3401  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think is the best rate price for btc? on: October 09, 2019, 07:49:57 PM
I still think 20-25 thousand dollars was a great price for bitcoin, that and the 1 trillion market cap (about 60 thousand dollars) is the level bitcoin should stay without moving under or over, never 70k never 15k, just move around 30k-50k up and down making traders profits but also the people who want to use bitcoin would have a high level of entry point as well.

I know you can get as low as 1 satoshi from faucets or even less from altcoin faucets but the real entry point is 0.001 in most of the exchanges so with bitcoin being 30-50 thousand dollars that entry would be harder to achieve for many people and exchanges won't have this much volatility from panic sellers. It is a long way to go but I still think it will reach those levels eventually, not going to be easy but we will definitely get there.
3402  Economy / Speculation / Re: The market after Q3 and at the start of Q4 on: October 09, 2019, 04:38:05 PM
This is more of a piece that talks about the past and Q2/Q3 of bitcoin and not the Q4 of bitcoin if you ask me.
I mean where is the predictions and what will happen during the last quarter? Do we know if there is anything major in the last quarter that will happen like for example Bakkt in Q3?

If there is none then what can we really expect bitcoin to do with no major announcements or news? Can we expect the miners to hoard their coins until halving because they know the price will go up after the difficulty skyrockets and rewards get diminished?

There are so many questions that needs to be answered about the Q4 and this topic doesn't even scratch the surface of it. I feel like we need to talk with many more in order to make a more clear decision about Q4.
3403  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Avoid money launderers on LBC on: October 09, 2019, 12:17:14 PM
Lot of new registered account on LBC trying to buy bitcoins at premium rates who were mostly laundering money from hacked bank accounts into bitcoins.
Is it your own assumptions or something else? All high rate buyers are simply money launders? As per my country, all bank transfers and card payments now a days requiring second factor authentication. (We do receive alerts even for failed transaction attempts. A stolen card or a hacked bank account could be frozen out just with a phone call or even with a missed call. It means a hacker cannot enjoy with a stolen account/card for long time). I mean to say hacked bank account kind of things are here like old James bond movie stunts here.

I appreciate your efforts on educating this community with respect to a famous exchange still I never traded on local bitcoins. Yet, I do encash my bitcoins through P2P way of selling and I am not sure that where my funds are coming from. But, all my buyers are verified one as per my platform, all buyers/sellers must have cleared all the KYC norms. Hence, I never need to worry on money laundry things, I guess Roll Eyes.
3404  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help me find Bitcoin Affiliate programs on: October 09, 2019, 06:58:27 AM
Affiliate programs were my attraction until I get into bitcoins, yes now I do feel those affiliate way of money making is too slow and wastes my efforts whereas investing very small portion of my salary in bitcoins gets me multi fold returns for my risks, this way I save time to focus on my day job and for my part timers. I am not discouraging you but like to give you some over all picture of affiliate earning from my real life experiences.

I still make decent amounts of money from my freebitcoin referrals. You might need to check our crypto gambling houses for their attractive affiliate programs. But, remember you may not make a living out of affiliate programs. Just keep them in your secondary way of income generation.
3405  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: October 08, 2019, 06:50:08 PM
Binance DEX is objectively more convenient and well-known. Maybe there are fake volumes on Newdex.
Fake volumes are everywhere, including on the Binance DEX. As for popularity, I think Binance DEX has the early advantage of being well-known. However, Newdex is a straightforward better trading platform for EOS holders. IMO compared to Binance DEX, Newdex is simply better, faster, and easier to use. BET holders also don't have to get through the EOS - Binance chain (token) conversion.

@CryptoCheckk is that alliance will do any good for EOSBet? I mean, what's the purpose?
Binance Chain Allience as far as I know is something that wouldn't really matter to the gambler, maybe a bit to investor because you guys are gaining reputation which equals to more dividends eventually (hopefully) but that's about it. It is a system where all the BCA members help each other out in the ways they know how and get help from stuff they don't know how to.

