profit but not for long term. You cannot put forever your money there. You just go with the flow of the coin's hype being driven by whales but be careful in going out and sell at right time also.
Literally all altcoins are being hyped, the only coin that does not get being hype are stable coins, because hyping does not really affect its growth. Like you said, hyping is good, but we have to also study the type of hype it is.

Hyping has really made a lot of people rich, especially the ones done on these cheap shitcoins, if hyping successfully get them to bull run, the profit the investor gets is almost 1500% of his initial investment, but hyping could also back fire in a big way, if you can the hyping at the tail end when the dump will occur, then it will be to the disadvantage of such investor. We just have to know how to play smart in this market.
3910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone + 3 years trading or investing? on: April 23, 2019, 04:41:59 PM
Experience is the best teacher, a trader with lots of experience knows how to make a good decision as they understand the market better.
Starting small is necessary, we can't go big without enough knowledge, that's too risky.

Like you said, timing is important, in bear market it's a good time to buy but choose a legit coin.
We can't exactly tell if the market is bearish or bullish as it only depends on our personal evaluation but experience would help us to determine it.
Experience is really a master of trade, and it takes time to really gather experience, this is what many people dot understand that makes them give up on trade easily, there  will always be losses in trade and there will always be winning, but it is through experience that one becomes better.

Every stage one passes through in trading gives one an opportunity to expand more. I am sure the experience many of gathered in the past on or before bull run is really giving us the courage now to decide in this period and know the best time to make a trade, be it short term trade or a long term trade. So there is no experience in life that is a waste.
3911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites offers investment on: April 23, 2019, 12:34:38 PM
The fairest option is always finding out how realistic the casino is offering. I mean there are places that offer you really high amounts investment returns and that is really proper to put your money in because if something is too good to be true most of the time its not really true and that is why you should look for realistic part.

I think that is why I feel like bustabit and freebitcoin type of places are the most legit since they never really offer you anything more than the realistic amount, if gamblers lose you get money and if they win than you lose money and that is the type of investments I like. Freebitcoin on the other hand give you 4% return which really is not that bad because its both small and good enough to believe since all that money is used for mining I think.
3912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC requirements on BitcoinTalk Bounty Campaigns Become Worst! on: April 22, 2019, 11:28:13 AM
I have never questioned the real KYC. Because what I saw first was how the project was. If the project is good, of course I will always be ready to do KYC. And also the project in my opinion is not good and not potentially of course I can't do it because I just waste my time doing KYC for projects that are not good.
I also align with your method too, now that most of them are now requesting for KYC and there is little to which we can do to handle this since we cannot impose our own decision on them, we just have to be extremely picky about projects.

We should only engage ourselves in projects that have very high potential and can guarantee an increase in our investment even if we leave for a long term. Any projects such as airdrop and co, I don’t bother trying to check it out immediately I see KYC as requirements. The only projects I see that we may not have control over are the ones that doesn’t request for KYC during participation, but after participation.
3913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin merger? on: April 21, 2019, 03:11:01 PM
You mean, both projects merge? Ah, I don't think even if there was a merger as the solution to help the investor to earn more profits. But, as you know that there are so many projects nowadays died, they just left it behind and create a new project instead.
I think the reason why its best for them to merge is because many of these people that wish to own a project runs out of idea, so they create a problem that does not exist and without solution as a project.

Instead of wasting time and energy to create a new one, the little good idea they have which we are very sure that one or two of the other projects have same, they can merge and solve the problem together as one, instead of having a split community, there will be more community to continue backing such project up and will cause the project value to rise to its pick.
3914  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwC Poker RELAUNCH ♣️ BITCOIN POKER 3.0 ♣️ BIG BTC🏆 ♣ Win✅ Mac✅ Android✅ HTML5✅ on: April 21, 2019, 02:20:25 PM
I think one tabling is both an issue and non-issue, pokerstars did it because lets face it they have the most user amounts in any poker game out there online so when they did it there was a guarantee you would find another table for the same stakes filled with players, here it would create an issue where if you not 1 table than the second table may not be ready, however if you remove the 1 table and add playing on more than one table that could also create a system where many tables are filled too, since we don't know which one will happen we really don't know if it should be added or not.

Moreover, I agree on the time thingy, specially on freerolls I enter there are like 2 or maximum 3 people playing on the table and rest of them are just out and afk not playing the game at all.
3915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites offers investment on: April 21, 2019, 01:36:03 PM
I think the investments are changing in their shape as well. When you invest into the bankroll than you became part of the website which is great but an old fashioned way.

