3661  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Theoretical reason for the bullish bitcoin now. on: July 04, 2019, 07:11:15 AM
I am not entirely sure if this was an accumulation stage at all. This was probably a cashing out phase where many people who have lost their money during the 20k bull times to 3k bear run and finally getting out, the sad part is most of them won't even get back.

A lot of people went into bitcoin during 12k times, we didn't stay there as much as 6k times but those people are long gone anyway so we are here with the second highest price we stayed for so long and many people are taking advantage of this time to sell and finally be done with bitcoin they have been waiting to get rid of for months (even over a year). Accumulation happens when bitcoin price doesn't get high and just stays the same and people collect bitcoin, that was during the 7.8k times after we dropped from over 9k, this was just cashing out period.
3662  Economy / Economics / Re: What Are NFTs? on: July 03, 2019, 05:41:49 PM
I think in order to make this a reality you have to actually follow with the idea you started out with and not keep innovating to make more profits.

Crypto kitties was something I got in a lot later than some early people did but after I got in I just wanted to have couple of kitties and possibly just breed my way into having almost all of the big genes if I could with as low generation as possible but instead of actually buying them I would breed them myself.

After I started working for that something happened, something that dropped the price of all kitties, crypto kitty firm decided to print out more kitties in some celebration and then for advertisement of a company, than something else.

Crypto kitties were valuable because there is a limited amount of them, but people realized since the company will eventually ran out of selling their kitties, they had to keep making money and thats why there wasn't limited amount of kitties, they would keep on creating new kitties all the time and there will never be a period where new kitty was unavailable, so the limitless amount of kitty caused the prices to plummet. If you can find a way to profit and make it limited then it can be good but if you keep printing new NFT then it will never work.
3663  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: July 03, 2019, 05:09:27 PM
I was in crypto world during 2013 hype times, I think it went from 30 dollars to 250 dollars and went back to 150 dollars but I could be wrong on the prices. I vividly remember seeing bitcoin at 150 dollars, knowing what it was and what I could have done I wouldn't change a thing.

That wasn't a time when I had money and I still would have purchased bitcoin at 150 bucks if I could at that time as well but since I had no money I couldn't do it (I got engaged couple months later and married couple years later so I always had an expense I had to pay and never had any money). So just because you could have bought bitcoin for cheaper doesn't always mean you could have bought it, there are people like me who were willing to buy it but never had the means to actually spend money on bitcoin as well.
3664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Significant Moves In The Altcoin Market Are Now Overdue on: July 03, 2019, 04:38:13 PM
It was long overdue for bitcoin as well and it happened, we are not getting that "I MADE X10 IN A DAY" times anymore, that is not healthy, we should not get it neither its just pure bad for our market.

However, we are getting that small by small incremental increase type of deals and that is good for us, I think with time we will get there and all altcoins will break back their all time highs ones again, it is possible and we can totally do it but it will take some time, bitcoin is still volatile right now and we are not even sure how high it will get and at what point it will stop, so as long as we are still unsure about bitcoin the altcoins will have trouble since when bitcoin goes up the price of altcoins drop significantly, as soon as it stops to go up then we will have a chance for altcoins to go up as well.
3665  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰 Hit Or Miss Your Parlays, Win Big BTC On Nitrogen Sports Parlay Jackpot 💰 on: July 03, 2019, 02:45:50 PM
I didn't even know it was possible to bet on hot dog eating contests, are they really that big to make a noise and have a betting as well? I mean who the hell watches them closely enough to actually bet on them? Cheesy.

Well, apparently there must be some people since they now exist. I also wanted to ask have you ever considered adding "where will Kawhi go" type of free agency stuff as well? I mean there is a 90% chance its too late already and that is a risky bet since someone with some insider information could bet before Kawhi actually tells his decision and they could make money but for maybe next year like FA is not even known right now and maybe for next year you can start one from like all the way on September and close it on the last week of FA and that way you can be safer? I really don't know the execution and how it can be done but betting on FA could be super fun.
3666  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: July 02, 2019, 01:24:18 PM
The weird thing is not only you will be getting paid for creating a new topic or just writing under a specific topic to get more satoshi but at the same time you are only eligible to join most of their promotions via their own forum, so you HAVE TO join under their forum to get those promotions plus while joining the promotion you are getting paid for posting there as well.

I am telling you I am one of those people who do not like the idea to go to another forum just to write when I can write here anyway but honestly they are doing everything in their power to make their forum much more appealing. If I wasn't really dead set on being purely bitcointalk type of dude I would have only written in stake and primedice forums alone and try to make money that way, I know it would be hard to make a decent money there but at least they are doing their best to make it happen.
3667  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggestion for trading platform on: July 02, 2019, 08:52:16 AM
Where you are trading doesn't matter as much as you what you are trading. Exchange is just a middleman that allows you to trade with others on bitcoin or any other coin you want and there are a lot of same coins in similar exchanges. Just to give an example the btc/eth pair exists in almost all big exchanges and the prices are always close to each other as well, which means you can pick any exchange you want but in the end if you are not a good trader you are not going to make any money at all.

