We launched a few new things yesterday so switched to manual withdrawals for a few hours while we tested. We have now resumed automated withdrawals. Also, all pending withdrawals have been processed.

30 June, 2015 – Cloudbet today announced that the Company has reached an agreement to acquire the full customer base from BetVIP. As part of the agreement, Cloudbet has committed to the full reimbursement of BetVIP customers.

Thanks for your posts. Unfortunately, from time to time, we do make errors in bet grading due to human mistakes. All sportsbooks make these mistakes on occasion. We resolve them as soon as a customer alerts us. I have spoke with our customer support team and they are looking into your issue.