Eosbet for example has created their own tokens called "bet" and if you play there and lose money (well even if you win money) you get BET token and that means you will be getting dividends from them. There are other places that did ICO and created their own coins which allows you to take part of the winnings as well.

All in all the way people invest into casinos is changing shape and I think the old "put money into bankroll" is getting a bit old as well. No matter what the only place that keeps giving you an interest rate for doing absolutely nothing but keeping the money in the wallet is still freebitcoin, they are the best at this.
3916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling securely and sensibly online on: April 20, 2019, 06:37:35 PM
Before now I was always gambling for fun and it was really interesting. I never had intention to make money but I loved to win, I enjoyed the game that way until my eyes got opened to the money making side of gambling.

A friend told me I could also make money and have fun at the same time, and then I was taught on setting limits to playing.

Hence, what I usually do was to set limits, and when I exceed I just walk out of the game for another day.
For now I think this is a great method to play, am still having fun and not making much loses, and even when I lose, I don’t see it as a big deal. What matters is the excitement I get from the game.
Sounds super intelligent, but setting limits will still not stop you from making loses. The good thing about yours is that you were already enjoying the game as fun and that means, you didn’t see so much big deal in making loses and now that you are setting limit, there would be times to win, that makes it advantageous to you.

I personally don’t play with big money or any money that I cannot afford to lose, and I try as much as I can to set my limit. I think this method has been serving me right in controlling loses, which I also implore people to try and have self control.
3917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: April 20, 2019, 05:56:08 PM
Hotbit.io is a great exchange for trading alts. They got new coins listed all the time. Just becarefull selling because the sell price is way above market prices. Even the exchange coin htb is goin to sky rocket. People will be trading this platform. It's so easy.
Well, I don’t just jump into using exchanges when I am not having issue with the present one I am into, but I think this one will be worth looking into, for the fact that they have a utility coin, right now, my investment focus is first based on projects with utility coin, then I will check general review of people about the project.

I will look into the exchange for investment and maybe buy some few altcoins, if they have any that is not listed on my favorite Binance, but for trading, I think Binance got all the power and all the facilities I ever need to make my trade a successful one.
3918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you gamble? Please voice your opinion! on: April 19, 2019, 05:43:43 PM
I just graduated from a reputable university with a good grade, been searching for job for like 3 years now and I have done all sorts of menial job to survive yet I would say that it hasn’t been so rosy for me and just last year I heard the story of my fellow struggling guy from my neighborhood who made a huge money from gambling and he now has a better life.

That was how I got introduced into gambling and I will say that I gamble for get rich quick scheme. I know  many would I would get many trolls here because many people don’t like to hear that people gamble to get rich but you have no idea what life has been for my here. I haven’t made it from gambling yet but I am still hopeful.
3919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people but bigger bets in sports compared to other type of gambling? on: April 19, 2019, 04:58:23 PM
I would like to know why people are trusting their luck more in sports gambling compared to other type of games.
Personally, I put bigger bet on sports because I believe I have a little skills that would give me a better chance of winning, but I'm not really serious with sports gambling.
The only gambling that can take the highest part of my money is sport betting.  My reason is because sport betting is the only type of betting I can drop my money and be sure that it will definitely come back and comeback bigger. Predicting sports is very easy if one can be following up with news, watching and highlight. And once a gamer gets familiar with all teams, their players and coaches then to place a bet becomes as easy as ABC and the chances of loosing is minimal in sportbetting.

This could also probably be the reason why many people would also bet higher on sportbetting. No one wants to waste money on gambling sites that is mainly for the lucky ones; sports betting is for everyone so it will surely have higher number of people who bet higher.
3920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling turn an atheist to theist and superstitious? on: April 19, 2019, 04:26:16 PM
it's necessary that we should remain realistic in gambling as we are facing real risk.
A risk that could make us loss more than we can afford to lose, and we cannot call God on that to help us since it's us alone that are making decision in gambling. God is everywhere, for us who believe in God we are thankful if we win, but should not blame God if we loss since losing is possible.
Staying realistic in gambling is easier said than done mate. I don’t think you have ever faced the tension of losing big amount of money in gambling, You will be so confused at that moment that you automatically become religious. I am just talking from experience. Like you have advised not to gamble what we cannot afford to loose, that’s actually a good advice and I everyone should always have this at the back of the mind. And if at all a gamer decides to take risk, he should be ready to bear the consequences that comes with