Just to give an example if a project has a great law firm behind them and another project has a great development team, the law firm one gives their law firm expertise to development one and they help back by helping coding something they have been working on. It is kinda like a barter system between the teams of Binance Dex projects that want to be part of such a project, nothing else.
3406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 08, 2019, 06:03:29 PM
People think Rondo will not play like Rondo plays because of Lebron but you guys are missing that dude made 8 assists per game last season on Lakers with Lebron, he may not get 30+ minutes of play but he will be a starter and from what we have seen on the preseason games we can definitely expect the same level of playmaking from Rondo this season as well.

Lebron is no longer playing the playmaker role, he is a great passer and he will continue his passes but he will not playmake as in bring the ball up the floor and try to run a play, that is what Rondo did last season and on preseason and that is what he will do this year as well. It is just what he is good for and you can't utilize him any other way. There will be enough passes for both of them anyway with Danny green shooting and Kuzma scoring and Davis under the basket wrecking havoc.
3407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: short term or long term investing on: October 08, 2019, 04:50:44 PM
There are big differences between short and long term investments; if you want to invest then go for long term. If you are about to TRADE then go for short term. There is no sense of investing for short term as that is not an investments but you are just trading with ALL THE RISKS included. Investments is one the types of trading which eliminates most of the risk factors.

For example, by first quarter of 2015 BTC prices dipped below $200 and I remember the lowest was around $180 and by December of 2017 BTC traded up to $19,400. It would be around 100x growth for the people who decided for long term. I am sure most of the long term investors had not booked in late 2017 but I am sure they are going to harvest 1000x very much easily in coming months to years.

Long term investments are a test for your patience and holding your nerves will decide your level of profits whereas short term investments may wipe out your total capital even in the matter of minutes on unexpected events of negative news and events.

Moreover, long term investments are suggested only for highly reputed coins and for random things like for tokens, it is always good to trade them in short term. But, no one knows what future has to unfold for us. Hence, just choosing bitcoin kind of highly reputed assets with long term plans may help anyone to crack easy profits.
3408  Economy / Economics / Re: First Country to have comprehensive regulations for crypto token economy on: October 07, 2019, 03:24:46 PM
I guess the politicians and bittrex had a talk and they agreed on a law that would make it easy for bittrex to operate there and they will be making headquarters there and easily deal with whatever exchanges can deal with while not worrying about the legality of things.

Don't forget that the biggest problem for the exchanges are the laws, they have like army of lawyers, I remember reading somewhere that most of them work with law firms and not even lawyers individually so they literally have a whole company full of lawyers working for them when needed. Which is why having a country where laws are more favorable towards you will make you decide to go there and also would be easy to beat out your competition while they still try to find a way to do what you are doing.
3409  Economy / Economics / Re: 4th industrial revolution and what part in it blockchain might play on: October 07, 2019, 09:35:48 AM
I think people are forgetting that humanity has been able to wire money to each other with ease for a long long time now.
People think thanks to bitcoin everyone will be able to send money to each other globally but that has been something possible for the past 20+ years now.

Yeah, bitcoin makes it easier but with the improvements in banking it will become much simpler without crypto as well. Someone in Japan will be able to work with an Estonian company and pay them via bank wires and get their item. Not cash, not credit card, not crypto, just wire money from one bank account to another.

I know a guy who manufactures some items for funfairs and dude sells like 100k euro worth of stuff each time and he has constant orders so whenever one of his jobs ends another starts and dude just gets his money wired to him for the past decade or so, it is not as hard as people imagine it would be.
3410  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC bearish sentiment breaks 2018 levels & folks start calling the bottom on: October 07, 2019, 07:49:15 AM
Bearish sentiment across Twitter, Reddit & Bitcointalk not been that high since Dec 2018!
And folks start calling the bottom:

[im g]https://i.imgur.com/9qZR4Ta.png[/img]
2018 was a whole different thing, it wasn't a "bearish sentiment" it was literally felt like end of the world for a while, thankfully we didn't stayed around those bear times and went back up, even tho we are down once again recently it is still double the price of what it used to be, DOUBLE!