I would suggest getting that money out and investing it into something else, I know its too little for stake or any masternode but maybe put it on freebitcoin for yearly 4% interest, aside from that I can't think of any other riskless method and any risk you take may be dangerous for you.
3668  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: fractional leverage on exchange on: July 01, 2019, 05:47:00 PM
First of all nobody is faking anything in their data, its a market, you literally buy and sell as the customer and they make money from the losing side, they have absolutely no way of winning by faking data because if you lose and someone wins they are getting the trade fee while if you win and someone else lose they get the trading fee, so they don't care if you win or lose, they only care you trade as much as possible so you pay them the trading fee nothing else.

On top of that 0.05 is way too little to make it worth it, they only put in stuff that people want and ask for, if people asked for 0.05 all together they would have added it but people wanted x100 leverage since even with 10 bucks you can make 1000 dollars that way if the market goes the way you want whereas 0.05 would make no sense since its already close to what you would actually make.
3669  Economy / Gambling / Re: OneHash || Mutual Sports Betting & Casino 🎲 || Huge Cricket Promo 🏏 on: July 01, 2019, 06:40:27 AM
It wasn't a bad site in 2015 neither, I have been here far longer than 2015 and I remember early days of onehash as well, people didn't really understand why they bet on onehash for some odds and then when they won they got worse odds because they didn't understand that even after they bet the odds could change if someone bets on the same side as them and drop the odds as well.

So, you can bet on something with x2.0 odds and then you can win but get x1.28 return because a lot of people bet after you and at the early days not many people understood that, including me as well. That could have been the part where people weren't sure about the website but aside from that onehash has been a trustworthy website since the first day they came out and they have never had any problems with anyone.
3670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you sure alt season coming on: June 30, 2019, 06:51:13 AM
I am not 100% sure about alt season will come , as per past trends that happened. but we can not guarantee and crypto market condition. it always fluctuate. i have invested on ziliqa , now very bad performing. its great project even-though

what about your thoughts
I think the main reason why you haven't seen it yet is the fact that bitcoin is still going strong. Since, bitcoin is making people money and helping them get profit people are putting their fiat currency into bitcoin as well as their altcoins to bitcoin as well. Which means as long as bitcoin keeps making people more and more profits than there would be nobody looking at bitcoin neither.

However, at the same time know as a fact that as soon as bitcoin doesn't make anyone that much money and the amount of profits are diminishing then the price of altcoins will start to go up because people love to make money and they just made money from bitcoin so they will not say "this is enough" and move on, they will want to keep making more profits and just spend all of that bitcoin profits into getting some altcoins.
3671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is XLM so out of flavour? on: June 30, 2019, 06:07:40 AM
It is not just about xlm, almost all altcoins went down, if you checked the market the price of many altcoins went down in bitcoin price and some of them even dropped in dollars so it was common. Plus that 25 dollars per address type of deal in blockchain.com didn't help at all, there was thousands of dollars just flying around for free without a charge and nobody could have given XLM a better reason to fall.

When prices of other things went up people just spent that 25 bucks on their accounts to buy more stuff or do whatever and right now XLM is basically dumped because all those free coins were sold at around the same time period. I am sure all of them will be recovered soon, eventually bitcoin rally will end and XLM will worth more once again but meantime, try to be patient about it for a while.
3672  Economy / Speculation / Re: New High... For Everything. What'll happen next? on: June 28, 2019, 07:16:47 AM
I think the next is the altcoin run. Everyone thinks that since when bitcoin goes up the altcoins go down and believes bitcoin needs to go down to make altcoins go up but that doesn't have to happen at all. Now, when you sell your bitcoin and buy an altcoin yes you take money out of bitcoin but at the same time there is new money coming into bitcoin. So, when nobody buys altcoins the new money coming into bitcoin makes it go up whereas if people starts to buy altcoins the bitcoin price stays about the same with the new money supplementing it while altcoins get higher. So, my assumption is bitcoin will go higher and higher but eventually will stop which means altcoins will start to increase after that. I am not entirely sure if it will happen but I feel like that sounds reasonable.
3673  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Monthly Chart Shows Prices Will Jump Higher on: June 28, 2019, 06:44:47 AM
I don't doubt it will go even higher but I am not entirely sure how higher? I mean we are at a really increased number right now and anytime we make a jump we return back down a bit, not back to where the jump started but not at the peak of the jump neither. Like it goes from $12.3 to $13.8 than goes down to $10.8, those types of moves makes it scary for me as well.

I don't know what and where this will end up with but eventually no matter how long it takes or no matter how high we get in the end there needs to be a stop and we really don't know where that is.

