I have looked into your account, and all bets had been graded and properly credited.

All of our grading is fully automated, but in general sometimes smaller events (such as Chilean football or South African domestic cricket) take longer to grade than larger events as we receive results data later. Larger events are graded more quickly, as we receive the results data more quickly. You need not worry however, as all bets will be graded automatically eventually.
