Hi all, An update from the technical team here at Cloudbet. We had a few technical issues over the weekend, all of which been resolved. 1. There were some delays with grading of parlay bets due to issues with a third party data provider. They have since fixed the problem at their end, and parlay bets have been graded. 2. We were NOT having issues processing deposits - all deposits were successfully being processed instantly - but we were having an issue tracking bitcoin network confirmations. To protect against double-spending, we require 3x confirmations for each deposit before a player can withdraw. As deposits were not properly confirming, this caused a few players to be unable to withdraw. We have resolved the issue, deposits are being properly confirmed, and players can again withdraw after their deposits each have 3 confirmations. 3. We have had a LOT of wagering activity over the past few days - and a lot of bets on World Cup markets - which is more than we have ever had in a weekend. Because there were a number of large winners, one of our hot wallets was depleted. This is why a small number of withdrawals (about a dozen) failed earlier today. We have refilled the relevant hot wallet and all withdrawals (including those that failed) have already been processed. I hope none of our players were too badly inconvenienced, and thank you all for your patience and understanding. In general, if you have an issue, please send us an email to support@cloudbet.com as that is the channel that will reach us most quickly. Also please note that although our support teams run through the weekend, our technical teams are in the office Mon-Fri so please give us 24 hours to respond to any issues. We're sorry that some players had some issues but we're pleased that we have been able to resolve everything in less than 24 hours over the weekend. Guys one big suggestion .
Only thing that i dont like about cloudbet is not been able to share my bet slips.
When i win i want to share that betslip atm its only posible to take ss of it.
Would be nice if betslip ID is link so i can copy it and share it .

Here's my 10 minute experience of Cloudbet.com
I deposited about 30$ there, just for a couple of hands of their live black jack. Nothing too extravagant (glad it wasn't more). I played a hand and lost, bummer only for 10 (about 0.001 btc). I bet up 30 credits and before I even saw the first card the screen went black. I was still able to type and some people told me to go to support, so I did. I went to support and asked what happened. They said "You have a 17". I said, "Vs?". They replied, "A 20". Now that's not disappointing, and I wouldn't have had a problem if that was the end of the conversation. Here's my problem. I said "Did I have an option" and they replied "No."
So I could imagine this happening again with a 11 vs a dealer 6 or something, and they just making my hand stand. Now hear me out... Nobody would hit a 17 vs anything. I wouldn't have, and I wouldn't have even after the screen went black. I know this. I KNOW THIS. Don't mix my words. The problem is they said that I didn't have an option, nothing at all I could do, even if I was a stupid player and wanted to hit, I wouldn't have been able to.
First visit, 4 hands of black jack. Enjoy the BTC, I won't be putting any back into it =\.
Again, I'm not saying they're not legit, or they're manipulating cards. In fact the disconnect had nothing to do with the cards. It was the fact that if something like this happens, there are (and I quote) "no" options.

I had ~0.7 BTC Bonus Balance yesterday and with much better conditions, got it from you because of the time when the blockchain was offline.