People are worried about price going down right now but they are forgetting that we already did 2x from 7-8 months ago! That is not something we can ignore, it is literally in there and I find it interesting that people would be willing to discuss price drops and bearish sentiments on a time when we doubled our price in less than a year, just because it fell to 2x profit from 3x profit doesn't mean it is a bearish sentiment, it is just that people got their profits and now watching instead of waiting for it to go even further higher.
3411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bull run on: October 06, 2019, 01:44:41 PM
Bitcoin bull run could happen at any time, it is not something that cares about charts, it is not something that cares about sentiment, it is not something that cares about the trends.

If there is a whale who buys thousands right away then it goes up and nothing can stop it from going up. Same happens for the bear run as well, when someone sells thousands of bitcoin the price drops and then panic sales happen and it drops even more than stop losses are broken so it goes down even more and then long futures are cashed out so it goes even further down. It is like a chain reaction type of thing. It is great when bull run happens where whale buys then FOMO happens and everyone buys then short futures are cashed out so it goes even higher and so forth, it all depends on one ripple affect.
3412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC still have any rally before 2020? on: October 06, 2019, 10:21:21 AM
The weird thing is, I remember bitcoin price going up during may of 2017 and a bit after and then it went down during September and it went up again in November a bit to then go up huge in December. I am not saying same thing will happen, I am just saying for people who think bitcoin will not go up and it can't go up, it did go up in the same exact scenario before, so even if it doesn't go up there is at least a proof that it could have, it can obviously not go up as well we don't know but even if it doesn't go up in the end that doesn't mean it couldn't have gone up neither.

The possibility of anything is out there, it could stay like this, it could go down, it could go up, we have seen all kinds of scenarios play out before and that is why I think we should be patient about it.
3413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price fluctuations - Opportunity or despair? on: October 06, 2019, 09:03:28 AM
It all depends on how great of a trader you are, if you can sense when the price goes up and down then you are in luck because you can do trades that would yield you profits larger than whole stock market in just one day sometimes, that is why the big traders keep improving themselves and work on how to calculate and how to guess what will happen and they want to get better even for seconds because those seconds equal to thousands of dollars when you are big enough of a trader and spend thousands of dollars for each trade.

However, if you are not a good trader that doesn't change anything for you since you won't be making money from ups and downs, your only hope is to buy bitcoin and hold and hope that it will go up, anything else would be way too risky for a newbie.
3414  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️ WINDICE.io 0.3 BTC Wagering Contest Progressive Faucet Jackpots ❤ on: October 06, 2019, 08:06:44 AM
I'm a little uncomfortable with some hidden players in this contest however this is a public contest for the players there, Windice should only allow people who show their account names to show fairness. I also don't know how they hide their names while in the privacy setting we can only hide total wagered and profit Huh
The weird part about the "hidden" stuff is that, you are basically already "hidden" as hidden gets, you just have a nickname people can check. If you want to be really hidden pick a unique one where you don't use anywhere else and you will get to be hidden, if you don't want to be hidden pick one that is literally your name or any username you use everywhere.

So, yeah I think hidden option is still valid and could be used and I support it but I can also understand why people find it interesting, you are not giving your KYC to people, it is a nick that you take that is shared so it is not like you are giving away too much information about you. You can keep it hidden, it should your right to keep it hidden but just because there is that option you can't make people stop wondering who you are.
3415  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: October 05, 2019, 05:41:59 PM
I wonder what type of competition there will be, like will stake get outside sportsbook people to come in and play here or will they just use the already existing people who gamble here on different games to start gambling on sportsbook as well. We all know slots will be a huge hit with the website and the gamblers, it is offline and it is just like any other game on the website that people can play themselves and we love it, but sportsbook is something a lot bigger and major and there is actually competition there.