Now, finding the bottom and buying from there is the most important thing but I think finding the top and selling there is quite important as well and I do not want to miss it, I don't want to just think its another correction and have a 50%+ loss in my hands.
3674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin bump into bottom again? on: June 28, 2019, 06:18:53 AM
I think it would be after the halving, I feel like the miners will realize how much they are going to lose and how much they should mine to make how much and then calculate the cost of mining 1 bitcoin and start to sell accordingly, after that calculation and selling from the miners we may not have the same advantage from the buyers as we have right now and the price may start to fall.

Everyone waits incredibly patiently until that halving and we may keep going up until that moment because that is what people believe this increase is for but as soon as we have the halving the miners will be capable of doing their profit vs loss calculation and realize how much the new cost is. Let's hope it will continue to go up even afterwards but that seems like a good starting point for the bear run.
3675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to invest my $1300 USD? on: June 28, 2019, 05:39:14 AM
$1300 is not small amount of money and you can consider it either as a bitmex leverage type of deal or you can do it as a altcoin investment deal.

Now, if you pick the bitmex one you may know that leverage makes sure you have to be right because if you are wrong even slightly then you will lose all your money all of a sudden without ever having any return, yet you can also make so much more money than you can normally make because leverage makes sure you earn x100 (or whatever our leverage is) compared to what you would normally earn.

Altcoin on the other hand wouldn't give you that type of earnings because it can go up maybe x3 or x5 at most but that is about it whereas it also has the chance that you won't get to lose all your money, you can lose most of it but not all of it.
3676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: June 28, 2019, 05:00:50 AM
I am not entirely sure if it can pass bitcoin. I mean for me it might as well the second biggest coin behind bitcoin beating xrp and ethereum by a big margin and I would be fine with that, nobody would be mad about it because BNB has a superb utility of the biggest exchange and you would be making a good point to buy as much as possible considering even though the need for a big exchange like binance will exist forever the BNB burning operations makes sure there are less BNB available so all in all BNB could definitely worth more in the future.

However, bitcoin is the original and all others are just variance of it for me and thats why I would never put a coin above bitcoin myself, I would put it on close to it but never above it since I do not really believe anything could be as valuable as the original.
3677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook’s Libra Isn’t a “Cryptocurrency” on: June 27, 2019, 03:58:35 PM
We can all sit here and talk about libra in 10 topics a day every single day and nothing will change. Facebook is not creating a cryptocurrency for sure but they are going to use blockchain system for their stable coin that is pegged with dollars euros and whatever else which means they are still a sort of currency and closer to crypto than actual currency.

USDT is not a "cryptocurreny" neither but it is quite famous in crypto world which means there is enough attention to go around for every single coin, as long as they do it right and they actually come up with a decent product I wouldn't mind it at all, I would even trade it or use it because if it is good and decent why not give it a try, prejudice doesn't help anyone in these cases. However, while trying to be open minded I wouldn't go as far as say they will be the standard, bitcoin is still the biggest.
3678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Monero 20% down, time to buy? on: June 27, 2019, 02:50:09 PM
Monero has always been a decent coin, I know this %20 would be affecting the future possible profits but right now bitcoin is making a decent run and I doubt the altcoin rally will start anytime soon.

Yes, you would be right to buy monero, anyone who gets some into their portfolio would be making a great decision but right now I feel like maybe I should holding bitcoin a bit more like at least a month maybe until end of the summer and then buy altcoins which is why I wouldn't get it now. That is not because it won't go up, it will definitely go up but I just feel like there are profits and there are profits, why would I buy and wait for something when I can already make profits as it is right now. However if you already have monero and not going to just buy, then I would suggest holding.
3679  Economy / Gambling / Re: RATING of TOP 20 CRYPTOCURRENCY SPORTSBOOKS on: June 27, 2019, 01:42:15 PM
I think there are levels of hate towards betking, I would totally understand the hate for gamblers who are trying to withdraw and can't but I haven't seen that happen way too much, maybe it happens and that is horrible too and I would be glad to hear that people are coming out against it and if there are proofs they should put it on the forum and show that as a reason to put a negative trust to them.

However, the main problem with them occurred when they did their own ICO and their currency promised a lot of things yet they failed to provide those things, giving promises on an ICO and then not making them a reality was the biggest problem if you ask me, they made sure they got their own currency back far cheaper than they sold it and trying to brag about how "they didn't promise any price points" because they are capable of ruining the worth of coin themselves they see it as a regular coin price change.
3680  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is bitcoin dominance climbing in this bull market? on: June 27, 2019, 12:47:32 PM
Well, it is obvious because alts haven't got their altcoin bull run just yet. That is what happens when altcoins suddenly start to go up, remember there are still coins down 70%+ from where they have been. So, in retrospect if you want the dominance to go down then you have to wait for the altcoin run, if bitcoin suddenly stops and finds its peak which it can't break and go any higher even if the price goes down or stays same the altcoins will see new attention.

Remember 2017 peak everyone started to attack each and every single coin trying to double their money, people started to see altcoins like free money where they can double it and all that, that is why if you wait around enough the dominance will fall for sure, bitcoin doesn't even have to go down because altcoins will have their own bull run.
