According to our records, your deposit was credited to your within 40 seconds of you making the transaction. What is the issue you are having?

As for the address change, it is our practice to generate a new bitcoin address for each transaction. The new bitcoin address would have been generated automatically once your deposit was received. At that time, your account would have already been credited.