When it comes to casinos stake is clear leader everywhere but there are couple of really big sportsbooks out there that made a great name for themselves, I can't stop to think what will be the result of stake actually going out of their own market and into a new market.
3416  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you look for in a gaming platform? - Bojoko Article on: October 05, 2019, 04:34:40 PM
We can all talk here about how we like this and that and what not but in the end wouldn't we all agree that what makes a casino great is the owners?

I mean one thing that makes the casinos so good is the owners and that hasn't changed in centuries. If you have a casino either actually brick and mortar or online or crypto, it doesn't change the fact that casino owners who do not scam anyone, who is not even a bit of shady, just runs the casino legally and genuinely like how it should be run, then they will get bigger and bigger like how many many successful gambling houses are already doing in crypto space.

The people who go into casino world for some reason are usually scammers, which is why there is a ton of bad casinos, the few ones who are legit and run by decent business people always become the best ones out there since they are not screwing their customers.
3417  Economy / Services / Re: I´m looking for help with installation. on: October 05, 2019, 01:06:19 PM
I tryed to setup, but failed for some reason.
That must be the catch from their side. So, that script is not for literally free.

After visiting the link, I suspect this topic itself a plan to advertise some known crap business. Yes, I have seen hundreds of threads had opened here to sell some exchange scripts and lately I have seen some scam accusations too on a couple who are from the Indian city Madurai. (I maybe wrong but I am sure the site you have provided must be belonging to some scammers).

Do you accept any escrow? I would like to help you, but I want to be sure about funds.
That is right. No escrow-No business. And please share if you get any reply from OP as we like to know what is actually going on here.
3418  Economy / Economics / Re: K-POP Company owners are joining the train hype of Cryptocurrency on: October 04, 2019, 03:23:08 PM
Blockchain as a platform to connect stars and fans could be huge, I don't know how it could be done, I don't know what the platform will be like but looking stuff like twitch where people literally give money to streamers to be on their screens, I am pretty sure we could have a system where fans pay celebs to get their attention. Now, if you do that via crypto that is even better, there is a connection and you can see how has sent the most crypto and the richest fan out there.

I personally do twitch myself and know my biggest supporters by heart, so of course every fan would want to be like that for their favorite celeb. How they could do it is another question, if they can do it, it will be success but they need to be careful with the system or it would be another money spent on something that failed.
3419  Economy / Economics / Re: Ethereum managed to pass bitcoin in transaction fees last week on: October 04, 2019, 02:46:22 PM
Ethereum can't sustain with that tho. There was a time when cryptokitties blocked the transactions in ethereum blockchain as well and both price of ethereum and transactions became super slow as well, however cryptokitties are not getting the same attention they used to get as you can imagine, fairwin will be the same, it will get some attention but eventually will be forgot like cryptokitties. There is no point on mining ethereum if you are a bitcoin miner that makes money.

However, if you are a small time miner in bitcoin and have some asic equipments you can sell your equipment to other big whale miners and use that money to buy eth mining rigs which may or may not make you more money depending on the difficulty of btc and eth at that time. It worth a calculation at least.
3420  Economy / Speculation / Re: When bitcoin will hit $1 million ! on: October 04, 2019, 01:23:53 PM
You are asking for something impossible, people love to think about those kind of prices because they know that their bitcoin holdings are small and they would like to think they also have a chance to become millionaires in the future, but deep down they know the truth unless something huge happens to the economy that forces people to look for alternative ways to move their funds the chances that bitcoin reaches such a high price during the next years are zero.
Even though we like to think of that possibility, but it is not as if many people strongly believe that the coin will hit $1 million in future, that figure really looks silly to me, the highest that I have ever thought or analyzed bitcoin to reach is $100k, but that is not to say I will not support any speculation that sees bitcoin grow beyond that.

When it comes to bitcoin prediction, majority of us are a little bit biased in our judgment because of the full love that we have for bitcoin, but one thing with bitcoin is that even if it does  not reach the $100k, it does not mean that it is still not useful, bitcoin is not only meant to be used for investment alone, so, as long that it is still useful for the payment system it was created for, I really don’t care if the value hit that all time high or not.
